本发明涉及建筑材料领域,为解决现有技术下隔音材料不具备防渗能力,吸湿后隔音能力下降,不适用于地下室的问题,公开了一种地下室防渗漏阻燃隔音材料,包括基层、中层及面层,基层为渗透结晶性防水砂浆;中层为发泡隔音水泥砂浆;面层聚合物改性微水泥防水砂浆。该材料可用于地下室防护,具有如下有益效果:具有良好的防水抗渗阻燃效果,可有效阻隔声音的传播,并具有吸收声波的能力可减轻地下室回音现象;本发明材料的抗渗隔音防护时间长。

一种地下室防渗漏阻燃隔音材料
技术领域
本发明涉及地下室建筑材料领域,尤其涉及一种地下室防渗漏阻燃隔音材料。
背景技术
为保障居住环境的舒适性,建造及装修时需要对建筑进行隔音及吸音处理。建筑中使用的隔音吸音材料多为多孔材料,其含有的空隙可增强对声波的衰减效果。对于地下室结构来说,由于地下室中较为封闭,因此易受回音困扰,更需要使用多孔材料吸收声波。但地下室易受土壤中水汽侵蚀,且通风不佳,这不仅导致地下室中湿度较大,这会使大量水汽也会进入多孔材料中使隔音、吸音效果减弱并使多孔材料易发霉。
例如,在中国专利文献上公开的“一种防火隔音砂浆材料及其制备方法”,其公告号为CN113929407A,该防火隔音砂浆材料中使用通过利用玻化微珠、橡胶颗粒、硅酸铝纤维在砂浆中形成多孔、疏松、透气的结构,从而在声音传播途径上对声波进行反射、吸收从而达到吸音效果,但该材料不具备防水效果,水汽易将多孔结构堵塞,因此不适合在地下室中使用。
发明内容
本发明为了克服现有技术下隔音材料不具备防渗能力,吸湿后隔音能力下降,不适用于地下室的问题,提供一种地下室防渗漏阻燃隔音材料,该材料具有良好的抗渗阻燃隔音效果,可用于地下室中以提高地下室的使用舒适性。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种地下室防渗漏阻燃隔音材料,包括基层、中层及面层,以重量份计,
基层包括:硅酸盐水泥20-35份,硫铝酸盐水泥10-20份、硅砂20-35份、乳胶粉0.1-0.3份、结晶剂0.1-5份、螯合剂0.2-0.5份、纤维素醚0.05-0.15份、减水剂0.5-1.0份和水10-20份;中层包括:硅酸盐水泥40-55份、硅砂10-15份、中空填料10-18份、橡胶体15-25份、引气剂0.1-0.5份、矿物质纤维0.2-0.5份、减水剂0.1-0.3份和水25-40份;
面层包括:白色硅酸盐水泥30-50份、硅砂30-50份、聚合物乳液15-30份、阻燃剂1-3份、减水剂0.1-0.2份、矿物颜料0-2份和水25-45份。
本发明材料为三层结构,其中基层贴合地下室墙体表面设置,其含有的结晶剂和螯合剂可进入地下室墙体内部遇水后生成结晶堵塞墙体的毛细结构,增强地下室墙体防水和抗渗性能,避免水分从地下室墙体中渗入中层,并且基层砂浆使用硅酸盐水泥和硫铝酸盐水泥复配,可提高基层砂浆的密度,也提高了固化速度,减少材料整体的涂抹施工时间;中层中的引气剂和中空填料可向砂浆中引入气泡结构,橡胶体和矿物质纤维具有将声能通过振动转换为热能的作用,可消耗声能,中空填料、引气剂、橡胶体和矿物质纤维共同作用使得中层具有良好的隔音、吸音效果;面层使用聚合物改性微水泥,具有疏水、阻燃的效果,可避免地下室内部水汽通过面层渗入中层,面层颜色可通过矿物颜料进行调整,可用于装饰地下室。并且三层材料的密度之间存在密度差,因此该结构对材料整体也具有提高隔音、隔热性能的效果。
作为优选,所述结晶剂为正硅酸乙酯、硅酸钠、碳酸钙、氯化钙和氯化铁中的一种或几种。
正硅酸乙酯、硅酸钠和氯化铁可生成胶体,碳酸钙和氯化钙为螯合剂提供钙离子。
作为优选,所述螯合剂为多聚磷酸盐、六偏磷酸盐、葡萄糖酸盐、乙二胺四乙酸盐和乙二胺四亚基磷酸盐中的两种或两种以上。
使用不同的螯合剂进行复配可以生成不同尺寸的晶体有利于提高对空隙的堵塞效果。
作为优选,所述乳胶粉为醋酸乙烯酯-乙烯共聚胶粉、丙烯酸酯-苯乙烯共聚胶粉、醋酸乙烯酯-高级脂肪酸乙烯酯共聚胶粉和醋酸乙烯酯-丙烯酸酯-高级脂肪酸乙烯酯三元共聚胶粉中的一种或几种。
乳胶粉为水溶性乳胶,具有吸水膨胀的特性,可提高砂浆的致密性、韧性和抗渗性能。
作为优选,所述聚合物乳液为环氧树脂、有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂、聚醚改性聚硅氧烷、非离子表面活性剂、固化剂和水以50:(30-50):(5-15):(2-25):(6-15):(50-100)的质量比混合得到。
聚合物乳液中非离子表面活性剂以提高树脂在乳液中的分散性,环氧树脂、有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂和聚醚改性聚硅氧烷复配后具有良好的韧性和疏水效果,可提高面层的致密性、机械强度和防水性。
作为优选,所述减水剂为聚羧酸系减水剂、氨基磺酸盐系减水剂和萘系减水剂中的一种或几种。
作为优选,所述中空填料为中空玻璃微珠、中空二氧化硅微球和中空陶瓷微珠中的一种或几种。

下述实施方法中醋酸乙烯酯-乙烯共聚胶粉购自武汉吉鑫益邦生物科技有限公司;羟丙基纤维素、聚羧酸减水剂购自上海憎冶实业有限公司;高效萘系减水剂购自济南顺阳化工科技有限公司;中空玻璃微珠购自温州市维真新材料有限公司;海泡石纤维购自灵寿县汇中矿产品有限公司;APP阻燃剂购自寿光普尔化工有限公司;E44环氧树脂购自南通星辰合成材料有限公司;水性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂、聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷、OB-2表面活性剂和HX-8001水性环氧树脂固化剂购自武汉华翔科洁生物技术有限公司。
实施例1
一种地下室防渗漏阻燃隔音材料,包括依次叠加的基层、中层及面层,
基层为2mm,由如下原料搅拌混合得到:30份硅酸盐水泥P.II、10份硫铝酸盐水泥525、35份细硅砂、0.3份醋酸乙烯酯-乙烯共聚胶粉、1份硅酸钠、3份氯化钙、0.2份六偏磷酸钠、0.3份乙二胺四乙酸钠、0.15份羟丙基纤维素、0.5份聚羧酸减水剂和15份水;
中层为10mm,由如下原料搅拌混合得到:40份硅酸盐水泥P.II、15份细硅砂、10份中空玻璃微珠、25份橡胶颗粒(粒径1-2mm)、0.5份松香酸钠引气剂、0.2份海泡石纤维、0.1份聚羧酸减水剂和25份水;
面层为3mm,由如下原料搅拌混合得到:50份白色硅酸盐水泥P.W42.5、30份细硅砂、20份聚合物乳液、3份APP阻燃剂、0.2份聚羧酸减水剂和25份水,其中聚合物乳液为E44环氧树脂、水性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂、聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷、OB-2表面活性剂、HX-8001水性环氧树脂固化剂和水以50:30:10:10:6:80的质量比混合得到;
各层依次涂抹在水泥墙体表面,每层固化后再涂抹下一层。
实施例2

一种地下室防渗漏阻燃隔音材料,与实施例1的区别在于,基层由如下原料搅拌混合得到:20份硅酸盐水泥P.II、20份硫铝酸盐水泥525、20份细硅砂、0.3份醋酸乙烯酯-乙烯共聚胶粉、1份氯化铁、3份氯化钙、0.2份乙二胺四亚基磷酸钠、0.2份多聚磷酸钠、0.15份羟丙基纤维素、0.5份高效萘系减水剂和10份水。

一种地下室防渗漏阻燃隔音材料,与实施例1的区别在于,面层为由如下原料搅拌混合得到:30份白色硅酸盐水泥P.W42.5、20份细硅砂、30份聚合物乳液、3份APP阻燃剂、0.2份聚羧酸减水剂、1份氧化铁和25份水,其中聚合物乳液为E44环氧树脂、水性有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂、聚醚改性聚二甲基硅氧烷、OB-2表面活性剂、HX-8001水性环氧树脂固化剂和水以50:50:15:10:15:100的质量比混合得到。

由上表数据可知,本发明材料具有良好的抗渗、隔音吸音效果,并且本发明材料表面也具有良好的防水性能。
比较对比例1-2和实施例1可知,本发明材料中基层具有抗渗作用,面层具有防水和阻燃作用,并且基层和面层较中层更为致密,因此两者均具有一定的隔音性能,当缺少基层或面层时,虽然中层厚度增加吸音效果增强,但隔音效果有所减弱。
由对比例3可知,螯合剂仅使用一种时其抗渗性能弱于使用两种的实施例1;对比例4的检测结果表明,硅酸盐水泥和硫铝酸盐水泥混合使用后砂浆的密度增大可提高隔音性能。
由对比例5可知,面层的聚合物乳液中聚醚改性聚硅氧烷具有增强面层疏水性的效果。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种地下室防渗漏阻燃隔音材料,其特征是,所述乳胶粉为醋酸乙烯酯-乙烯共聚胶粉、丙烯酸酯-苯乙烯共聚胶粉、醋酸乙烯酯-高级脂肪酸乙烯酯共聚胶粉和醋酸乙烯酯-丙烯酸酯-高级脂肪酸乙烯酯三元共聚胶粉中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种地下室防渗漏阻燃隔音材料,其特征是,所述聚合物乳液为环氧树脂、有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂、聚醚改性聚硅氧烷、非离子表面活性剂、固化剂和水以50:(30-50):(5-15):(2-25):(6-15):(50-100)的质量比混合得到。

9.根据权利要求1所述的一种地下室防渗漏阻燃隔音材料,其特征是,所述纤维素醚为非离子型水溶性纤维素醚。
10.根据权利要求1或5所述的一种地下室防渗漏阻燃隔音材料,其特征是,所述基层厚度为1-5mm,所述中层厚度为5-15mm,所述面层厚度为2-5mm。
