According to the application, the real contribution of each functional department is quantified by distinguishing the output of staff in the non-working time and the working time, the department prize coefficient matched with each functional department is obtained through regression model calculation, the combination of personal contribution and department team contribution is realized, the distributed prize is fairer, and the enthusiasm of staff is effectively improved.

Claims (10)

1. A prize money distribution method comprising the steps of:
determining department types;
if the department type is a preset first department, a first unit wage matched with staff of the first department in working time and effective overtime time length in a preset first period are obtained, and prize distribution proportion of the staff is determined according to the first unit wage and the effective overtime time length;
and obtaining the total prize money of the first class department, and determining the prize money division of the staff according to the prize money distribution proportion and the total prize money.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein said determining a prize distribution rate for said employee based on said first unit payroll and said effective overtime period comprises:
the total overtime time and the adjustment and rest time of the staff are obtained, and the difference value between the total overtime time and the adjustment and rest time is set as the effective working time of the staff.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein said determining a prize distribution rate for said employee based on said first unit payroll and said effective overtime period further comprises:
setting a product of the first unit wages of the staff and the effective overtime period as a first parameter;
adding the first parameters of each employee in the first class department to obtain second parameters;
setting the ratio of the first parameter to the second parameter as the prize distribution proportion of the staff.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining a total prize amount for the first category of departments comprises:
acquiring the total ex-warehouse quantity of products of a preset type sold in the first period and the target ex-warehouse quantity of the products of the preset type sold in the first period, setting the difference value between the total ex-warehouse quantity and the target ex-warehouse quantity as the quantity to be rewarded, and judging whether the quantity to be rewarded is larger than zero;
and if the quantity to be awarded is greater than zero, acquiring the product prize and the department prize coefficient of a single preset type product, and setting the product of the quantity to be awarded, the product prize and the department prize coefficient as the total prize amount of the first type department.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the obtaining the product prize and the department prize coefficient for selling a single preset type of product comprises:
acquiring effective attendance time of the staff in the first period, setting the sum of the effective attendance time and the effective overtime time as effective working time of the staff, and setting the product of the first unit wages of the staff and the effective working time as a third parameter;
and adding the third parameters of each employee in the first class department to obtain a fourth parameter, adding the ratio of the third parameters to the fourth parameters of each employee in the first class department to obtain a fifth parameter, and setting the ratio of the number to be awarded to the fifth parameter as the department prize coefficient.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein after determining the department type, further comprising:
if the department type is a preset second type department, acquiring the quantity of orders of the preset type products sold by staff of the second type department in the first period and the quantity of returned products of the preset type products, and determining the actual sales quantity of orders of the staff according to the quantity of orders and the quantity of returned products;
and acquiring a product proposal of a single preset type product sold by the staff, and setting the product of the real sales order number and the product proposal as sales prize of the staff.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein after determining the department type, further comprising:
if the department type is a preset third-class department, obtaining the output quantity of the third-class department staff completing the related business of a single preset-class product in a preset second period, and determining the piece counting prize money of the staff according to the output quantity.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the determining the employee's piece-count prize according to the yield amount comprises:
acquiring a first output quantity of a single preset type product related service completed by the staff in working time and a second unit wages matched during working in working time, and setting the product of the first output quantity and the second unit wages as a first bonus obtained by the staff in working time;
obtaining a second output quantity of a single preset type product related service completed by the staff in non-working time and a matched third unit wages in non-working time, and setting the product of the second output quantity and the third unit wages as a second bonus obtained by the staff in non-working time;
and determining the sum of the first prize and the second prize as the piece-counting prize.
9. A prize money distribution device, comprising:
the department type determining module is used for determining the department type;
the department personnel information acquisition module is used for acquiring first unit wages matched with the staff of the first type of departments when the types of the departments are preset first type departments and effective overtime duration in a preset first period when the staff of the first type departments work in working time;
the bonus distribution proportion calculation module is used for determining the bonus distribution proportion of the staff according to the first unit wages and the effective overtime duration;
and the bonus score calculating module is used for acquiring the total bonus amount of the first class department and determining the bonus score of the staff according to the bonus distribution proportion and the total bonus amount.
10. A terminal comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by the processor, implements the prize distribution method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
