The basket 10 of the present invention is provided with two sliding bases 4, and each sliding base 4 is connected to the vertical portions 31 of the two mounting bases 3 in a manner of being able to move up and down relative to each other. Correspondingly, the basket 10 is provided with four groups of linkage devices 5, each sliding seat 4 is pivoted with the lower sides of the first linkage pieces 51 of the two groups of linkage devices at the same side, and the upper sides of the two first linkage pieces 51 at the same side are respectively pivoted with the side pipes 111 at the same side of the two support pipes 11; the upper sides of the second linkage parts 52 of the two sets of linkage devices on the same side are respectively pivoted with the side pipes 111 on the same side of the two supporting pipes 11, and the lower sides are respectively pivoted with the same side of the two bottom plates 21. That is, the left slide 4 is pivoted to the lower sides of the first linkage members 51 of the left two linkages, the upper sides of the left two first linkage members 51 are respectively pivoted to the left side tubes 111 of the two support tubes 11, the right slide 4 is pivoted to the lower sides of the first linkage members 51 of the right two linkages, and the upper sides of the right two first linkage members 51 are respectively pivoted to the right sides of the two support tubes 11; the left side tube 111 of the front side support tube 11 is pivoted to the upper side of a second linkage member 52, so that the lower side of the second linkage member 52 is pivoted to the left side of the front side bottom plate 21, the right side of the rear side support tube 11 is pivoted to the upper side of a second linkage member 52, so that the lower side of the second linkage member 52 is pivoted to the right side of the rear side bottom plate 21, and the other two sets of linkage devices are connected to the support tube 11 and the bottom plate 21 in the same way.
In this embodiment, the supporting tube 11 is U-shaped, and includes two side tubes 111 and an end tube 112 connected to a side of the two side tubes 111 facing away from the mounting base 3; one ends of the two side pipes 111, which are away from the end pipes 112, are respectively pivoted to the upper sides of the two vertical portions 31. Preferably, the end pipe 112 and the two side pipes 111 may be integrally formed, or three different components may be connected by other means.
When the infant carrying basket 10 is to be folded, any supporting tube 11 can be rotated upwards (namely, the supporting tube 11 takes a pivot shaft pivoted with the vertical part 31 of the mounting seat 3 as a rotating shaft and rotates upwards relative to the mounting seat 3), the upper sides of a first linkage piece 51 and a second linkage piece 52 connected with the supporting tube 11 are driven to move upwards together and rotate relative to the supporting tube 11, so that the lower side of the second linkage rod can pull the bottom plate 21 at the corresponding side of the supporting tube 11 to rotate upwards (the bottom plate 21 rotates upwards relative to the mounting seat 3 by taking the pivot shaft pivoted with the mounting seat 3 as the rotating shaft), the lower side of the first linkage piece 51 can pull the sliding seat 4 to move upwards relative to the mounting seat 3, and the upward movement of the sliding seat 4 can drive the other first linkage piece 51 connected with the sliding seat 4 to move upwards, so that the other supporting tube 11 is driven to rotate upwards, and the second linkage piece 52 connected with the other supporting tube 11 is driven to move upwards and rotate relative to the supporting tube 11, so that the included angle between two opposite bottom plates 21 and two opposite bottom plates 11 is gradually reduced, and the included angle between two opposite bottom plates 21 and two opposite bottom plates are gradually reduced, as shown in the figure (the two opposite bottom plates are correspondingly reduced, and the two opposite bottom plates are correspondingly reduced); until the two support pipes 11 can not rotate relatively and close, and the two bottom plates 21 can not rotate relatively and close, the basket 10 is completely folded, and in this folded state, the two support pipes 11 are relatively close, the two bottom plates 21 are relatively close, the first linkage piece 51 and the second linkage piece 52 of each set of linkage device are relatively close, and the first linkage piece 51 and the second linkage piece 52 of each set of linkage device are relatively close to the side pipe 111 of the support pipe 11, the bottom plates 21 and the sliding seat 4 on the corresponding side (as shown in fig. 6 and 7), so that the whole of the folded basket 10 is relatively flat, and the whole volume is small.
As described above, since the basket 10 of the present invention adopts the above-mentioned design, when the basket 10 is in the unfolded state, the opposite sides of the two bottom plates 21 are supported by the lower sides of the mounting seats 3, and the two sides of each bottom plate 21 are also connected with the supporting tubes 11 in the corresponding directions through the second linkage members 52, so as to be supported by the upward pulling force of the supporting tubes 11; the supporting tube 11 is also supported by different action points of the mounting seat 3, one is that the supporting tube 11 is supported by the action point of the mounting seat 3 through the pin joint of the supporting tube 11 and the mounting seat 3, and the other is that the supporting tube is supported by the other action point of the mounting seat 3 through the connection of the second linkage piece 52, the sliding seat 4 and the mounting seat 3; the upper frame 1, the lower frame 2 and the mounting seat 3 are kept in a relatively unfolded state by the aid of the linkage devices and the sliding seat 4, so that the basket 10 is in a very stable unfolded state when in the unfolded state, and the basket can be independently used, namely, the basket can be independently used without being matched with an infant handcart. It should be appreciated by those skilled in the art that, in use, the basket is provided with a matching flexible seat fabric, the functions of the basket are not affected after the basket is provided, and the seat fabric provided on the basket is a conventional technology in the art and is not an invention point of the present invention, and is not repeated herein. In addition, because the basket 10 adopts the design, the basket can be folded, and in the folding process, as long as one supporting pipe 11 rotates upwards, other components of the basket 10 can be folded in a linkage way until the basket is completely folded, so that the folding operation of the basket is very simple; the folding operation of the basket is further simplified by the aid of the single-hand folding mechanism, namely, any support tube can be rotated upwards by one hand to link the whole basket; in addition, because the basket of the invention adopts the design, the whole folded basket 10 is relatively flat, and the whole volume is small, thereby being convenient for carrying and storing.
In this embodiment, the upper sides of the first and second linkage members 51 and 52 of each set of linkage devices 5 are preferably pivotally connected to a support tube 11 by the same pivot, specifically, to one of the side tubes 111 of a support tube 11 by the same pivot, so that the basket 10 of the present invention is easier to assemble, and the whole of the folded basket 10 is flatter and smaller.
When the folded basket is to be unfolded, the reverse operation is performed, i.e. one of the support pipes 11 or the bottom plate 21 is rotated down until it is no longer rotatable.
In this embodiment, at least two bottom supporting members 22 are disposed at intervals on the lower side of each bottom plate 21, so that when the basket 10 of the present invention is not used with an infant stroller but is used alone, the basket 10 can be supported on the ground or other platforms by the bottom supporting members 22.
The infant carrier 10 further comprises a carrying handle 6, wherein the lower ends of the two sides of the carrying handle 6 are respectively pivoted to the two sides of the upper frame 1, so that the whole infant carrier 10 can be conveniently lifted by lifting the carrying handle 6; and when the infant carrier 10 is folded, the carrying handle 6 can also rotate relative to the upper frame 1 and approach the upper frame 1, so that the whole volume of the infant carrier 10 after being folded is reduced. Specifically, the lower ends of the two sides of the handle 6 are respectively pivoted to two side pipes 111 of one of the supporting pipes 11. Preferably, in the present embodiment, the lower ends of the two sides of the handle 6 are respectively pivoted to the outer sides of the two side tubes 111 of one of the support tubes 11, so that the handle 6 can be rotated to the periphery of the support tube 11 after being folded. In this embodiment, the driving portion 40 preferably extends upward from the upper end of the housing portion 41 of the slide 4. Further, the second locking piece 91 is configured such that, when the slide 4 moves upward until a portion of the sheathing portion 41 thereof where the driving portion 40 is not provided abuts against the lower end of the mounting piece 312, the second locking piece 91 is completely disengaged from the locking groove 810. Further, the basket according to the present invention is configured such that when the slide 4 moves upward until the portion of the sheathing part 41 thereof where the driving part 40 is not provided abuts against the lower end of the mounting member 312, the basket is in a folded state, and before that, the basket is only in the process of being folded. That is, the second locking mechanism is provided to be unlocked by the slide 4 when the basket 10 is in the folded state. When the basket is not completely folded, the basket cannot rotate relative to the assembly seat, so that the basket can be further prevented from rotating relative to the assembly seat due to misoperation, and the use safety of the basket is further guaranteed. In other embodiments, the second locking device may be unlocked by the driving member 40 pushing the lower end of the second locking member 91 completely out of the locking groove 810 before the slide 4 has not moved until the portion thereof where the driving member 40 is not disposed abuts the lower end of the mounting member 312 during folding of the basket. Both the above mentioned cases belong to the second locking means being unlocked by the linkage of the slide carriage 4 moving relative to the vertical portion when folding the basket.
The third elastic restoring member 92 is disposed between the upper end of the driven portion 912 and the top wall of the second accommodating cavity, and in this embodiment, under the action of the third elastic restoring member 92, the driven member abuts against the bottom wall of the second accommodating cavity.
Preferably, the mounting pipe 311 is disposed inside the main body 3122, and the driving part 40 is located between the mounting pipe 311 and the main body 3122. Thus, space can be saved, and the length of the body 3122 can be reduced, and interference of the second locking member 91 with the upper end of the mounting pipe 311 can be avoided.

The body 811 of the assembly 81 is located outside the main body 3122. The lower end surface of the assembly 81 is flush with the lower end surface of the bottom support 22 when the basket 10 is in the unfolded state, so that the assembly 81 can support the basket 10 on the ground together with the bottom support 22, thereby supporting more stably. In this embodiment, the assembly seat 8 may further include a contact member 82 having two ends connected to the lower sides of the two assemblies 81, respectively, and the contact member 82 is located below the lower frame 2. Thus, when the basket 10 of the present invention is supported on the ground, the connecting members 82 are equivalent to connecting the two sides of the basket, and similarly, the connecting members 32 connect the two sides of the basket, thus further making the basket 10 more stable and safer in the unfolded state.
As shown in fig. 16 to 21, the present invention discloses a stroller comprising a frame convertible between an unfolded state and a folded state and a basket connected to the frame, wherein the basket is configured as the infant basket 10.
The frame 20 is provided with a matching seat, and the assembling seat 8 of the lifting basket 10 is connected with the matching seat, so that the lifting basket 10 and the frame 20 are assembled. The assembling seat 8 and the mating seat may be detachably connected, or may be any other known and feasible connection manner, and are not described herein.
Because the basket 10 is assembled on the frame through the assembling seat 8, the folding of the basket 10 is not limited by the frame, so that the basket 10 loaded on the frame can be independently and completely folded in the unfolded state of the frame; the lifting basket is pivoted with the assembling seat, so that the lifting basket can rotate relative to the frame, the lifting basket does not need to be detached from the frame when the infant handcart is folded, and the folded lifting basket can rotate relative to the frame after being folded, so that the operation of detaching the lifting basket is avoided, the integral folding operation of the infant handcart is simpler and more convenient, and after the frame is folded, the folded lifting basket can be relatively close to each component of the folded frame, and the integral folded volume of the whole infant handcart is relatively smaller, so that the infant handcart is convenient to carry and store; the volume of the folded basket is small, so that the whole volume of the infant handcart after being folded can be further reduced. Moreover, because the unlocking of the second locking mechanism is achieved through linkage unlocking when the lifting basket is folded, under the condition that the lifting basket folding operation is not carried out, the lifting basket cannot be independently rotated relative to the assembly seat, namely, the lifting basket cannot be independently rotated relative to the frame, so that the lifting basket can be prevented from rotating due to misoperation, and damage to children in the lifting basket caused by the misoperation is avoided.
The matching seat comprises two matching pieces 201 which are arranged on the frame at intervals, and the two matching pieces 201 are respectively connected with the two assembling pieces 81.
In this embodiment, the frame 20 includes left and right side brackets 201, and each of the side brackets 201 is provided with one of the engaging members 201. So that the basket, after being assembled to the frame, can be positioned between the brackets on both sides.
Each side bracket 201 comprises a front foot 202, a sliding piece 203 which is connected to the front foot 202 in a relatively up-down movable way, a rider 204 which is connected to the sliding piece 203 at the lower side, a rear foot 205 which is pivoted to the sliding piece 203 at the front side, and a connecting rod 206, wherein the upper side of the connecting rod 206 is pivoted to the upper side of the front foot 202, and the lower side is pivoted to the rear foot 205; the upper side of the front leg 202 of each side bracket is provided with the matching piece 201; the engaging member 201 is located at the upper side of the slider 203, so that the engaging member 201 can be prevented from interfering with the sliding of the slider 203.
When the frame 20 is folded, the rider 204 can be pushed downwards, so that the rider 204 and the sliding piece 203 move downwards relative to the front leg 202, the front end of the rear leg 205 is driven to move together with the sliding piece 203 and rotate relative to the sliding piece 203, meanwhile, as the rear leg 205 rotates and moves in a rotating way, the lower end of the connecting rod 206 is driven to move downwards forwards, and as the upper end of the connecting rod 206 is pivoted on the upper side of the front leg 202, the rear side of the rear leg 205 is driven to rotate towards the direction of the front leg 202 at the same time under the action of the connecting rod 206 until the rider 204 and the sliding piece 203 can not move downwards any more; at this time, the front leg 202, the rear leg 205, the rider 204, and the link 206 are close to each other, and the frame 20 is in a folded state. Before folding the infant stroller of the present invention, the basket 10 may be folded, and when the basket 10 is folded, the slide 4 also unlocks the second locking mechanism, and then the folded basket 10 is rotated forward and downward to be relatively close to the front legs 202, and then the frame 20 is folded, thereby completing the overall folding of the infant stroller. That is, because the basket 10 is pivoted with the assembling seat 8, the basket 10 connected to the frame 20 through the assembling seat 8 can rotate relative to the frame 20, and further the folded basket 10 can be relatively close to each component of the folded frame 20, so that the folded volume of the whole baby stroller can be reduced, and the baby stroller is convenient to carry and store; the folded basket has small volume, and the whole volume of the folded baby stroller can be further reduced
The frame 20 further includes left and right push handles 209, and the lower sides of the push handles 209 are respectively pivoted to the upper sides of the handles 204 of the two side brackets, or the lower sides of the push handles are respectively connected to the upper sides of the handles 204 of the two side brackets in a relatively up-and-down movable manner. When the frame 20 is folded, the push handle can be rotated downwards or moved downwards, so that the push handle is folded, the overall height of the frame 20 is reduced, and the overall size of the infant stroller is reduced.
The frame 20 further includes a front wheel 207 coupled to a front lower portion of the front foot 202, and a rear wheel 208 coupled to a rear lower portion of the rear foot 205.
In other embodiments, the specific structure of the frame may be any other known feasible structure, as long as the matching seat can be matched with the basket without affecting the folding of the basket.
In the above description of the relative orientations, the directions in which the two support pipes 11 are located are the front and rear, the directions in which the support pipes 11 are located are the upward, the directions in which the bottom plate 21 is located are the downward, and the directions in which the two side pipes 111 of the support pipes 11 are located are the left and right. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the foregoing description of the orientation is merely for convenience of description of the invention and is not intended to specifically address the particular orientation of the components involved and thus should not be construed as limiting the invention; it will also be appreciated that as the viewing vision changes, the orientation changes correspondingly uniformly.
