In addition, the tool heads of the conventional electric knife are all solid structures, and the electric knife needle 20 in the invention is provided with the needle channel 24, namely, the electric knife needle 20 is hollow. While the presence of the needle channel 24 effectively prevents eschar formation, it has been found in clinical trials that conventional solid electrosurgical blades tend to eschar during surgery, whereas the hollow electrosurgical needle 20 of the present invention does not eschar during use, providing a good surgical outcome and high patient satisfaction after surgery.
The connection between the needle type electric knife head and the conventional electric knife in this embodiment may be divided into two types, that is, the protective sleeve 11 and the telescopic part 12 are connected together, and then are sleeved on the conventional electric knife 30. In this way, the protective sleeve 11, the telescopic part 12 and the electrotome needle 20 are suitable for being taken as a whole, the disassembly is convenient, disposable accessories can be used, the disinfection is not needed, the disinfection cost is saved, the disinfection time is saved, the simplicity and convenience are realized, and the cost is lower.
Another way is that the protective sleeve 11 is a disposable article, and the use requirement is met by replacing different telescopic parts 12 and connecting different electric knife needles 20, so that the cost is lower and the application range is wider.
It should be noted that, referring to fig. 5 and fig. 6, before and during application, the length of the electric knife needle 20 extending out of the front end of the protective sleeve 11 can be adjusted by the pushing member 125, so as to meet the requirements of different surgical sites of different users, and in the application, a doctor can adjust the electric knife needle at any time without changing needles with different lengths.
Specifically, when the doctor holds the telescopic part 12 to operate during the operation, and needs to adjust the length of the electric knife needle 20 extending out of the front end of the protective sleeve 11, an external force can be applied forward or backward to the pushing member 125 disposed on the side of the telescopic part 12, so that the extending length of the electric knife needle 20 can be changed. Referring to fig. 7 to 8, a needle type electric knife head according to a second preferred embodiment of the present invention is shown. In this embodiment, the needle type electric knife head comprises a connector 10A and an electric knife needle 20A, wherein the electric knife needle 20A is installed inside the connector 10A and extends out of the front end of the connector 10A to perform corresponding operation.
Unlike the first preferred embodiment described above, in the first embodiment described above, the connector includes a protective sheath and a telescoping portion detachably connected so that the electric knife needle is detachably connected to the connector. In the present embodiment, the extension portion and the protective sheath are integrally provided, and the electric knife needle is integrally fixed to the extension portion.
That is, the needle-type electric knife head in the embodiment is of an integrated structure, can be used for disinfection and reuse, can also be used as a disposable accessory to be connected with a traditional electric knife, can be thrown when being used up, and saves disinfection cost.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, in which the electric knife needle 20A is integrally provided to the connector 10A, it is not replaceable, and it is disposable without sterilization.
The connector 10A includes a protective sleeve 11A, a telescopic portion 12A, a conductive element 18A, and a first mounting channel 14A and a second mounting channel 15A, where the telescopic portion 12A is integrally disposed on a side portion of the protective sleeve 11A, and the first mounting channel 14A and the second mounting channel 15A are mutually independent and disposed on the protective sleeve 11A, and are respectively mounted with the conventional electric knife 30 and the electric knife needle 20A.
The telescopic part 12A is located at the rear part of the second installation channel 15A and is in communication with the second installation channel 15A, the electric knife needle 20A is connected to the telescopic part 12A and then is installed in the second installation channel 15A, and the length of the electric knife needle 20A extending out of the second installation channel 15A is adjusted through the telescopic part 12A.
As in the previous embodiment, the telescopic portion 12A includes a needle mounting member, an elastic member, an operating member, a positioning member and a pushing member, where the needle mounting member is connected to a front end of the operating member, and the pushing member is disposed on a side portion of the operating member and acts on the needle mounting member to push the electric knife needle 20A to move, and the elastic member is implemented as a spring, is sleeved on an outer portion of the electric knife needle 20A, and is longitudinally telescopic and installed inside the positioning member, and the positioning member is connected to the operating member, so that by operating the pushing member, an external force is applied to the needle mounting member to push the needle mounting member to move forward, compressing the elastic member, so that the electric knife needle 20A mounted on the needle mounting member moves forward, and extends out of the second mounting channel 15A to perform a corresponding surgical operation.
The telescopic part 12A is integrally connected to the protective sleeve 11A, so that the electric knife needle 20A is suitable for extending from the second mounting channel 15A, and the extending length of the electric knife needle 20A can be adjusted according to actual use requirements. Therefore, the device is convenient to replace, simple to operate and suitable for application in multiple occasions.
When the electric knife needle 20A is not needed, the electric knife needle 20A can be retracted into the second mounting channel 15A by operating the telescopic part 12A, so that the needle head of the electric knife needle 20A is prevented from being exposed, and the electric knife needle is extended out of the second mounting channel 15A when in use. Therefore, the telescopic design can protect the user and the patient, and is beneficial to preventing pollution.
The electrotome needle 20A includes a needle connecting end disposed at the distal end of the needle body and adapted to be mounted to the needle body mount, a needle body integrally designed with the front end of the needle body, a needle head having a needle passage extending through the needle head from the distal end of the needle body. That is, the electric knife needle is similar to a syringe needle, so that in the practical application process, the injection needle can be taken from the disposable sterile syringe (5 mL) with the needle, and is mounted in the telescopic part 12 and the second mounting channel for use, so that the cost is low, the materials are conveniently obtained, and the mounting is simple.
The conductive element 18A is disposed on the protective sleeve 11A and electrically connected to the conventional electric knife 30 and the electric knife needle 20A, the circuit between the conventional electric knife 30 and the electric knife needle 20A is conducted through the conductive element 18A, and the conventional electric knife 30 is normally started, so that the electric knife needle 20A replaces the knife head of the conventional electric knife 30 to perform the operation.
The electric scalpel needle 20A has the advantages of small surgical wound surface, less bleeding, attractive appearance, good recovery effect, no eschar formation and good postoperative feel of patients due to the small section size of the scalpel head. Compared with the integrated needle type surgical instrument, the cost is low, the materials are convenient to obtain, and the cost is saved.
Specifically, in the practical application process, the rear end of the needle body is mounted on the needle body mounting member, the telescopic part is operated to enable the needle head to extend out of the second mounting channel 15A, the needle body is left in the second mounting channel 15A, and the needle body is matched with the length of the cutter head of the conventional electrotome 30, so that the length of the needle body is preferably 2cm-5cm, and the needle body can extend out of a preset length through adjustment. The length of the needle head is 2mm-5mm, in double eyelid operation, the length of the needle head is 3mm, the size is small, the cross-sectional area is small, the contact with human tissues is small, and the degree of fine operation can be achieved under the condition of meeting the requirement, so that the incision is small, the detumescence is quick, the safety is high, the surgical effect is better, and the surgical needle head is suitable for clinical popularization and application.
In addition, it should be noted that the needle head is inclined, and the needle channel is inclined at the needle head. Compared with the traditional wide and flat electric knife head, the inclined needle head of the invention has sharper needle head, smaller section size and sharper operation, and clinical experiment results show that the skin tissue can be cut smoothly and rapidly, thereby being beneficial to shortening the operation time and reducing the bleeding amount.
The hollow electrotome needle 20A of this embodiment is capable of preventing eschar formation, as compared to a solid conventional electrotome head, consistent with the aesthetic appeal of patient use.
The front end of the protective sleeve 11A is inclined like the above embodiment, and does not affect the surgical field, and will not be described in detail here.
It will be appreciated by persons skilled in the art that the embodiments of the invention described above and shown in the drawings are by way of example only and are not limiting. The objects of the present invention have been fully and effectively achieved. The functional and structural principles of the present invention have been shown and described in the examples and embodiments of the invention may be modified or practiced without departing from the principles described.

Claims (15)

1. A needle-type electric knife head adapted to be detachably electrically connected to a conventional electric knife, comprising:
the connecting piece comprises a protective sleeve, a conductive element and a first mounting channel and a second mounting channel, wherein the conductive element, the first mounting channel and the second mounting channel are arranged on the protective sleeve, and the first mounting channel and the second mounting channel are positioned on two sides of the conductive element; and
the electric knife needle is detachably arranged in the second installation channel, and the knife head of the traditional electric knife is detachably arranged in the first installation channel and is electrically connected with the electric knife needle through the conductive element.
2. The needle-type electric knife head of claim 1, wherein the connector further comprises a telescoping portion disposed on the protective sheath and in communication with the second mounting channel, the electric knife needle being mounted to the telescoping portion to extend or retract from the second mounting channel.
3. The needle-type electric knife head according to claim 2, wherein the telescopic part comprises a needle body mounting member, an elastic member, an operating member, a positioning member and a pushing member, the needle body mounting member is connected to the operating member, the pushing member is disposed on the operating member and acts on the needle body mounting member by external force, the positioning member is connected to the operating member, the elastic member is longitudinally telescopic mounted on the positioning member, and the elastic member is adapted to be sleeved on the outside of the electric knife needle, and the telescopic of the electric knife needle is controlled by the pushing member and the elastic member.
4. A needle-type electric knife head according to claim 3, wherein the telescoping portion is integrally provided on a side of the protective sheath.
5. A needle hub as defined in claim 3, wherein said connector comprises a connector assembly including at least a first connector element and at least a second connector element disposed on said protective sheath and said telescoping portion, respectively, said first connector element and said second connector element being detachably connected such that said telescoping portion is detachably mounted to said protective sheath.
6. The needle-type electric knife head of claim 5, wherein the first and second connection elements mate as snaps and detents, rails and channels, or magnetic elements.
7. A needle-type electric knife head according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the electric knife needle comprises a needle connecting end, a needle body and a needle head, the needle body being connected between the needle connecting end and the needle head, and being connected to the connecting member through the needle connecting end.
8. The needle-type electric knife head of claim 7, wherein the electric knife needle has a needle channel, the needle channel being provided to the needle body and the needle head, wherein the needle head is inclined, and a front end surface of the needle channel is inclined.
9. The needle-type electric knife head of claim 8, wherein the needle head is 2mm-5mm and the needle body is 2cm-4cm.
10. The needle-type electric knife head according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the head end of the protective sheath is tapered, and the protective sheath has predetermined elasticity and flexibility.
11. A needle type electric knife head connecting piece suitable for detachably connecting an injection needle and a traditional electric knife, comprising:
a protective sleeve, the protective sleeve is provided with a connecting groove;
the telescopic part is matched with the connecting groove so as to be installed in the connecting groove;
a conductive element disposed on the protective sleeve; and
the electric knife head comprises a protective sleeve, a conductive element, a knife head and a needle, wherein the protective sleeve is provided with a first mounting channel and a second mounting channel, the first mounting channel and the second mounting channel are arranged on the protective sleeve, the first mounting channel and the second mounting channel are positioned on two sides of the conductive element, and the conductive element can conduct a circuit between the knife head arranged on the first mounting channel and the needle arranged on the second mounting channel.
12. The needle-type electric knife head connector of claim 11, wherein the telescoping portion is disposed on the protective sleeve at a rear side of the second mounting channel and in communication therewith, the injection needle being mounted to the telescoping portion to extend or retract from the second mounting channel.
13. The needle-type electric knife head connector of claim 12, wherein the connector assembly includes at least a first connector element and at least a second connector element disposed on the protective sheath and the telescoping portion, respectively, the first connector element and the second connector element being detachably connected such that the telescoping portion is detachably mounted to the protective sheath.
14. The needle-type electric knife head connecting piece according to claim 13, wherein the telescopic part comprises a needle body mounting piece, an elastic piece, an operating piece, a positioning piece and a pushing piece, the needle body mounting piece is connected to the operating piece, the pushing piece is arranged on the operating piece and acts on the needle body mounting piece through external force, the positioning piece is connected to the operating piece, the elastic piece is longitudinally telescopic and mounted on the positioning piece, and the elastic piece is suitable for sleeving on the outer part of the electric knife needle, and the telescopic of the injection needle is controlled through the pushing piece and the elastic piece.
15. A needle-type electric knife head connector according to any one of claims 11 to 14, wherein the head end of the protective sleeve is a beveled end surface, the protective sleeve having a predetermined elasticity and flexibility.
