Abstract
The invention relates to a hydraulic pump bracket device capable of reducing vibration and noise, which comprises: the hydraulic pump comprises a hydraulic pump bracket, a shaft sleeve arranged on the hydraulic pump bracket and a bearing arranged in the shaft sleeve; a flange is arranged in the bearing, one end of the flange is connected with the power taking transmission shaft, and the other end of the flange is connected with the hydraulic pump. The device can solve the defect in the prior art, eliminates the radial force of the spline parts of the connecting flange and the hydraulic pump, reduces the vibration of the force-taking transmission shaft, the connecting flange and the hydraulic pump, and thus reduces the noise generated by the hydraulic pump.

The hydraulic pump power unit of the crane is used for providing hydraulic oil for the hydraulic system. Further, an outer retainer ring 9 and an inner retainer ring 12 are respectively arranged on two sides of the bearing 10. The inner retainer ring 12 and the outer retainer ring 9 are used for fixing the bearing. A sealing plate 8 is arranged on one side of the shaft sleeve 11, which is close to the power taking transmission shaft 1; the closing plate 8 is connected to the sleeve 11 by means of bolts 6 and a first lock washer 7. The sealing plate 8 is used to seal the bearing 10 and prevent dust from entering the interior of the bearing 10.
