When the lower pressing block 266 is pressed down by the triggering device 27, the lower pressing block 266 drives the rebound rod 267 to slide on the supporting plate 262 along the height direction of the conveying device 1, the limiting ring 2671 fixedly arranged on the lower portion of the rebound rod 267 also slides down synchronously along with the rebound rod 267, a gap between the limiting ring 2671 and the supporting plate 262 can be enlarged, a spring 268 positioned in the gap can be gradually stretched in the sliding down of the limiting ring 2671, and when the triggering device 27 does not press the lower pressing block 266 any more, the spring 268 drives the rebound rod 267 to rebound, so that the lower pressing block 266 rebounds, and meanwhile, the rack 21 also descends to reset.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7: the guide assembly 263 includes an extension ear 2631 and a guide rod 2632; the extending lug 2631 is fixedly arranged on one side of the rack 21 away from the conveying device 1; the guide bar 2632 is fixedly provided on the upper portion of the support plate 262 in the height direction of the conveying apparatus 1, and the guide bar 2632 is slidably provided on the extending lugs 2631.
By providing the extending lugs 2631 and the guide bars 2632, the rack 21 can be ensured to be more stable in lifting.
Referring to fig. 5 and 10: the opening device 2 further comprises an automatic adjusting device 28, the automatic adjusting device 28 comprises a receiving rod 281, a second connecting rod 282, a balloon 283 and a hinge block 284; when the cleaning basket 3 is placed on the conveying device 1, the length direction of the cleaning basket 3 is parallel to the length direction of the conveying device 1, a plurality of moving grooves are formed in the bottom of the cleaning basket 3 along the width direction of the cleaning basket 3, the bearing rod 281 corresponds to the moving grooves, the bearing rod 281 is arranged in the moving grooves along the length direction of the cleaning basket 3, and the bearing rod 281 is in sliding fit with the moving grooves; the hinge blocks 284 are slidably disposed at one side of the cleaning basket 3 in the height direction of the cleaning basket 3; both ends of the second link 282 are hinged with the hinge block 284 and the end of the receiving lever 281, respectively; the airbag 283 is disposed at an upper portion of the hinge block 284.
Because the cleaning basket 3 needs to drive the top cover plate inside the cleaning basket to jointly enter into the cleaning liquid for cleaning, the conveying device 1 can drive the cleaning basket 3 to enter into the cleaning liquid, and after the cleaning basket 3 enters into the cleaning liquid, the air bag 283 drives the hinge block 284 to slide under the action of buoyancy, and the hinge block 284 in a rising state drives the receiving rod 281 to slide through the second connecting rod 282, so that the receiving rods 281 are mutually close, and the change ensures that the top cover plate can be cleaned more cleanly.
Referring to fig. 5: the automatic adjustment device 28 also includes a pendant 285; the weight 285 is fixedly provided between the hinge block 284 and the airbag 283, and both ends of the weight 285 are fixedly connected with the hinge block 284 and the airbag 283, respectively, and the weight of the weight 285 is less than the buoyancy generated by the airbag 283 in water.
When the cleaning basket 3 is lifted out of the cleaning liquid, the falling object 285 can generate a certain downward pressure on the hinged block 284, meanwhile, as the cleaning basket leaves the inclined liquid, the buoyancy of the air bag 283 can be gradually reduced, and finally the falling object 285 can press down the lifted hinged block 284, and the hinged block 284 pushes the receiving rod 281 to reset through the second connecting rod 282, so that the receiving rod 281 can stably receive the top cover plate.
Referring to fig. 2: the opening device 2 further comprises a fall prevention rail 29; the falling prevention rail 29 is provided above the conveyor 1 in the longitudinal direction of the conveyor 1, and the falling prevention rail 29 guides the cleaning basket 3 on the conveyor 1.
The cleaning basket 3 on the conveying device 1 is prevented from sliding along the width direction of the conveying device 1 by the anti-falling railing 29, and the transmission gear 22 is further ensured to be meshed with the rack 21 stably.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8:1 the triggering device 27 comprises a triggering lever 271; the trigger lever 271 is fixedly provided on a side wall of the cleaning basket 3, and the trigger lever 271 can press down the lower pressing block 266.
When the conveying device 1 drives the cleaning basket 3 to pass through the position of the rack 21, the trigger rod 271 arranged on the cleaning basket 3 can press down the lower pressing block 266, so that the lifting rod 261 can drive the rack 21 to lift.

the transmission assembly (23) is arranged at the side part of the cleaning basket (3), two ends of the transmission assembly (23) are respectively connected with the transmission gear (22) and the cover (25), and the transmission gear (22) drives the cover (25) to rotate through the transmission assembly (23);
the conveying device (1) comprises a conveying belt, limiting blocks (24) are uniformly and fixedly arranged on the conveying belt of the conveying device (1), gaps are reserved between adjacent limiting blocks (24), and cleaning baskets (3) are placed on two sides of each gap internally tangent cleaning basket (3) to be in contact with the two limiting blocks (24);
the lifting device (26) is arranged below the rack (21), and the lifting device (26) can drive the rack (21) to move along the height direction of the conveying device (1);
the triggering device (27) is fixedly arranged on one side of the cleaning basket (3) close to the lifting device (26), and the triggering device (27) is used for activating the lifting device (26).
