Description

Re-authentication method and device for voice wireless local area network and communication equipment
Technical Field

Background
With the development of wireless communication technology, a 5G SA (5G Stand Alone,5G independent networking) network appears, and in order to solve the problem of insufficient indoor coverage of the 5G SA network, a VoWiFi (Voice Over WiFi) technology is introduced for an indoor Voice call service. In order to meet the requirement of voice service tracing, voWiFi adopts a double-factor authentication scheme of a mobile user and a home gateway, judges a user authentication result by checking whether a user subscription parameter contains WLAN, and judges the home gateway authentication result by extracting an exit IP address and a port number of the home gateway accessed by the user so as to inquire a user broadband number.
At present, in order to prevent the terminal from frequently initiating the authentication flow under the conditions that the authentication of the user passes and the authentication of the home gateway fails, the network can issue error codes and a timer, and the terminal can initiate the authentication again only after the time of the timer is exceeded. However, in a multi-home gateway or user mobile scenario, in a timer time range, even if the terminal is reconnected to a home gateway supporting VoWiFi service, re-authentication will not be initiated, so that VoWiFi voice call cannot be performed.

Detailed Description
The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the application.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a re-authentication method of a voice wireless local area network is provided, and the method is applied to a terminal for illustration, and includes the following steps:
step S110, in case of failure of authentication of voice WLAN service, searching service support identification for voice WLAN service.
The voice wireless local area network service may be a VoWiFi service.
The service support identifier may be a signal broadcasted by the gateway, and is used to indicate that the gateway supports VoWiFi service.
In the specific implementation, the gateway supporting the voice wireless local area network service can broadcast the service supporting identifier, the terminal randomly accesses the gateway, the voice wireless local area network service is authenticated through the gateway, if the authentication fails, the network issues an error code and a timer, the terminal can search the service supporting identifier within the time range of the timer, otherwise, if the authentication passes, the voice communication is carried out through the gateway.
For example, the home gateways 2 and 3 broadcast a VoWiFi service support identifier, the terminal 2 randomly accesses an AP (Access Point) under the home gateway 1, establishes an IPsec (Internet Protocol Security, IP security) tunnel, if authentication fails, the network issues an error code and a timer, and in a timer time range, the terminal 2 searches for the VoWiFi service support identifier, otherwise, if authentication passes, the terminal 2 performs a voice call through the home gateway 1.
Step S120, under the condition of finding the service support identifier, accessing the gateway corresponding to the service support identifier to re-authenticate the voice wireless local area network service.
In the specific implementation, if the terminal finds the service support identifier, the gateway broadcasting the service support identifier is accessed, and the voice wireless local area network service is re-authenticated through the gateway.
For example, if the authentication fails, if the terminal 2 finds the VoWiFi service support identifier broadcasted by the home gateway 2, the terminal 2 accesses the home gateway 2 to re-authenticate the VoWiFi service.
According to the re-authentication method of the voice wireless local area network, the service support identifier aiming at the voice wireless local area network service is searched under the condition that the voice wireless local area network service authentication fails, and the gateway corresponding to the service support identifier is accessed under the condition that the service support identifier is searched, so that the voice wireless local area network service is re-authenticated; the gateway supporting the VoWiFi service can be enabled to broadcast the service supporting identifier, the gateway supporting the VoWiFi service is found by searching the service supporting identifier in the time range of the timer after the authentication failure of the terminal, the gateway is accessed, and the authentication is carried out again, so that the voice call can still be carried out in the time range of the timer after the authentication failure.
In one embodiment, before the step S110, the method may specifically further include: an access gateway for authenticating voice wireless local area network service associated with the gateway; and sending an authentication passing message to the gateway under the condition that the authentication passes, so that the gateway generates and broadcasts a service support identifier under the condition that the authentication passing message is received.
In the specific implementation, the terminal can access any gateway, authenticate the voice wireless local area network service through the gateway, if the authentication passes, the terminal sends an authentication passing message to the gateway, the gateway generates a service support identifier of the voice wireless local area network service and broadcasts the service support identifier under the condition that the authentication passing message is received, otherwise, if the authentication does not pass, the terminal does not send the authentication passing message to the gateway, and the gateway does not broadcast the service support identifier of the voice wireless local area network.
It should be noted that the terminal may be the same terminal or different terminals from the terminals in steps S110 and S120, which is not limited by the present application.
For example, the terminal 1 randomly accesses the home gateway 2, if authentication is passed, the terminal 1 sends an authentication pass message to the home gateway 2, the home gateway 2 generates a VoWiFi service support identifier when receiving the authentication pass message, and broadcasts the VoWiFi service support identifier, otherwise, if authentication is not passed, the terminal 1 does not send the authentication pass message to the home gateway 2, and the home gateway 2 does not broadcast the VoWiFi service support identifier. The same thing can make the home gateway 3 broadcast the VoWiFi service support identifier if the authentication passes.
In this embodiment, authentication is performed on a voice wireless lan service associated with a gateway through an access gateway; and under the condition that the authentication is passed, sending an authentication passing message to the gateway so that the gateway generates and broadcasts a service support identifier under the condition that the authentication passing message is received, and enabling the gateway to broadcast the VoWiFi service support identifier under the condition that the terminal is randomly accessed to the gateway and the authentication is passed, so that other terminals directly access the gateway supporting the VoWiFi service by searching the service support identifier when the authentication is failed, and re-authentication is realized.
In one embodiment, the step S120 may specifically include: determining a target gateway of a broadcast service support identifier; determining a target access point from candidate access points associated with the target gateway; and accessing the target gateway through the target access point.
The candidate access points may be all access points connected by the target gateway.
The target access point may be an access point to which the terminal is connected.
In a specific implementation, under the condition that the service support identifier is found, the terminal can determine the gateway broadcasting the service support identifier as a target gateway, determine all Access Points (APs) connected with the target gateway as candidate Access points, and select an Access Point with the best signal from the candidate Access points as a target Access Point, and Access the target gateway by connecting with the target Access Point.
For example, the terminal 2 finds the VoWiFi service support identifier broadcasted by the home gateway 2, and the home gateway 2 has access points AP1, AP2 and AP3, where when the terminal 2 communicates with the AP2, the signal strength is the highest or the bit error rate is the lowest, the AP2 is determined as the target access point, the terminal 2 establishes an IPsec tunnel, and accesses the home gateway 2 through the AP 2.
In this embodiment, the target gateway of the broadcast service support identifier is determined; determining a target access point from candidate access points associated with the target gateway; and accessing the target gateway through the target access point, and accessing the target gateway through the target access point with the best transmission condition, thereby improving the VoWiFi call quality.
In one embodiment, after the step of accessing the target gateway through the target access point, the method specifically further includes: responding to a switching request aiming at a target access point, and searching a service support identifier of the access point to be switched; and if the service support identification of the access point to be switched is not found, switching to the cellular network for voice communication if the preset cellular network switching condition is met.
The access point to be switched can be other access points except the target access point.
The cellular network switching condition may be that the cellular network signal quality exceeds a preset threshold, or that the cellular network signal quality exceeds a preset threshold and the WiFi signal quality does not exceed a preset threshold, where the cellular network signal quality may be characterized by RSRP (Reference Signal Receiving Power, reference signal received power), and the WiFi signal quality may be characterized by RSSI (Received Signal StrengthIndication ), and accordingly, the cellular network switching condition may be that the RSRP exceeds a first preset threshold, or that the RSRP exceeds a second preset threshold and the RSSI does not exceed a third preset threshold.
In a specific implementation, when triggering a switching request, the terminal can search whether the access point to be switched has a service support identifier of the voice wireless local area network, if the service support identifier is not searched, the current target access point is kept, whether the switching condition of the cellular network is met or not is judged, the current target access point is kept under the condition that the switching condition of the cellular network is not met, and the switching is carried out to the cellular network for voice communication under the condition that the switching condition of the cellular network is met. Specifically, the terminal may acquire the signal quality of the cellular network and the signal quality of the WiFi, if the cellular priority is set, when the signal quality of the cellular network exceeds a first preset threshold, or the signal quality of the cellular network exceeds a second preset threshold and the signal quality of the WiFi does not exceed a third preset threshold, switch to the cellular network to perform voice communication, otherwise, keep the current target access point; if the WiFi priority condition is set, switching to the cellular network to carry out voice communication when the signal quality of the cellular network exceeds a second preset threshold value and the signal quality of the WiFi does not exceed a third preset threshold value, otherwise, maintaining the current target access point.
For example, under the situation of setting cellular priority, the home gateway 2 broadcasts a VoWiFi service support identifier, under which access points AP1, AP2 and AP3 are located, the terminal 2 accesses the home gateway 2 through the AP2, if the terminal 2 moves to a location, triggers an AP handover, the terminal 2 can search for other APs with the VoWiFi service support identifier, if not, it can further acquire the RSRP of the cellular network, if the RSRP is greater than the threshold T1, it switches to cellular voice communication, otherwise, it keeps the access of the AP2, it keeps IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem ) registration on WiFi, or, the terminal 2 can also acquire the RSRP of the cellular network and the WiFi RSSI, if the RSRP is greater than the threshold T2 and the RSSI is less than or equal to the threshold T3, otherwise, it keeps the access of the AP2, and keeps IMS registration on WiFi.
In this embodiment, a service support identifier of an access point to be switched is searched for by responding to a switching request for a target access point; if the service support identification of the access point to be switched is not found, if the preset switching condition of the cellular network is met, the mobile subscriber can be switched to the cellular network to carry out voice communication under the condition of moving the subscriber, and the communication quality of the subscriber is ensured.
In an embodiment, after the step of searching for the service support identifier of the access point to be switched in response to the switching request for the target access point, the method specifically further includes: and under the condition that the service support identification of the access point to be switched is found, switching from the target access point to the access point to be switched for voice communication.
In a specific implementation, when triggering a switching request, the terminal can search whether the access point to be switched has a service support identifier of the voice wireless local area network, if so, the target access point is switched to the access point to be switched, and voice communication is performed through the access point to be switched.
For example, the home gateway 2 broadcasts VoWiFi service support identifiers to its lower access points AP1, AP2 and AP3, the terminal 2 accesses the home gateway 2 through the AP2 currently, if the terminal 2 moves to a position, triggers an AP switch, the terminal 2 can search for other APs with the VoWiFi service support identifiers, if the AP3 is found to have the VoWiFi service support identifier, and the signal quality is better than the AP1, the terminal switches from the AP2 to the AP3, and performs voice communication through the AP 3.
In this embodiment, when the service support identifier of the access point to be switched is found, the target access point is switched to the access point to be switched to perform voice communication, so that the user can be switched to other access points under the condition that the user moves, and the communication quality of the user is ensured.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a re-authentication method of a voice wireless local area network is provided, and the method is applied to a gateway for illustration, and includes the following steps:
step S210, broadcasting the service support identification of the voice wireless local area network service; searching a service support identifier by the terminal under the condition that the service authentication of the voice wireless local area network fails;
step S220, under the condition that the terminal finds the service support identifier, the terminal is connected so as to re-authenticate the voice wireless local area network service.
In a specific implementation, a gateway supporting voice wlan service may broadcast a service support identifier. The terminal authenticates the voice wireless local area network service based on the randomly accessed gateway, if the authentication is passed, voice communication is carried out through the gateway, otherwise, if the authentication is failed, service support identifiers broadcasted by other gateways are searched in a timer time range, if the service support identifiers are not searched, the authentication is carried out again after the timer time is ended or the service support identifiers are continuously searched according to a preset period, otherwise, the gateway broadcasting the service support identifiers is accessed, and re-authentication is carried out on the voice wireless local area network service.
Since the specific processing procedure of the gateway is described in detail in the foregoing embodiments, it is not repeated here.
According to the re-authentication method of the voice wireless local area network, the terminal is connected under the condition that the terminal searches the service support identifier by broadcasting the service support identifier of the voice wireless local area network service, so that the terminal re-authenticates the voice wireless local area network service; the gateway supporting the VoWiFi service can be enabled to broadcast the service supporting identifier, the gateway supporting the VoWiFi service is found by searching the service supporting identifier in the time range of the timer after the authentication failure of the terminal, the gateway is accessed, and the authentication is carried out again, so that the voice call can still be carried out in the time range of the timer after the authentication failure.
In order to facilitate a thorough understanding of embodiments of the present application by those skilled in the art, the following description will be provided in connection with a specific example.
In the current user authentication and home gateway authentication schemes, as the terminal cannot know whether the access home gateway supports the VoWiFi service, if the home gateway does not support the VoWiFi service, the terminal still frequently initiates authentication after the home gateway authentication fails once, so that network resources are occupied, and the network issuing timer limits the terminal to initiate the re-authentication, but the terminal cannot use the VoWiFi service in the time range of the timer.
Based on this, fig. 3 provides a flow diagram of an improved VoWiFi service re-authentication method. According to fig. 3, in the case that the user opens the VoWiFi service and the home gateway opens the VoWiFi service, in the user attachment process, if the terminal receives an indication that the network issues an authentication pass, the authentication pass result is fed back to the home gateway, and the home gateway broadcasts the VoWiFi service support identifier to the nearby terminal or the access AP. If the terminal receives the error code and the timer of the authentication failure of the home gateway issued by the network, the terminal does not feed back the authentication result of the home gateway, the home gateway does not broadcast the support identifier of the VoWiFi service, and if the terminal searches the home gateway supporting the VoWiFi service within the range of the timer, the authentication process can be restarted after the connection is successful.
Assuming that a plurality of home gateways exist in a home, the gateway 1 opens the VoWiFi service, the gateway 2 does not open the VoWiFi service, and a plurality of terminals open the VoWiFi service.
In one embodiment, when the terminal 1 does not perform the voice service, the cellular signal is poor, and the WiFi signal is good, the specific procedure is as follows:
1) The terminal 1 accesses the gateway 1 and establishes an IPsec tunnel;
2) Finishing IPsec tunnel establishment, and feeding authentication passing information back to the home gateway 1 by the terminal;
3) The home gateway 1 broadcasts a VoWiFi service support identifier to nearby terminals;
4) The terminal 2 detects that the gateway 1 supports the VoWiFi service, selects the best AP access of the lower signal, and successfully establishes the IPsec tunnel.
In another embodiment, when the terminal 1 accesses the AP1 under the gateway 1 and successfully initiates the VoWiFi call, the specific flow is as follows:
1) Before switching to the AP2, the terminal 1 checks whether the terminal has a VoWiFi service support identifier, if not, the terminal does not switch, and determines whether to keep IMS registration on WiFi or switch to a cell according to WiFi and cellular signal quality.
In another embodiment, when the terminal 3 does not perform the voice service, the cellular signal is poor, and the WiFi signal is good, the specific procedure is as follows:
1) The terminal 3 randomly accesses the AP under the gateway 2 to establish an IPsec tunnel;
2) The authentication fails, the network issues error codes and a timer, in the range of the timer, the terminal 3 searches the home gateway supporting the VoWiFi service, searches the gateway 1, and re-initiates the authentication flow after the connection is successful, and the IMS registration of the terminal 3 on the WiFi is successful.
According to the improved VoWiFi service re-authentication method, in the IMS registration process of WiFi, a terminal feeds authentication passing information back to a corresponding home gateway under the condition that user authentication and home authentication are passed, and if authentication fails, a home gateway authentication result is not fed back; after receiving the feedback authentication passing information of the terminal, the home gateway and the access AP transmit the VoWiFi service support identifier and broadcast the identifier to nearby equipment, and if the feedback information is not received, the home gateway does not broadcast the VoWiFi service support identifier; in the range of the timer, the terminal actively searches the home gateway supporting the VoWiFi service, and initiates the authentication after successful connection; the problem that the authentication cannot be re-authenticated within the range of the timer after the authentication of the VoWiFi home gateway fails is solved, the terminal can re-authenticate after the connection is successful by actively searching the home gateway supporting the VoWiFi service, and the VoWiFi service experience is improved.
And under the condition that the user authentication and the home authentication are passed, the terminal feeds back the authentication passing result to the home gateway, and the home gateway can broadcast the VoWiFi service supporting identifier, thereby being beneficial to opening the effective access of the VoWiFi service terminal.
Further, when the user position moves to cause the switching of the AP in the VoWiFi communication process, the terminal can determine the switching strategy by detecting whether the AP has the VoWiFi service support identifier.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, a re-authentication method of a voice wireless local area network is provided, and the method is applied to a terminal for illustration, and includes the following steps:
step S410, the first terminal accesses the gateway and authenticates the voice wireless local area network service associated with the gateway;
step S420, under the condition that the authentication is passed, the first terminal sends an authentication passing message to the gateway so that the gateway generates and broadcasts a service support identifier under the condition that the gateway receives the authentication passing message;
step S430, the second terminal searches the service support identification aiming at the voice wireless local area network service under the condition that the authentication of the voice wireless local area network service fails;
step S440, under the condition of finding the service support identifier, the second terminal accesses the gateway corresponding to the service support identifier to re-authenticate the voice wireless local area network service.
In a specific implementation, the first terminal can randomly access the gateway to authenticate the voice wireless local area network service, if the authentication is not passed, the gateway does not send an authentication passing message, and does not broadcast a service support identifier, otherwise, if the authentication is passed, the first terminal sends the authentication passing message to the gateway, and the gateway generates the service support identifier of the voice wireless local area network and broadcasts the service support identifier under the condition of receiving the authentication passing message. When the authentication of the second terminal fails, the network issues an error code and a timer, the second terminal can search the service support identifier of the voice wireless local area network within the time range of the timer, if the service support identifier is not found, the second terminal waits for the time of the timer to finish authentication again, or searches the service support identifier again according to a preset period, if the service support identifier is found, the second terminal accesses a gateway broadcasting the service support identifier, and re-authentication is initiated after connection is successful.
For example, the terminal 1 randomly accesses the home gateway 2, and if authentication is passed, the terminal 1 transmits an authentication pass message to the home gateway 2, and the home gateway 2 generates a VoWiFi service support identifier and broadcasts the VoWiFi service support identifier when receiving the authentication pass message. The terminal 2 randomly accesses the home gateway 1, if the authentication is not passed, the terminal 2 searches the VoWiFi service support identifier within the time range of the timer, and if the VoWiFi service support identifier broadcasted by the home gateway 2 is found, the terminal accesses the home gateway 2 and initiates the authentication.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts related to the embodiments described above are sequentially shown as indicated by arrows, these steps are not necessarily sequentially performed in the order indicated by the arrows. The steps are not strictly limited to the order of execution unless explicitly recited herein, and the steps may be executed in other orders. Moreover, at least some of the steps in the flowcharts described in the above embodiments may include a plurality of steps or a plurality of stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of the steps or stages is not necessarily performed sequentially, but may be performed alternately or alternately with at least some of the other steps or stages.
