Abstract
The embodiment of the application discloses a display screen and electronic equipment, wherein the display screen comprises: a driving layer including a switching element; the display layer is arranged on the driving layer and comprises a light-emitting unit which is connected with the switch element; the color filter film is arranged on the display layer; and the touch control layer is embedded in the color filter film. The display screen and the electronic device provided by the embodiment of the application can reduce the thickness of the display screen.

The application relates to a divisional application of which the application date is 09 in 2020, the application number is 202010940129.6 and the application name is 'display screen and electronic equipment'.
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of display, in particular to a display screen and electronic equipment.
Background
Organic Light Emitting Diode (OLED) display panels are considered to be the most promising next generation display technology due to their numerous advantages. OLEDs are widely used in foldable terminals because they do not use a backlight structure and the light emitting layer material and the substrate are both organic materials.
However, the thickness of the OLED-based display screen at this stage is still too thick, thus adversely affecting the curling and folding of the display screen.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the application provides a display screen and electronic equipment, which can reduce the thickness of the display screen, thereby being beneficial to curling and folding of the display screen.
The embodiment of the application provides a display screen, which comprises:
a driving layer including a switching element;
the display layer is arranged on the driving layer and comprises a light-emitting unit which is connected with the switch element;
the color filter film is arranged on the display layer;
and the touch control layer is embedded in the color filter film.
The application also provides electronic equipment, which comprises the display screen.
The display screen and the electronic device provided by the embodiment of the application comprise a driving layer and a switching element; the display layer is arranged on the driving layer and comprises a light-emitting unit which is connected with the switch element; the color filter film is arranged on the display layer; the touch control layer is embedded in the color filter film; the touch control layer is embedded in the color filter film, so that the thickness of the display screen is reduced, and the display screen is curled and folded conveniently.

As shown in fig. 1, the existing display screen includes: the display device comprises a driving layer 10, a display layer 20, a touch control layer 27, a polarizing film 28, an optical adhesive 40 and a cover plate 50.
The driving layer 10 includes a first flexible substrate 11, a barrier layer 12, a second flexible substrate 13, a buffer layer 14, a semiconductor layer 15, a first insulating layer 16', a first metal layer 16, a second insulating layer 17, a second metal layer 17', a third insulating layer 18, a third metal layer 18', and a fourth insulating layer 19.
The display layer 20 includes an anode 21, a pixel defining layer 22, a light emitting layer 23, and a cathode (not shown in the drawing).
Further, a first inorganic layer (not shown), an organic layer 24, a second inorganic layer 25, a passivation layer 26, a touch layer 27, a polarizing film 28, an optical paste 40, and a cover plate 50 are included.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a display screen according to an embodiment of the application.
As shown in fig. 2, the display screen 100 of the present embodiment includes: the driving layer 10, the display layer 20, the color filter 30, the touch layer 60, the optical adhesive 40 and the cover 50 may be further included.
The driving layer 10 includes a switching element; the switching element may be a thin film transistor. In an embodiment, the driving layer 10 may include a first flexible substrate 11, a barrier layer 12, a second flexible substrate 13, a buffer layer 14, a semiconductor layer 15, a first insulating layer 16', a first metal layer 16, a second insulating layer 17, a second metal layer 17', a third insulating layer 18, a third metal layer 18', and a fourth insulating layer 19. The first metal layer 16 includes a gate electrode, and the second metal layer 18' includes a metal portion corresponding to the position of the gate electrode.
The material of the first flexible substrate 11 may be polyimide. The material of the semiconductor layer 15 includes at least one of IGZO, IGZTO, and ITZO, and the material of the semiconductor layer 15 may be polysilicon or amorphous silicon. The material of the first insulating layer 16' may include SiO 2 SiNx and Al 2 O 3 One or more of the following. The materials of the second insulating layer 17, the third insulating layer 18, and the fourth insulating layer 19 may be the same as those of the first insulating layer 16'. The materials of the first metal layer and the second metal layer may each include at least one of copper, molybdenum, titanium, and aluminum.
A display layer 20 is disposed on the driving layer 10, and the display layer 20 includes a light emitting unit (not shown) connected to the switching element. In one embodiment, the display layer 20 includes an anode 21, a pixel defining layer 22, a light emitting layer 23, and a cathode (not shown). The material of the anode 21 may be a stack structure of ITO/Ag/ITO. The material of the light emitting layer 23 may include a first light emitting material, a second light emitting material, and a third light emitting material, and the cathode is disposed on the light emitting layer 23 and the material of the cathode may be a transparent conductive material.
The color filter 30 is disposed on the display layer 20. In one embodiment, to further reduce the thickness of the display screen, the color filter 30 includes: a color resist layer 31 and a black matrix 32, the color resist layer 31 including a plurality of color films (not shown in the drawings) provided between adjacent two barrier portions 71; the plurality of color films includes a red color film, a green color film, and a blue color film. The black matrix 32 is disposed on a portion of the touch electrode 61.
The touch layer 60 is embedded within the color filter film 30. In an embodiment, the touch layer 60 includes a touch electrode 61, and the touch electrode 61 is disposed on the blocking portion 71. The touch layer 70 further includes: the connection bridge 62 is disposed on a portion of the touch electrode 61, the position of the black matrix 32 does not overlap with the position of the connection bridge 62, and the connection bridge 62 is used for connecting two adjacent second touch units. In an embodiment, the touch electrode 61 includes a plurality of first touch units and a plurality of second touch units that are connected to each other, and the second touch units are connected through a connection bridge. In one embodiment, the material of the connecting bridge 62 may be a metal material for improving the display effect and shielding light. It will be understood that, in other embodiments, the touch electrode 61 may be disposed on the black matrix 32, and another insulating layer is disposed between the connection bridge 62 and the touch electrode 61.
In one embodiment, to improve the water-oxygen barrier capability and simplify the manufacturing process, the display screen further includes: a barrier layer 70 comprising a plurality of barrier portions 71 disposed at intervals. In one embodiment, the material of the barrier layer 60 is an inorganic material. Of course, the material of the barrier layer 70 is not limited thereto.
In one embodiment, in order to prevent the outflow of the color resist material, the thickness of the color resist layer 32 is less than or equal to the sum of the thickness of the barrier portion 71 and the thickness of the first metal electrode 61.
In one embodiment, to improve the service life of the display screen, the display screen 100 may further include: an encapsulation film (not shown) is provided between the display layer 20 and the color filter film 30. The encapsulation film may include a first inorganic layer (not shown), an organic layer 63, and a second inorganic layer 64.
In one embodiment, the display 100 may further include: the optical cement 40 is disposed on the black matrix 62. In one embodiment, the display 100 may further include: the cover plate 50 is disposed on the optical cement 40.
Since the touch layer is embedded in the color filter film, the thickness of the display screen is reduced. In addition, the blocking part, the touch electrode and the black matrix form a retaining wall structure, so that the outflow of color blocking materials can be prevented during ink-jet printing, and the filtering effect is improved.
It will be appreciated that fig. 2 is given by way of example only and is not limiting of the application.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the application. The electronic device 200 may include the display 100, the control circuit 90, and the housing 80 described above. It should be noted that, the electronic device 200 shown in fig. 3 is not limited to the above, and the electronic device 200 may further include other devices, such as a camera, an antenna structure, a fingerprint unlocking module, and the like.
Wherein the display 100 is disposed on the housing 80.
In some embodiments, the display 100 may be secured to the housing 80, with the display 100 and the housing 80 forming a closed space to house the control circuitry 90 and the like.
In some embodiments, the housing 80 may be made of a flexible material, such as a plastic housing or a silicone housing, etc.
The control circuit 90 is installed in the housing 80, and the control circuit 90 may be a motherboard of the electronic device 200, and one, two or more of the functional components such as a battery, an antenna structure, a microphone, a speaker, an earphone interface, a universal serial bus interface, a camera, a distance sensor, an ambient light sensor, a receiver, and a processor may be integrated on the control circuit 90.
Wherein the display 100 is mounted in the housing 80, and the display 100 is electrically connected to the control circuit 90 to form a display surface of the electronic device 200. The display 100 may include a display area and a non-display area. The display area may be used to display a screen of the electronic device 200 or for a user to perform touch manipulation or the like. The non-display area may be used to set various functional components.
The electronic device includes, but is not limited to, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a computer display, a game console, a television, a wearable device, other household appliances or household appliances with display function, and the like.

Claims (10)
1. A display screen, comprising:
a driving layer including a switching element;
the display layer is arranged on the driving layer and comprises a light-emitting unit which is connected with the switch element;
the barrier layer comprises a plurality of barrier parts which are arranged at intervals, and the barrier parts are arranged on the display layer;
the color filter film is arranged on the display layer and comprises a color resistance layer and a black matrix; the color barrier layer comprises a plurality of color films, the color films are arranged between two adjacent barrier parts, and the black matrix is arranged on the barrier layer;
the touch layer is embedded in the color filter film and comprises a touch electrode;
the thickness of the color resistance layer is smaller than or equal to the sum of the thickness of the blocking part and the thickness of the touch electrode.
2. A display screen as recited in claim 1, wherein,
the touch electrode is arranged on the blocking part.
3. The display screen of claim 2, wherein the black matrix is disposed on a portion of the touch electrode.
4. A display screen according to claim 3, wherein,
the touch electrode comprises a plurality of second touch units;
the touch layer further includes: the connecting bridge is arranged on part of the touch electrode; the connecting bridge is used for connecting two adjacent second touch units;
the positions of the black matrices do not overlap with the positions of the connection bridges.
5. A display screen as recited in claim 4, wherein,
the connecting bridge is made of metal materials.
6. A display screen as recited in claim 2, wherein,
the touch electrode comprises a plurality of first touch units which are connected with each other.
7. A display screen as recited in claim 2, wherein,
the material of the barrier layer is an inorganic material.
8. The display screen of claim 1, further comprising:
and the packaging film is arranged between the display layer and the color filter film.
9. The display screen of claim 1, further comprising:
the optical cement is arranged on the black matrix;
and the cover plate is arranged on the optical adhesive.
10. An electronic device comprising a display according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
