when the vehicle is a target vehicle and the destination is a target destination, acquiring target personnel information associated with the vehicle, and judging whether the target personnel information is consistent with the personnel information or not, wherein the personnel information comprises an identity and a device identity.

and encrypting the destination information stored in the storage node by using the key.
