As shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
s110, acquiring current position information.
The execution subject for acquiring the current position information may be a public area field management mobile phone APP (Application) system. The mobile phone APP system can be used for mobile phones on public transformer area sites, and can be used for acquiring device or equipment information on the public transformer area sites and the like.
The mobile phone APP system can be used for positioning the position information of the current mobile phone APP system, and the positioned position information of the current mobile phone APP system is used as the current position information. Wherein the current position information may be position coordinate information or the like.
S120, determining a target transformer from at least one candidate transformer in the public transformer area according to the current position information.
The public transformer area can be a public transformer area user meter and line trend and load management area, and at least one candidate transformer can exist in the public transformer area. The target transformer may be a transformer closest to the current position among the candidate transformers.
For example, the transformer position coordinates of each candidate transformer may be acquired, and the candidate transformer having the closest distance between the position coordinates may be determined as the target transformer based on the current position coordinates in the current position information and the position coordinates of each transformer.
S130, determining a target meter device associated with the target transformer.
The target transformer can be associated with at least one target meter device, and a certain position relationship or a certain distance relationship exists between the target transformer and each target meter device.
In an alternative embodiment, determining a target meter device associated with a target transformer includes: determining transformer position information of a target transformer; according to the transformer position information, a target gauge device associated with the target transformer is determined based on a preset distance radius.
The transformer position information may be a geographic coordinate position of the target transformer, and the distance radius may be preset by a relevant technician according to an actual experience value or an experimental value, for example, the distance radius may be 500 meters.
For example, a gauge device within a radius of 500 meters from the target transformer may be used as the target gauge device.
And S140, performing device detection on the target meter device to obtain actual meter information of the target meter device.
The device detection of the target meter device can be specifically performed by determining the trend of the low-voltage line among the meter devices, distributing points of the meter devices, user information related to the meter devices, type information of the meter devices, time for opening a meter cover, electricity stealing condition, running state of the meter and the like, and specifically, different device detection modes can be adopted according to different detection items.
The actual meter information may include actual user information, actual meter type information, actual meter operation state information, schedule cover information, and the like associated with each target meter device obtained by actually detecting the target meter device.
For example, according to different detection items, device detection modes different from corresponding detection items can be adopted to perform device detection on each target meter device, so that actual meter information of the target meter device under the different detection items is obtained.
S150, standard meter information of the target meter device is acquired.
The standard meter information may be meter information obtained by statistics in advance in a history period. And in particular may be stored in a background terminal database. The standard meter information may include standard user information, standard meter type information, standard meter operating status information, and schedule cover information associated with the target meter device, etc.
The mobile phone APP system may be used to associate a background terminal database, and obtain standard meter information of the target meter device from the terminal database, specifically, may be obtained through a meter device identifier corresponding to the target meter device. Wherein the meter device identification is used to characterize the uniqueness of the meter device.
S160, according to the standard meter information and the actual meter information of the target meter device, meter information management is carried out on the target meter device.
For example, the standard meter information and the actual meter information can be compared in information, the meter information inconsistent in information comparison is determined, the target meter device associated with the meter information inconsistent in information comparison is determined, the target meter device is detected on site to obtain correct meter information, and the correct meter information is stored as the standard meter information so as to update the standard meter information of the target meter device, thereby realizing meter information management of the target meter device.
Optionally, in the mobile phone APP system, a low-voltage line trend distribution map of the meter device may be stored, where the three-phase lines respectively correspond to the load amounts, that is, the number of meter devices respectively installed on the three-phase lines a, b and c, and the corresponding load amounts, so that in the process of installing the meter devices by the following related technicians, reasonable line distribution can be performed.
According to the technical scheme, the target transformer is determined from at least one candidate transformer in the public transformer area according to the current position information; determining a target gauge device associated with the target transformer; performing device detection on the target meter device to obtain actual meter information of the target meter device; obtaining standard meter information of a target meter device; and managing the meter information of the target meter device according to the standard meter information and the actual meter information of the target meter device. According to the technical scheme, meter information management of the target meter devices is achieved through determining the target meter devices actually associated with the target transformer and comparing the actual meter information with the standard meter information of each target meter device, the checking efficiency and checking accuracy of the meter devices in the public transformer area are improved, and effective management of the meter devices in the public transformer area is achieved.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a public transformer area management method according to a second embodiment of the present invention, where optimization and improvement are performed based on the above technical solutions.
Further, the number of target meter devices is at least one; the meter information includes user information; the actual meter information comprises actual user information associated with each target meter device, and the standard meter information comprises standard user information associated with each target meter device; correspondingly, the step of carrying out meter information management on the target meter device according to the standard meter information and the actual meter information of the target meter device is thinned into the step of judging whether meter users corresponding to the corresponding target meter device are consistent according to the actual user information and the standard user information associated with each target meter device, so as to obtain a user consistency judgment result; and if the user consistency judging result meets the preset first meter information updating condition, updating the standard user information corresponding to the corresponding target meter device so as to manage the user information of the target meter device. To perfect a user information management mode for the target meter device. In the embodiments of the present invention, the descriptions of other embodiments may be referred to in the portions not described in detail.
As shown in fig. 2, the method comprises the following specific steps:
s210, acquiring current position information.
S220, determining a target transformer from at least one candidate transformer in the public transformer area according to the current position information.
S230, determining a target meter device associated with the target transformer; the number of target meter devices is at least one.
S240, performing device detection on the target meter device to obtain actual meter information of the target meter device; the actual meter information includes actual user information associated with each target meter device.
S250, standard meter information of the target meter device is obtained; the standard meter information includes standard user information associated with each target meter device.
And S260, judging whether meter users corresponding to the corresponding target meter devices are consistent according to the actual user information and the standard user information associated with each target meter device, and obtaining a user consistency judgment result.
The actual user information may be user information associated with the target meter device obtained by actual detection; the standard user information may be user information associated with the target meter device stored under the history period acquired from the background terminal database.
For example, whether the user information of the actual user information is consistent with the user information of the standard user information is judged, for example, whether the user number information or the user address information is consistent is judged, and a user consistency judgment result is obtained. The user consistency judging result comprises consistency of user information comparison and inconsistency of user information comparison.
S270, if the user consistency judging result meets the preset first meter information updating condition, updating the standard user information corresponding to the corresponding target meter device so as to manage the user information of the target meter device.
The first meter information updating condition may be preset by a related technician, for example, the first meter information updating condition may be that the user consistency determination result is inconsistent in information comparison.
For example, if the user consistency determination result is that the user information comparison is inconsistent, it indicates that there may be an actual detection error on the target meter device or an error of standard user information stored in the background terminal database, so that information redetermination is required to be performed on the target meter device with inconsistent user information comparison, for example, the target meter device may be manually redetected and determined by a field staff on the field. To improve the redetection efficiency and accuracy, the redetermination may also be performed in an automated manner.
In an alternative embodiment, updating the standard user information corresponding to the corresponding target meter device includes: determining first user position information according to actual user information corresponding to the corresponding target meter device; determining second user position information according to standard user information corresponding to the corresponding target meter device; determining a first position distance according to the current position information and the first user position information; and determining a second location distance according to the current location information and the second user location information; and updating the standard user information corresponding to the corresponding target meter device according to the first position distance and the second position distance.
It should be noted that, the situation that the comparison of the user information is inconsistent may be that the standard user information is not updated timely, or that the information of the actual user information is positioned and obtained incorrectly. Or it may be that the target meter device is associated with another transformer but not updated in time.
The first user position information may be user geographic position coordinate information obtained by determining according to actual user information; the second user location information may be user geographical location coordinate information determined from standard user information. The current location information may be the location coordinates of the current location where the mobile phone APP system is located.
Illustratively, a position distance between the current position and the first user position is taken as a first position distance, and a position distance between the current position and the second user position is taken as a second position distance. If the first position distance is smaller than the second position distance, the distance between the mobile phone APP system and the actual user is short, and the standard user information corresponding to the corresponding target meter device is updated by adopting the actual user information. If the first position distance is not smaller than the second position distance, the distance between the mobile phone APP system and the standard user is short, and standard user information corresponding to the corresponding target meter device does not need to be updated.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment, whether meter users corresponding to the corresponding target meter devices are consistent or not is judged according to the actual user information and the standard user information associated with each target meter device, and a user consistency judgment result is obtained; if the user consistency judging result meets the preset second meter information updating condition, updating the standard user information corresponding to the corresponding target meter device so as to manage the user information of the target meter device, perfecting the meter information management mode of the target meter device, realizing the user information management of the target meter device, and improving the comprehensiveness of the meter device information management.
In an alternative embodiment, the meter information includes meter type information; the actual meter information comprises actual meter type information associated with each target meter device, and the standard meter information comprises standard meter type information associated with each target meter device; accordingly, according to the standard meter information and the actual meter information of the target meter device, the meter information management is performed on the target meter device, including: judging whether the meter types corresponding to the corresponding target meter devices are consistent according to the actual meter type information and the standard meter type information associated with each target meter device, and obtaining a type consistency judgment result; if the type consistency judging result meets the preset second meter information updating condition, updating the standard meter type information corresponding to the corresponding target meter device so as to manage the meter type information of the target meter device.
The actual meter type information may be a meter type of the target meter device obtained by actual detection; the standard meter type information may be a meter type of the target meter device determined under a history period stored in the background terminal database. The meter types may include a residential meter type, a commercial meter type, and a three-phase meter type, among others.
Exemplary, the actual meter type information and the standard type information of the target meter device are compared to obtain a type consistency judgment result, wherein the type consistency judgment result comprises consistency of type comparison and inconsistency of type comparison. And if the type consistency judging result meets the preset second meter information updating condition, updating the standard meter type information corresponding to the corresponding target meter device. The second meter information update condition may be preset by a related technician, for example, the second meter information update condition may be a type comparison inconsistency.
It should be noted that, because the actual meter type information is the type information corresponding to the target meter device obtained in the current period, the real-time performance is better, and therefore, the standard meter type information corresponding to the corresponding target meter device is updated by adopting the actual meter type information.
In an alternative embodiment, according to a preset power failure simulation program, controlling the target meter device to perform power failure operation to obtain the meter state of the target meter device; determining an abnormal meter device according to the meter state; and managing the meter information of the abnormal meter device according to the standard meter information and the actual meter information of the abnormal meter device.
For example, the target meter devices may be controlled to perform the power outage operation according to a power outage simulation program set in advance, and the meter states of the target meter devices after the power outage operation is simulated may be obtained. The meter state may include power outage and in-service. The target meter device whose meter state is in operation may be determined as an abnormal meter device. The actual meter information and the standard meter information of the abnormal meter device are acquired for information comparison, for example, the actual user information and the standard user information of the abnormal meter device, the actual wiring information and the standard wiring information are compared, and the comparison items with inconsistent comparison results are updated. For example, the abnormal condition of the abnormal meter device can be determined by means of a field actual survey, and meter information management is performed.
Optionally, the position trend diagram of each target meter device can be determined according to the three-phase load condition of each target meter device, including the conditions of business new installation, migration and the like, so as to realize meter information management of the target meter device.
