Description

Automatic ticketing method and system
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of ticketing, in particular to an automatic ticketing method and system.
Background
Automated ticketing systems have been widely used in large train stations. Ticket purchasing by means of man-machine interaction has become the only choice for many passengers.
Current automated ticketing systems present the risk of leakage of user information. For example, when a passenger purchases a ticket, the passenger first fills in personal information including a name, an identification card number, etc. and ticket purchase necessary information including a destination, a departure time, a train number, etc. After the user fills in the personal information and the necessary information for buying the ticket, the ticket vending terminal will send the information to the server, and the server will verify the information (for example, verify whether the personal information is filled in correctly), if the server is successful in verifying the information, the server will send an instruction for confirming that the ticket can be purchased to the ticket vending terminal, and then the ticket vending terminal will jump to a payment interface, in which the ticket vending terminal will provide the user with the payment code and the personal information of the user and the riding information such as departure time, destination, train number, etc., wherein the personal information of the user and the riding information such as departure time, destination, train number, etc. are used for the user to confirm again whether the purchased ticket is the ticket required by the user, and the payment code is used for the user to pay the ticket. In the series of operations, there is a case that the ticketing terminal cannot send the relevant information to the server, at this time, the ticketing terminal will be required to retry sending the relevant information to the server, in the process of sending the relevant information by the ticketing terminal, the interface of the ticketing terminal is locked, the user can only wait for the ticketing terminal to send the relevant information to the server, and the user cannot operate the ticketing terminal halfway to exit the process. And sometimes the whole process of the ticket vending terminal attempting to send the relevant information to the server may last for about 1 minute, in which process a larger part of users may choose to replace another ticket vending terminal to purchase again due to the fact that they do not want to wait for the ticket vending terminal to send the relevant information to the server. However, when the user changes to other ticketing terminals, the ticketing terminal originally used by the user may just send the relevant information to the server successfully, and receive the instruction sent by the server to confirm that the ticket can be purchased, so that a part of privacy information of the user will be displayed by the ticketing terminal originally used by the user. But since the user has already started to use another ticketing terminal, a part of the private information of the user presented by the ticketing terminal originally used by the user will likely be seen by other unrelated persons.

Detailed Description
In order to make the present application solution better understood by those skilled in the art, the following description will be made in detail and with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present application, it is apparent that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present application, not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by one of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments herein without making any inventive effort, shall fall within the scope of the present application. It should be noted that, in the case of no conflict, the embodiments and features in the embodiments may be combined with each other.
It should be noted that the terms "first," "second," and the like in the description and claims of the present application and the above figures are used for distinguishing between similar objects and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It is to be understood that the data so used may be interchanged where appropriate such that embodiments of the present application described herein may be implemented in sequences other than those illustrated or otherwise described herein. Furthermore, the terms "comprises," "comprising," and "having," and any variations thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not necessarily limited to those steps or elements expressly listed but may include other steps or elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
Fig. 1 is a schematic illustration of a ticketing terminal placement of one embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a system architecture diagram of one embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, ticketing terminals are typically placed at corners of a waiting hall, and there are typically multiple ticketing terminals in the waiting hall. As shown in fig. 2, the ticketing terminal can communicate with the server, and for convenience of deployment, the ticketing terminal and the server generally communicate in a wireless communication manner.
As described in the background art, in the conventional ticketing system, there is a case that the ticketing terminal cannot send the relevant information to the server, at this time, the ticketing terminal is required to retry sending the relevant information to the server until the number of retries reaches a certain maximum value, in the process of sending the relevant information to the ticketing terminal, the interface of the ticketing terminal is locked, the user can only wait for the ticketing terminal to send the relevant information to the server, the user cannot operate the ticketing terminal halfway to exit the sending process, and for convenience of the following discussion, the ticketing terminal starts to send the relevant information to the server until the ticketing terminal displays the payment code to the user, which is called as the ticketing terminal operation delay. For example, when a user starts to purchase a ticket using the ticket vending terminal a, and when the ticket vending terminal a starts to send related information to the server, the interface of the ticket vending terminal a is locked, and if the interface is locked for a long time, the user is not aware of the reason why the current ticket vending terminal a cannot provide a payment code for a long time, and thus the waiting tolerance is lost. The user may then proceed to attempt to purchase a ticket using another ticketing terminal B. However, after the user changes to the ticketing terminal B, the ticketing terminal a may just send the relevant information to the server successfully and receive the instruction sent by the server to confirm that the ticket can be purchased, so that the ticketing terminal a will show a part of the privacy information of the user and the payment code according to the program. But since the user has already started to use another ticketing terminal B, a portion of the private information of the user presented by ticketing terminal a will likely be seen by other unrelated persons. The present invention addresses this problem by providing a series of solutions.
Example 1
FIG. 3 is a method flow diagram of one embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the figure, the automatic ticketing method of the invention comprises the following steps:
step 1: generating a first time threshold and a second time threshold by the ticketing terminal; in one embodiment, the first time threshold and the second time threshold may be determined according to statistical information about tolerance of the user to the operation delay of the ticketing terminal, for example, by questionnaire, where most users can accept the operation delay of the ticketing terminal for 10s, that is, when most users use the ticketing terminal to display the payment code for 10s or less, the new ticketing terminal will not be selected to re-purchase the ticket, and then the first time threshold may be set to 10s. For example, the time delay of 70s when most users cannot accept the operation of the ticketing terminal is determined by a questionnaire, that is, when most users use 70s or longer than 70s for displaying the payment code at the ticketing terminal, the ticket purchasing time is discarded, and new ticketing terminals are selected to be used for re-purchasing the ticket, and then the second time threshold can be set to be 70s.
Step 2: receiving ticket booking information sent by a user by a ticket selling terminal; in one embodiment, the ticket booking information may include personal information of the user, train number information, ticket purchase amount information, destination information, origin information, and the like;
step 3: after the ticket selling terminal receives ticket booking information sent by a user, the ticket selling terminal sends the ticket booking information to the server, and the ticket selling terminal starts a timer to count time;
step 4: after the ticket selling terminal sends ticket booking information to the server, the ticket selling terminal waits for feedback sent by the server;
step 5: if the ticketing terminal receives the first feedback sent by the server, the ticketing terminal judges whether the first timing of the current timer is larger than a first time threshold, wherein the first feedback indicates that the server successfully receives the ticket booking information; it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the first timing of the current timer records the period of time from when the timer is started at step 3 to when the ticketing terminal receives the first feedback sent by the server; for example, the time for starting the timer in step 3 is 12 pm, the time for the ticketing terminal to receive the first feedback sent by the server is 12 pm, 00 minutes and 02 seconds, and then the first timing of the current timer is 2s; in one embodiment, the first feedback may include an indication that the server successfully received the ticket order information, and also include an instruction to confirm that the ticket can be purchased; in one embodiment, due to network delay, the ticket vending terminal may send ticket booking information for the first time and the time for receiving the first feedback sent by the server may exceed 10s, so there is a possibility that the first timing of the timer is greater than the first time threshold, while in a normal case, the ticket vending terminal sends ticket booking information for the first time and the time for receiving the first feedback sent by the server typically does not exceed 10s, i.e. the first timing of the timer is typically less than the first time threshold;
step 6: if the ticketing terminal judges that the first timing of the timer is smaller than the first time threshold, the ticketing terminal provides payment information and at least part of booking information for the user. In one embodiment, the payment information may be a payment two-dimensional code, and in one embodiment, the ticketing terminal may not display all of the ticket booking information, e.g., the ticketing terminal may display only the user identification card tail number, and only the user name, and not the user surname, so that the ticketing terminal provides at least a portion of the ticket booking information.
Example 2
In embodiment 2, the automated ticketing method further comprises:
if the ticketing terminal judges that the first timing of the timer is larger than the first time threshold but smaller than the second time threshold, providing a locking interface for a user by the ticketing terminal, wherein in the locking interface, payment information and at least a part of ticket booking information are blocked; in one embodiment, as previously defined, when the first count of the timer is greater than a first time threshold (e.g., 10 s), a portion of the users will discard the ticket purchase and in turn operate another ticketing terminal to re-purchase the ticket. At this time, the ticketing terminal can provide a password input window (the password can be 6 bits after the default identification card number) and a reset button on the interface, and meanwhile, the ticketing terminal can add the payment information to be displayed and at least a part of the ticketing information to the mosaic. And the subsequent ticket purchaser can click a reset button so as to prompt the ticket vending terminal to reset the system and start a new ticket purchasing operation flow. If the user chooses to wait without giving up the ticket purchase, the user can input the password in the password input window, and after verifying the password, the ticket selling terminal can remove the mosaic on the payment information and at least a part of ticket booking information, thereby ensuring that the user can continue to purchase the ticket;
after the ticketing terminal provides a locking interface for the user, the ticketing terminal receives an unlocking password sent by the user;
after the ticket selling terminal receives the unlocking password, the ticket selling terminal unlocks the locking interface, wherein after the locking interface is unlocked, the payment information and at least a part of ticket booking information are not blocked.
Example 3
In embodiment 3, the automated ticketing method further comprises:
if the ticket selling terminal receives the second feedback sent by the server, the ticket booking terminal resends ticket booking information to the server, wherein the second feedback indicates that the server does not successfully receive the ticket booking information; it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the timer of the ticketing terminal still needs to remain timed since the ticketing terminal receives feedback that the server did not successfully receive the ticket booking information;
after the ticket terminal resends the ticket booking information to the server, the ticket terminal continues to wait for feedback sent by the server;
after the ticketing terminal resends the ticket booking information to the server, if the ticketing terminal receives third feedback sent by the server, the ticketing terminal judges whether the second timing of the current timer is larger than a first time threshold or not, wherein the third feedback indicates that the server successfully receives the ticket booking information; it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the second time duration should include the duration of the entire process of the ticketing terminal first sending the ticket booking information to the server, the ticketing terminal receiving the second feedback sent by the server, the ticketing terminal resending the ticket booking information to the server, and the ticketing terminal receiving the third feedback sent by the server;
if the ticketing terminal judges that the second timing of the timer is smaller than the first time threshold, the ticketing terminal provides payment information and at least part of booking information for the user.
In a preferred embodiment, the automated ticketing method further comprises: if the ticketing terminal judges that the second timing of the timer is larger than the first time threshold but smaller than the second time threshold, providing a locking interface for a user by the ticketing terminal, wherein in the locking interface, payment information and at least a part of ticket booking information are blocked; after the ticketing terminal provides a locking interface for the user, the ticketing terminal receives an unlocking password sent by the user; after the ticket selling terminal receives the unlocking password, the ticket selling terminal unlocks the locking interface, wherein after the locking interface is unlocked, the payment information and at least a part of ticket booking information are not blocked.
Example 4
In embodiment 4, the automated ticketing method further comprises:
if the timer reaches the second time threshold, the ticketing terminal still does not receive feedback sent by the server and indicating that the server successfully receives the ticket booking information, and the ticketing terminal starts to monitor the beacon signal sent by the server; it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that when the timer's count reaches the second time threshold, the ticketing terminal may have sent twice, three times, four times or even more ticketing information to the server, the timer's count including the total time of the entire sending process; it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that after the timer reaches the second time threshold, the ticketing terminal still needs to send the ticket booking information to the server, which still sends feedback to the ticketing terminal; it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the ticketing terminal does not monitor the beacon signal sent by the server until the timing of the timer reaches the second time threshold, because the ticketing terminal is generally a low-cost and low-complexity internet of things device, reducing the number of times the ticketing terminal monitors the beacon signal can effectively reduce the processing overhead of the ticketing terminal;
after the ticketing terminal receives the beacon signal sent by the server, the ticketing terminal determines the receiving power of the beacon signal;
if the ticketing terminal determines that the receiving power of the beacon signal is lower than the receiving power threshold, the ticketing terminal stops retransmitting the ticket booking information to the server; in one embodiment, the ticket vending terminal can quickly stop the retransmission process of the ticket buying information, after the ticket vending terminal quickly stops the retransmission process of the ticket buying information, the ticket vending terminal returns to the interface for inputting the ticket booking information by the user, and if the user still waits before the ticket vending terminal and does not discard the ticket buying at this time, the user can retry to purchase the ticket on the ticket vending terminal after inputting the unlocking password; in the prior art, a manner of stopping the blocking is generally to set a countdown timer, for example, a 60s countdown timer is set on some APP, and before the 60s countdown timer is finished, if the operation does not return a result yet, the APP exits the operation, and the user can select to re-execute the operation, or exit the operation; however, this prior art has drawbacks, for example, an operation may have received the result at 61s or 62s, but due to the countdown, the operation is interrupted at 60s, the time saved by the process is only 1s, but in order to save the 1s time, the user needs to wait for 60s, which is obviously inefficient, while this embodiment of the invention can avoid this problem;
after the ticketing terminal stops retransmitting the ticket booking information to the server, the ticketing terminal provides a locking interface for the user, wherein in the locking interface, the payment information and at least a part of the ticket booking information are blocked;
after the ticketing terminal provides a locking interface for the user, the ticketing terminal receives an unlocking password sent by the user;
after the ticket selling terminal receives the unlocking password, the ticket selling terminal unlocks the locking interface, wherein after the locking interface is unlocked, the payment information and at least a part of ticket booking information are not blocked.
Example 5
The invention provides an automated ticketing system comprising means for:
generating a first time threshold and a second time threshold by the ticketing terminal;
receiving ticket booking information sent by a user by a ticket selling terminal;
after the ticket selling terminal receives ticket booking information sent by a user, the ticket selling terminal sends the ticket booking information to the server, and the ticket selling terminal starts a timer to count time;
after the ticket selling terminal sends ticket booking information to the server, the ticket selling terminal waits for feedback sent by the server;
if the ticketing terminal receives the first feedback sent by the server, the ticketing terminal judges whether the first timing of the current timer is larger than a first time threshold, wherein the first feedback indicates that the server successfully receives the ticket booking information;
if the ticketing terminal judges that the first timing of the timer is smaller than the first time threshold, the ticketing terminal provides payment information and at least part of booking information for the user.
In a preferred embodiment, the automated ticketing system further comprises means for: if the ticketing terminal judges that the first timing of the timer is larger than the first time threshold but smaller than the second time threshold, providing a locking interface for a user by the ticketing terminal, wherein in the locking interface, payment information and at least a part of ticket booking information are blocked; after the ticketing terminal provides a locking interface for the user, the ticketing terminal receives an unlocking password sent by the user; after the ticket selling terminal receives the unlocking password, the ticket selling terminal unlocks the locking interface, wherein after the locking interface is unlocked, the payment information and at least a part of ticket booking information are not blocked.
In a preferred embodiment, the automated ticketing system further comprises means for: if the ticket selling terminal receives the second feedback sent by the server, the ticket booking terminal resends ticket booking information to the server, wherein the second feedback indicates that the server does not successfully receive the ticket booking information; after the ticket terminal resends the ticket booking information to the server, the ticket terminal continues to wait for feedback sent by the server; after the ticketing terminal resends the ticket booking information to the server, if the ticketing terminal receives third feedback sent by the server, the ticketing terminal judges whether the second timing of the current timer is larger than a first time threshold or not, wherein the third feedback indicates that the server successfully receives the ticket booking information; if the ticketing terminal judges that the second timing of the timer is smaller than the first time threshold, the ticketing terminal provides payment information and at least part of booking information for the user.
