The first limiting lip 63 is clamped between the first annular limiting protrusion 51 and the limiting ring 52, the second limiting lip 64 is clamped between the second annular limiting protrusion 11 and the limiting ring 52, and the limiting ring 52 is positioned in the accommodating recess 65 formed between the first limiting lip 63 and the second limiting lip 64, so as to ensure the fixing effect on the first sealing portion 60.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the first limiting lip 63 is in sealing engagement with the inner side of the first annular limiting projection 51, and the second limiting lip 64 is disposed obliquely upward and in sealing engagement with the inner side of the second annular limiting projection 11. This can increase the sealing area between the first sealing portion 60 and the second annular spacing protrusion 11 and the first annular spacing protrusion 51, enhancing the sealing effect.
As shown in fig. 4 and 5, in the present embodiment, the second annular spacing protrusion 11 and the first annular spacing protrusion 51 are disposed in a staggered manner, and the bottom of the second annular spacing protrusion 11 is located between the top of the first annular spacing protrusion 51 and the spacing ring 52. It should be noted that, the above-mentioned "the bottom of the second annular limiting protrusion 11 is located between the top of the first annular limiting protrusion 51 and the limiting ring 52" means: in the transverse direction, the lowest part of the second annular limiting protrusion 11 is located between the highest part of the first annular limiting protrusion 51 and the highest part of the limiting ring 52, so that in the process of upward pressing, the sealing cover 50 is pressed upwards by the pressure in the cooking cavity, and the second annular limiting protrusion 11, the first annular limiting protrusion 51 and the limiting ring 52 clamp the first sealing part 60 in the vertical direction, so that the first sealing part 60 is kept at a sealing position, and the sealing effect is ensured.
As shown in fig. 4 to 7, in the present embodiment, a sinking platform portion 12 protruding downward is provided on the buckle cover 10, the sinking platform portion 12 is provided inside the second annular limiting protrusion 11, the baking assembly 20 is provided at the sinking platform portion 12, the sinking platform portion 12 includes a bottom plate 121 and a side plate 122 connected to the outer periphery of the bottom plate 121, and ventilation holes 13 are provided on both the bottom plate 121 and the side plate 122. In the baking mode, hot air can be blown into the cooking cavity through the ventilation holes 13 to heat the food.
As shown in fig. 5, in the present embodiment, the height of the counter part 12 is greater than the height of the second annular stopper protrusion 11. This can prevent the second annular stopper protrusion 11 from blocking the hot air blown out through the side plate 122, ensuring the heating effect on the food. Accordingly, the protruding dimension of the first annular spacing protrusion 51 is larger than the protruding dimension of the second annular spacing protrusion 11. Thus, the seal cover 50 can avoid the sinking platform 12, so that the structure inside the cover body assembly is more compact, and the volume of the cover body assembly is reduced.
As shown in fig. 4, 5, 7 and 9, the first annular limiting protrusion 51 includes a first annular inner wall 511 disposed obliquely and a first annular outer wall 512 disposed obliquely, and a first included angle a is formed between the first annular inner wall 511 and the first annular outer wall 512; the second annular limiting protrusion 11 comprises a second annular inner wall 111 and a second annular outer wall 112 which are obliquely arranged, and a second included angle b is formed between the second annular inner wall 111 and the second annular outer wall 112, wherein the first included angle a is smaller than the second included angle b. The arrangement is matched with the height relation of the first annular limiting protrusion 51 and the second annular limiting protrusion 11, so that the structures of the sealing cover 50 and the buckle closure 10 are more reasonable.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 7 and 9, the range of the first included angle a satisfies: a is more than or equal to 23 degrees and less than or equal to 33 degrees. The first included angle a can reduce the processing difficulty of the first annular limiting protrusion 51 when the first included angle a meets the above range, and simultaneously ensure the sealing effect between the first sealing lip 61 and the outer side surface of the first annular limiting protrusion 51. The range of the second included angle b satisfies: b is more than or equal to 95 degrees and less than or equal to 105 degrees. The second included angle b can reduce the processing difficulty of the second annular limiting protrusion 11 when meeting the above range, and simultaneously ensure the sealing effect between the second sealing lip 62 and the outer side surface of the second annular limiting protrusion 11. Preferably, the first included angle a may be 23 °, 28 °, 33 °, or the like. The second included angle b may be 95 °, 100 °, 105 °, etc.
As shown in fig. 4, 5, 7 and 9, the first annular stopper protrusion 51 further includes a first circular arc portion 513 between the first annular inner wall 511 and the first annular outer wall 512, and the second annular stopper protrusion 11 further includes a second circular arc portion 113 between the second annular inner wall 111 and the second annular outer wall 112. The first circular arc portion 513 connects the first annular inner wall 511 and the first annular outer wall 512, and the second circular arc portion 113 connects the second annular inner wall 111 and the second annular outer wall 112, so that the structural strength of the second annular limiting protrusion 11 of the first annular limiting protrusion 51 can be ensured.
In this embodiment, the shape of the first sealing portion 60 is adapted to the structure of the second annular spacing protrusion 11 of the first annular spacing protrusion 51, and when the first sealing portion 60 is pressed up, the first sealing portion 60 can be tightly attached to the second annular spacing protrusion 11 of the first annular spacing protrusion 51, so that the sealing effect is good.
Accordingly, as shown in fig. 10a, a fourth included angle a 'is formed between the first sealing lip 61 and the first limiting lip 63, and a fifth included angle b' is formed between the second sealing lip 62 and the second limiting lip 64, wherein the first included angle a is equal to the fourth included angle a ', and the second included angle b is equal to the fifth included angle b'.
As shown in fig. 10a, a third included angle c is formed between the first sealing lip 61 and the second sealing lip 62, and the range of the third included angle c satisfies: c is more than or equal to 46 degrees and less than or equal to 57 degrees. And when the third included angle c meets the range, the sealing effect is ensured. Preferably, the third included angle c is 46 °, 51 ° or 57 °, etc.
As shown in fig. 10b, the length L1 of the first sealing lip 61 is greater than the length L2 of the second sealing lip 62.
Specifically, the length L1 of the first sealing lip ranges from: l1 is more than or equal to 7.5mm and less than or equal to 10.5mm. When the length L1 satisfies the above range, the sealing effect between the first sealing lip 61 and the outer side surface of the first annular stopper projection 51 can be ensured. The length L2 of the second sealing lip ranges from: l2 is more than or equal to 4mm and less than or equal to 8mm. When the length L2 satisfies the above range, the sealing effect between the second sealing lip 62 and the outer side surface of the second annular stopper projection 11 can be ensured. Preferably, the length L1 is 7.5mm, 9mm, 10.5mm, etc., and the length L2 is 4mm, 6mm, 8mm, etc.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the cover assembly further includes a connection assembly 70, where the connection assembly 70 includes a fixing portion 71 penetrating through the buckle cover 10 and a connection portion 72 penetrating through the seal cover 50, and the connection portion 72 is in plug connection with the fixing portion 71. The arrangement can realize the detachable connection between the sealing cover 50 and the buckle cover 10, and has the advantages of simple structure and easy detachment.
As shown in fig. 4 and 11, the cap assembly further includes a second sealing part 80 provided at the outer circumference of the sealing cap 50, the second sealing part 80 being provided at the outer side of the first sealing part 60, the second sealing part 80 including a first lip 81 extending upward and a second lip 82 extending downward, a coupling recess 83 being provided between the first lip 81 and the second lip 82, and the sealing cap 50 being provided in the coupling recess 83. When pressure cooking is performed, the second sealing part 80 is clamped between the buckle cover 10 and the pot body, so that the cooking cavity is sealed, and the upward pressing effect is ensured.
As shown in fig. 3, 4, 8 and 9, the seal cover 50 is further provided with an air passing hole 53, and the air passing hole 53 is located outside the first annular limiting protrusion 51. The exhaust pipe 30 is located outside the first annular limiting protrusion 51, and when exhausting, gas inside the cooking cavity can enter the cover assembly from the gas passing hole 53 and then be exhausted through the exhaust pipe 30.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the baking assembly 20 comprises a cover body 21, a heating element 22, a fan blade 23 and a motor assembly 24 for driving the fan blade 23 to rotate, wherein the cover body 21 is arranged above the buckle cover 10 and is in fit with the buckle cover 10, the middle part of the cover body 21 protrudes upwards to form an accommodating space 25 between the cover body 21 and the buckle cover 10, the heating element 22 and the fan blade 23 are arranged in the accommodating space 25, and the motor assembly 24 is arranged above the cover body 21; the cover assembly further includes a cover 90, the cover 90 covering the buckle closure 10 and the baking assembly 20. Wherein, the heating element 22 is arranged on the cover body 21 through the fixing buckle 26. The arrangement makes the structure inside the cover body assembly more compact, and the volume of the cover body assembly can be reduced.
In this embodiment, the heating element 22 is disposed on the cover 21 through the fixing buckle 26, and the motor assembly 24 passes through the cover 21, and then the fan blade 23 is mounted and the fan blade 23 is fixed through the nut. The fixing portion 71 passes through the central hole of the buckle cover 10 and is fixed by a nut to form a fixing buckle position. The motor assembly 24 is also screwed to the housing 21. The limiting ring 52 is welded on the sealing cover 50, and the first sealing part 60 is sleeved between the limiting ring 52 and the first annular limiting bulge 51 to realize positioning. The second sealing portion 80 is sleeved on the buckle cover 10. The connecting portion 72 is inserted through the central hole of the sealing cap 50 and is connected with the fixing portion 71 in a plugging manner.
When pressure cooking is performed, the connection portion 72 and the fixing portion 71 are connected in a plug-in manner to connect the sealing cap 50 to the buckle closure 10. At this time, when a certain pressure is generated in the pot, air pressure enters the outer periphery of the first sealing part 60 from the air passing hole 53, and under the action of the pressure, the first sealing lip 61 and the second sealing lip 62 are spread to two sides and respectively attached to the first annular limiting protrusion 51 and the second annular limiting protrusion 11.
The seal properties of the cap assemblies obtained in examples 1 to 11 and comparative examples 1 to 8 were tested and the properties are shown in table 1.

The above-mentioned sealability means the maximum pressure that can be borne in the case of the airtight cap assembly, and in this embodiment, when the sealability is 200Kpa or more, the product is acceptable.
As can be seen from the comparison of the data in table 1, the sealing performance of the cover assembly can be improved by reasonably taking the values of the five parameters by adopting the technical schemes of the embodiments 1 to 11 of the application.
As is evident from the data of examples 1 to 3 and comparative example 1, the sealability of the cap assembly is reduced as the first included angle a is increased. When the range of the first included angle a meets the following conditions: a is more than or equal to 23 degrees and less than or equal to 33 degrees, and the cover body assembly can meet the requirement of tightness; when the first included angle a=50°, the cover assembly cannot meet the sealing requirement.
As is evident from the data of example 2, example 4, example 5 and comparative example 2, the sealability of the cap assembly is reduced as the second included angle b is increased. When the range of the second included angle b satisfies: b is more than or equal to 95 degrees and less than or equal to 105 degrees, and the cover body component can meet the requirement of tightness; when the second included angle b=120°, the cover assembly cannot meet the sealing requirement.
As is evident from the data of example 2, example 6, example 7 and comparative example 3, the sealability of the cap assembly is also enhanced as the third included angle c is increased. When the range of the third included angle c satisfies: when c is more than or equal to 46 degrees and less than or equal to 57 degrees, the cover body assembly can meet the requirement of tightness; when the third included angle c=35°, the cover assembly cannot meet the sealing requirement.
From the data of example 2, example 8, example 9 and comparative example 4, it is understood that the sealability of the cap assembly is also enhanced as the length L1 is increased. Likewise, as can be seen from the data of example 2, example 10, example 11 and comparative example 5, as the length L2 increases, the sealability of the cap assembly also increases. I.e., the greater the length L1 and the length L2, the better the cover assembly interior space will permit. In this embodiment, the range of the length L1 of the first sealing lip satisfies: l1 is more than or equal to 7.5mm and less than or equal to 10.5mm; the length L2 of the second sealing lip ranges from: l2 is more than or equal to 4mm and less than or equal to 8mm, and can simultaneously meet the requirements of tightness and compact structure in the cover body component.
As can be seen from the data of examples 1 to 11 and comparative examples 1 to 8, when the range of the first angle a satisfies: the range of the second included angle b is more than or equal to 23 degrees and less than or equal to 33 degrees, and the range of the second included angle b meets the following conditions: b is more than or equal to 95 degrees and less than or equal to 105 degrees, and the range of the third included angle c meets the following conditions: when c is larger than or equal to 46 degrees and smaller than or equal to 57 degrees, the length L1 of the first sealing lip is in the range of: l1 is more than or equal to 7.5mm and less than or equal to 10.5mm, and the length L2 of the second sealing lip is in the range of: l2 is more than or equal to 4mm and less than or equal to 8mm, and can meet the sealing requirement of the cover body component. When one or more of the five values are out of the corresponding ranges, the cover assembly fails to meet the sealing requirement.
The application also provides a cooking utensil, which comprises a cooker body and a cover body assembly covered on the cooker body, wherein the cover body assembly is the cover body assembly. The cover assembly includes a first sealing portion 60, the first sealing portion 60 including a first sealing lip 61 and a second sealing lip 62, the first sealing lip 61 being in sealing engagement with an outer side of the first annular stop tab 51, the second sealing lip 62 being in sealing engagement with a lower surface of the buckle closure 10. This prevents vapors generated during pressure cooking from entering the interior of the grilling component 20. As the pressure in the cooking cavity increases, the first sealing lip 61 will be tightly attached to the outer side surface of the first annular limiting protrusion 51 under the action of pressure, and the second sealing lip 62 will be tightly attached to the lower surface of the buckle closure 10 under the action of pressure, so as to further ensure the sealing effect, and ensure that the vapor generated during the pressure cooking process will not enter the baking assembly 20 through the gap between the buckle closure 10 and the sealing cover 50. The cover body assembly can effectively solve the problem that the steam in the related art enters the baking assembly to form condensed water to damage the baking assembly, so that the cooking utensil with the cover body assembly has the advantages.
In this embodiment, the cooking appliance is a multi-functional cooking appliance having a pressure cooking mode and a bake cooking mode. Of course, in the embodiment not shown in the drawings, the cooking appliance may also be a product such as an electric rice cooker, a low-pressure rice cooker, a soymilk machine, a cooking machine, a cooker, an electric stewpot, a multifunctional pot, etc.

wherein the first sealing lip (61) is in sealing engagement with the outer side surface of the first annular spacing projection (51), and the second sealing lip (62) is in sealing engagement with the lower surface of the buckle closure (10) to isolate the exhaust pipe (30) from the baking assembly (20).

Cover assembly according to claim 1, wherein the snap cover (10) is provided with a downwardly protruding second annular stop projection (11), the second sealing lip (62) being arranged obliquely upwards and being in sealing engagement and form-fitting with the outer side surface of the second annular stop projection (11).
3. Cover assembly according to claim 2, wherein the protruding dimension of the first annular stop protrusion (51) is larger than the protruding dimension of the second annular stop protrusion (11).
4. The cover assembly of claim 2, wherein the cover assembly comprises a cover,
the first annular limiting protrusion (51) comprises a first annular inner wall (511) and a first annular outer wall (512) which are obliquely arranged, and a first included angle a is formed between the first annular inner wall (511) and the first annular outer wall (512);
the second annular limiting protrusion (11) comprises a second annular inner wall (111) and a second annular outer wall (112) which are obliquely arranged, a second included angle b is formed between the second annular inner wall (111) and the second annular outer wall (112),
wherein the first included angle a is smaller than the second included angle b.
5. The cover assembly of claim 4, wherein the first included angle a is in a range that satisfies: 23 DEG is more than or equal to a and less than or equal to 33 DEG, and the range of the second included angle b meets the following conditions: b is more than or equal to 95 degrees and less than or equal to 105 degrees.

The cover assembly according to claim 4, wherein the first annular stop protrusion (51) further comprises a first circular arc portion (513) between the first annular inner wall (511) and the first annular outer wall (512), and the second annular stop protrusion (11) further comprises a second circular arc portion (113) between the second annular inner wall (111) and the second annular outer wall (112).
7. The cover assembly according to claim 1, wherein a third included angle c is formed between the first sealing lip (61) and the second sealing lip (62), the third included angle c being in a range that satisfies: c is more than or equal to 46 degrees and less than or equal to 57 degrees.
8. The lid assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the length L1 of the first sealing lip (61) is greater than the length L2 of the second sealing lip (62).
9. The cover assembly of claim 8, wherein the extent of the length L1 of the first sealing lip (61) is such that: 7.5 mm.ltoreq.L1.ltoreq.10.5 mm, the length L2 of the second sealing lip (62) ranging from: l2 is more than or equal to 4mm and less than or equal to 8mm.

The cover assembly according to claim 2, wherein the stopper portion comprises a first stopper lip (63) and a second stopper lip (64), the first stopper lip (63) being sandwiched between the second annular stopper projection (11) and the stopper ring (52), a receiving recess (65) for receiving the stopper ring (52) being formed between the first stopper lip (63) and the second stopper lip (64).
11. Cap assembly according to claim 10, wherein the first limiting lip (63) is in sealing engagement with the inner side of the first annular limiting projection (51) and/or the second limiting lip (64) is arranged obliquely upwards and in sealing engagement with the inner side of the second annular limiting projection (11).
12. The cover assembly according to claim 10, wherein the second annular limiting protrusion (11) and the first annular limiting protrusion (51) are arranged in a staggered manner, and the bottom of the second annular limiting protrusion (11) is located between the top of the first annular limiting protrusion (51) and the limiting ring (52).
