By the method, the original index information in the mirror image document to be reviewed can be updated through the mirror image index information of the mirror image work item of the latest version, so that the uniformity of data is ensured, a user only needs to update the corresponding mirror image document to update the content to be reviewed, and the development efficiency of the document and the working efficiency of the user are improved.
105. And taking the updated image document and the latest version of image work item as contents to be reviewed.

By the method, the updated image document and the latest version image work item are used as the contents to be reviewed, the development document to be reviewed is not directly utilized to enter the review, the image document is utilized to enter the review, the multi-stage parallel development of document updating and document review is realized, and the development efficiency of the document and the work efficiency of a user are improved.
In the embodiment of the application, the method for updating the review document can further comprise the condition that the content to be reviewed in the target mirror image document has newly added content. Specifically, the method for updating the review document may further include:
if the new request of the review content is detected, acquiring a new work item corresponding to the new request, and creating a new mirror image work item corresponding to the new work item;
selecting target index information corresponding to the newly added work item from the development document to be reviewed;
and (A.3) generating mirror index information corresponding to the newly added mirror work item according to the target index information, and synchronizing the mirror index information corresponding to the newly added mirror work item to the mirror document.
Wherein the review content newly-added request may be a request for the user to newly add a work item to be reviewed during the target image document review phase.
The newly added image work item may be an image work item corresponding to the newly added work item to be reviewed.
Specifically, during the period that the image document to be reviewed corresponding to the development document to be reviewed is in the review stage, the user needs to newly add the work item to be reviewed, then a new adding request of the content to be reviewed is sent, after the new adding request of the content to be reviewed is received, the corresponding new image work item is created according to the new adding work item, meanwhile, index information corresponding to the new adding work item in the development document to be reviewed, namely target index information, is selected, image index information corresponding to the new adding image work item is generated according to the target index information of the new adding work item, and the newly generated image index information is synchronized to the image document, so that the image work item and the corresponding image index information thereof are added in the content to be reviewed, and the corresponding review content can be newly added in the content review stage.
By the method, the corresponding review content can be newly added in the content review stage by generating the newly added mirror image work item corresponding to the newly added review work item and generating the mirror image index information of the newly added mirror image work item, so that document updating and document review can be carried out in a multi-stage parallel manner, the development efficiency of the document is improved, and meanwhile, the uniformity of data is ensured.
By implementing any one or combination of the embodiments of the present application, an application scenario of a document review update process may be implemented.
From the above, the embodiment of the application copies the development document to be reviewed to obtain the mirror image document to be reviewed, wherein the development document to be reviewed contains the original index information of the work item; determining the work items to be reviewed based on the original index information of the work items contained in the development document to be reviewed; determining the mirror image work item of the latest version of the work item to be reviewed; updating original index information in the image document to be reviewed through the image index information of the image work item of the latest version to obtain an updated image document; and taking the updated image document and the latest version of image work item as contents to be reviewed. The method comprises the steps that firstly, a development document to be reviewed can be copied, so that a corresponding mirror image document is obtained, work items to be reviewed are determined, then, the mirror image work item of the latest version is determined, original index information in the mirror image document is updated through mirror image index information of the mirror image work item of the latest version, and the content to be reviewed is changed into the updated mirror image document and the latest mirror image work item; therefore, the multi-stage parallel development of document updating and document review is realized by updating the mirror image document corresponding to the development document, the uniformity of a data source is ensured on the basis of retaining a data release system based on the document, and the development efficiency of the document and the working efficiency of a user are improved.
According to the method described in the above embodiments, examples are described in further detail below.
The embodiment of the application takes a review document updating device as an example, and further describes a review document updating method provided by the embodiment of the application. FIG. 3 is a flowchart illustrating another step of the method for updating a review document according to an embodiment of the present application. For ease of understanding, embodiments of the present application are described in conjunction with FIG. 3.
In the embodiment of the present application, description will be made from the viewpoint of a review document updating apparatus which can be integrated in a computer device such as a terminal in particular. When a processor on the terminal executes program signaling corresponding to the data transmission method, the specific flow of the review document updating method is as follows:
201. the server copies the development document to be reviewed to obtain a corresponding mirror image document.
The development document to be reviewed may be a document that needs to enter a review publishing stage, for example, a software document needs to perform a requirement review stage after the requirement analysis and the requirement document writing are completed.
The mirror image document can be a document obtained by copying a development document, the content in the mirror image document is the same as the content in the original development document, the mirror image document can comprise index information of one or more mirror image work items, and when index information of a work item to be reviewed is newly added in the development document to be reviewed, mirror image index information of a corresponding mirror image work item can be generated according to the newly added index information and then synchronized into the mirror image document.
Specifically, after finishing editing the development document, the server copies the original index information of each work item in the development document to be reviewed to obtain a mirror image document corresponding to the development document to be reviewed, wherein the mirror image document also contains the original index information corresponding to each work item. Therefore, when the work items to be checked and approved later are changed, the work items to be checked and approved can be updated in a mode of updating index information of the work items to be checked and approved in the mirror image document.
202. And the server determines the associated work items in the development document to be reviewed according to index information of the work items contained in the development document to be reviewed, and determines the work items with the labels to be reviewed in the associated work items as the work items to be reviewed.
Wherein the work items may be fine-grained artifacts that are engaged in or handled by the development document editing user in the workflow and lifecycle. It is simply understood that a requirement is a work item, and a work item corresponds to an index information in a development document. The work item workflow and fields can be divided into different types according to the difference.
Specifically, after obtaining the mirror image document of the development document to be reviewed, the server detects whether index information in the development document to be reviewed changes, where the changes include, but are not limited to, modification of content of work items corresponding to the index information, modification of sequence of the work items to be reviewed, modification of the work items to be reviewed, if the corresponding work items in the development document to be reviewed change, the corresponding mirror image work items need to be changed at the same time, the corresponding work items to be reviewed need to be determined based on original index information of the work items to be reviewed contained in the development document to be reviewed, the work items associated with each index information can be queried according to the index information contained in the development document to be reviewed, and then the work items to be reviewed labels need to be selected from the work items associated with each index information to be determined as the work items to be reviewed.
203. And aiming at any work item to be reviewed, when the server detects that the work item to be reviewed comprises the mirror image work item and the version of the work item to be reviewed is not updated, taking the mirror image work item of the work item to be reviewed as the mirror image work item of the latest version of the work item to be reviewed.
Specifically, after determining the work items to be reviewed, if the work items to be reviewed have corresponding mirror image work items, the server directly detects whether the version of the current work item to be reviewed changes or not, if the version of the current work item to be reviewed does not change, the server directly determines the mirror image work items of the work items to be reviewed as the latest mirror image work items, and the version of the latest mirror image work items is the latest version.
204. And the server establishes the latest version of the mirror image work item for any work item to be reviewed when detecting that the work item to be reviewed contains the mirror image work item and the version of the work item to be reviewed is updated or the work item to be reviewed does not contain the mirror image work item.
Specifically, after determining the work items to be reviewed, the server inquires whether any work item to be reviewed has a corresponding mirror image work item, and for this purpose, the server can read whether the work item to be reviewed has a corresponding mirror image synchronization identifier, if the work item to be reviewed has a corresponding mirror image synchronization identifier, it is indicated that the work item to be reviewed has been copied, and there is a mirror image work item, at this time, the versions of the current work item to be reviewed and the mirror image work item are compared, and if the versions are different, the version of the mirror image work item is updated according to the version of the work item to be reviewed; similarly, if the work item to be reviewed is not associated with the mirror image synchronous identification, the work item to be reviewed is not copied, no mirror image work item exists, and at the moment, the corresponding mirror image work item of the latest version is required to be created according to the version of the current work item to be reviewed
The version corresponding to the first to-be-reviewed work item corresponding to the development document to be reviewed for the first time is 1.0 version, after the workers are researched, the first to-be-reviewed work item is modified, the second to-be-reviewed work item is obtained, meanwhile, the version of the second to-be-reviewed work item is automatically updated to 2.0 version, when the second to-be-reviewed work item and the first to-be-reviewed work item are compared, the version numbers of the second to-be-reviewed work item and the first to-be-reviewed work item are directly obtained, the 1.0 version and the 2.0 version are obviously different, and the server updates the first to-be-reviewed work item of the 1.0 version based on the 2.0 version.
205. And the server determines the target position of the original index information corresponding to the latest version of the mirror image work item in the mirror image document to be reviewed.
Specifically, after determining the latest version of the mirror image work item corresponding to the work item to be reviewed, the server determines the position of the mirror image work item corresponding to the original index information in the mirror image document, namely, determines the target position of the original index information corresponding to the latest version of the mirror image work item in the mirror image document to be reviewed.
206. And the server updates the original index information on the target position by using the mirror index information of the mirror work item of the latest version to obtain an updated mirror document.
Specifically, after determining the target position of the original index information corresponding to the latest version of the mirror image work item in the mirror image document to be reviewed, the server updates the latest mirror image index information corresponding to the latest version of the mirror image work item and the original index information in the target position, so that the index information in the mirror image document to be reviewed is consistent with the index information in the development document to be reviewed, and the mirror image document to be reviewed, which is updated synchronously with the document to be reviewed, is obtained.
207. And the server takes the updated image document and the latest version image work item as contents to be reviewed.
Specifically, after updating original index information in the mirror image document to be reviewed according to mirror image index information of the mirror image work item of the latest version, the server sends the updated mirror image document and the mirror image work item corresponding to the mirror image index information of the latest version in the mirror image document to a review queue to be reviewed.
For the convenience of understanding the embodiments of the present application, the embodiments of the present application will be described with specific application scenario examples. Specifically, the application scenario example is described by performing the above steps 201-207, and with reference to fig. 4. Taking an application scene of the review document updating process as an example, the flow of the review document updating scene example is specifically as follows:
s1, a user writes a document to be reviewed and maintains the content of the document to be reviewed, which specifically comprises the following steps:
and (S11) determining whether the document to be reviewed needs to be reviewed and released according to the maturity of the document to be reviewed, and triggering S2 if the document to be reviewed needs to be reviewed and released.
S2, triggering a mirror image document synchronization function if the document to be reviewed needs review and release, wherein the method specifically comprises the following steps:

S5, synchronizing the mirror image content into the mirror image document, judging whether the document to be reviewed has a change, if so, returning to the step S2, and if not, executing the step S6.
S6, sending the mirror image document to a review publishing stage.
Through the application scene example, the following effects can be achieved: when the target document is in the review and release process, if the user wants to maintain the next stage of content on the basis, or update the target document in the review queue, the user can generate the mirror image document of the target document, the mirror image document is used for replacing the target document to enter the review stage, the multi-stage parallel development of document update and document review is realized by updating the content of the target document and synchronizing the content of the target document to the corresponding mirror image document, the uniformity of a data source is ensured on the basis of retaining a data release system based on the document, and the development efficiency of the document and the working efficiency of the user are improved.
The method comprises the steps that firstly, a development document to be reviewed can be copied, so that a corresponding mirror image document is obtained, work items to be reviewed are determined, then, the mirror image work item of the latest version is determined, original index information in the mirror image document is updated through mirror image index information of the mirror image work item of the latest version, and the content to be reviewed is changed into the updated mirror image document and the latest mirror image work item; therefore, the multi-stage parallel development of document updating and document review is realized by updating the mirror image document corresponding to the development document, the uniformity of a data source is ensured on the basis of retaining a data release system based on the document, and the development efficiency of the document and the working efficiency of a user are improved.
In order to better implement the above method, the embodiment of the application also provides a review document updating device which can be integrated in computer equipment such as a review document updating terminal and the like.
For example, as shown in fig. 5, the review document updating apparatus may include a copying unit 301, a first determining unit 302, a second determining unit 303, an updating unit 304, and a review unit 305.
A copying unit 301, configured to copy a development document to be reviewed to obtain a mirror image document to be reviewed, where the development document to be reviewed includes original index information of a work item;
a first determining unit 302, configured to determine a work item to be reviewed based on original index information of the work item included in the development document to be reviewed;
a second determining unit 303, configured to determine a mirrored work item of the latest version of the work item to be reviewed;
an updating unit 304, configured to update original index information in the image document to be reviewed by using the image index information of the image work item of the latest version, so as to obtain an updated image document;

In some embodiments, the first determining unit 302 is further configured to:
determining associated work items of the development document to be reviewed based on index information of the work items contained in the development document to be reviewed;
and determining the work items corresponding to the labels to be reviewed in the associated work items as the work items to be reviewed.
In some embodiments, the second determining unit 302 is further configured to:
for any work item to be reviewed, if the work item to be reviewed contains the mirror image work item and the version of the work item to be reviewed is not updated, taking the mirror image work item of the work item to be reviewed as the mirror image work item of the latest version of the work item to be reviewed;
if the work item to be reviewed contains the mirror work item and the version of the work item to be reviewed is updated or the work item to be reviewed does not contain the mirror work item, the latest version of the mirror work item is created for the work item to be reviewed.
In some embodiments, the second determining unit 302 is further configured to:
generating a mirror image synchronous identifier corresponding to the mirror image work item;
and writing the mirror synchronization identification corresponding to the mirror work item into mirror synchronization information associated with the work item to be reviewed.
In some embodiments, the updating unit 303 is further configured to:
determining the target position of original index information corresponding to the latest version of mirror image work item in a mirror image document to be reviewed;
and updating the original index information on the target position by using the mirror index information of the mirror work item of the latest version to obtain an updated mirror document.
In some embodiments, the review document updating apparatus further includes a new adding unit configured to:
if a new request of the content to be reviewed is detected, a new work item corresponding to the new request is obtained, and a new mirror image work item corresponding to the new work item is created;
selecting target index information corresponding to the newly added work item from the development document to be reviewed;
and generating mirror image index information corresponding to the newly added mirror image work item according to the target index information, and synchronizing the mirror image index information corresponding to the newly added mirror image work item to the mirror image document.
As can be seen from the above, the solution can copy the development document to be reviewed first, thereby obtaining a corresponding mirror image document, determining the work item to be reviewed, then determining the latest version of mirror image work item, and updating the original index information in the mirror image document by the mirror image index information of the latest version of mirror image work item, so that the content to be reviewed becomes the updated mirror image document and the latest mirror image work item; therefore, the multi-stage parallel development of document updating and document review is realized by updating the mirror image document corresponding to the development document, the uniformity of a data source is ensured on the basis of retaining a data release system based on the document, and the development efficiency of the document and the working efficiency of a user are improved.

The embodiment of the application also provides a computer device, as shown in fig. 6, which shows a schematic structural diagram of the computer device according to the embodiment of the application, specifically:
the computer device may include one or more processors 401 of a processing core, memory 402 of one or more computer readable storage media, a power supply 403, and an input unit 404, among other components. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the computer device structure shown in FIG. 6 is not limiting of the computer device and may include more or fewer components than shown, or may be combined with certain components, or a different arrangement of components. The memory 402 may mainly include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program (such as a voice playing function, an image playing function, etc.) required for at least one function, and the like; the storage data area may store data created according to the use of the computer device, etc. In addition, memory 402 may include high-speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other volatile solid-state storage device. Accordingly, the memory 402 may also include a memory controller to provide the processor 401 with access to the memory 402.
The computer device further comprises a power supply 403 for supplying power to the various components, preferably the power supply 403 may be logically connected to the processor 401 by a power management system, so that functions of charge, discharge, and power consumption management may be performed by the power management system. The power supply 403 may also include one or more of any of a direct current or alternating current power supply, a recharging system, a power failure detection circuit, a power converter or inverter, a power status indicator, and the like.
The computer device may also include an input unit 404, which input unit 404 may be used to receive input numeric or character information and to generate keyboard, mouse, joystick, optical or trackball signal inputs related to user settings and function control.
Although not shown, the computer device may further include a display unit or the like, which is not described herein. In particular, in this embodiment, the processor 401 in the computer device loads executable documents corresponding to the processes of one or more application programs into the memory 402 according to the following signaling, and the processor 401 executes the application programs stored in the memory 402, so as to implement various functions as follows:

Claims (9)

1. A method of review content updating, comprising:
copying a development document to be reviewed to obtain a mirror image document to be reviewed, wherein the development document to be reviewed contains original index information of work items;
Determining the work items to be reviewed based on the original index information of the work items contained in the development document to be reviewed;
determining the mirror image work item of the latest version of the work item to be reviewed;
updating original index information in the mirror image document to be reviewed through the mirror image index information of the mirror image work item of the latest version to obtain an updated mirror image document;
and taking the updated image document and the image work item of the latest version as contents to be reviewed.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining the work item to be reviewed based on index information of the work item contained in the development document to be reviewed comprises:
determining associated work items of the development document to be reviewed based on index information of the work items contained in the development document to be reviewed;
and determining the work items corresponding to the labels to be reviewed in the associated work items as the work items to be reviewed.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining the latest version of the mirrored work item for the work item to be reviewed comprises:
for any work item to be reviewed, if the work item to be reviewed contains the mirror image work item and the version of the work item to be reviewed is not updated, taking the mirror image work item of the work item to be reviewed as the mirror image work item of the latest version of the work item to be reviewed;
If the work item to be reviewed contains the mirror work item and the version of the work item to be reviewed is updated or the work item to be reviewed does not contain the mirror work item, the latest version of the mirror work item is created for the work item to be reviewed.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising, after creating the latest version of the mirrored work item for the work item to be reviewed:
generating a mirror image synchronization identifier corresponding to the mirror image work item;
and writing the mirror synchronization identification corresponding to the mirror work item into the mirror synchronization information associated with the work item to be reviewed.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein updating the original index information in the image document to be reviewed by the image index information of the image work item of the latest version to obtain an updated image document, comprises:
determining the target position of original index information corresponding to the latest version of mirror image work item in the mirror image document to be reviewed;
and updating the original index information on the target position by using the mirror index information of the mirror work item of the latest version to obtain an updated mirror document.
6. The method as recited in claim 1, further comprising:
