meanwhile, when the inner wall surface of the hollow round steel 100 is smeared with lubricating liquid, the sand bags 9 on the two sides are moved close to each other, when the two movable covers 304 are moved close to each other and contact with each other, the springs 303 are extruded, the contact surfaces of the oil storage parts 301 and the springs 303 are elastic surfaces, extrusion force is applied to the inside of the oil storage parts 301 during extrusion, after the second round holes 304a on the movable covers 304 are moved to be communicated with the first round holes 301a, the lubricating liquid stored in the oil storage parts 301 can flow out from the second round holes 304a, is sucked by the smeared sponge 302, then is matched with rotation, the smeared sponge 302 smears the lubricating liquid on the inner wall surface of the bending part of the hollow round steel 100, meanwhile, the pressing plates 305 are arranged, when the movable covers 304 are moved, the pressing plates 305 are driven to move, the smeared sponge 302 is pressed by the movement of the pressing plates 305, the smeared sponge 302 is sucked into the lubricating liquid, the smeared sponge 302 is extruded, the smeared efficiency is accelerated, and finally, the smeared on the inner wall surface and the outer wall surface of the bending part of the hollow round steel 100 is smeared with the lubricating liquid.
