Summary of The Invention
The inventor discovers that in the related art, a user needs to fill in a mail subject, a mail recipient, a mail text and the like every time when editing the mail, so that the workload is high.
When the user edits the same or similar mails, the user needs to switch to the sent folder to check the sent historical mails by himself so as to select the mails needing to be multiplexed from the sent historical mails, and the editing of the current mails is realized by editing the historical mails again. The method has complex operation flow, and the user is required to find the mail needing to be edited again from a plurality of historical mails, so that the operation is complex and the time consumption is long, and the mail editing efficiency is low.
Or the user can preset the mail template so as to modify the mail template, thereby realizing quick editing of the mail. However, in the mode, the mail template needs to be set in advance, the operation flow is long and complex, and the operation efficiency is low; moreover, if a new mail template is required, a new mail template needs to be created exclusively, and if the format of an existing mail template needs to be modified, the existing mail template needs to be modified exclusively, so that the cost is high.
Aiming at the requirements, the disclosure provides a mail editing method, which can quickly match mails with the same or similar subject from historical mails of users when the users compose the mails with the same or similar content, so that the user can select the mails, and after the user selects the mails, mail content and mail configuration information can be automatically filled based on the historical mails selected by the user, thereby simplifying user operation and improving mail editing efficiency.

The mail editing interface comprising the mail subject input area is provided, so that at least one candidate historical mail with mail subject matched with the text keyword in the historical mail data is displayed based on the text keyword input in the mail subject input area in response to the input operation in the mail subject input area, the mail content and mail configuration information of the current edited mail are generated based on the mail content and mail configuration information of the selected candidate historical mail in response to the selection operation in the at least one candidate historical mail, and the user is helped to quickly and conveniently complete editing of the mail when the user composes the same or similar mails, so that the user operation is simplified, and the mail editing efficiency is improved.
Having described the basic principles of the present disclosure, various non-limiting embodiments of the present disclosure are specifically described below.
In some embodiments, for step S101, when the mail editing interface is displayed, a mail content editing area and a mail configuration information setting area may be displayed in the mail editing interface. Alternatively, the mail content editing area may include a mail subject input area, a mail body input area, and a mail attachment adding area, and the mail configuration information setting area may include a mail recipient setting area, a mail sender setting area, a mail close sender setting area, a meeting invitation information setting area, and a group mail recipient display mode setting area.
The mail body input area is used for providing a function of setting a mail body for the current editing mail, and the mail attachment adding area is used for providing a function of adding a mail attachment for the current editing mail; the mail receiver setting area is used for providing a function of setting a mail receiver for the current editing mail, the mail sender setting area is used for providing a function of setting a mail sender for the current editing mail, the mail close-sender setting area is used for providing a function of setting a mail close-sender for the current editing mail, the meeting invitation information setting area is used for providing a function of adding meeting invitation information (such as meeting invitation links) for the current editing mail, and the group sending mail receiver display mode setting area is used for providing a function of setting a receiver display mode of group sending mail for the current editing mail.
Optionally, the display mode of the addressees of the group sending mails can be a group sending single display mode, and under the group sending single display mode, when the addressees of the group sending mails receive the group sending mails, the addressees can only see the mailbox account of the addressees of the group sending mails, but cannot see the mailbox account of the addressees of the group sending mails, so that the addressees are sent to themselves independently without the sense of group sending; in the non-group sending single display mode, when the group sending mail is received by the addressees of the group sending mail, the mailbox accounts of all the addressees of the group sending mail can be seen in the addressees.
By providing a plurality of functional areas in the mail editing interface, a user can edit different types of mail contents or mail configuration information in the corresponding functional areas according to actual demands, and the flexibility of the mail editing process is improved.
In addition, it should be noted that the mail editing interface may have two display modes, namely, a computer end display mode and a mobile end display mode, and the display modes of the mail editing interface of the computer end and the mail editing interface of the mobile end display modes are slightly different, but the principle of dividing the functional areas is unchanged.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is an interface schematic diagram of a mail editing interface of a computer side according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, where the mail editing interface of the computer side may be displayed in a form as shown in fig. 2, where the mail editing interface of the computer side may include a mail recipient setting area 201, a mail sender setting area 202, a mail close sender setting area 203, a group mail recipient display mode setting area 204, a mail subject input area 205, a meeting invitation information setting area 206, a mail attachment adding area 207, and a mail text input area 208.

In addition, an expansion control 305 can be further set in the mail editing interface of the mobile terminal, and by triggering the expansion control 305, a mail recipient setting area and a mail close-delivery person setting area can be displayed in the mail editing interface of the mobile terminal.
In addition, a picture adding area 306, a special reminding recipient setting area 307 and a mail text style setting area 308 can be further arranged in the mail editing interface of the mobile terminal. The picture adding area is used for providing a function of adding pictures in the current editing mail; the special reminding recipient setting area is used for providing a function of setting a certain recipient of the current edited mail as a special reminding; the mail text font setting area is used to provide functions for setting text styles of the currently edited mail, including but not limited to setting fonts, setting text colors, setting text font sizes.
The two exemplary styles of the mail editing interface shown in fig. 2 and 3 are not limited to the display forms of the mail editing interface, and in more possible implementations, the mail editing interface may be displayed in other styles, and the disclosure is not limited to a specific display style.
After the display of the mail editing interface is implemented, the input of the mail theme may be performed through the mail theme input area included in the mail editing interface, so that at least one candidate history mail may be displayed based on the text keyword input in the mail theme input area in response to the input operation in the mail theme input area through step S102.
In some embodiments, for step S102, when at least one candidate history mail is displayed based on the text keyword input in the mail subject input area in response to the input operation in the mail subject input area, it may be implemented by:
s1021, responding to the input operation in the mail subject input area, and acquiring at least one historical mail with words with text similarity greater than a target similarity threshold value with text keywords in the mail subject from the historical mail data as at least one candidate historical mail.
Wherein the history mail data may include mails in the sent folder and mails in the draft folder, that is, the history mail data may include history sent mails and draft mails.
In one possible implementation, the text similarity between the mail subject of each historical mail in the historical mail data and the text keyword may be sequentially determined, so as to determine a candidate historical mail from the historical mails included in the historical mail data. For example, for any historical mail, the text similarity between each word in the mail subject of the historical mail and the text keyword may be determined, and if the text similarity between the word included in the mail subject of the historical mail and the text keyword is greater than the target similarity threshold, the historical mail may be determined as a candidate historical mail.
Optionally, when determining the text similarity between the words included in the mail subject of the historical mail and the text keywords, a manner of determining the edit distance between the words included in the mail subject of the historical mail and the text keywords may be adopted, so as to take the determined edit distance as the text similarity; alternatively, a manner of determining a hamming distance between words included in a mail subject of the historical mail and text keywords may be adopted, so as to take the determined hamming distance as a text similarity; alternatively, a manner of determining a Jaccard (Jaccard) similarity coefficient of a word included in a mail subject of the historical mail and a text keyword may be adopted, so that the determined Jaccard similarity coefficient is used as the text similarity, and the disclosure is not limited to a specific manner of determining the text similarity.
It should be noted that, the target similarity threshold may be any integer value, and the specific value of the target similarity threshold is not limited in the disclosure, and the value of the target similarity threshold may be set according to actual service requirements. For example, if an exact match based on the mail topic is to be achieved, the target similarity threshold may be set to 100% so that the determined mail topic of the candidate historical mail may include terms that are completely consistent with the text keywords; if only fuzzy matching based on the mail topic needs to be achieved, the target similarity threshold may be set to any value less than 100%, for example 85%, to ensure that words similar to or exactly identical to the text keywords may be included in the mail topic.
In addition, if the precise matching based on the mail subject is to be realized, besides the manner of determining the text similarity can be adopted, matching can be performed in the mail subjects of each historical mail based on text keywords, so as to directly determine whether the text keywords are included in the mail subjects of each historical mail, and if the text keywords are included in the mail subjects of a certain historical mail, the historical mail can be determined as a candidate historical mail.
Through the accurate matching based on the mail subject, the candidate historical mails with the highest matching degree can be rapidly positioned, so that the selection can be performed based on the candidate historical mails with the highest matching degree, the selection process of a user is simplified, and the mail editing efficiency is improved. Through fuzzy matching based on mail subjects, users can be helped to find candidate historical mails with similar mail subjects as much as possible, and under the condition that wrongly written characters exist in text keywords input by the users, the corresponding candidate historical mails can be matched, so that the fault tolerance of the mail matching process is improved.
S1022, displaying at least one candidate historical mail in the mail editing interface.
After the candidate historical mails are determined from the historical mail data, the matched at least one candidate historical mail can be displayed through a mail editing interface.
In one possible implementation, a list presentation control may be displayed in the mail editing interface and at least one candidate historical mail may be displayed in the list presentation control.
If the candidate historical mails are only one, the candidate historical mails are displayed directly in the list display control. If there are a plurality of candidate history mails, it is necessary to display the plurality of candidate history mails in a predetermined order.
Alternatively, multiple candidate historical mail may be displayed in the list presentation control in the order of mail time stamps from new to old. If the candidate historical mails are sent mails, the mail timestamp is the mail sending time; if the candidate historical mail is draft mail, the mail time stamp is draft preservation time.
By displaying the plurality of candidate historical mails according to the sequence of the mail time stamps from new to old, the candidate historical mails with the newer mail time stamps can be displayed at the earlier positions, the mails with the newer mail time stamps are the mails recently edited by the user, the possibility of being adopted by the user is higher, and therefore the user can be helped to quickly locate the required mails, and the mail editing efficiency is improved.
The above is merely one exemplary manner of determining the display order of the plurality of candidate historical mails, and in more possible implementations, other manners of determining the display order of the plurality of candidate historical mails may also be employed. For example, multiple candidate historical mails may also be displayed in the list presentation control in the order of high text similarity.
By displaying the plurality of candidate historical mails according to the sequence of the text similarity from high to low, the candidate historical mails with higher text similarity can be displayed at a position at the front, and the mails with higher text similarity are more likely to be multiplexed in the mails currently edited by the user, so that the possibility of being adopted by the user is higher, the user can be helped to quickly locate the required mails, and the mail editing efficiency is improved.
In addition, the text similarity and the mail time stamp can be combined to determine the display sequence of the plurality of candidate historical mails.
