Description

Method, apparatus, device, storage medium and program product for installing preloaded application
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of terminal devices, and in particular, to a method, an apparatus, a device, a storage medium, and a program product for installing a pre-installed application.
Background
With the continuous development of intelligent mobile terminal equipment and software technology, when the terminal equipment leaves the factory, a Read-only memory (ROM) installation package is installed on the terminal equipment according to different service requirements, and applications, such as third party applications with pre-existing service cooperation, are preloaded in the ROM installation package. However, there is a possibility that some terminal devices will be taken off-shelf for pre-installed third party applications later depending on the service requirements, for example, after terminating the service collaboration, the off-shelf pre-installed applications are required.
In the conventional technology, after the terminal device is started and networked, the terminal device sends a preassembly request to a server, and the server responds to the preassembly request and issues a shielding list of preassembly applications to the terminal device. And installing other preassembles except for the preassembled application to be shelved based on the preassembled application identifier to be shelved in the shielding list so as to realize the shelve of the control target preassembled application.
But in this way, the terminal device is required to communicate with the server for acquisition. Therefore, there is a need for a method for controlling pre-installed applications in a terminal device that does not require networking.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the technical solutions of the present application will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
The terminology used in the following embodiments of the application is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of embodiments of the application. As used in the specification of embodiments of the application and the appended claims, the singular forms "a," "an," "the," and "the" are intended to include the plural forms as well, unless the context clearly indicates to the contrary. It should also be understood that although the terms first, second, etc. may be used in the following embodiments to describe a certain class of objects, the objects should not be limited to these terms. These terms are only used to distinguish between specific objects of that class of objects. For example, the terms first, second, etc. may be used in the following embodiments to describe the acquisition module, but the acquisition module should not be limited to these terms. These terms are only used to distinguish between different acquisition modules. Other classes of objects that may be described in the following embodiments using the terms first, second, etc. are not described here again.
Before explaining the installation method of the preassembled application provided by the embodiment of the application, an application scene of the embodiment of the application is introduced.
First, the "pre-installed application" referred to in the present application may also be referred to as "pre-installed application software" or "pre-installed application software". It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the meaning of "application" is the same as "application software" and "application program" and refers to the part of software provided in the terminal device to meet the application requirements of different fields and different problems of the user. It should be further noted that the "application software package" of the present application may also be referred to as an "application software package" refers to a collection of programs designed to solve some kind of problem by using a computer, and for example, the application software package may include applications such as a camera, a gallery, a calendar, a call, a map, a navigation, a WLAN, a bluetooth, a music, a video, a short message, and the like.
The pre-installed application refers to software formulated for a user group to which the terminal device belongs, for example, antivirus software, communication software, payment software, and the like. Alternatively, the user group may be divided in any of the following ways: enterprises, operators, countries, specific areas, etc., the application is not limited. In one example, the user group a is an operator a, that is, the terminal devices in the user group a are all terminal devices supporting the operator a, and the user group B is an operator B, that is, the terminal devices in the user group B are all terminal devices supporting the operator B. In another example, user group a is all handsets in zone a and user group B is all handsets in zone B. The pre-installed application installed for the user group may be a collaborative application negotiated by the terminal equipment manufacturer and the third party development software development company, or may be an owned application of the terminal equipment manufacturer, which is not limited herein.
Illustratively, a user group may negotiate with a terminal equipment vendor and formulate a pre-installed application for the user group that needs to be installed after initialization. For example: for the operator a user, the pre-installed applications they customize include: application software a, application software B, and application software C. The application software A is the own application of terminal equipment manufacturers, the application software B is the cooperative application of the software development company 1, and the application software C is the cooperative application of the software development company 2. For the operator b user, the pre-installed applications they customize include: application software a, application software C and application software D. The application software D is a cooperative application of the software development company 3.
In some other examples, a user group may negotiate with a terminal device vendor and formulate the number of terminal devices of the user group that need pre-installed applications to be installed after initialization. For example, the user group a may have 20 tens of thousands of pre-installed applications Q customized by it. For the user group to be the operator b, the customized pre-installed application W can be correspondingly installed with 10 ten thousand.
It should be noted that a user group may also be understood as a channel, that is, a user group or a channel includes terminal devices that have the same requirements for pre-installed application software.
In the prior art, the installation of the pre-installed application software on the terminal device side is generally managed by a terminal device manufacturer, specifically, before the terminal device is shipped from the factory, the terminal device manufacturer makes a corresponding version plan according to the negotiation result between the terminal device manufacturer and the user group to which the terminal device manufacturer belongs, determines the pre-installed application installation package required by the user group under the version plan, and stores the pre-installed application installation package in the terminal device. For example, in version plan a, the pre-installed applications that require pre-installed application installation packages to be stored may include pre-installed application a, pre-installed application b, pre-installed application c. If the negotiation result between the terminal device and the user group is changed, a new version plan needs to be formulated, and in the version plan B, the preassembly applications of the preassembly application installation package needing to be stored can include preassembly application e, preassembly application f and preassembly application g. Further, after the terminal equipment is started, the pre-installed application software installation package can be automatically operated so as to install the corresponding pre-installed application software.
As a result of the terminal device negotiating with the belonging user group, there may be a case where a change occurs, for example, a contract expiration or the like. Thus, some pre-installed applications in the terminal equipment need to be taken off-shelf (i.e., shielded, filtered). In the prior art, after the terminal device is started and networked, before the preassembly application installation package is installed, the terminal device sends a preassembly request to a server (or the terminal device) used in the statistical production process, and the server (or the terminal device) responds to the preassembly request and issues a shielding list of the preassembly application determined based on the version plan to the terminal device. And installing other pre-installed applications except the pre-installed application to be started based on the pre-installed application identifier to be started (i.e. the pre-installed application identifier without installation) in the shielding list so as to realize the starting of the control target pre-installed application. In the prior art, because the terminal equipment needs to establish a network link between the terminal equipment and the server after being started, the network environment between the server and the terminal equipment is required to be higher, and the response speed is slow.
It should be noted that the networking process of the terminal device is generally based on the configuration completed by an Out-of-box experience (OOBE) when the terminal device is started for initial configuration. The OOBE may also be referred to as an out-of-box experience, where the OOB includes a series of screens, based on which a client may accept a license agreement, connect to the internet, use a login or registration account, and share information with a terminal device vendor. After the OOBE completes the configuration, the desktop can be started to be loaded, and the application icon is displayed.
As another example, in the prior art, the terminal device may automatically run the pre-installed application installation package to install the corresponding pre-installed application when the terminal device is first powered on or powered on in some specific mode (e.g., powered on after restoring to factory settings). After the terminal equipment is networked, a pre-installed application uninstalling list (namely a shielding list and a cancel pre-installed list) issued by the server in response to an uninstalling request sent by the terminal equipment is obtained, and some pre-installed applications which are installed are uninstalled based on the pre-installed application uninstalling list. The mask list is determined for a version plan customized based on the terminal equipment, that is, the issued mask list is limited to the version plan, and for terminal equipment based on different version plans, there is a problem that the stored preloaded application cannot be filtered.
In the prior art, after the terminal equipment is started, network link needs to be established between the terminal equipment and the server, the network environment requirement between the server and the terminal equipment is high, after the networking process is carried out, the desktop loading stage is usually carried out, icons of the existing preassembly applications are displayed, and in the process of unloading some preassembly applications, a user can perceive the unloading of the applications, the user experience is poor, and the application is limited by the version plan.
Based on the above, the application provides a method, a device, equipment, a storage medium and a program product for installing pre-installed applications, which record that a shielding list of pre-installed applications to be taken off the shelf is stored locally, and are based on the fact that the shielding list is obtained before a startup guide interface is displayed, namely, a first pre-installed application which is not installed to be taken off the shelf can be obtained without triggering networking operation, so that the response speed is high. Meanwhile, before the second preloaded application of the applications except the first preloaded application in the preloaded partition is displayed on the startup guide interface, a user cannot perceive the installation process of the application, and user experience is improved. In addition, the shielding list in the embodiment of the application is not limited to the version plan, and can be used commonly in terminal equipment corresponding to different version plans.
Further, after the application scenario of the embodiment of the present application is introduced, the implementation environment of the present application is introduced.
In an exemplary embodiment, the method for installing the pre-installed application provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to terminal equipment. Fig. 1 is a schematic hardware structure of a terminal device according to an embodiment of the present application.

Next, a detailed description will be given of a technical solution of an embodiment of the present application and how to solve the above technical problems with reference to the accompanying drawings. The following embodiments may be combined with each other, and the same or similar concepts or processes may not be described in detail in some embodiments. It should be noted that, in the method for installing a pre-installed application according to the embodiment of the present application, the execution body may be the terminal device shown in fig. 1, or may be an installation device of the pre-installed application, where the installation device may be implemented by software, hardware, or a combination of software and hardware to become part or all of a processor in the terminal device. It will be apparent that the described embodiments are some, but not all, of the embodiments of the application.
In one method embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, an embodiment of the present application provides a method for installing a pre-installed application, so as to install the pre-installed application without networking. The method can be applied to the terminal equipment shown in fig. 1, and comprises the following steps:
Step 210: and before the startup guide interface is displayed, acquiring a locally stored shielding list. The shielding list is a list for recording pre-installed applications to be put off the shelf.
The shielding list is a list recorded with pre-installed applications to be put off the shelf and is used for indicating the terminal equipment to filter and shield some pre-installed applications to be put off the shelf in the process of installing the pre-installed applications so as to realize the list of the pre-installed applications not to be put off the shelf. In the mask list, identification information of the pre-installed application installation package, description information of the pre-installed application, and the like may be recorded.
Optionally, the identification information of the pre-installed application installation package may be a name of the pre-installed application installation package, a unique serial number corresponding to the pre-installed application installation package, or a combination identification of the name and the serial number of the pre-installed application installation package, which is not limited in the present application.
It should be noted that, the identification information of the application software installation package may be the same as or different from the identification information of the application software, for example: the name of the installation package of the communication software A is 1.0 of the installation package of the communication software, and the software name of the communication software A is the communication software A, namely the installation package is different from the software name.
Optionally, in the present application, the pre-installed application information may also include identification information of the pre-installed application, and the terminal device may find the locally stored corresponding installation package based on the identification information of the pre-installed application. The description information of the pre-installed application comprises software description content of the pre-installed application. In the application, the identification information of the preassembly application can be used as an index, so that the terminal equipment can acquire the preassembly application which is not required to be installed by searching the identification information of the preassembly application.
It should be noted that the boot flow of the terminal device may include a system program, a security of the preloaded application, a boot guide setting, and a desktop icon loading. The method comprises the steps of storing a system program installation package and a pre-installed application installation package in advance in the production process of terminal equipment. And after the terminal equipment obtains a starting instruction, automatically installing a system program.
Further, the pre-installed application may be further installed after the system program is installed. And after the preassembled application is installed, jumping to the starting-up guide interface. The boot guide setting may display a plurality of screen interfaces, that is, a boot guide interface, and may perform operations of acquiring a user receiving permission protocol, connecting to a network, acquiring a user using a login or registering an account, sharing information with a device manufacturer, and the like based on the boot guide interface.
Obviously, the terminal equipment networking is the process of jumping to the boot guide interface in the boot process of the terminal equipment. After the boot guide is set, the icon of the preassembled application which is installed can be loaded, and the terminal equipment is started.
The starting-up process of the terminal device may be a process performed in a state that the terminal device is started up for the first time, or may be a starting-up process after the terminal device is restored to a factory setting after being used, which is not limited herein.
Specifically, after the boot instruction is received, the mask list may be obtained from the local storage after the system program is installed. Or after receiving the start-up instruction, the obtaining of the mask list and the system program installation process are performed synchronously, which is not limited herein.
In one possible implementation, as shown in fig. 3, before performing step 210, the implementation process of generating the mask list may be:
Step 110, obtaining preassembly plan information and a local factory code. The preassembly plan information comprises a factory code range of the terminal equipment corresponding to the first preassembly application.
And 120, determining to-be-taken-off pre-installed application in the shielding list and storing the shielding list based on the pre-installed plan information and the local factory code.
The local factory code may include a product serial number, a factory number, and the like. Each terminal device is provided with a corresponding factory code when being shipped. The pre-installation plan information is used for indicating the plan information of the first pre-installation application installed on the target terminal device, and the pre-installation plan information can include a factory code range of the terminal device for pre-installing the first pre-installation application, identification information of the first pre-installation application and the like. For example, the pre-installed application a is installed in the terminal equipment, and the range of the local factory code is 0-2000.
Specifically, when the terminal device is started, pre-stored pre-installed plan information and the local factory code can be obtained, so that the local factory code and the pre-installed plan information can be compared. And determining whether the first preassembly application is to be taken off the shelf according to the comparison result.
In one possible implementation, the implementation procedure of step 120 may be: and if the local factory code is out of the factory code range of the equipment, adding the first preassembly application into the shielding list.
For example, the factory code range stored in the terminal device is 50-20000, and if the local factory code is 1000, the first pre-installed application is not the pre-installed application to be taken off the shelf, and the first pre-installed application does not need to be added into the shielding list. If the factory number of the local machine is 30000, the first preassembly application is to be taken off the shelf preassembly application, and the first preassembly application is added into a shielding list.
Further, after the mask list is determined, the installation package of the first preloaded application in the preloaded partition may also be deleted based on the mask list. To achieve filtering of pre-installed applications to be taken off-shelf.
The execution subject of the mask list generation method is not limited to the terminal device described above. In another possible implementation scenario, as shown in fig. 4, the execution body generating the shielding list manner may perform real-time monitoring on the control terminal device 402 (or the server) during the process of producing the terminal device 401, where the control terminal device may monitor the preassembly condition of the produced terminal device in real time, obtain the preassembly plan information and the monitored local factory code of the terminal device, further compare the factory code of the terminal device with the preassembly plan information, if the local factory code is outside the factory code range of the device, add the first preassembly application to the shielding list, and send the generated shielding list to the monitored device of the terminal device for storing, where the terminal device stores the shielding list, so that the information of the first preassembly application in the shielding list may be directly called when the terminal device is used next time.
Therefore, whether the first preassembly application needs to be added into the shielding list or not is determined by comparing the factory code of the terminal device with the factory code range of the first preassembly application, networking is not needed when the terminal device is started to install the preassembly application, the first preassembly application is directly and automatically compared to be taken off the shelf or not, installation of the preassembly application can be completed before a desktop display interface, a user cannot perceive the installation of the preassembly application, and user experience is improved. In addition, a specified shielding list does not need to be constructed aiming at terminal equipment produced under the same version plan, so that the application range is wider. In addition, in the application scene of terminal equipment production, if the shielding list is determined, deleting the installation package of the first preloaded application in the preloaded partition, and filtering the preloaded application before the terminal equipment is started, so that the preloaded application to be taken off the shelf is not required to be installed in the starting process of the terminal equipment.
Step 220: and determining a first preloaded application to be put off the shelf in the preloaded zone based on the shielding list. Wherein the preloaded partition is a space for storing an initial preloaded application installation package.
Wherein the initial pre-installed application installation package is determined based on the version planning information. The version plan information is used for indicating that the target development version corresponds to information for storing the initial pre-installed application installation package.
As one possible example, version schedule information may also be obtained prior to the first boot up, based on which the initial preloaded application installation package is stored in the scan preloaded partition. When the subsequent terminal equipment is started, the initial preassembled application installation package can be filtered based on the shielding list, and the application to be taken off the shelf is not installed. Secondly, because the version plan information of different terminal devices is different, the shielding list in the scheme can be suitable for the terminal devices based on different version plans, and is not limited by development versions.
In one possible implementation manner, the identifier of each initial pre-installed application installation package may be scanned sequentially, and if the identifier of the installation package is the same as the identifier of the first pre-installed application in the mask list, the initial pre-installed application is used as the first pre-installed application, that is, the first pre-installed application to be put off the shelf in the pre-load partition. The identifier of the initial pre-installed application installation package may be the name of the initial pre-installed application installation package, a unique serial number corresponding to the initial pre-installed application installation package, or a combination identifier of the name and serial number of the initial pre-installed application installation package, which is not limited in the present application.
In this way, by comparing the identifier of the initial preloaded application installation package with the identifier of the first preloaded application, the first preloaded application which is not required to be installed in the preloaded partition can be determined, and the off-shelf of the preloaded application to be off-shelf is realized.
Step 230: and installing a second preloaded application, wherein the second preloaded application is an application except the first preloaded application in the applications stored in the preloaded partition.
Specifically, after the second pre-installed application is determined, the second pre-installed application may be installed in a scanning order of the second pre-installed application. The second pre-installed applications may also be installed in a random order after they are determined, without limitation.
After the execution of step 230 is completed, the process may jump to the boot guide display interface. In one exemplary embodiment, after jumping to the boot guide interface, as shown in FIG. 5, the following steps may be performed:
step 240: based on the boot wizard interface, a networking request is triggered.
Step 250: and after the terminal equipment is networked, the desktop starter loads and displays the application icon of the second preassembly application.
The machine guide interface can display a plurality of screen interfaces for the startup guide setting, and operations such as receiving a permission protocol by a user, connecting to a network, logging in or registering an account by the user, sharing information with a device manufacturer and the like can be realized based on the startup guide interface.
Specifically, after the second preassembly application is installed, the method can jump to a startup guide interface, trigger a networking request in the startup guide interface, and establish a link with a server side. After the setting of the boot guide interface is completed, the desktop starter can load an application icon of the desktop display second preassembly application.
Therefore, after the second preassembly application is installed, the user jumps to the startup guide interface to realize the subsequent networking function, obviously, networking is not needed in the process of determining the preassembly application, the influence of a network environment is avoided, meanwhile, the installation process of the preassembly application cannot be perceived by the user after the desktop display, and the user experience is improved.
In the method for installing the preloaded applications, the first preloaded application to be taken off in the preloaded zone is determined based on the shielding list which is obtained and stored locally before the startup guide interface is displayed. And then installing a second preloaded application in the applications stored in the preloaded partition, in addition to the first preloaded application. Because the process of determining the pre-installed application to be taken off the shelf and the process of installing the second pre-installed application are not influenced by the network environment before the startup guide interface is displayed, namely before the networking operation is carried out, and meanwhile, the user cannot perceive the installation of the pre-installed application, so that the user experience is improved.
In another method embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the present application further provides another method for installing the pre-installed application, so as to purposefully adjust the shielding list based on the use condition of the pre-installed application by the user, so as to meet different user requirements. The method can be applied to the terminal equipment shown in fig. 1, and comprises the following steps:
Step 602: and acquiring the use frequency information of the second preassembly application used by the user.
Step 604: and if the frequency of use information is smaller than the frequency of use threshold value, adding a second preassembly application in the preassembly cancel list.
The usage frequency information may include a login frequency, an activation frequency, etc. of the second pre-installed application within a preset period of time.
Specifically, after the user uses the terminal device for a preset time, the use frequency information of the second pre-installed application in a preset time period can be obtained and compared with the use frequency threshold, and when the use frequency information is smaller than the use frequency threshold, the second pre-installed application can be used as the pre-installed application to be taken off the shelf and added into the shielding list. Alternatively, the newly generated mask list may be sent to the terminal device vendor control terminal device. To update the mask list to meet the actual user needs.
It should be noted that, the execution body of the embodiment of the present application is not limited to the terminal device after the user completes the startup, and the step 602 and the step 604 may also be executed by the control terminal device (server) that monitors the production of the terminal device during the production process. After the control terminal equipment updates the shielding list, the shielding list can be sent to the target terminal equipment in production in the production process, so that the target terminal equipment can filter preassembled applications to be put off in the shielding list in the next startup. The method and the device can realize real-time monitoring of the use of the preassembled application, and can update a version plan better according to the user demands, so that the method and the device are closer to the user demands.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts related to the above embodiments are sequentially shown as indicated by arrows, these steps are not necessarily sequentially performed in the order indicated by the arrows.
