Claims (10)

1. A method for distributing business at a banking site, the method comprising:
acquiring target business to be transacted by a client at a banking website;
according to the service queues to be processed corresponding to the various service operators in the banking outlets, calculating queuing time required by the various service operators to transact the target service;
determining the salesmen with queuing time less than or equal to a queuing time threshold as first salesmen, and generating a first salesmen set; wherein the first salesman set at least comprises one first salesman;
based on the business handling records of the banking outlets, obtaining target proficiency indexes of all first operators in the first operator set for the target business; the business handling records at least comprise the quantity and average handling time of each business person handling the target business in the banking website;
determining a first salesman with the target proficiency index meeting the proficiency condition as a target salesman in the first salesman set;
and distributing the target service to a service queue to be processed corresponding to the target service operator.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after the target business to be transacted by the customer at the banking outlet is obtained, the method further comprises:
acquiring the identity information of the client;
acquiring basic financial information of the customer from a customer information database of the banking website through the identity information; the basic financial information is generated according to the customer business records of the customers in banking institutions corresponding to banking outlets;
and acquiring target information required by transacting the target business from the basic financial information, and caching the target information in a business transacting system corresponding to the target business operator.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein prior to said obtaining basic financial information of said customer from a customer information database of said banking outlet via said identity information, said method further comprises:
classifying the to-be-processed service in the to-be-processed service queue corresponding to the target service person according to the service type to obtain a classification result;
generating a service group to be processed based on the classification result; wherein the service to be processed in one service group to be processed corresponds to the same service type;
the step of obtaining the basic financial information of the customer from the customer information database of the banking website through the identity information comprises the following steps:
generating a preprocessing process through identity information corresponding to all the to-be-processed services in the to-be-processed service group;
and acquiring basic financial information required by all the to-be-processed businesses in the to-be-processed business group in batches from a customer information database of the banking website by executing the preprocessing process.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein said determining a target business person from said first set of business persons that is proficient in the target proficiency index comprises:
and determining the first salesman with the maximum target proficiency index as a target salesman from the first salesman set.
5. A banking outlet service distribution device, said device comprising:
an information acquisition unit configured to: acquiring target business to be transacted by a client at a banking website;
a calculation unit for: according to the service queues to be processed corresponding to the various service operators in the banking outlets, calculating queuing time required by the various service operators to transact the target service;
a salesman selection unit configured to: determining the salesmen with queuing time less than or equal to a queuing time threshold as first salesmen, and generating a first salesmen set; wherein the first salesman set at least comprises one first salesman;
the computing unit is further configured to: based on the business handling records of the banking outlets, obtaining target proficiency indexes of all first operators in the first operator set for the target business; the business handling records at least comprise the quantity and average handling time of each business person handling the target business in the banking website;
the salesman selection unit is further configured to: determining a first salesman with the target proficiency index meeting the proficiency condition as a target salesman in the first salesman set;
a service allocation unit, configured to: and distributing the target service to a service queue to be processed corresponding to the target service operator.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, further comprising a traffic preprocessing unit configured to:
acquiring the identity information of the client;
acquiring basic financial information of the customer from a customer information database of the banking website through the identity information; the basic financial information is generated according to the customer business records of the customers in banking institutions corresponding to banking outlets;
and acquiring target information required by transacting the target business from the basic financial information, and caching the target information in a business transacting system corresponding to the target business operator.
7. The apparatus of claim 6, further comprising a traffic classification unit configured to:
classifying the to-be-processed service in the to-be-processed service queue corresponding to the target service person according to the service type to obtain a classification result;
generating a service group to be processed based on the classification result; wherein the service to be processed in one service group to be processed corresponds to the same service type;
the service preprocessing unit is specifically configured to:
generating a preprocessing process through identity information corresponding to all the to-be-processed services in the to-be-processed service group;
