The access entry information is information of an access entry for accessing the target conference, such as access link, telephone number, conference number, graphic code and the like for accessing the target conference.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 3B, fig. 3B is a flowchart of a processing method of a conference provided by an embodiment of the present application, in step S102 in fig. 3A, conference information of a target conference is obtained, and based on the conference information, a card message carrying access entry information is determined, which may be implemented by steps S201 to S202 shown in fig. 3B: in step S201, a conference identifier of a target conference carried by a sharing request is obtained; in step S202, conference information of the target conference is acquired based on the conference identifier, wherein the conference information includes at least one of the following: conference state, conference number, conference access link, conference theme; in step S203, message packaging processing is performed based on the conference information, and a card message carrying access entry information is obtained.
Here, the sharing request carries a conference identifier of a target conference to be shared, each conference corresponds to one conference identifier, the conference identifier is used for distinguishing different conferences, the first server obtains conference information of the target conference based on the conference identifier carried by the sharing request, such as conference subject, conference state (not started, in progress, ended), conference access link, conference number, conference time (starting time, ending time) and other conference information of the target conference, and encapsulates the conference information, such as encapsulating the conference information into a message according to a preset message template, so as to obtain a corresponding card message.
The conference number is different from the conference identification, the conference number refers to a room number of a conference living broadcast room (used for accessing a corresponding conference) for living broadcasting a target conference, the conference living broadcast room is generally composed of 9-10 Roman numerals, the conference living broadcast room refers to a network living broadcast program opened by a conference creator and is used for carrying out a multimedia session by participants, namely, the creator or participants of the target conference can carry out the multimedia session in the conference living broadcast room, and multimedia conference contents (such as audio and video) are live broadcast to other participants in real time, and all participants can know the session contents in real time through the conference living broadcast room, and the conference living broadcast room can be created in real time (corresponding to an instant conference) and also can be reserved for creation (corresponding to a reserved conference).
In some embodiments, the first server may further obtain meeting information for the target meeting based on the meeting identification by: carrying out validity check on the meeting identification of the target meeting to obtain a check result; and when the verification result indicates that the meeting identifier of the target meeting is a legal identifier, acquiring meeting information of the target meeting based on the meeting identifier.
In practical application, when the first server acquires the meeting identifier of the target meeting, validity verification is further performed on the acquired meeting identifier, such as validity verification is performed on the length and the composition of the meeting identifier, meeting information of the target meeting is acquired based on the meeting identifier only when the meeting identifier is the legal identifier, and meeting information of the target meeting is not acquired when the meeting identifier is the illegal identifier, so that malicious leakage of the meeting information can be avoided, and safety of the meeting information is improved.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 4A, fig. 4A is a flow chart of a method for packaging a card message according to an embodiment of the present application, and the message packaging process based on the conference information in step S203 in fig. 3B, to obtain a card message carrying access entry information, may be implemented through steps S2031A to S2032A shown in fig. 4A: in step S2031A, when the conference information includes a conference state, and the conference state characterizes that the target conference is a reserved conference that is not started, a conference schedule associated with the reserved conference is acquired; in step S2032A, a message packaging process is performed based on the conference schedule, and a schedule message carrying access entry information is obtained as a card message.
In practical application, when the target conference is an unexposed conference, the first server acquires a conference schedule associated with the reserved target conference based on the conference identification, wherein the conference schedule comprises at least one of the following: meeting starting time and meeting duration, and carrying out message encapsulation processing based on meeting schedules and meeting information (such as meeting access links, meeting numbers and the like), so as to obtain schedule messages carrying access entrance information as card messages for sharing target meetings.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 4B, fig. 4B is a flow chart of a method for packaging a card message according to an embodiment of the present application, and the message packaging process based on the conference information in step S203 in fig. 3B, to obtain a card message carrying access entry information, may be implemented through steps S2031B to S2032B shown in fig. 4B: in step S2031B, when the second instant messaging application is different from the first instant messaging application, acquiring a communication protocol for communication between the first instant messaging application and the second instant messaging application; in step S2032B, message packaging processing is performed on the conference information based on the communication protocol, so as to obtain a card message carrying access entry information; correspondingly, the first server may send the card message to the second instant messaging application corresponding to the target account number requested to be shared by the sharing request in the following manner: and sending the card message to a second instant messaging application corresponding to the target account number, so that the second instant messaging application analyzes the card message based on a communication protocol and displays an access inlet of the target conference based on access inlet information carried by the card message.
Here, when the second instant messaging application corresponding to the target account number requested to be shared by the sharing request is different from the first instant messaging application, for example, the first instant messaging application is a computer program providing an internet social service for a group user (such as a school, an enterprise, etc.), the second instant messaging application is a computer program providing an internet social service for a personal user, in order to enable message intercommunication between the two different applications, when message encapsulation is performed, a messaging protocol (such as a specific message structure is required for message intercommunication between the first instant messaging application and the second instant messaging application) for performing communication between the two different applications can be further acquired, based on the messaging protocol, message encapsulation processing is performed on meeting information of the target meeting to obtain corresponding card messages, and after the first instant messaging application obtains the card messages, the card messages are sent to the second instant messaging application corresponding to the target account number via the second instant messaging application, when the second instant messaging application receives the card messages, and based on the messaging protocol adopted in encapsulation, and based on the message analysis is performed between the two different access card access applications, such as the two instant messaging application needs to display the corresponding card message, and the message is further performed across the meeting access state of the target meeting application, and the meeting information is further, the meeting state is displayed in a sharing process is further, such that the meeting information is displayed across the two meeting access states is required to be displayed in the meeting application access states, frequent jumping among different applications is not needed, so that a sharing path is shortened, and the sharing efficiency is improved.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 4C, fig. 4C is a flow chart of a method for packaging a card message according to an embodiment of the present application, and the message packaging process based on the conference information in step S203 in fig. 3B, to obtain a card message carrying access entry information, may be implemented through steps S2031C to S2032C shown in fig. 4C: in step S2031C, a web page link of the target conference is generated based on the conference information, and the web page link is used as access entry information; in step S2032C, a message packaging process is performed based on the web page link, and a card message carrying the web page link is obtained.
When the message is packaged, the first server firstly generates a conference link for accessing the target conference based on conference information of the target conference, and then performs message packaging processing on the generated conference link to obtain a card message carrying a webpage link; therefore, after the first server sends the card message of the target conference to the second instant messaging application corresponding to the target account, the webpage link in the card message can be displayed in the second instant messaging application, and the second instant messaging application can access the target conference through the webpage link when receiving the triggering operation for the webpage link in the card message because the webpage link is used for the second instant messaging application to access the target conference when receiving the triggering operation for the webpage link in the card message.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 4D, fig. 4D is a flow chart of a method for packaging a card message according to an embodiment of the present application, and the message packaging process based on the conference information in step S203 in fig. 3B, to obtain a card message carrying access entry information, may be implemented through steps S2031D to S2033D shown in fig. 4D: in step S2031D, a web page link of the target meeting is generated based on the meeting information; in step S2032D, performing encoding processing on the web page link to obtain a graphic code corresponding to the web page link, and using the graphic code as access entry information; in step S2033D, message packaging processing is performed based on the graphic code, and a card message carrying the graphic code is obtained.
When the message is packaged, the first server firstly generates a conference link for accessing the target conference based on conference information of the target conference, then carries out coding processing on the webpage link to obtain a graphic code corresponding to the webpage link, and carries out message packaging processing based on the graphic code to obtain a card message carrying the graphic code; therefore, after the first server sends the card message of the target conference to the second instant messaging application corresponding to the target account, the graphic code in the card message can be displayed in the second instant messaging application, and the second instant messaging application can access the target conference when receiving the scanning operation for the graphic code in the card message because the graphic code is used for accessing the target conference, so that the second instant messaging application can directly access the target conference or firstly open a corresponding conference applet and access the target conference through the conference applet when receiving the triggering operation for the graphic code in the card message.
In step S103, a card message is sent to a second instant messaging application corresponding to the target account number requested to be shared by the sharing request in a session message manner.
The first instant messaging application and the second instant messaging application may be the same or different, and the second instant messaging application is related to a sharing mode requested by the sharing request, for example, if the sharing mode is to share a target meeting in the first instant messaging application to a session group associated with the first instant messaging application, the second instant messaging application is an application corresponding to a member account associated with the selected shared session group, where the second instant messaging application is the same application as the first instant messaging application; for another example, the sharing manner may be used to indicate a second instant messaging application that shares the target meeting in the first instant messaging application to the target account, where the second instant messaging application is different from the first instant messaging application.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 3C, fig. 3C is a flowchart illustrating a processing method of a conference according to an embodiment of the present application, in step S103 in fig. 3A, by means of a session message, a card message is sent to a second instant messaging application corresponding to a target account number requested to be shared by a sharing request, which may be implemented through steps S1031A to S1032A shown in fig. 3C: in step S1031A, querying access rights of the target account for the target conference, to obtain a query result; in step S1032A, when the query result indicates that the target account has the access right for the target conference, a card message is sent to a second instant messaging application corresponding to the target account requested to be shared by the sharing request.
The first server can query and verify whether the target account has the access authority of the target conference before sending the card message to the second instant messaging application corresponding to the target account requested to be shared by the sharing request in a session message manner, for example, the first server can obtain the member account with the access authority of the target conference preset by the creator creating the target conference, match the target account requested to be shared by the sharing request with the preset member account, and when the matching is successful, determine that the target account has the access authority of the target conference, and send the card message to the second instant messaging application corresponding to the target account at the moment; when the matching is unsuccessful, determining that the target account does not have the access authority of the target conference, and not sending the card message to a second instant messaging application corresponding to the target account; therefore, the card information can be prevented from being blindly sent to the second instant messaging application of the target account, and the data transmission pressure is reduced while the access safety of the target conference is ensured.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 3D, fig. 3D is a flow chart of a method for processing a conference according to an embodiment of the present application, in step S103 in fig. 3A, by means of a session message, sending a card message to a second instant messaging application corresponding to a target account number requested to be shared by a sharing request may be implemented through step S1031B shown in fig. 3C: in step S1031B, when the second instant messaging application is the same as the first instant messaging application and the target account number has a social association relationship with the account number of the sharing request sent by the first instant messaging application in the third instant messaging application, sending a card message to the second instant messaging application corresponding to the target account number requested to be shared by the sharing request, and sending the card message to the third instant messaging application corresponding to the target account number; wherein the third instant messaging application is different from the second instant messaging application.
Here, when the first instant messaging application and the second instant messaging application are the same application, such as a sharing account (an account sharing the target meeting) share the target meeting into a session group associated with the first instant messaging application through the first instant messaging application, the second instant messaging application is an application corresponding to a target account associated with the selected session group, that is, the sharing account shares the target meeting into a second instant messaging application (the same as the first instant messaging application) corresponding to the target account through the first instant messaging application, and if the sharing account and the target account have social association relationship different from the first instant messaging application (or the second instant messaging application), the first server shares a card message of the target meeting to the second instant messaging application of the target account through the second server, and at the same time, the first server shares the card message to a third instant messaging application of the target through a third server (a background server corresponding to the third instant messaging application).
As an example, both the account 1 and the account 2 are located in a group associated with the instant messaging application a, and meanwhile, the account 1 and the account 2 have social association relationship in the instant messaging application B, when the account 1 shares a target meeting through the instant messaging application a, the account 1 sends a card message of the target meeting to the instant messaging application a of the account 2, and meanwhile, the card message of the target meeting can be sent to the instant messaging application B of the account 2 without manually selecting sharing objects in different instant messaging applications, so that the target meeting can be transferred between the same application and different applications through one-time sharing, and the sharing efficiency is improved; and when meeting sharing is carried out among the cross-application, the sharing objects do not need to be manually selected in the jumped pages without jumping among different instant messaging applications, and the target meeting can be automatically shared into the different instant messaging applications of the corresponding account numbers, so that the sharing path is shortened, and the sharing efficiency is further improved.
In some embodiments, after the first server sends the card message to the second instant messaging application corresponding to the target account number requested to be shared by the sharing request, the target account number may be controlled to access the target conference by: when the second instant messaging application is different from the first instant messaging application and at least one group is associated with the first instant messaging application, receiving an access request, triggered based on a card message, of a target account number sent by the second instant messaging application and aiming at a target meeting; responding to the access request, carrying out identity recognition on the target account to obtain identity information corresponding to the target account; and screening a target group in which the target account is located from at least one group associated with the first instant messaging application based on the identity information, and controlling the target account to access a target meeting corresponding to the target group.
In practical application, after receiving a card message of a target meeting, when the second instant messaging application triggers (such as clicking, double clicking, long clicking, etc.) the card message, the second instant messaging application responds to the triggering operation, generates and sends an access request for the target meeting to a second server corresponding to the second instant messaging application, the second server forwards the access request to the first server, after receiving the access request, when the first instant messaging application is associated with a plurality of groups, the first server performs identity recognition on the target meeting carried by the access request, for example, the target meeting is respectively matched with member accounts in each group associated with the first instant messaging application, the group (i.e. the target group) where the matched member account belongs is used as the group where the target meeting belongs, and the target meeting corresponding to the target group is automatically controlled to be accessed by the target meeting, so that the accessed target meeting is the meeting in the group by performing identity recognition on the target meeting, and the accuracy and pertinence of meeting access are improved.
In some embodiments, when the access entry information carried by the card message is a graphic code and the second instant messaging application is different from the first instant messaging application, the graphic code is used for the second instant messaging application to display at least one access entry for accessing the target conference when receiving a scanning operation for the graphic code in the card message; each access entry corresponds to one access mode, and the display mode of the access entry is matched with the installation state of the instant messaging application required by the terminal corresponding to the target account for the corresponding access mode.
Here, when the second instant messaging application is the same application as the first instant messaging application, the target account number can be directly controlled to access the target conference through the first instant messaging application (i.e., the second instant messaging application) when the target account number triggers the access entry information in the message card. When the second instant messaging application is different from the first instant messaging application, for example, the first instant messaging application is a computer program for providing internet social service for group users (such as schools and enterprises), and the second instant messaging application is a computer program for providing internet social service for individual users, after the second instant messaging application receives a card message of a target meeting, if the target account number scans a graphic code according to the graphic code in the message card, the second instant messaging application can directly access the target meeting in response to the scanning operation, or can open a corresponding conference applet first, access the target meeting through the conference applet, and can also display multiple access portals for accessing the target meeting, each access portal corresponds to one access mode, wherein when the multiple access portals are displayed, the display mode of the access portal is adapted to the installation state of the instant messaging application required by the terminal corresponding to the target account number (namely, the terminal for identifying the scanning graphic code) for the corresponding access mode, for example, the instant messaging client corresponding to the installed instant messaging client, the client corresponding to the required access portal is not installed, the instant messaging client corresponding to the required to be installed, the client corresponding to the required instant messaging client is not installed, the required to be installed, and the client is not provided with the required access portal is required to be installed, and the client is provided with the required access portal is corresponding to be provided.
As an example, referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic view showing an access entry provided in the embodiment of the present application, when a terminal corresponding to a target account identifies a graphic code 601 in a scanned message card, an access entry selection interface is displayed, and a plurality of alternative access entries, such as a communication number entry 602, an applet entry 603, a first instant messaging application entry 604, a second instant messaging entry 505, a third instant messaging entry 606, and so on, are displayed in the access entry selection interface, and if a terminal corresponding to the target account does not install a first instant messaging application required for using the first instant messaging application entry and a third instant messaging application required for using the third instant messaging application entry, the other access entries are highlighted by using the two access entries, i.e. the first instant messaging application entry 604 and the third instant messaging entry 606; therefore, the user can be reminded to select the most suitable access entrance to access the target conference, so that the conference is more intelligent and humanized in access, and the user experience can be improved.
In some embodiments, after the first server sends the card message to the second instant messaging application corresponding to the target account number requested to be shared by the sharing request, the target account number may be controlled to access the target conference by: receiving an access request of a target account number sent by a second instant messaging application aiming at a target access portal in at least one access portal; responding to the access request, determining a target instant messaging application required by an access mode corresponding to a target access entrance, and detecting the installation state of the target instant messaging application in a terminal corresponding to a target account number to obtain a detection result; and when the detection result represents that the terminal corresponding to the target account has installed the target instant messaging application, controlling the target account to access the target conference through the target instant messaging application.
In practical application, after the second instant messaging application displays multiple access portals, if the target account selects a target access portal from the access portals, the second instant messaging application responds to the selection operation to generate and send an access request for a target conference to a second server corresponding to the second instant messaging application, the second server forwards the access request to the first server, after receiving the access request, the first server detects a target instant messaging application required by an access mode corresponding to the target access portal and detects an installation state of the target instant messaging application in a terminal corresponding to the target account, determines an installation state of the target instant messaging application, or determines an installation state of the target instant messaging application according to a display mode of the target access portal, and when the installation state of the target instant messaging application is that the target instant messaging application is installed (i.e. the terminal corresponding to the target account has installed the target instant messaging application), the second instant messaging application can be automatically controlled to jump to the target instant messaging application, and the target conference is controlled to be accessed by the target instant messaging application.
In some embodiments, when the detection result indicates that the terminal corresponding to the target account is not provided with the target instant messaging application, the first server may further send application installation prompt information or access mode switching prompt information to the terminal corresponding to the target account; the installation prompt information is used for prompting the target account to install the target instant messaging application; the access mode switching prompt information is used for prompting the target account to select other access portals except the target access portal in the at least one access portal.
Here, when the installation state of the target instant messaging application is uninstalled (i.e., the terminal corresponding to the target account is not installed with the target instant messaging application), the first server may send the application installation prompting information or the access mode switching prompting information to the terminal corresponding to the target account, for example, by directly sending the application installation prompting information or the access mode switching prompting information to the terminal corresponding to the target account through a short message or a mail, or the first server may send the application installation prompting information or the access mode switching prompting information to the second server, and display the second instant messaging application, in which the application installation prompting information or the access mode switching prompting information is sent to the target account, through the second server, and display the second instant messaging application in a manner of popup window or a sub-interface independent of the access port selection interface when displaying the second instant messaging application; therefore, the target account can be used for installing the target instant messaging application based on the installation prompt information, the target account can be controlled to access the target conference through the target instant messaging application after installation, or the target account can be used for selecting other access portals except the target access portals according to the access mode switching prompt information so as to control the target account to access the target conference through the access modes corresponding to the other access portals, so that the improper access modes selected by a user can be corrected in time, and the user experience is improved.
In some embodiments, after the first server sends the card message to the second instant messaging application corresponding to the target account number requested to be shared by the sharing request, the target account number may be controlled to access the target conference by: when the card information is displayed through an applet running in the second instant messaging application, the applet is used for displaying an applet access page in the second instant messaging application after being triggered, wherein the applet access page comprises access entry information of a target conference; receiving an access request which is sent by a second instant messaging application and is triggered based on an applet access page and aims at a target conference, wherein the access request carries access entry information of the target conference; and responding to the access request, and controlling the target account to access the target conference based on the access entrance information.
When the card message is displayed through the applet running in the second instant messaging application, the second instant messaging application responds to the triggering operation when the applet is triggered (such as clicking, double clicking or long clicking), an applet access page is displayed, relevant information of the target conference, such as access entrance information of the target conference, is displayed in the applet access page, the target account confirms the target conference to be accessed, and responds to the confirmation operation aiming at the relevant information, an access request aiming at the target conference is generated and sent to a second server corresponding to the second instant messaging application, wherein the access request carries access entrance information of the target conference, the second server forwards the access request to the first server, and after the first server responds to the access request, the control target account is accessed to the target conference based on the access entrance information, the applet page of the second instant messaging application can be automatically controlled to jump to the access page of the target conference so as to control the target account to access the target conference.
In some embodiments, after the first server sends the card message to the second instant messaging application corresponding to the target account number requested to be shared by the sharing request, the target account number may be controlled to access the target conference by: when the access entrance information carried by the card information is a communication number, the communication number is used for sending a call request aiming at the communication number by a second instant messaging application after being triggered, so as to call the communication number through an operator corresponding to the communication number based on the call request; receiving an access request for a target conference sent by an operator, wherein the access request is triggered based on a response to a call, and the access request carries a conference number of the target conference input by a target account number for the response; and responding to the access request, and controlling the target account to access the target conference based on the conference number.
When the access entrance information carried by the card information is the communication number, the target account triggers the communication number displayed in the second instant messaging application, the second instant messaging application responds to the triggering operation, generates and sends a call request for the communication number to the second server, the second server forwards the call request to the first server, the first server sends the call request to the call center, the call center obtains the corresponding communication number based on the call request and calls an operator corresponding to the communication number to call the communication number, after the call is conducted, the operator returns a call response to the call center, the call center calls the operator to prompt voice play, if the conference number for accessing the target conference is prompted to be input, when the target account is received and inputs the corresponding feedback information according to the prompt voice, if the conference number for accessing the target conference is input, the call center calls the operator to send the access request for the target conference to the first server, and after the first server receives the access request, the target account can be controlled to access the target conference based on the conference number carried by the access request.
By applying the embodiment of the application, when sharing the target conference between the same instant messaging applications, if the sharing account number and the target account number have social association relations in other different instant messaging applications, the target conference can be transferred between the same application and different applications through one-time sharing, so that the sharing efficiency is improved; when meeting sharing is carried out among the cross-application, the sharing objects do not need to be manually selected in the jumped pages without jumping among different instant messaging applications, so that the target meeting can be automatically shared into the different instant messaging applications of the corresponding account, the sharing path is shortened, and the sharing efficiency is further improved; in addition, a plurality of conference sharing modes and a plurality of conference access ports are provided for users to select, so that diversity of conference sharing and access is enriched, and user experience is improved.
It will be appreciated that in the embodiments of the present application, the data related to meeting information, member account numbers, etc. is essentially user-related data, and when the embodiments of the present application are applied to specific products or technologies, user permissions or agreements need to be obtained, and the collection, use and processing of the related data need to comply with the relevant laws and regulations and standards of the relevant countries and regions.
In the following, an exemplary application of the embodiment of the present application in a practical application scenario will be described. The first instant messaging client (i.e., the first instant messaging application related to the first instant messaging client) is a computer program for providing an internet social service for group users (such as schools and enterprises), the second instant messaging client (i.e., the second instant messaging application related to the second instant messaging application) is a computer program for providing an internet social service for individual users, the enterprise builds an enterprise group at the first instant messaging client, group members of the enterprise group share the created or reserved target conference to the second instant messaging client of other users (such as target accounts related to the second instant messaging client) having social association relationship in the enterprise group through the first instant messaging client, and the target accounts are accessed into the target conference through the second instant messaging client.
In the embodiment of the application, the first instant messaging client is a professional office management tool created for enterprises, has consistent communication experience with the second instant messaging client, enriches free office application, and is communicated with the second instant messaging client to assist the enterprises in high-efficiency office and management. And the enterprise staff at the first instant messaging client side share the target meeting to other enterprise staff at the second instant messaging client through the enterprise group, and the other enterprise staff can access the target meeting through the second instant messaging client.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a flow chart of a method for processing a conference according to an embodiment of the present application, and is illustrated by taking a coordination implementation of a first instant messaging client, a second instant messaging client, a first server and a second server as an example, where the method includes:
step 201: the first instant messaging client responds to the sharing operation for the target meeting and sends a sharing request for the target meeting to the first server.
Step 202: and the first server responds to the sharing request and acquires the meeting identification of the target meeting.
Step 203: the first server acquires meeting information of the target meeting based on the meeting identification.
Wherein the meeting information includes at least one of: conference status, conference number, conference access link, conference theme. In practical application, when the first server acquires the meeting identifier of the target meeting, validity verification is further performed on the acquired meeting identifier, such as validity verification is performed on the length and the composition of the meeting identifier, meeting information of the target meeting is acquired based on the meeting identifier only when the meeting identifier is the legal identifier, and meeting information of the target meeting is not acquired when the meeting identifier is the illegal identifier, so that malicious leakage of the meeting information can be avoided, and safety of the meeting information is improved.
Step 204: and the first server performs message encapsulation processing based on the conference information to obtain card messages carrying access entrance information.
In practical application, when a target conference is a reserved conference which is not started during message encapsulation, the first server acquires a conference schedule (such as conference starting time and conference duration) associated with the reserved target conference based on a conference identifier, and performs message encapsulation processing based on the conference schedule and conference information (such as conference access link and conference number) to obtain a schedule message carrying access entry information as a card message for sharing the target conference. In some embodiments, the message determining module is further configured to generate a web page link for the target meeting based on the meeting information; encoding the webpage links to obtain graphic codes corresponding to the webpage links, and taking the graphic codes as the access entrance information; message encapsulation processing is carried out based on the graphic code, so that card messages carrying the graphic code are obtained; the graphic code is used for enabling the second instant messaging application to access the target conference when receiving the scanning operation aiming at the graphic code in the card message.
In some embodiments, the message sending module is further configured to query an access right of the target account for the target conference, to obtain a query result; and when the query result indicates that the target account number has the access right for the target conference, sending the card message to a second instant messaging application corresponding to the target account number requested to be shared by the sharing request.
In some embodiments, the message sending module is further configured to send the card message to a second instant messaging application corresponding to a target account requested to be shared by the sharing request, and send the card message to a third instant messaging application corresponding to the target account when the second instant messaging application is the same as the first instant messaging application and the target account has a social association relationship with a third instant messaging application through the account for which the sharing request is sent by the first instant messaging application; wherein the third instant messaging application is different from the second instant messaging application.
In some embodiments, after the sending the card message to the second instant messaging application corresponding to the target account number requested to be shared by the sharing request, the apparatus further includes: the first access module is used for receiving an access request, triggered by the target account number sent by the second instant messaging application based on the card message, for the target conference when the second instant messaging application is different from the first instant messaging application and the first instant messaging application is associated with at least one group; responding to the access request, and carrying out identity recognition on the target account to obtain identity information corresponding to the target account; and based on the identity information, screening a target group in which the target account is located from the at least one group associated with the first instant messaging application, and controlling the target account to access the target conference corresponding to the target group.
In some embodiments, when the access entry information carried by the card message is a graphic code and the second instant messaging application is different from the first instant messaging application, the graphic code is used for the second instant messaging application to display at least one access entry for accessing the target conference when receiving a scanning operation for the graphic code in the card message; each access entry corresponds to one access mode, and the display mode of the access entry is adapted to the installation state of the instant messaging application required by the terminal corresponding to the target account for the corresponding access mode.
In some embodiments, the apparatus further comprises: the second access module is used for receiving an access request of the target account number sent by the second instant messaging application for a target access portal in the at least one access portal; responding to the access request, determining a target instant messaging application required by an access mode corresponding to the target access entrance, and detecting the installation state of the target instant messaging application in a terminal corresponding to the target account to obtain a detection result; and when the detection result represents that the terminal corresponding to the target account number has installed the target instant messaging application, controlling the target account number to access the target conference through the target instant messaging application.

The apparatus further comprises: the fourth access module is used for sending a call request aiming at the communication number by the second instant messaging application after the communication number is triggered when the access inlet information carried by the card message is the communication number, so as to call the communication number through an operator corresponding to the communication number based on the call request; receiving an access request for the target conference, which is sent by the operator and is triggered based on the response to the call, wherein the access request carries the conference number of the target conference input by the target account number for the response; and responding to the access request, and controlling the target account number to access the target conference based on the conference number.

Claims (19)

1. A method of processing a conference, the method comprising:
receiving a sharing request sent by a first instant messaging application and aiming at a target conference, wherein the target conference is used for carrying out a multimedia session by at least two member accounts;
responding to the sharing request, acquiring meeting information of the target meeting, and determining card information carrying access entrance information based on the meeting information;
the access entrance information is information of an access entrance for accessing the target conference;
and sending the card message to a second instant messaging application corresponding to the target account number requested to be shared by the sharing request in a session message mode.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining meeting information for the target meeting and determining a card message carrying access entry information based on the meeting information comprises:
acquiring a meeting identifier of the target meeting carried by the sharing request;
based on the conference identification, conference information of the target conference is acquired, wherein the conference information comprises at least one of the following: conference state, conference number, conference access link, conference theme;
and carrying out message encapsulation processing based on the conference information to obtain card messages carrying access entrance information.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the obtaining meeting information for the target meeting based on the meeting identification comprises:
carrying out validity check on the meeting identification of the target meeting to obtain a check result;
and when the verification result represents that the meeting identifier of the target meeting is a legal identifier, acquiring meeting information of the target meeting based on the meeting identifier.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein the message encapsulation based on the conference information to obtain a card message carrying access entry information comprises:
When the conference information comprises a conference state and the conference state characterizes that the target conference is an unexpired reserved conference, acquiring a conference schedule associated with the reserved conference;
wherein the meeting schedule includes at least one of: meeting starting time and meeting duration;
and carrying out message encapsulation processing based on the conference schedule to obtain a schedule message carrying access entrance information as the card message.
5. The method of claim 2, wherein the message encapsulation based on the conference information to obtain a card message carrying access entry information comprises:
when the second instant messaging application is different from the first instant messaging application, a communication protocol for communication between the first instant messaging application and the second instant messaging application is obtained;
based on the communication protocol, carrying out message encapsulation processing on the conference information to obtain a card message carrying access entrance information;
the sending the card message to a second instant messaging application corresponding to the target account number requested to be shared by the sharing request includes:
and sending the card message to a second instant messaging application corresponding to the target account number, so that the second instant messaging application analyzes the card message based on the communication protocol, and displays an access inlet of the target conference based on the access inlet information carried by the card message.
6. The method of claim 2, wherein the message encapsulation based on the conference information to obtain a card message carrying access entry information comprises:
generating a webpage link of the target conference based on the conference information, and taking the webpage link as the access entrance information;
message encapsulation processing is carried out based on the webpage links, so that card messages carrying the webpage links are obtained;
the webpage link is used for enabling the second instant messaging application to access the target meeting when receiving triggering operation aiming at the webpage link in the card message.
7. The method of claim 2, wherein the message encapsulation based on the conference information to obtain a card message carrying access entry information comprises:
generating a webpage link of the target conference based on the conference information;
encoding the webpage links to obtain graphic codes corresponding to the webpage links, and taking the graphic codes as the access entrance information;
message encapsulation processing is carried out based on the graphic code, so that card messages carrying the graphic code are obtained;

when the second instant messaging application is the same as the first instant messaging application and the target account number and the account number sending the sharing request through the first instant messaging application have social association relationship in a third instant messaging application,

and based on the identity information, screening a target group in which the target account is located from the at least one group associated with the first instant messaging application, and controlling the target account to access the target conference corresponding to the target group.

The method of claim 1, wherein when the access entry information carried by the card message is a graphic code and the second instant messaging application is different from the first instant messaging application, the graphic code is used for the second instant messaging application to display at least one access entry for accessing the target meeting when receiving a scanning operation for the graphic code in the card message;
each access entry corresponds to one access mode, and the display mode of the access entry is adapted to the installation state of the instant messaging application required by the terminal corresponding to the target account for the corresponding access mode.
12. The method of claim 11, wherein the method further comprises:
receiving an access request of the target account number sent by the second instant messaging application aiming at a target access portal in the at least one access portal;
