Abstract
The application discloses an apparatus for preparing beverage in situ, comprising: a cabinet body; a plurality of liquid-dispensing raw material containers, each comprising a dispensing port; a plurality of liquid lines, each including an inlet and an outlet, each inlet for detachably connecting with a dispensing port of a liquid dispensing container; the water tank is arranged on the cabinet body, and the liquid preparation raw material container can be detachably received in the water tank; the pipeline cleaning system comprises a cleaning liquid container, wherein the cleaning liquid container comprises a cleaning liquid outlet; and the control device is used for controlling the automatic distribution of the liquid preparation raw materials and controlling the pipeline cleaning system to clean the liquid pipeline. The inlet of the liquid line is placed in fluid communication with the tank and the cleaning liquid supply port is also placed in fluid communication with the tank. The in-situ beverage making equipment can simply and efficiently integrate an in-situ automatic pipeline cleaning system into an in-situ milk tea making machine through reasonable structural arrangement, and realize seamless switching of beverage configuration and pipeline cleaning, in-situ automatic cleaning of a liquid pipeline and efficient and sanitary liquid pipeline cleaning effects.
Description
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of ready-to-make beverages, and more particularly to a ready-to-make beverage appliance having an in-situ automatic line cleaning system.
Background
Along with the improvement of living standard, the beverage consumption requirement and the consumption level are continuously increased, so that the beverage making shop becomes one of the industries growing at high speed, the beverage making shop is visible everywhere, and the queued fire and explosion scene can be seen for a long time.
In order to improve the liquid preparation efficiency of the existing beverage, some automatic beverage preparation devices are already on the market, and can automatically and quickly prepare beverages with various tastes, and although manpower can be saved and the liquid preparation efficiency is improved, the liquid preparation device is provided with a plurality of liquid pipelines suitable for various tastes to dispense liquid preparation raw materials with different components, so that the cleaning task of the liquid pipelines is heavy, and some liquid pipelines are difficult to clean in place, so that the wide use of the device is affected, and the hidden danger of food sanitation is caused.
Disclosure of Invention

According to the present application, there is provided an instant beverage apparatus comprising:

a plurality of liquid lines, each comprising an inlet and an outlet, each inlet for removable connection with a dispensing port of one of the liquid feed containers;
the water tank is arranged on the cabinet body, and the liquid preparation raw material container can be detachably received in the water tank;
the pipeline cleaning system comprises a cleaning liquid container for containing cleaning liquid, wherein the cleaning liquid container comprises a cleaning liquid outlet;
a control device for controlling the automatic distribution of the liquid preparation raw materials and controlling the pipeline cleaning system to clean the liquid pipeline,
wherein the inlet of the liquid line is arranged in fluid communication with the tank and the cleaning liquid supply port is also in fluid communication with the tank.
Preferably, the control means is adapted to control operation and stop of the liquid pumping means provided between the inlet and the outlet on the corresponding liquid line for dispensing the desired amount of the liquid ingredient for beverage preparation when the dispensing port of the liquid ingredient container is connected to the inlet of the corresponding liquid line, and to control the line cleaning system to supply the cleaning liquid to the water tank and to control operation and stop of the liquid pumping means on the liquid line to be cleaned for liquid line cleaning when the dispensing port of the liquid ingredient container is detached from the inlet of the liquid line.

The application is described in further detail below with reference to the drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the application and not limiting of the application. It should be noted that, for convenience of description, only the portions related to the application are shown in the drawings.
Directional terms used in the specification, such as "rear", "bottom", "side", are described for the sake of description only with reference to directions of the illustrated views more clearly, and do not limit the structures illustrated in the drawings to be used only in the directions of the illustrated views.
Fig. 1 is a front view of an instant beverage apparatus without a liquid ingredient container according to a preferred embodiment of the present application, and fig. 2 is a front view of the instant beverage apparatus shown in fig. 1 with the liquid ingredient container loaded and the upper cabinet panel removed. In the figures, an instant beverage making apparatus is generally indicated by reference numeral 1. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a beverage making apparatus 1 is shown comprising a cabinet 11, a plurality of liquid ingredient containers 13 for holding various liquid ingredient components required for preparing a beverage, a plurality of liquid lines 14, a water tank 12 mounted on the cabinet 11, a line cleaning system (not shown in fig. 1 and 2, schematically shown in fig. 5 and generally indicated by reference numeral 19) and a control device 16.
The liquid-dispensing material container 13 can be detachably received in the water tank 12, specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the liquid-dispensing material container 13 can be received in the water tank 12 mounted on the cabinet 11, and as shown in fig. 1, the liquid-dispensing material container 13 can be detached from the water tank 12, for example, when the liquid-dispensing material in the liquid-dispensing material container 13 is used up, the liquid-dispensing material container 13 can be detached for replenishment, or the liquid-dispensing material container 13 can be detached for cleaning of the liquid-dispensing material container 13.
Each of the plurality of liquid lines 14 includes an inlet (not shown in fig. 1 and 2, indicated by reference numeral 141 in fig. 4) and an outlet 17, and a liquid pumping device 15 disposed on the liquid line 14 between the inlet and outlet 17. Each of the liquid-dispensing raw material containers 13 includes a dispensing opening for dispensing the liquid-dispensing raw material liquid contained therein. The inlet of each liquid line 14 is adapted to be detachably connected to a dispensing port of one of the liquid ingredient containers 13.
The line cleaning system, which is not specifically shown in fig. 1 and 2, may be provided, for example, at the portion of the cabinet designated 18 in fig. 1 and 2.
The control device 16 is used for controlling the liquid preparation raw material to automatically dispense the required liquid preparation raw material liquid from the liquid preparation raw material container 13 for beverage preparation, and controlling the pipeline cleaning system to clean the liquid pipeline 14.
Fig. 3 is a front view of a separate water tank for the instant beverage apparatus of fig. 1 and 2, and fig. 4 is a top view of the water tank shown in fig. 3. Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the water tank 12 is shown as an open-top tank having a plurality of openings provided at the bottom thereof, and the inlet 141 of each of the plurality of liquid lines 14 is provided corresponding to the opening at the bottom of the water tank 12. In the present embodiment, since the inlet 141 of the liquid line 14 is provided at the bottom of the water tank 12, the dispensing port of the liquid-dispensing raw material container 13 used in the present embodiment is also provided at the bottom of the liquid-dispensing raw material container 13. Typically, the inlet 141 of the liquid line 14 and the dispensing opening of the liquid ingredient container 13 are provided with plug-in connectors that mate with each other so that the liquid ingredient container 13 can be quickly engaged with or disengaged from the inlet 141 of the corresponding liquid line 14 by plugging. The dispensing opening of the liquid dispensing stock container 13 is normally provided as a normally closed quick-connect fitting, and the corresponding liquid line inlet is provided as a quick-connect fitting with an actuating member. When the dispensing port of the liquid dispensing material container 13 is engaged with the corresponding liquid line inlet, the quick-connect fitting with the actuating member engages the normally-closed quick-connect fitting, which opens the normally-closed quick-connect fitting, and the dispensing port of the liquid dispensing material container 13 is in fluid communication with the inlet 141 of the liquid line 14. When the dispensing opening of the liquid dispensing raw material container 13 is pulled out from the inlet 141 of the corresponding liquid pipeline 14, the quick-fit connector with the starting piece is separated from the normally-closed quick-fit connector, and meanwhile, the liquid dispensing raw material container 13 is separated from the liquid pipeline 14, the normally-closed quick-fit connector is restored to be normally closed, and the dispensing opening of the liquid dispensing raw material container 13 is closed.
Alternatively, the inlet of the liquid line 14 may be provided at the lower portion of one side wall of the tank 12 parallel to the length direction of the tank, in which case the dispensing opening of the liquid-dispensing raw material container 13 may be provided at the lower portion of the corresponding side wall of the liquid-dispensing raw material container 13, corresponding to the position of the inlet of the corresponding liquid line when it is received in the tank 12.
When the liquid ingredient container 13 is received in the water tank 12 and the dispensing port of the liquid ingredient container 13 is connected to the inlet of the corresponding liquid line 14, the control device 16 may control the operation and stop of the corresponding liquid pumping device 15 on the liquid line connected to the liquid ingredient container 13 containing the desired liquid ingredient liquid to dispense the desired amount of the desired liquid ingredient liquid into the beverage cup via the outlet 17 of the liquid line 14 for beverage dispensing.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram showing the cleaning fluid flow line after the line cleaning system is connected to the beverage making apparatus. In the drawing, the pipe cleaning system is generally denoted by reference numeral 19 and includes a cleaning liquid container 191, the cleaning liquid container 191 including a cleaning liquid outlet connected to the water tank 12 via a cleaning liquid pipe 193, and the cleaning liquid pipe 193 is provided with a cleaning liquid pump 192 and a cleaning liquid distribution valve 194.
When the dispensing material container is detached from the water tank 12 and the cleaning liquid outlet of the desired cleaning liquid container 191 is connected to the inlet of the corresponding liquid pipe 14, it is noted that, after the dispensing material container 13 is detached from the water tank 12, as shown in fig. 1, the cleaning state can be seamlessly entered, that is, the inlet of the liquid pipe 14 is in fluid communication with the water tank 12 and the cleaning liquid supply port is also in fluid communication with the water tank. In this state, under the control of the control device 16, the line cleaning system 19 may supply the cleaning liquid to the water tank 12, and since the inlet of the liquid line 14 is provided at the bottom of the water tank 12 or the bottom of the side wall of the water tank 12, the cleaning liquid may be directly introduced into the liquid line 14 through the inlet 141 of the liquid line 14, thereby cleaning the entire liquid line 14.
More specifically, the control device 16 controls the operation and stop of the cleaning liquid pump 192 and the opening and closing of the cleaning liquid distribution valve 194 to supply the cleaning liquid to the water tank 12 connected to the liquid line 14 to be cleaned, and controls the operation and stop of the liquid pumping device 15 on the corresponding liquid line 14 to transport the cleaning liquid through the entire liquid line 14 to be finally distributed from the outlet 17 of the liquid line 14 to perform cleaning of the liquid line 14.
The cleaning modes of the line cleaning system 19 may include a rinse mode, a soak mode, a descaling mode, and/or a sterilization mode, in which the fluid pumping device 15 of the liquid line 14 in fluid communication with the water tank 12 is operated to pump the cleaning fluid through the liquid line 14 and out the outlet 17 of the liquid line 14 for cleaning after the line cleaning system 19 supplies the cleaning fluid to the water tank 12; in the soaking mode, after the pipe cleaning system 19 supplies the cleaning liquid including the detergent solution or the clean water to the water tank 12, the fluid pumping device of the liquid pipe 14 corresponding to the water tank 12 is operated, and stops after the cleaning liquid is filled in the liquid pipe 14, and is maintained for a period of time, so that the cleaning liquid soaks the liquid pipe 14; the sterilization mode is used together with the cleaning mode or the soaking mode, except that the cleaning liquid is added with a bactericide; the descaling mode is similar to the soaking mode except that a descaling agent is added into the cleaning liquid.
Cleaning solution may be supplied to tank 12 from line cleaning system 19 via a separate conduit connecting the cleaning solution outlet and tank 12. As shown in fig. 3, a cleaning liquid supply port 121 may be provided in a side wall of the water tank 12 perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, and a conduit may be connected between the cleaning liquid supply port 121 and a cleaning liquid outlet of the cleaning liquid container 191 of the pipe cleaning system 19, the cleaning liquid supply port 121 being configured to receive the liquid supplied from the cleaning liquid container 191 of the pipe cleaning system 19.
It should also be noted that the bottom of the tank 12 may also include a drain (not shown in the figures) that connects to the drain system. In this way, the water tank 12 can also be used as a leak-proof water receiving tray, and the leaked liquid in the liquid preparation raw material container 13 can be discharged to the sewage system via the water tank 12, so that the beverage-making apparatus 1 can be kept clean.
The tank 12 may also include a level sensor for monitoring the level of the liquid in the tank, warning when the level exceeds a threshold value, and an overflow port, provided near said level threshold value, connected to the sewer system for draining the liquid exceeding the overflow port.
The number of the water tanks 12 can be one or more according to actual needs, and each water tank corresponds to different liquid preparation raw material containers and liquid pipelines. When cleaning, the line cleaning system may simultaneously or alternatively clean the liquid lines corresponding to one or more tanks.
Referring back to fig. 3, there is also shown a support bar 16 below the water tank 12, and a positioning plate 15 fixed to the cabinet 11. The support rods 16 are connected between the bottoms of both sides of the water tank 12 in the length direction and the positioning plates 15, for supporting the water tank 12, and defining the height between the positioning plates 15 and the bottom of the water tank 12, so that an installation space of a plug connected with the outlet of the liquid pipeline 14 is reserved during initial installation, and the plug connected with the outlet of the liquid pipeline is convenient to install.

wherein the inlet of the liquid line is arranged in fluid communication with the tank and the cleaning liquid supply port is also in fluid communication with the tank.

5. The beverage-making apparatus according to claim 2, wherein a cleaning liquid supply port for receiving the liquid supplied from the pipe cleaning system is further provided on a side wall of the water tank perpendicular to the length direction.

The beverage-on-demand device of claim 5, wherein the cleaning liquid outlet is in fluid communication with the cleaning liquid supply port via a cleaning liquid valve, and the controller dispenses the cleaning liquid from the cleaning liquid container to the water tank by controlling opening and closing of the cleaning liquid valve.
7. The ready-to-drink beverage device of claim 1 or 2, wherein the tank bottom includes a drain port connected to a drain system.
8. The beverage-on-demand device of claim 6, wherein the tank further comprises a level sensor for monitoring a level of liquid in the tank and an overflow vent, the level sensor being configured to alert when the level exceeds a threshold, the overflow vent being disposed near the level threshold and being connected to the drain system to allow liquid exceeding the overflow vent to drain.
9. An instant beverage device according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the water tank is configured as a plurality of water tanks, each water tank corresponding to a different liquid ingredient container and liquid line.
10. The instant drink apparatus of claim 1 or 2, wherein a support bar is further provided under the water tank, and a positioning plate is fixed to the cabinet, the support bar being connected between both side bottoms of the water tank in a length direction thereof and the positioning plate for supporting the water tank, and defining a height between the positioning plate and the bottom of the water tank, so as to install a plug connected to an outlet of the liquid line.
11. The beverage-on-demand device of claim 6, wherein the cleaning mode of the line cleaning system includes a rinse mode, a soak mode, a descaling mode, and/or a sterilization mode, in which the fluid pumping means of the liquid line in fluid communication with the tank is operated to pump the cleaning fluid through the liquid line and out the liquid line outlet for cleaning after the line cleaning system supplies the cleaning fluid to the tank; in the soaking mode, after the pipeline cleaning system supplies cleaning liquid comprising detergent solution or clear water to the water tank, the fluid pumping device of the liquid pipeline corresponding to the water tank acts, and after the liquid pipeline is full of the cleaning liquid, the pipeline cleaning system stops and keeps for a period of time, so that the cleaning liquid soaks the liquid pipeline; the sterilization mode is used together with the cleaning mode or the soaking mode, except that the cleaning liquid is added with a bactericide; the descaling mode is similar to the soaking mode except that a descaling agent is added into the cleaning liquid.
