Description

Relay calibration circuit and relay calibrator
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of state detection of electrical equipment, in particular to a relay calibration circuit and a relay calibrator.
Background
Circuit breaker devices are very common and play a very important role in power systems, and typically a large part of the faults occurring in the power system are caused by the faults of the circuit breaker devices in the power system. Among them, the breaker equipment faults are mainly classified into electrical faults and mechanical faults. The electrical faults of the circuit breaker equipment are mostly caused by the damage of secondary elements, the relay is used as the secondary circuit of the circuit breaker equipment, the secondary elements with wide application range and large quantity can control the break-off of the circuit breaker equipment under the action of control current, and in the secondary circuit of the circuit breaker equipment, the more frequent the relay acts under the action of the control current, the larger the probability of faults of the relay is, and the fault probability of the circuit breaker equipment caused by the faults of the relay is also greatly increased. Therefore, whether the working performance of the relay is good or not is directly related to whether the breaker equipment can normally act or not, and the safe and stable operation of the power system is further affected. In addition, in the daily maintenance defect elimination work, breaker fault defects caused by relay abnormality often occur. Therefore, the enhancement of detection and verification of the performance of the relay is of great importance.
In the prior art, the technical means for detecting the performance of the relay is relatively simple, namely, a universal meter voltage grade or a resistance grade is adopted to measure the voltage or the resistance value at two ends of the relay, and the conduction performance of the relay is verified based on the measured voltage or resistance value. Or, the performance of the relay is verified by manually applying mechanical external force to the relay to enable the relay to act and logically judging the relay element nodes. However, in the two modes in the prior art, the former is difficult to judge whether the actual action performance of the relay is good or bad, and because the loop is in a charged state when the voltage of the relay is measured, potential safety hazards of personnel electric shock exist in the detection and verification process, and equipment damage can be caused by human misoperation. The relay action is completely different from the relay self-priming by the electrified mode by using external force, and the problem of mechanical resistance and mechanical jamming in the actual operation of the relay is solved by using mechanical external force to make the relay action neglect. That is, in the prior art, two verification methods cannot well verify the relay safely and accurately.

Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
In order to solve the problem that the safety and accuracy of the relay cannot be well verified in the prior art, the invention provides a relay verification circuit, which comprises a direct current verification power supply, an inverter circuit, a direct current test circuit and an alternating current test circuit, wherein the direct current verification power supply is connected with the alternating current test circuit through the inverter circuit, and the direct current verification power supply is connected with the direct current test circuit as shown in figure 1.
The direct current verification power supply is used for providing a direct current test power supply for the direct current test circuit and providing an alternating current test power supply for the alternating current test circuit through the inverter circuit.
And the direct current test circuit is used for accessing the direct current relay to be checked and performing performance check on the direct current relay to be checked by using the direct current test power supply.
And the alternating current test circuit is used for accessing the alternating current relay to be checked and performing performance check on the alternating current relay to be checked by using the alternating current test power supply.
In other words, in the relay calibration circuit, the dc calibration power supply provides ac/dc test power supplies for the ac/dc test circuits, so that the ac/dc test circuits respectively access the ac/dc relays to be calibrated in the ac/dc test circuits under the ac/dc test power supplied by the dc calibration power supply.
The dc check power supply may be, for example, a battery.
Specifically, the to-be-verified AC/DC relay which is positioned in the breaker equipment and needs performance verification is powered off, and then the powered off to-be-verified AC/DC relay is respectively connected to the AC/DC test circuit of the relay verification circuit.
The power-off of the to-be-checked AC/DC relay which is positioned in the breaker equipment and needs performance checking can be realized by directly taking the to-be-checked AC/DC relay out of the breaker equipment, or by enabling the to-be-checked AC/DC relay to be in a power-off state in the breaker equipment, namely, a power supply system of the breaker equipment is not used.
Because the relay verification circuit is provided with the power supply system, namely the direct current verification power supply, the alternating current-direct current test circuit is powered, the alternating current-direct current test circuit is supported to complete performance detection of the alternating current-direct current relay to be verified, compared with the prior art that the performance verification is carried out by relying on the power supply system when the alternating current-direct current relay to be verified normally operates, the relay verification circuit can better avoid the occurrence of safety accidents endangering personnel and equipment due to personnel electric shock, personnel misoperation and the like, and improves the safety when the performance of the relay to be tested is detected and verified. In addition, compared with the method for applying external force to enable the relay to act in the prior art, the method can better avoid neglecting to reduce the problem of mechanical resistance and mechanical jamming of assembly in the actual operation of the AC/DC relay to be verified under the action of the DC verification power supply, and improves the accuracy of performance verification of the AC/DC relay to be verified.
In addition, the relay verification circuit can perform performance verification on the connected alternating current relay to be verified through the alternating current test circuit, and also can perform performance verification on the connected direct current relay to be verified through the direct current test circuit, namely the relay verification circuit is an alternating current-direct current relay verification circuit, has good universality in the aspect of verifying the alternating current-direct current relay to be verified, and can better improve the verification efficiency of the alternating current-direct current relay to be verified.
In one possible embodiment, the performance of the ac/dc relay to be checked is checked, that is, the quality of the ac/dc relay to be checked is detected, and the method starts from two aspects, namely, the corresponding ac/dc power supply (or voltage and current) is applied to detect the conduction performance of the ac/dc relay to be checked, and the corresponding ac/dc power supply (or voltage and current) is applied to detect the action performance, that is, the actuation capability, of the ac/dc relay to be checked.
The direct current test circuit comprises a direct current relay access table and a direct current test loop indicator lamp, wherein a direct current check power supply is connected with the direct current test loop indicator lamp, and the direct current test loop indicator lamp is connected with the direct current relay access table.
The direct current relay access platform is used for accessing the direct current relay to be checked and controlling the direct current relay to be checked to be in a working state by using the direct current test power supply.
The direct current test loop indicator lamp is used for indicating the conduction performance of the direct current relay to be checked.
The direct current relay to be checked is used for indicating the advantages and disadvantages of the direct current relay to be checked, namely the action performance of the direct current relay to be checked.
Specifically, a direct current relay to be checked is connected to the direct current relay access station, and the direct current test power supply is used for controlling the direct current relay to be checked to work. At this time, whether the direct current test loop indicator lights are normally turned on indicates whether the conduction performance of the direct current relay to be checked is good (or excellent).
More specifically, the dc test loop indicator light includes a dc relay coil indicator light. The coil of the direct current relay to be checked is connected into the direct current relay access platform, namely the direct current relay access platform is connected with the coil of the direct current relay to be checked, and the coil of the direct current relay to be checked is electrified by using a direct current test power supply. At this time, if the direct current relay coil indicator lamp is normally turned on, the conduction performance of the coil of the direct current relay to be checked is good, otherwise, if the direct current relay coil indicator lamp is not normally turned on, the conduction performance of the coil of the direct current relay to be checked is poor.
Alternatively, the direct current test loop indicator light comprises a direct current relay normally closed contact indicator light. And when the direct-current relay access platform is connected with the normally-closed contact of the direct-current relay to be checked, the normally-closed contact of the direct-current relay to be checked is electrified by using a direct-current test power supply. At this time, the normally closed contact indicator lamp of the direct current relay is normally turned on, so that the conduction performance of the normally closed contact of the direct current relay to be checked is good (or excellent), otherwise, the normally closed contact indicator lamp of the direct current relay is not normally turned on, so that the conduction performance of the normally closed contact of the direct current relay to be checked is poor.
Alternatively, the direct current test loop indicator light comprises a direct current relay normally open contact indicator light. The normally open contact of the direct current relay to be checked is connected into the direct current relay access platform, namely the direct current relay access platform is connected with the normally open contact of the direct current relay to be checked, and a direct current test power supply is used for electrifying the normally open contact of the direct current relay to be checked. At this time, if the normally open contact indicator lamp of the direct current relay is not normally turned on, and after the coil of the direct current relay to be checked is electrified, the normally open contact indicator lamp of the direct current relay is normally turned on, so that the normally open contact of the direct current relay to be checked is good in conduction performance (or excellent). Otherwise, if the normally open contact indicator lamp of the direct current relay is not normally turned on after the coil of the direct current relay to be checked is electrified, the conduction performance of the normally open contact of the direct current relay to be checked is poor.
The direct current relay coil indicator lamp, the direct current relay normally-closed contact indicator lamp and the direct current relay normally-open contact indicator lamp in the direct current test loop indicator lamp have corresponding relations with the direct current relay to be checked.
Correspondingly, the direct current relay to be checked is connected into the direct current relay access platform, and the direct current test power supply is used for controlling the direct current relay to be checked to work. At this time, if the direct current relay to be checked makes a normal actuation action, the action performance of the direct current relay to be checked is good, otherwise, if the direct current relay to be checked does not make a normal actuation action, the action performance of the direct current relay to be checked is poor. In this way, the working states of the direct current relay coil and the contact to be verified are simulated through the verification power supply of the relay verification circuit, and the direct current test circuit indicator lamp flashes, namely whether the indicator lamp is normally on or not on the condition that the indicator lamp is not on under the normal state but the indicator lamp is on after the relay coil is electrified, and whether the direct current relay itself to be verified makes a suction action or not is judged to judge the performance of the relay node, so that the conduction performance of the direct current relay coil and the contact to be verified and the detection of the action performance of the direct current relay node to be verified can be realized under the electrified environment, and finally the performance of the direct current relay to be verified is comprehensively detected.
It can be understood that when the direct current relay to be checked is normally attracted, the normally open contact of the direct current relay to be checked is switched from an open state to a closed state, and the normally closed contact of the direct current relay to be checked is switched from the closed state to the open state. When the normally open contact of the direct current relay to be checked is closed, the corresponding normally open contact indicator lamp of the direct current relay is turned on, and when the normally closed contact of the direct current relay to be checked is opened, the corresponding normally closed contact indicator lamp of the direct current relay is turned off. Therefore, after the coil of the direct current relay to be checked is electrified, whether the direct current relay normally open contact indicator lamp and the direct current relay normally closed contact indicator lamp in the direct current test loop indicator lamp are on or not can also indicate whether the action performance of the direct current relay to be checked is good or not to a certain extent.
After the coil of the direct current relay to be checked is electrified, the normally open contact indicator lamp of the corresponding direct current relay is extinguished, and the normally closed contact indicator lamp of the corresponding direct current relay is lighted, so that the direct current relay to be checked is indicated to make the actuation action, and the actuation performance of the direct current relay to be checked is good.
It will be appreciated from the foregoing that the number of dc test loop indicator lights is at least one, and the number of dc relay stations is at least one. The at least one direct current test loop indicator lamp is in one-to-one correspondence with the at least one direct current relay access station. Each direct current test loop indicator lamp is connected in series with the corresponding direct current relay access platform and is connected in parallel with other direct current test loops and direct current relay access platforms. That is, the same dc test circuit may perform performance verification on each part of the same dc relay to be verified at the same time, or on a plurality of dc relays to be verified at the same time.
Similarly, the alternating current test circuit comprises an alternating current relay access table and an alternating current test loop indicator lamp, the inverter circuit is connected with the alternating current test loop indicator lamp, and the alternating current test loop indicator lamp is connected with the alternating current relay access table.
The AC relay access platform is used for accessing the AC relay to be checked and controlling the AC relay to be checked to be in a working state by using an AC test power supply provided by a check power supply.
The alternating current test loop indicator lamp is used for indicating the conduction performance of the alternating current relay to be checked;
the to-be-checked alternating current relay is used for indicating the advantages and disadvantages of the action performance of the to-be-checked alternating current relay through the action of the to-be-checked alternating current relay.
Specifically, an alternating current relay to be checked is connected into the alternating current relay access station, and an alternating current test power supply is used for controlling the alternating current relay to be checked to work. At this time, whether the AC test loop indicator lights are normally lighted indicates whether the conduction performance of the AC relay to be checked is good.
More specifically, the ac test loop indicator light includes an ac coil indicator light. The coil of the alternating current relay to be checked is connected into the alternating current relay access platform, namely the alternating current relay access platform is connected with the coil of the alternating current relay to be checked, and an alternating current test power supply is used for powering on the coil of the alternating current relay to be checked. At this time, if the ac coil indicator lamp is normally turned on, it indicates that the coil of the ac relay to be checked has good conduction performance, otherwise, if the ac coil indicator lamp is not normally turned on, it indicates that the coil of the ac relay to be checked has poor conduction performance.
Alternatively, the ac test loop indicator light includes an ac relay normally closed contact indicator light. The normally-closed contact of the to-be-checked alternating current relay is connected into the alternating current relay access platform, namely, when the alternating current relay access platform is connected with the normally-closed contact of the to-be-checked alternating current relay, an alternating current test power supply is used for powering on the normally-closed contact of the to-be-checked alternating current relay. At this time, if the normally closed contact indicator lamp of the ac relay is normally turned on, it indicates that the conduction performance of the normally closed contact of the ac relay to be checked is good (or excellent), otherwise, it indicates that the conduction performance of the normally closed contact of the ac relay to be checked is poor.
Alternatively, the direct current test loop indicator light comprises a direct current relay normally open contact indicator light. The normally open contact of the to-be-checked alternating current relay is connected into the alternating current relay access platform, namely the alternating current relay access platform is connected with the normally open contact of the to-be-checked direct current relay, and an alternating current test power supply is used for powering on the normally closed contact of the to-be-checked alternating current relay. At this time, if the normally open contact indicator lamp of the ac relay is not normally turned on, and after the coil of the ac relay to be checked is energized, the normally open contact indicator lamp of the ac relay is normally turned on, which indicates that the normally open contact of the ac relay to be checked has good (or excellent) conduction performance. Otherwise, if the normally open contact indicator lamp of the alternating current relay is not normally turned on after the coil of the alternating current relay to be checked is electrified, the conduction performance of the normally open contact of the alternating current relay to be checked is poor.
The alternating current relay coil indicator lamp, the alternating current relay normally-closed contact indicator lamp and the alternating current relay normally-open contact indicator lamp in the alternating current test loop indicator lamp have corresponding relations with the alternating current relay to be checked.
Correspondingly, an alternating current relay to be checked is connected into the alternating current relay access platform, and the alternating current relay to be checked is controlled to work by using an alternating current test power supply. At this time, if the ac relay to be checked makes a normal actuation, the ac relay to be checked is indicated to have good actuation performance, otherwise, if the ac relay to be checked does not make a normal actuation, the ac relay to be checked is indicated to have poor actuation performance. In this way, the working states of the relay coil and the contact to be verified are simulated through the verification power supply of the relay verification circuit, and the test of the conduction performance of the relay coil and the contact to be verified and the detection of the action performance of the relay node to be verified under the electrified environment can be realized by the flickering of the alternating current test loop indicator lamp, namely, whether the indicator lamp is normally on or not under the normal state but the indicator lamp is on after the relay coil is electrified, and whether the relay itself to be verified makes the actuation action or not, so that the comprehensive detection of the performance of the alternating current relay to be verified is finally carried out.
It can be understood that when the ac relay to be checked is normally attracted, the normally open contact of the ac relay to be checked is switched from the open state to the closed state, and the normally closed contact of the ac relay to be checked is switched from the closed state to the open state. When the normally open contact of the alternating current relay to be checked is closed, the corresponding normally open contact indicator lamp of the alternating current relay is turned on, and when the normally closed contact of the alternating current relay to be checked is opened, the corresponding normally closed contact indicator lamp of the alternating current relay is turned off. Therefore, after the coil of the alternating current relay to be checked is electrified, whether the normally open contact indicator lamp of the alternating current relay and the normally closed contact indicator lamp of the alternating current relay in the alternating current test loop indicator lamp are on or not can also indicate whether the action performance of the alternating current relay to be checked is good or not to a certain extent.
After the coil of the alternating current relay to be checked is electrified, the normally open contact indicator lamp of the corresponding alternating current relay is extinguished, and the normally closed contact indicator lamp of the corresponding alternating current relay is lighted, so that the alternating current relay to be checked is indicated to make a sucking action, and the action performance of the alternating current relay to be checked is good.
In view of the above, the number of ac test loop indicator lamps is at least one, and the number of ac relay access stations is at least one. The at least one alternating current test loop indicator light is in one-to-one correspondence with the at least one alternating current relay access station. Each alternating current test loop indicator lamp is connected in series with the corresponding alternating current relay access table and is connected in parallel with other alternating current test loops and the alternating current relay access table. That is, the same ac test circuit may perform performance verification on each part of the same ac relay to be verified at the same time, or on a plurality of ac relays to be verified at the same time.
In addition, the conduction performance of the AC/DC relay to be checked is good or bad, namely the conduction performance of the electromagnetic coil and various contacts in the AC/DC relay to be checked. On the other hand, after the AC/DC relay to be checked is connected to a corresponding AC/DC test circuit and electrified, each node (or contact) in the normal AC/DC relay to be checked is converted from an unabsorbed state to an absorbed state, so that the characteristic of the absorbed action can be made after the corresponding AC/DC test power supply is applied to the AC/DC relay to be checked immediately after the AC/DC relay to be checked is electrified, the action performance of the AC/DC relay to be checked is checked, and a good checking effect can be achieved.
In one possible embodiment, a dc button switch is included in the dc test circuit for controlling whether the dc test circuit is operational.
Specifically, if the direct-current button switch is in a closed state, the direct-current test circuit where the direct-current button switch is located is in a working state, and correspondingly, if the direct-current button switch is in an open state, the direct-current test circuit where the direct-current button switch is located is in a non-working state.
The dc push button switch may be a self-locking push button switch, or a self-locking push button switch with a lamp, etc., for example.
Similarly, the ac test circuit includes an ac push button switch for controlling whether the ac test circuit is operating.
Specifically, if the ac button switch is in the closed state, the ac test circuit in which the ac button switch is located is in the working state, and correspondingly, if the ac button switch is in the open state, the ac test circuit in which the ac button switch is located is in the non-working state.
The ac push button switch may be a self-locking push button switch, or a self-locking push button switch with a light, or the like, for example.
Therefore, based on the type of the relay to be checked, namely whether the relay to be checked is an alternating current relay to be checked or a direct current relay to be checked, whether the corresponding alternating current-direct current test circuit works or not can be controlled by controlling the on or off of an alternating current-direct current button switch in the alternating current-direct current test circuit, for example, the relay to be checked is the direct current relay to be checked, the alternating current button switch in the alternating current test circuit can be disconnected, the direct current button switch in the direct current test circuit is closed, the targeted check of the relay to be checked is realized, the problems of potential safety hazards or circuit damage and the like possibly caused by the check of the relay to be checked by using an unsuitable test circuit are avoided, and the resource waste is reduced.
In one possible embodiment, the relay calibration circuit further comprises a rectifying circuit and an external calibration power interface, and the direct current test circuit is connected with an alternating current calibration power supply outside the relay calibration circuit through the rectifying circuit and the external calibration power interface. That is, the external check power interface is used for connecting an ac check power supply outside the relay check circuit.
In addition, the alternating current verification power supply is used for replacing a direct current verification power supply in the relay verification circuit, providing an alternating current test power supply for the alternating current test circuit, and providing a direct current test power supply for the direct current test circuit through the rectifying circuit.
In this way, even if the direct current verification power supply in the relay verification circuit fails, or the branch where the direct current verification power supply is located fails, the alternating current verification power supply outside the relay verification circuit connected with the external verification power supply interface can be used for supplying power to the alternating current/direct current test circuit, so that the verification of the alternating current/direct current relay to be verified, which is connected into the alternating current/direct current test circuit, can be realized.
As an example, a schematic diagram of a relay calibration circuit may be shown in fig. 2, where the relay calibration circuit includes a rectifying circuit, a dc test circuit, a dc calibration power supply, an inverter circuit, an ac test circuit, and an external calibration power interface, where the external calibration power interface is used to connect an ac calibration power supply external to the relay calibration circuit.
Specifically, the relay verification circuit also comprises an alternating current leakage protector and a direct current leakage protector. The alternating current leakage protector is positioned between the external checking power supply interface and the alternating current testing circuit, and the direct current leakage protector is positioned between the direct current checking power supply and the direct current testing circuit.
The AC leakage protector is used for controlling the communication between the external verification power interface and the AC test circuit, and the DC leakage protector is used for controlling the communication between the DC verification power supply and the DC test circuit. That is, the ac leakage protector and the dc leakage protector act together to control the verification power supply for providing the ac/dc test power supply for the ac/dc relay to be verified, that is, to control the power supply of the relay verification circuit to be the dc verification power supply inside the circuit or to control the power supply of the relay verification circuit to be the ac verification power supply outside the circuit.
When the alternating current leakage protector is closed and the direct current leakage protector is opened, the alternating current check power supply connected with the external check power supply interface is used for replacing the direct current check power supply, providing an alternating current test power supply for the alternating current test circuit, and providing a direct current test power supply for the direct current test circuit through the rectifying circuit.
Correspondingly, when the alternating current leakage protector is opened and the direct current leakage protector is closed, the direct current verification power supply is used for providing an alternating current test power supply for the alternating current test circuit and providing a direct current test power supply for the direct current test circuit through the rectifying circuit.
It will be appreciated that the case of replacing the dc power supply with the ac power supply is not limited to the case mentioned herein in which the dc leakage protector is turned off, but may be the case in which the dc power supply or a branch where the dc power supply is located fails to cause an open circuit in the branch where the dc power supply is located.
Of course, the ac/dc leakage protector not only controls the switching of the power supply of the ac/dc relay by opening or closing the same, but also protects the relay checking circuit by controlling the communication between the external checking power interface and the ac test circuit and the communication between the dc checking power and the dc test circuit when the leakage fault occurs in the relay checking circuit, thereby preventing personnel from getting an electric shock.
For example, a schematic diagram of a relay verification circuit may be shown in fig. 3. An external check power interface in the relay check circuit is connected with an alternating current check power source AC, and two ends of the external check power interface are respectively connected with an alternating current leakage protector and a rectifying circuit. The alternating current leakage protector is connected with the alternating current test circuit, and the rectification system is connected with the direct current test circuit. The direct current test circuit comprises a direct current relay access table, a direct current test loop indicator lamp and a direct current button switch (taking a self-locking button switch with a lamp as an example). The direct-current relay access platform a is connected with the direct-current test loop indicator lamp A, and the direct-current relay access platform B is connected with the direct-current test loop indicator lamp B. The AC test circuit comprises an AC relay access table, an AC test circuit indicator lamp and an AC button switch (for example, a self-locking button switch with a lamp). The alternating current relay access table C is connected with the alternating current test loop indicator lamp C, and the alternating current relay access table D is connected with the alternating current test loop indicator lamp D. In addition, the direct current test circuit is also connected with a direct current verification power supply through a direct current leakage protector, and the direct current verification power supply is connected with an alternating current test circuit through an inverter circuit.
In a possible embodiment, the dc test circuit further includes a dc adjustable analog resistor. The direct current test circuit comprises a direct current button switch, a direct current adjustable analog resistor, a direct current relay access table and a direct current test loop indicator lamp.
Correspondingly, the alternating current test circuit also comprises an alternating current adjustable analog resistor and the like. That is, the AC test circuit comprises an AC button switch, an AC adjustable analog resistor, an AC relay access table and an AC test loop indicator lamp.
In one possible embodiment, the dc relay access station of the dc test circuit includes a platform, a driving line, and a test line for accessing the dc test circuit in cooperation with the dc relay to be verified. The test line may be, for example, a multi-interface portable plug node test line.
When the direct current relay to be checked is connected to the direct current relay connection table of the direct current test circuit, the direct current relay to be checked is placed on a platform matched with the direct current relay to be checked and connected to the direct current test circuit, a driving wire in the direct current relay connection table is connected to the driving end of the direct current relay to be checked on the platform, and a test wire in the direct current relay connection table is connected to two ends of a control node of the direct current relay to be checked. Then, the working state of the direct current relay to be checked can be simulated through the driving power supply of the relay checking circuit, namely the direct current checking power supply of the checking circuit or the alternating current checking power supply connected with the checking circuit, and the performance of the direct current relay to be checked can be judged through the flickering of the direct current test loop indicating lamp corresponding to the direct current relay to be checked and the self-sucking action of the direct current relay to be checked. Therefore, the relay verification circuit can realize detection of the conduction performance of the coil and the contact of the direct current relay to be verified and the action performance of the direct current relay node to be verified under the electrified environment, and finally, comprehensive detection is carried out on the performance of the direct current relay to be verified.
The control nodes can be the nodes at two ends of a coil of the relay or normally open contacts or normally closed contacts of the relay, and the control nodes connected with the test lines are different based on the difference of the nodes of the relay to be checked.
Correspondingly, the AC relay access platform of the AC test circuit comprises a platform, a driving wire and a test wire which are matched with the AC relay to be checked to be accessed into the AC test circuit. The test line may be, for example, a multi-interface portable plug node test line.
When the AC relay to be checked is connected to the AC relay connection platform of the AC test circuit, the AC relay to be checked is placed on a platform matched with the AC relay to be checked to be connected to the AC test circuit, a driving wire in the AC relay connection platform is connected to the driving end of the AC relay to be checked on the platform, and a test wire in the AC relay connection platform is connected to two ends of a control node of the AC relay to be checked. Then, the working state of the AC relay to be checked can be simulated through the driving power supply of the relay check circuit, namely the AC check power supply of the check circuit or the AC check power supply connected with the check circuit, and the performance of the AC relay to be checked can be judged through the flickering of the AC test loop indicator lamp corresponding to the AC relay to be checked and the self-sucking action of the AC relay to be checked. Therefore, the relay verification circuit can realize detection of the conduction performance of the coil and the contact of the alternating current relay to be verified and the action performance of the node of the alternating current relay to be verified in the electrified environment, and finally, comprehensive detection is carried out on the performance of the alternating current relay to be verified.
