when the shutdown state of the hydropower station unit is monitored, the rotation speed of the unit is smaller than a fixed value of the shutdown rotation speed, the spindle locking of the unit guide vane servomotor is put into operation, the automatic control condition of the unit LCU is met, and the remote control condition of the unit speed regulator hydraulic system is met, all the operations are performed; the operation state of the hydraulic system of the unit speed regulator, the starting of the unit starting flow, the starting of the unit normal shutdown flow and the starting condition of the unit accident shutdown flow are all not operated; when the automatic start enabling manual control soft pressing plate of the speed regulator hydraulic system is monitored to withdraw, the automatic start enabling manual control function of the speed regulator hydraulic system is thrown into the device to withdraw, and the automatic start enabling function of the speed regulator hydraulic system is thrown into the device automatically;
at the moment, if the pressure of the pressure oil tank of the speed regulator hydraulic system is monitored to be lower than the constant value of the self-starting enabling starting pressure and the oil level of the pressure oil tank of the speed regulator hydraulic system is monitored to be lower than the constant value of the self-starting enabling starting oil level, the self-starting enabling function of the speed regulator hydraulic system is activated, and the pressure and the oil level of the pressure oil tank of the speed regulator hydraulic system are restored to the normal range.
2. The hydropower station governor hydraulic system self-starting enabling control method of claim 1, further comprising:
when the shutdown state of the hydropower station unit is monitored, the rotation speed of the unit is smaller than a fixed value of the shutdown rotation speed, the spindle locking of the unit guide vane servomotor is put into operation, the automatic control condition of the unit LCU is met, and the remote control condition of the unit speed regulator hydraulic system is met, all the operations are performed; starting a unit starting flow, starting a unit normal shutdown flow, and stopping the unit accident shutdown flow under the starting condition of no action; when the automatic start enabling manual control soft pressing plate of the speed regulator hydraulic system is monitored to withdraw, the automatic start enabling manual control function of the speed regulator hydraulic system is thrown into the device to withdraw, and the automatic start enabling function of the speed regulator hydraulic system is thrown into the device automatically;
and if the pressure of the pressure oil tank of the speed regulator hydraulic system is monitored to be higher than the self-starting enabling stopping pressure fixed value and the oil level of the pressure oil tank of the speed regulator hydraulic system is monitored to be higher than one of the self-starting enabling stopping oil level fixed value, and the running time of the speed regulator hydraulic system reaches the self-starting enabling allowable running time fixed value of the speed regulator hydraulic system, the self-starting enabling function of the speed regulator hydraulic system is stopped, and the speed regulator hydraulic system is stopped for standby.
3. A hydropower station speed regulator hydraulic system self-starting enabling control device, comprising:
the first monitoring module is used for monitoring the shutdown state of the hydropower station unit, the unit rotating speed is smaller than a shutdown rotating speed fixed value, the unit guide vane servomotor is locked and put into operation, the unit LCU automatic control condition is met, and the remote control condition of the unit speed regulator hydraulic system is met; the operation state of the hydraulic system of the unit speed regulator, the starting of the unit starting flow, the starting of the unit normal shutdown flow and the starting condition of the unit accident shutdown flow are all not operated;
the first execution module is used for inputting the automatic start enabling manual control function of the speed regulator hydraulic system to withdraw when the first monitoring module monitors that the automatic start enabling manual control soft pressing plate of the speed regulator hydraulic system withdraws, and inputting the automatic start enabling function of the speed regulator hydraulic system to withdraw;
and the first judging module is used for enabling the self-starting enabling function of the speed regulator hydraulic system to act when the first monitoring module monitors that the pressure of the pressure oil tank of the speed regulator hydraulic system is lower than the self-starting enabling starting pressure fixed value and the oil level of the pressure oil tank of the speed regulator hydraulic system is lower than the self-starting enabling starting oil level fixed value to act, and the speed regulator hydraulic system is started to restore the pressure and the oil level of the pressure oil tank of the speed regulator hydraulic system to the normal range.

the second execution module is used for inputting the automatic start enabling manual control function of the speed regulator hydraulic system to withdraw when the second monitoring module monitors that the automatic start enabling manual control soft pressing plate of the speed regulator hydraulic system withdraws, and inputting the automatic start enabling function of the speed regulator hydraulic system to withdraw;
and the second judging module is used for stopping the self-starting enabling function of the speed regulator hydraulic system and stopping the speed regulator hydraulic system when the second monitoring module monitors that the pressure of the pressure oil tank of the speed regulator hydraulic system is higher than one of the self-starting enabling stopping pressure fixed value and the oil level of the pressure oil tank of the speed regulator hydraulic system is higher than the self-starting enabling stopping oil level fixed value and the operation time of the speed regulator hydraulic system reaches the self-starting enabling permission operation time fixed value, and stopping the speed regulator hydraulic system for standby.

An electronic device comprising a processor coupled to a memory; the processor is configured to execute a computer program stored in the memory, so that the electronic device executes the self-start enabling control method of the hydraulic system of the hydropower station speed regulator according to claim 1 or 2.
