The problems that the hardware utilization rate of the existing edge monitoring equipment is low, resource waste is caused, and the updating efficiency of a monitoring algorithm running in the edge monitoring equipment is low are solved. Based on this, the embodiment of the application provides an algorithm adjusting method, an algorithm adjusting device and a monitoring system in edge monitoring equipment, so as to improve the utilization rate of the edge monitoring equipment, reduce resource waste and improve the updating efficiency of the monitoring algorithm.
Embodiment one:
for the sake of understanding the present embodiment, first, an algorithm adjustment method in an edge monitoring device disclosed in the present embodiment is described in detail. The method is applied to a monitoring system, the monitoring system comprises a monitoring server and at least one edge monitoring device, fig. 1 shows a flowchart of an algorithm adjustment method in the edge monitoring device provided by the embodiment of the application, as shown in fig. 1, and the method comprises the following steps S101-S103:
s101: under the condition that the hardware utilization rate of the edge monitoring equipment is lower than a preset threshold value, the edge monitoring equipment reports algorithm operation information and external environment monitoring information to a monitoring server; the algorithm operation information includes a current monitoring algorithm currently operated by the edge monitoring device and a first hardware occupancy rate of each current monitoring algorithm.
In this embodiment, the edge monitoring device may be any one of the edge monitoring devices in the monitoring system. Each edge monitoring device generally runs at least one current monitoring algorithm to execute the current monitoring task corresponding to each current monitoring algorithm. The edge monitoring device is equivalent to an edge processing center, and in the working process of the edge monitoring device, the edge monitoring device is usually required to be connected with information acquisition devices such as a sensor and a camera according to the current monitoring task executed by the edge monitoring device so as to read the acquired information from each information acquisition device and process the information.
When the current monitoring algorithm running in the edge monitoring device is a face recognition algorithm and the corresponding monitoring task is entrance guard detection, the edge monitoring device needs to be connected with a camera, the camera is used for collecting face images so as to transmit the collected face images to the edge monitoring device, the edge monitoring device performs recognition processing on the face images to determine identity information of a user in the face images, and whether the user can pass through an entrance guard system is judged according to the identity information.
In this embodiment, the monitoring tasks corresponding to the monitoring algorithm that may be executed in the edge monitoring device include, but are not limited to, face recognition, humanoid detection, entrance guard detection, electronic fence alarm, smoke and fire recognition alarm, and the like.

the monitoring server issues the target monitoring algorithm to the edge monitoring equipment so that the edge monitoring equipment can adjust the current monitoring algorithm by using the target monitoring algorithm;
the monitoring server matches a target monitoring algorithm suitable for the edge monitoring equipment from a plurality of preset monitoring algorithms according to the algorithm operation information and the external environment monitoring information, and the target monitoring algorithm comprises the following steps:
Determining a target function of the edge monitoring equipment according to the current monitoring algorithm operated by the edge monitoring equipment and the external environment monitoring information;
selecting a candidate monitoring algorithm with a target function from a plurality of preset monitoring algorithms;
determining the hardware residual utilization rate of the edge monitoring equipment according to the first hardware occupancy rate of each current monitoring algorithm in the edge monitoring equipment or the hardware utilization rate of the edge monitoring equipment;

when the hardware utilization rate of the edge monitoring equipment is lower than a preset threshold value, the edge monitoring equipment reports the algorithm running information to the monitoring server;

After the monitoring server issues the target monitoring algorithm to the edge monitoring equipment, the edge monitoring equipment reads a first MD5 value from the target monitoring algorithm and calculates a second MD5 value according to an executable file of the target monitoring algorithm;
judging whether the first MD5 value is the same as the second MD5 value or not so as to judge the integrity of the target monitoring algorithm;
and/or the number of the groups of groups,
the issuing request instruction further comprises a first KEY value; the tail part of the executable file of the target monitoring algorithm is marked with a second KEY value; after the monitoring server issues the target monitoring algorithm to the edge monitoring equipment, judging whether the first KEY value and the second KEY value are the same or not so as to judge the validity of the target monitoring algorithm;
and when the target monitoring algorithm is complete and/or legal, the edge monitoring equipment adjusts the current monitoring algorithm by using the target monitoring algorithm.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the monitoring server issuing the target monitoring algorithm to the edge monitoring device to cause the edge monitoring device to adjust the current monitoring algorithm using the target monitoring algorithm comprises:
The monitoring server issues the target monitoring algorithm and a monitoring algorithm adjustment instruction to the edge monitoring equipment; the monitoring algorithm adjustment instruction comprises any one or more of a monitoring algorithm replacement instruction, a monitoring algorithm update instruction, a monitoring algorithm new instruction and a monitoring algorithm deletion instruction; the monitoring algorithm adjustment instruction is determined by the monitoring server according to the algorithm operation information and the external environment monitoring information;
and the edge monitoring equipment adjusts the current monitoring algorithm by using the target monitoring algorithm according to the monitoring algorithm adjustment instruction.
6. A method according to claim 3, wherein the edge monitoring device, after adjusting the current monitoring algorithm using the target monitoring algorithm, further comprises:
when the edge monitoring equipment runs the target monitoring algorithm, the third hardware occupancy rate of the target monitoring algorithm is sent to the monitoring server;
and the monitoring server updates the second hardware occupancy rate of the target monitoring algorithm according to the third hardware occupancy rate.
7. A method according to claim 3, wherein the edge monitoring device, after adjusting the current monitoring algorithm using the target monitoring algorithm, further comprises:
When the target monitoring algorithm is abnormal in the process of running the target monitoring algorithm, the edge monitoring equipment stops running the target monitoring algorithm and sends an abnormal running notification to the monitoring server;
and/or the number of the groups of groups,

issuing the target monitoring algorithm to the edge monitoring equipment so that the edge monitoring equipment can adjust the current monitoring algorithm by using the target monitoring algorithm;
the matching, according to the algorithm running information and the external environment monitoring information, a target monitoring algorithm suitable for the edge monitoring device from a plurality of preset monitoring algorithms, including:
determining a target function of the edge monitoring equipment according to the current monitoring algorithm operated by the edge monitoring equipment and the external environment monitoring information;
selecting a candidate monitoring algorithm with a target function from a plurality of preset monitoring algorithms;
determining the hardware residual utilization rate of the edge monitoring equipment according to the first hardware occupancy rate of each current monitoring algorithm in the edge monitoring equipment or the hardware utilization rate of the edge monitoring equipment;
and screening a target monitoring algorithm from the candidate monitoring algorithms according to the hardware residual utilization rate, the second hardware occupancy rate of the candidate monitoring algorithms and the version of a compiler used for generating executable files of the candidate monitoring algorithms.
9. A method for adjusting an algorithm in an edge monitoring device, the method being applied to the edge monitoring device, the method comprising:
reporting algorithm operation information and external environment monitoring information to a monitoring server under the condition that the hardware utilization rate of the edge monitoring equipment is lower than a preset threshold value, so that the monitoring server matches a target monitoring algorithm suitable for the edge monitoring equipment from a plurality of preset monitoring algorithms according to the algorithm operation information and the external environment monitoring information; the algorithm operation information comprises a current monitoring algorithm currently operated by the edge monitoring equipment and a first hardware occupancy rate of each current monitoring algorithm;
receiving the target monitoring algorithm issued by the monitoring server, and adjusting the current monitoring algorithm by using the target monitoring algorithm;
the step of enabling the monitoring server to match a target monitoring algorithm suitable for the edge monitoring device from a plurality of preset monitoring algorithms according to the algorithm operation information and the external environment monitoring information, comprises the following steps:
the monitoring server determines the target function of the edge monitoring equipment according to the current monitoring algorithm operated by the edge monitoring equipment and the external environment monitoring information; selecting a candidate monitoring algorithm with a target function from a plurality of preset monitoring algorithms; determining the hardware residual utilization rate of the edge monitoring equipment according to the first hardware occupancy rate of each current monitoring algorithm in the edge monitoring equipment or the hardware utilization rate of the edge monitoring equipment; and screening a target monitoring algorithm from the candidate monitoring algorithms according to the hardware residual utilization rate, the second hardware occupancy rate of the candidate monitoring algorithms and the version of a compiler used for generating executable files of the candidate monitoring algorithms.
10. A monitoring system, characterized in that the system comprises a monitoring server and at least one edge monitoring device;
the edge monitoring equipment is used for reporting algorithm running information and external environment monitoring information to the monitoring server under the condition that the hardware utilization rate of the edge monitoring equipment is lower than a preset threshold value; the algorithm operation information comprises a current monitoring algorithm currently operated by the edge monitoring equipment and a first hardware occupancy rate of each current monitoring algorithm; receiving a target monitoring algorithm issued by the monitoring server; and adjusting the current monitoring algorithm using the target monitoring algorithm;
the monitoring server is used for receiving the algorithm running information and the external environment monitoring information reported by the edge monitoring equipment; according to the algorithm running information and the external environment monitoring information, matching a target monitoring algorithm suitable for the edge monitoring equipment from a plurality of preset monitoring algorithms; and issuing the target monitoring algorithm to the edge monitoring equipment;
the monitoring server is used for matching a target monitoring algorithm suitable for the edge monitoring equipment from a plurality of preset monitoring algorithms according to the algorithm operation information and the external environment monitoring information, and is specifically used for:
