"plurality" means greater than or equal to two.
The embodiment of the present invention provides a stirring element, as shown in fig. 1, the stirring element 5 comprises a base 51 and a blade 52. As shown in fig. 2, the base 51 is provided with a through hole 53 extending therethrough in the first direction, and the through hole 53 communicates with both end surfaces of the base 51 in the first direction (the left-right direction indicated by the arrow in fig. 1). One end (right end in fig. 1) of the through hole 53 is disposed opposite to the vane 52, that is, the water flow guided out from the through hole 53 can directly impinge on the surface of the vane 52 so that the guided water flow can flow along the surface of the vane 52.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the vane 52 is spirally disposed on one side (right side in fig. 3) of the seat 51 around the first direction (left-right direction in fig. 3), and the vane 52 is fixed and the liquid changes its moving direction along the spiral change of the vane 52 during the liquid flowing through the stirring member 5. It should be noted that, the blades 52 are configured in a spiral curve structure, that is, the blades 52 are not only in a smooth curved structure, and the blades 52 are in a torsion shape, so that when the mixed liquid with the washing substances flows through the surfaces of the blades 52, the mixed liquid can twist along the surfaces of the blades 52, the mixed liquid is influenced by the surface shape of the blades 52, so that the flowing speed and the flowing direction of the mixed liquid passing through each point on the surfaces of the blades 52 are changed, the mixed liquid can generate a sharp inertia force in the twisting process along with the surface structure of the blades 52, the mixed liquid forms turbulence under the action of forces in different directions, and the liquid mixing and stirring are more sufficient. The stirring piece in the embodiment of the invention is fixed, that is, the stirring piece is statically arranged, the stirring piece does not need to rotate, the damage rate of the stirring piece is reduced, and the service life of the stirring piece is prolonged.
The embodiment of the present invention is not limited to the specific structure of the blade 52, and it is considered that the blade 52 has a thin thickness and is formed by twisting a two-dimensional planar member. For example, the rectangular thin plate member has a structure in which torque is applied to opposite directions around the longitudinal direction (for example, clockwise torque is applied to one end and counterclockwise torque is applied to the other end) at both ends in the longitudinal direction, so that the blade 52 forms approximately an X-shaped structure from a spatial perspective; of course, the vane 52 may be twisted from a semi-circular approximately planar member, and in other embodiments, the vane 52 may be twisted from other shapes, regardless of the shape of the vane 52, so long as the liquid flows along the vane with a twist and a change in direction of the liquid.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the stirring member 5 has a plurality of blades 52, and the spiral directions of adjacent blades are opposite. For example, when the mixed liquid moves along one of the blades 52 during the process of flowing through the stirring member 5, the movement direction of the mixed liquid is approximately consistent with the spiral direction of the blade 52, and when the mixed liquid moves from the blade 52 to the adjacent blade 52, the spiral direction of the adjacent blade 52 changes, so that the movement direction of the mixed liquid changes, then the movement direction of the mixed liquid in the adjacent blade 52 is approximately regarded as opposite to the movement direction of the blade 52 (for example, the mixed liquid moves clockwise in one blade 52 around the first direction and the mixed liquid moves counterclockwise in the adjacent blade 52 around the first direction), and the opposite fluid movement direction described in the embodiment of the present invention is not the absolute opposite speed direction of the fluid at each point on the adjacent blade 52, but it can be understood that the rotation direction of the deflected fluid passing through the rotation direction of the adjacent blade 52 appears to be opposite in the rotation direction of the fluid on the two adjacent blades 52 due to the opposite spiral direction of the adjacent blade 52. In some embodiments, the structure, length, and shape of each blade 52 may be different, so long as the spiral directions are opposite. In other embodiments, the adjacent blades 52 may be identical in structure, and it is understood that if each blade 52 can be disassembled into separate pieces, each blade 52 can be stacked and the stacking surfaces overlap, and the placement angles of the blades 52 with the same structure in the stirring member 5 are changed, it is understood that the phase corresponding to the starting edge of the adjacent blade 52 has an angle difference. For example, as shown in connection with fig. 4, fluid flows from the left side of the drawing through the plurality of vanes 52 to the right side, and fig. 4 schematically shows two vanes 52 having the same structure and shape, and the initial edge (first edge 521 at the position indicated by reference numeral 521 in fig. 3) of the first vane 52 and the initial edge (first edge 521) of the second vane 52 form an angle therebetween when viewed from left to right, so that the fluid flows through the first vane 52 clockwise around the up-down direction shown in fig. 4, and flows through the second vane 52 clockwise around the left-right direction shown in fig. 4. Whatever the specific form of presentation that the helical direction of the adjacent two vanes 52 is to represent the opposite characteristic, the twisting of the direction of motion can occur as long as the mixed liquid passes the adjacent vanes.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the spiral directions of the adjacent blades in the stirring piece are opposite, the mixed liquid moves along the spiral directions of the blades in the process of flowing through the stirring piece, and as the movement speeds and directions of the mixed liquid at all points on the blades are different, the mixed liquid at the center and the outer edge of the blades can be mutually stirred, the spiral directions of the adjacent blades are changed, the mixed liquid can be reversely exchanged under the action of rapid inertia force, the washing substance can be fully mixed and dissolved with water under the action of the stirring piece, the disturbance effect of the mixed liquid is improved, the utilization rate of the washing substance is improved, and the consumption of the washing substance is reduced.
In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 4, adjacent edges of adjacent vanes 52 extend in a perpendicular direction. The stirring member 5 in the embodiment shown in fig. 4 is provided with a plurality of blades in a first direction (left-right direction shown in fig. 4), the adjacent blades 52 represent two blades closest to each other in the first direction among the plurality of blades 52, each blade 52 has both ends in the first direction (left-right direction shown in fig. 4), one end (left end shown in fig. 4) is a first edge 521 of the blade 52, the other end (right end shown in fig. 4) is a second edge 522 of the blade 52, the first edge of each blade is adjacent to the second edge of the other blade, the second edge 522 of the left blade is adjacent to the first edge 521 of the right blade as shown in fig. 4, and the second edge 522 of the left blade is perpendicular to the extending direction of the first edge 521 of the right blade, it should be noted that, the extending direction represents a length direction of the first edge (direction shown by a broken line b in fig. 4) or a length direction of the second edge (direction shown by a broken line a in fig. 4) may be regarded as a two-dimensional plane pattern. In the embodiment of the invention, the second edge of the adjacent blade is basically vertical to the first edge, and the extending direction of the second edge and the extending direction of the first edge are not strictly 90 degrees, so that the included angle between the two directions is considered to be more than 80 degrees, namely the included angle is basically vertical, and the situation of processing and installation errors can be covered. Of course, in other embodiments, the extending directions of the adjacent edges of the two adjacent blades may be disposed at an acute angle, so long as the adjacent edges intersect.
The stirring principle of the stirring element for stirring fluid in the embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to fig. 5:
the adjacent edges of two adjacent blades (the second edge of the blade and the adjacent first edge of the other blade) extend in a direction perpendicular, for example, the second edge 522 of the first blade on the left side is substantially perpendicular to the first edge 521 of the second blade on the left side in fig. 5, the second edge of the second blade is substantially perpendicular to the first edge of the third blade, and when the mixed liquid flows from the first blade to the second blade, since the first edge 521 of the second blade is perpendicular to the second edge 522 of the first blade, the liquid flowing to the second edge 522 of the first blade forms two streams of liquid under the division of the first edge 521 of the second blade, and the two streams of liquid flow along both sides of the second blade, respectively. The solid arrow on the left side in fig. 5 indicates the mixed liquid flowing along the back surface of the first blade, the dashed arrow indicates the mixed liquid flowing along the front surface of the first blade, and the two liquids respectively flow along the front and back surfaces of the first blade, and when the mixed liquid flowing along the front surface of the first blade (indicated by the dashed arrow) flows to the second edge 522 of the first blade, the mixed liquid on the front surface of the first blade is divided into two liquids by the upper portion of the first edge 521 of the second blade, and the two liquids respectively flow along the two side surfaces of the second blade from the upper portion; when the mixed liquid flowing from the back of the first blade flows to the second edge 522 of the first blade, the mixed liquid from the back of the first blade is divided into two streams by the lower portion of the first edge 521 of the second blade, and the two streams flow along both sides of the second blade from the lower portion, respectively. Four liquid flows along different positions of the second blade, the four liquid flows can be mutually communicated under the surface torsion action of the second blade, when the four liquid flows to the second edge 522 of the second blade, each liquid is divided into two liquid flows by the first edge of the third blade, and finally the four liquid flows are divided into 8 liquid flows by the third blade. By vertically arranging the extending directions of the adjacent edges of the adjacent blades, the adjacent blades can continuously divide the mixed liquid, so that the efficiency of dissolving the washing substances in water can be enhanced; the mixed liquid can change the movement direction under the spiral direction of different blades, so that the liquid is subjected to the reverse rotation action, the liquid can also generate the effect of flowing from the center to the outer edge or from the outer edge to the center in the process of flowing through the same blade, the mixing effect of the washing substance and water is enhanced under the multiple actions, and the dissolving efficiency of the washing substance is improved.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a mixing device which can be applied to washing equipment such as clothes treatment equipment, dish washing equipment, fruit and vegetable cleaning equipment and the like. The mixing device provided by the embodiment of the invention is used for stirring the washing substances and the water, so that the washing substances and the water are fully mixed and dissolved, and the cleaning effect of the washing equipment is improved. It should be noted that the application scenario type of the embodiment of the present invention does not limit the structure of the mixing device of the embodiment of the present invention.
