In an embodiment of the present application, a decorative mortar veneer structure is provided, referring to fig. 1, which includes a parting joint decorative layer 200 and a decorative mortar layer 300 sequentially formed on a veneer 10 to be decorated.
The decorative mortar layer 300 includes a first portion 320 that overlies the division seam decorative layer 200 and a second portion 330 that overlies the surface 10 to be decorated. The first portion 320 is provided with a separation slit 310 extending along a predetermined path, the separation slit 310 penetrates the first portion 320 in the thickness direction and partially exposes the separation slit decorative layer 200, and a projection of the separation slit 310 in the thickness direction onto the surface to be decorated 10 is located within a range of the separation slit decorative layer 200.
The decorative mortar finish configuration is formed on an external building, i.e. the external building is not part of the decorative mortar finish configuration. The to-be-installed surface 10 of the external building includes an external wall surface, an internal wall surface, a floor surface, etc. The decorative mortar veneer construction may be provided as desired to any of the above-described surfaces to be decorated 10. For convenience of description, the following embodiments will take the to-be-assembled surface 10 as an outer wall surface as an example. The outer wall surface can be an outer wall substrate layer, a heat preservation layer, a plastering anti-cracking layer, a waterproof mortar layer and the like.
The separation joint decorative layer 200 has a color, and the separation joint decorative layer 200 with corresponding colors can be formed by selecting different colors of paint according to the decorative effect. The separation slit decorative layer 200 may be directly coated on the surface to be decorated 10. The surface of the surface to be decorated 10 may be coated with other materials to form a corresponding material layer, and the separation slit decorative layer 200 is coated on the other material layer.
Illustratively, to reduce the alkali return of the decorative mortar layer 300, an alkali-resistant sealer primer (e.g., the second primer 100 described below) is also provided on the surface to be decorated 10. The separation slit decorative layer 200 is disposed on the alkali-resistant primer layer.
Also illustratively, the flatness of the to-be-assembled face 10 is not satisfactory, and the to-be-assembled face 10 is further provided with a crack-resistant leveling mortar layer. The separation joint decorative layer 200 is disposed on the crack resistant leveling mortar layer.
The material of the decorative mortar layer 300 is decorative mortar. For example, some decorative mortars are light in color, have uniform surface roughness through construction, have three-dimensional texture and have good decorative effect. The surface of the decorative mortar can be processed into textures of various styles, which allows a great choice in design. When sunlight and images are reflected on textured coating surfaces, an unparalleled, pleasing effect of the planar coating is also produced.
In this embodiment, referring specifically to fig. 1, a second portion 330 of the decorative mortar layer 300 is covered on a material layer (such as the to-be-decorative surface 10 or the second primer layer 100 described below) covered by the separation joint decorative layer 200, and the portion of the decorative mortar layer 300 cooperates with the separation joint decorative layer 200 to form a substantial portion (such as a complete coverage) of the material layer.
A first portion 320 of the decorative mortar layer 300 overlies the split decorative layer 200. The separation slits 310 are disposed along a predetermined path. The color of the separation gap decorative layer 200 can be displayed through the separation gap 310, so that a better decorative effect can be achieved by matching with the decorative mortar layer 300.
The separation slits 310 may be designed to have a corresponding shape (e.g., elongated, S-shaped, folded-line, etc.) and size (e.g., 0.5cm, 1cm, 2cm, etc.) as desired. The predetermined path is the design shape and the design size of the separation slit 310.
The projection of the separation slit 310 in the thickness direction onto the surface to be decorated 10 is located within the range of the separation slit decorative layer 200. I.e. the separation slit decorative layer 200 covers the projected area of the separation slit 310 on the surface to be decorated 10 entirely and extends beyond the projected area.
First, the position of the separation slit decorative layer 200 need not be precisely set, for example, need not be strictly set in the projection area of the separation slit 310 on the surface to be decorated 10, but need only be set in a substantial range including the predetermined path.
Next, the color of the slit decorative layer 200 is displayed through the slit 310, that is, the region of the slit decorative layer 200 outside the slit 310 is not observed through the slit 310. Taking the edge of the separation slit decorative layer 200 as an example, the edge thereof may not be regularly arranged, for example, may not need to be parallel to the edge of the predetermined path, since it is not observed. Even the thickness of the edges of the separation slit decorative layer 200 may be slightly thicker or slightly thinner, thus reducing the requirements for construction practices.
In addition, the separation joint decorative layer 200 is provided prior to the decorative mortar layer 300 in construction. Therefore, there is no concern that the separation joint decorative layer 200 is not in a specific range and contaminates the decorative mortar layer 300, affecting the decorative effect.
Under the comprehensive actions of the above factors, when the separation seam decorative layer 200 is provided in the decorative mortar veneer structure, the step of marking the setting range of the separation seam decorative layer 200 in advance on the surface to be decorated 10 can be omitted, thereby saving construction procedures and improving construction efficiency.
In addition, the decorative mortar veneer structure has high fault tolerance, and even if fine deviation occurs between the position of the separation joint and the preset path during actual construction, the separation joint is positioned in the range of the separation joint decorative layer with high probability, so that the decorative effect is not influenced.
In the above-mentioned decorative mortar finish structure, the coverage area of the parting bead decorative layer 200 is larger than the area of the parting bead 310, and the position of the parting bead decorative layer 200 is not required to be precisely set during construction, but only needs to be set in the approximate range including the preset path. Therefore, the construction procedure is saved, and the construction efficiency is improved. The decorative mortar veneer has reasonable structure, simple construction and high construction efficiency.
It is understood that the separation slit decorative layer 200 may not extend along the preset path. For example, the preset path is a long strip, and the separation seam decorative layer 200 is an ellipse.
Of course, in some embodiments, the separation slit decorative layer 200 may extend along the preset path. For example, the predetermined path is a long strip, and the separation seam decorative layer 200 also extends along the long strip. In this case, the shape of the separation slit decorative layer 200 is relatively regular, facilitating construction.
In some embodiments, the width of the separation slit 310 is greater than the width of the separation slit decorative layer 200. Wherein the width direction is the vertical direction of the preset path. The width of the separation slit 310 is L2, and the width of the separation slit decorative layer 200 is L1. L1 > L2.
Illustratively, the width of the separation seam decorative layer 200 is more than twice the width of the separation seam 310, i.e., L1/L2. Gtoreq.2, such as a ratio of 2, 2.5, 3.1, etc.
In this case, the difference in width between the separation slit decorative layer 200 and the separation slit 310 is greater, so that the position accuracy requirement of the separation slit decorative layer 200 in construction is further reduced, and the separation slit 310 arranged at a later stage can be ensured to be positioned in the range of the separation slit decorative layer 200 only by being approximately near the separation slit 310, thereby reducing the construction difficulty of the separation slit decorative layer 200.
In some embodiments, the decorative mortar veneer construction further includes a transparent protective layer covering the outside of the decorative mortar layer 300 and extending within the separation slit 310.
The "outer side" and "inner side" in the present application are defined with reference to the surface to be decorated 10. The opposite sides of the layer structure along the thickness direction are the inner side at the side close to the surface to be assembled 10, and the outer side at the side far away from the surface to be assembled 10.
The transparent protective layer includes two partial areas, and one partial area covers the outside of the decorative mortar layer 300 to protect the decorative mortar layer 300. The other partial region extends into the separation slit 310 to protect the separation decoration layer 200. Since the transparent protective layer is made of a transparent material, the color development effect of the portion of the separation slit decorative layer 200 located within the separation slit 310 can be displayed through the transparent protective layer after passing through the separation slit 310.
In some embodiments, the transparent protective layer includes a first primer layer 400 and an anti-fouling protective agent layer 500 stacked one on top of the other, the anti-fouling protective agent layer 500 being attached to the outside of the first primer layer 400.
The first primer layer 400 and the anti-fouling protective agent layer 500 cooperate with each other to form a double protection. The first primer layer 400 and the anti-fouling protective agent layer 500 may both extend into the separation slit 310. The first primer layer 400 may be an alkali-resistant sealer primer layer, so that the influence of water from outside the decorative mortar layer 300 on the decorative mortar layer 300 may be reduced, reducing the probability of the decorative mortar layer 300 returning alkali. The alkali-resistant sealing primer is transparent, and the material of the alkali-resistant sealing primer can be water-based alkali-resistant sealing primer and epoxy alkali-resistant sealing primer.
The anti-fouling protective agent layer 500 can reduce the influence of stains on the decorative mortar layer 300, thereby protecting the decorative mortar layer 300. The decorative mortar layer 300 is a transparent coating, and the material can be water paint, elastic paint, epoxy top coating, acrylic copolymer-based protective agent, fluorocarbon transparent top coating, etc.
Since both the first primer layer 400 and the anti-fouling protective agent layer 500 are transparent coatings, the color development effect of the decorative mortar layer 300 is not blocked. The color development effect of the portion of the separation slit decorative layer 200 located within the separation slit 310 can be also displayed by the two transparent coatings through the separation slit 310.
The above-mentioned decorative mortar finish structure determines that the parting decorative layer 200 may be provided first during construction. Therefore, when the decorative mortar layer 300, the first primer layer 400 and the anti-fouling protective agent layer 500 are provided, the separation slit decorative layer 200 is not considered to contaminate the above material layers, and thus, it is not necessary to provide a shield such as a decorative paper, a wood board, or the like to protect the slit finish.
In the related art, referring to fig. 2, the decorative mortar material layer 1 has a pointing, and the sealing primer layer 2, the first elastic latex paint 3, and the second elastic latex paint 4 are sequentially coated on the decorative mortar material layer 1, and the second elastic latex paint 4 has a hooking groove at a corresponding pointing position. And then coating pointing paint 5 in the pointing groove.
In this related art, in setting the pointing of the decorative mortar material layer 1, it is necessary to set a primary shutter. Then, when the pointing paint 5 is coated, shielding objects are needed to be arranged on the two sides of the pointing slot, so that the pointing paint 5 is prevented from polluting the parts of the second elastic emulsion paint 4 positioned on the two sides of the pointing slot, and the operation is very troublesome.
In the related art, the paint 5 is located in the groove and is directly exposed to the external environment, and is easily degraded or discolored by contact with the air or water in the environment, or is damaged by being scraped off by foreign objects.
In an embodiment of the present application, referring to fig. 1, the separation joint decorative layer 200 is covered with the decorative mortar layer 300, the first primer layer 400, and the anti-fouling protective agent layer 500 without contact with the external environment, reducing the probability of contact with the gas and water in the environment. Therefore, the separation joint decorative layer 200 of the application has better stability, is less prone to aging, denaturation or fading, and is less prone to damage caused by scraping by foreign objects.
In some embodiments, the decorative mortar veneer construction further includes a second primer layer 100, the second primer layer 100 being located innermost of the decorative mortar veneer construction.
A second primer layer 100 is applied over the surface to be assembled 10. The separation slit decorative layer 200 is located between the second primer layer 100 and the decorative mortar layer 300, and the separation slit decorative layer 200 covers a partial region of the second primer layer 100.
The second primer layer 100 may provide some protection to the decorative mortar layer 300. For example, the second primer layer 100 is an alkali-resistant, blocking primer layer. In this case, the second primer layer 100 can reduce the influence of the surface to be decorated 10 on the decorative mortar layer 300, such as reducing the possibility of the water of the surface to be decorated 10 causing the decorative mortar layer 300 to return to alkali. The materials of the second primer layer 100 and the first primer layer 400 may be the same or different.
The application also provides a construction method of the decorative mortar veneer structure, referring to fig. 1, comprising the following steps:
and S10, arranging a separation joint decorative layer 200 on the surface to be decorated 10.
In this step, referring to the description of the foregoing decorative mortar veneer construction, the separation slit decorative layer 200 may be coated with the separation slit decorative layer 200 on the veneer 10 to be decorated or other material layer (the foregoing second primer layer 100). The specific construction mode of the separation joint decorative layer 200 is not limited, and may be set by spraying, roll coating, or the like.
And S20, shielding objects are arranged on the surface of the outer side of the separation joint decorative layer 200 according to a preset path, and a decorative mortar material layer is arranged on the outer side of the surface to be decorated 10.
In this step, the shield is closely attached to the separation slit decorative layer 200, and protects the part of the separation slit decorative layer 200 from being contaminated by the decorative mortar. The specific construction mode of the decorative mortar is not limited, for example, the decorative mortar can be manually coated on the outer side of the surface to be decorated 10 by means of coating, spraying or rolling, etc., so as to form a decorative mortar material layer. A part of the decorative mortar material layer is covered on the surface to be decorated 10; another portion is overlaid on the separation slit decorative layer 200 and there may be some decorative mortar overlaid on the shade.
The screen may be completely covered by the layer of decorative mortar material or only partially covered by the layer of decorative mortar material, e.g. only the edges of the screen are covered by the layer of decorative mortar material, which facilitates screen removal.
The shielding material can be a wood board, a metal board, film paper (such as American paper) or other objects with a covering effect.
And S30, removing the shielding object from the decorative mortar material layer, and forming a separation joint 310 on the decorative mortar material layer to obtain the decorative mortar layer 300. Wherein the decorative mortar layer 300 includes a first portion 320 covering the division slit decorative layer 200 and a second portion 330 covering the surface to be decorated 10. The separation slit 310 is provided at the first portion 320.
After removing the shielding object, a part of the decorative mortar material layer corresponding to the shielding object is missing, so that a separation slit 310 is formed. The decorative mortar material layer having the separation slits 310 is the decorative mortar layer 300. In this case, the separation slit 310 penetrates the first portion 320 in the thickness direction and partially exposes the separation slit decorative layer 200, and the projection of the separation slit 310 onto the surface to be decorated 10 in the thickness direction is located within the range of the separation slit decorative layer 200.
The construction method of the decorative mortar facing structure has the advantages of simple construction and high construction efficiency because of reasonable structure of the decorative mortar facing structure.
In some embodiments, the construction method further includes providing a transparent protective layer outside the decorative mortar layer 300. The transparent protective layer extends into the separation slits 310.
Compared with the mode that the decorative mortar layer 300 is arranged after the transparent protective layer is arranged, the mode that the decorative mortar layer 300 is arranged and then the transparent protective layer is arranged is adopted, and only one shielding object is needed. The construction method does not have later pointing and does not cause secondary pollution of the facing. I.e., the transparent protective layer is clean and is not contaminated by the separation slit decorative layer 200.
In some embodiments, the transparent protective layer includes a first primer layer 400 and an anti-fouling protective agent layer 500 laminated, the anti-fouling protective agent layer 500 being attached to the outside of the first primer layer 400. The corresponding construction method further comprises the following steps:
the first primer layer 400 and the anti-fouling protective agent layer 500 are sequentially arranged outside the decorative mortar layer 300, and the first primer layer 400 and the anti-fouling protective agent layer 500 are transparent coatings.
In this step, after removing the blocking object, the first primer layer 400 is provided by means of a uniform roll brush or spray, for example, the wall surface is uniformly painted/sprayed from top to bottom by a special roll brush/spray equipment, so that the missing paint is not allowed, and the beauty is maintained.
After the first primer layer 400 is dried, the anti-fouling protective agent layer 500 is then provided by a uniform rolling brush or spraying method, for example, a special roller/spraying device is used for uniformly brushing/spraying the anti-fouling protective agent layer or the anti-fouling protective agent layer two ways from top to bottom on the wall surface. The latter should be constructed at least after the former surface is dry, which increases the color and maintains the beautiful appearance.
It will be appreciated that after the completion of the disposing of the anti-fouling protective agent layer 500, operations such as cleaning the site, cleaning the tool, etc. may also be included. If contamination occurs, the residual slurry should be cleaned prior to final setting.
The construction method of the decorative mortar veneer structure is clear in level, simple in construction and only needs to be provided with a shielding object once. The construction method does not have later pointing and does not cause secondary pollution of the facing. I.e., the first primer layer 400 and the anti-fouling protective agent layer 500 are neat and not contaminated by the separation slit decorative layer 200.
In some embodiments, prior to disposing the decorative mortar layer 300, further comprising:
a first identification line for identifying a preset path is provided on the separation slit decorative layer 200.
The shield can be well adapted to the shape of the separation slit 310, and thus the separation slit 310 can be well adapted to the design size and shape.
In some embodiments, the step of providing a layer of decorative mortar material on the outside of the surface to be decorated 10 comprises:
stirring the decorative slurry of the decorative mortar layer 300 for 3-5min, standing for 3-5min, stirring again for 30 s-2 min, uniformly applying the decorative slurry, and shaping to obtain the decorative mortar layer 300.
In this step, a proper amount of water is added to the decorative mortar and stirred to form a decorative paste. Preparing decorative sizing agent according to the required amount of the construction area, stirring for 3-5min, standing for 3-5min, and stirring again for 30 s-2 min, so as to facilitate construction. Illustratively, the decorative slurry is prepared, stirred for 3-5min, left to stand for 3min, and stirred again for 30s.
And then applied and shaped according to the size and shape of the designed decorative mortar layer 300. Specifically, if tools such as a scraper, a roller, sand paper, a putty knife and the like are adopted, the decorative mortar is uniformly applied and shaped.
In some embodiments, one of the surfaces of the barrier is tacky, such as a textured paper. Thus, the shielding object can be stuck on the separation joint decorative layer 200 without being pressed on the separation joint decorative layer 200 by external force, and the construction is convenient.
In some embodiments, the step of disposing the first primer layer 400 outside the decorative mortar layer 300 includes:
after the decorative mortar layer 300 is dried, a first alkali-resistant primer sealer is applied to the surface of the outer side of the decorative mortar layer 300, the surface of the decorative mortar layer 300 located in the separation slit 310, and the surface of the separation slit decorative layer 200 located in the separation slit 310, to form a first primer layer 400.
In this step, after the decorative mortar layer 300 is dried, for example, after finishing the construction of the decorative mortar or after being dried, the first primer layer 400 is coated. This step results in the first primer layer 400 fully covering the decorative mortar layer 300 and the first primer layer 400 fully covering the separation joint decorative layer 200 in cooperation with the decorative mortar layer 300.
In some embodiments, the step of disposing the anti-fouling protective agent layer 500 on the side of the decorative mortar layer 300 remote from the surface to be decorated 10 includes:
after the first primer layer 400 is dried, an anti-fouling protective agent is coated on the surface of the first primer layer 400 on the side away from the surface to be decorated 10, the surface of the first primer layer 400 located in the separation slit 310, and the surface of the first primer layer 400 located in the separation slit 310, to form an anti-fouling protective agent layer 500.
In this step, after the decorative mortar layer 300 is dried, for example, after the first primer layer 400 is applied for h or is dried up, the anti-soil protective agent layer 500 is coated. This step allows the anti-fouling protective agent layer 500 to completely cover the first primer layer 400.
In some embodiments, prior to coating the separation slit decorative layer 200, further comprises:
a second primer layer 100 is applied to the surface to be assembled 10. Wherein the separation slit decorative layer 200 covers a partial region of the second alkali-resistant primer coating.
In some embodiments, the treatment of the to-be-decorative face 10 is also included prior to the application of the division seam decorative layer 200. Such as: the holes are plugged, the bulges are chiseled, the surface to be decorated 10 is smooth (when the flatness does not meet the requirement, a layer of anti-cracking leveling mortar is required to be scraped), and impurities, residual mortar, tongue ash, dust and the like on the surface are clear.
In the above technical solution of the present application, the above is only a preferred embodiment of the present application, and therefore, the patent scope of the present application is not limited thereto, and all the equivalent structural changes made by the description of the present application and the content of the accompanying drawings or the direct/indirect application in other related technical fields are included in the patent protection scope of the present application.
