As an example, for a second promotion dimension, obtaining a fifth number of second products to be promoted in a first task to be executed in the second promotion dimension, and determining a sixth number of promoted second products in the first task to be executed in the second product promotion dimension according to the execution condition of the first task to be executed in the second product promotion dimension; obtaining a third ratio of the sixth quantity to the fifth quantity; determining an interaction index value according to at least one of praise amount, comment amount, forwarding amount, sharing amount and browsing duration in the promoted interaction behavior data of the second product; and determining the business capability index value of the target object in the second promotion dimension according to the third ratio and the interaction index value.
That is, for a second promotion dimension, for example, an access page of a second product to be promoted is shown by a sharing page (such as a friend circle, a microblog, etc.) of a first instant messaging client, the number (the number of second products to be shared or shown) of the second products to be promoted in the first task to be executed in the second promotion dimension (the number of second products to be shared or shown) can be obtained, and meanwhile, based on the execution condition of the first task to be executed in the second product promotion dimension, the number (for example, the number of second products to be shared or shown) of the first task to be executed in the second product promotion dimension (the sixth number) can be obtained, and further, according to the ratio obtained between the sixth number and the fifth number, namely, the third ratio, at the same time, an interaction index value can be determined according to at least one of the praise amount, comment amount, forwarding amount and browsing duration in the interaction behavior data of the promoted second products, wherein each interaction index value in the interaction behavior data and each interaction behavior data in the interaction behavior data are in a forward correlation relation, and further, based on the third ratio and the interaction index value can be determined in the service object performance of the second promotion dimension. The business capability index value of the target object in the second promotion dimension is in positive correlation with the third ratio and the interaction index value.
In addition, it should be noted that, according to at least one of the praise amount, comment amount, forwarding amount, sharing amount and browsing duration in the promoted interactive behavior data of the second product, the client portrait and the product portrait may be further improved, for example, the client praise or browse the product, the preference information of the client on the product may be added to the client portrait, and at the same time, the client information having preference on the product may be also added to the product portrait of the product.
Step 205, determining at least one target business dimension from the plurality of candidate business dimensions according to the business capability index values of the target object in the plurality of candidate business dimensions.
And step 206, recommending the second task to be executed of the at least one target service dimension to the first instant messaging client.
It should be noted that, the execution process of step 201, step 205 to step 206 may be implemented in any manner in each embodiment of the disclosure, which is not limited to this embodiment, and is not repeated.
In summary, the indication information sent by the first instant messaging client is received; determining the execution condition of a first task to be executed of the plurality of candidate service dimensions based on the execution content and/or the interaction behavior data of the first task to be executed of the plurality of candidate service dimensions; according to the execution conditions of the first tasks to be executed of the plurality of candidate service dimensions, the service capability index values of the target objects logged in the first instant messaging client in the plurality of candidate service dimensions are determined, so that the execution conditions of the first tasks to be executed of the plurality of candidate service dimensions can be effectively determined, and based on the execution conditions of the first tasks to be executed of the plurality of candidate service dimensions, the service capability index values of the target objects in the plurality of candidate service dimensions can be accurately determined, and therefore the task to be executed can be recommended to staff differently according to the service capability index values of staff, and personalized task execution requirements of different staff can be met.
In order to clearly illustrate how to send the prompt message to the first instant messaging client in the above embodiment, another task recommendation method is proposed in the present disclosure.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a task recommendation method according to a third embodiment of the present disclosure. The task recommendation method implemented by the present disclosure may be applied to a server.
As shown in fig. 3, the task recommendation method may include the steps of:
step 301, obtaining a first task to be executed of a plurality of candidate service dimensions from a plurality of set service systems associated with a target object.
In order to avoid the problem that the task to be executed cannot be executed in time or is missed to be executed due to the fact that staff does not view the service system in time, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the server may obtain the first task to be executed of the plurality of candidate service dimensions from the plurality of set service systems associated with the target object, so that the candidate may uniformly send the first task to be executed of the plurality of candidate service dimensions to the first instant messaging client.
Step 302, generating prompt information based on the first task to be executed and the target link address.
The target link address is used for accessing a set business system associated with the first task to be executed.
In order to improve employee experience and task execution efficiency, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, prompt information may be generated based on the first task to be executed and the target link address, that is, the prompt information may carry the first task to be executed and access a set service system associated with the first task to be executed.
Step 303, obtaining the execution condition of the first task to be executed of the multiple candidate service dimensions.
The execution condition is generated according to indication information sent by the first instant messaging client when executing a first task to be executed of a plurality of candidate service dimensions.
Step 304, determining a service capability index value of the target object logged in the first instant messaging client in the plurality of candidate service dimensions according to the execution condition of the first task to be executed in the plurality of candidate service dimensions.
Step 305, determining at least one target business dimension from the plurality of candidate business dimensions according to the business capability index values of the target object in the plurality of candidate business dimensions.
And step 306, recommending the second task to be executed of the at least one target service dimension to the first instant messaging client.
It should be noted that, the execution process of steps 303 to 306 may be implemented in any manner in each embodiment of the disclosure, which is not limited to this embodiment, and is not repeated herein.
In summary, by acquiring the first task to be executed of the plurality of candidate service dimensions from the plurality of set service systems associated with the target object, the problem that the task to be executed cannot be executed or is missed to be executed due to the fact that staff does not view the service systems in time can be avoided, prompt information is generated based on the first task to be executed and the target link address, and staff experience and task execution efficiency can be improved.
In order to clearly illustrate how the second task to be executed of the at least one target service dimension is recommended to the first instant messaging client in the above embodiment, the present disclosure proposes another task recommendation method.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a task recommendation method according to a fourth embodiment of the present disclosure. The task recommendation method implemented by the present disclosure may be applied to a server.
Step 401, sending prompt information to a first instant messaging client.
The prompt message comprises a first task to be executed of a plurality of candidate service dimensions.
Step 402, obtaining execution conditions of a first task to be executed of a plurality of candidate service dimensions.
The execution condition is generated according to indication information sent by the first instant messaging client when executing a first task to be executed of a plurality of candidate service dimensions.
Step 403, determining a service capability index value of the target object logged in the first instant messaging client in the plurality of candidate service dimensions according to the execution condition of the first task to be executed in the plurality of candidate service dimensions.
Step 404, determining at least one target business dimension from the plurality of candidate business dimensions according to the business capability index values of the target object in the plurality of candidate business dimensions.
It should be noted that, in order to more intuitively display the service capability index values of the plurality of candidate service dimensions, as an example, a target chart is generated according to the service capability index values of the target object in the plurality of candidate service dimensions; and sending the target chart to a second instant messaging client, wherein the second instant messaging client logs in an association object associated with the target object.
That is, after determining the business capability index values of the target object in the plurality of candidate business dimensions, a target chart may be generated, where the business capability index values of the plurality of candidate business dimensions are displayed in the target chart, and the target chart is sent to the second instant messaging client, so that the object logging in the second instant messaging client can intuitively check the business capability index values of the employee in the plurality of candidate business dimensions.
Step 405, obtaining a second task to be executed of at least one target dimension from a plurality of set business systems associated with the target object.
The second task to be executed is allocated by an associated object associated with the target object.
As an example, the second task to be performed may be pre-allocated to the plurality of setting service systems associated with the target object by the association object associated with the target object, and further, the server may obtain the second task to be performed of at least one target dimension from the plurality of setting service systems associated with the target object.
In order to accurately acquire the second task to be executed of the at least one target dimension, as an example, when acquiring the second task to be executed of the at least one target service dimension allocated by the associated object associated with the target object, the acquired identification information of the service dimension where the second task to be executed is located may be compared with the identification information of the at least one target dimension, when the identification information of the service dimension where the second task to be executed is matched with the identification information of the at least one target dimension, the second task to be executed may be directly used as the second task to be executed of the at least one target dimension, and when the identification information of the service dimension where the second task to be executed is not matched with the identification information of the at least one target dimension, the reminding information may be sent to the second instant messaging client to remind the object logging in the second instant messaging client to redistribute the second task to be executed.
As another example, an associated object associated with the target object may allocate a second task to be performed of the plurality of business dimensions, and the second task to be performed of the at least one target business dimension may be acquired from the second task to be performed of the plurality of business dimensions according to the identification information of the at least one target business dimension.
And step 406, recommending the second task to be executed of the at least one target service dimension to the first instant messaging client.
And recommending the second task to be executed of the at least one target service dimension to the first instant messaging client.
It should be noted that, the execution process of steps 401 to 403 may be implemented in any manner in each embodiment of the disclosure, which is not limited to this embodiment, and is not repeated herein.
In summary, the second task to be executed of at least one target dimension is obtained from a plurality of set business systems associated with the target object; and recommending the second task to be executed of the at least one target business dimension to the first instant messaging client, so that the task to be executed can be recommended to the staff differently, and personalized task execution requirements of different staff can be met.
In order to implement the above embodiment, the present disclosure proposes another task recommendation method, where it should be noted that, the task recommendation method implemented by the present disclosure may be applied to the first instant messaging client.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart of a task recommendation method according to a fifth embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 5, the task recommendation method may include the steps of:
step 501, receiving prompt information sent by a server.
The prompt message comprises a first task to be executed of a plurality of candidate service dimensions.
As an example, in response to a user operation, a prompt message is sent to the first instant messaging client, and thus, the first instant messaging client may receive the prompt message sent by the server.
As another example, each time a set period is reached, a prompt message is sent to the first instant messaging client, and thus, the first instant messaging client may receive the prompt message sent by the server.
As another example, in response to a task acquisition request sent by the first instant messaging client, a prompt message is sent to the first instant messaging client, so that the first instant messaging client can receive the prompt message sent by the server.
It should be noted that the prompt information may include a first task to be executed in a plurality of candidate service dimensions, where the first task to be executed in the plurality of candidate service dimensions may be obtained from a plurality of setting service systems associated with a target object logged in to the first instant messaging client.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, the first instant messaging client may be an instant messaging client logged in by an employee (a client marketer inside a bank, such as a client manager). The instant messaging client may be a client corresponding to an instant messaging application, and the first instant messaging client may be an enterprise micro-message, for example.
Step 502, responding to user operation, executing a first task to be executed of the candidate service dimension, and sending indication information to the server.
The indication information is used for determining service capability index values of target objects logged in the first instant messaging client in the plurality of candidate service dimensions according to the execution conditions of the first task to be executed which generates the candidate service dimensions and the execution conditions of the first task to be executed which generates the candidate service dimensions, and determining at least one target service dimension from the plurality of candidate service dimensions according to the service capability index values of the target objects in the plurality of candidate service dimensions.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, when a target object logged in a first instant messaging client performs a first task to be performed in any candidate dimension on the first instant messaging client, indication information may be sent to a server, where the indication information may include execution content of the first task to be performed in the plurality of candidate service dimensions and/or interaction behavior data of the first task to be performed in the plurality of candidate service dimensions, further, according to the indication information, execution conditions of the tasks to be performed in each candidate service dimension may be determined, and based on execution conditions of the first task to be performed in the plurality of candidate service dimensions, a service capability index value of the target object in the plurality of candidate service dimensions may be determined. The service capability index value may indicate the service capability of the target object, and the higher the service capability of the target object, the higher the index value of the service capability, and the lower the service capability of the target object, the lower the service capability index value.
Further, the server determines at least one target service dimension from the plurality of candidate service dimensions according to the service capability index values of the target object in the plurality of candidate service dimensions, for example, sequences the plurality of candidate service dimensions according to the service capability index values of the plurality of candidate service dimensions to obtain a sequence; selecting a set proportion or a set number of candidate service dimensions which are ranked in front from the ranking sequence, and taking the candidate service dimensions as target service dimensions; for another example, according to the service capability index values of the plurality of candidate service dimensions, selecting a target service dimension from the plurality of candidate service dimensions; wherein the business capability index value of the target business dimension is larger than a set threshold value.
Step 503, receiving a second task to be executed of at least one target service dimension recommended by the server.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the server may acquire a second task to be performed in at least one target service dimension, and recommend the second task to be performed in at least one target service dimension to the first instant messaging client.
In summary, by receiving a prompt message sent by a server, wherein the prompt message includes a first task to be executed of a plurality of candidate service dimensions; responding to user operation, executing a first task to be executed of a candidate service dimension, and sending indication information to a server, wherein the indication information is used for determining a service capability index value of a target object logged in a first instant messaging client in a plurality of candidate service dimensions according to the execution condition of the first task to be executed of the plurality of candidate service dimensions and determining at least one target service dimension from the plurality of candidate service dimensions according to the execution condition of the first task to be executed of the plurality of candidate service dimensions; the second task to be executed of at least one target service dimension recommended by the server side is received, so that the task to be executed in each service system of the staff is uniformly sent to the first instant messaging client registered by the staff, the problem that the task to be executed cannot be executed in time or is missed to be executed due to the fact that the staff does not view the service system in time is avoided, meanwhile, the task to be executed is recommended to the staff in a differentiated mode according to the service capability index value of the staff, and personalized task execution requirements of different staff can be met.
Corresponding to the task recommendation method provided by the embodiments of fig. 1 to 4, the present disclosure further provides a task recommendation device, and since the task recommendation device provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure corresponds to the task recommendation method provided by the embodiments of fig. 1 to 4, the implementation of the task recommendation method is also applicable to the task recommendation device provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure, and will not be described in detail in the embodiments of the present disclosure.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a task recommendation device shown in a sixth embodiment of the present disclosure. The task recommendation device of the embodiment of the disclosure can be applied to a server.
As shown in fig. 6, the task recommendation device 600 includes: the sending module 610, the obtaining module 620, the first determining module 630, the second determining module 640, and the recommending module 650.
The sending module 610 is configured to send a prompt to the first instant messaging client, where the prompt includes a first task to be executed of a plurality of candidate service dimensions; the obtaining module 620 is configured to obtain an execution condition of a first task to be executed of the plurality of candidate service dimensions, where the execution condition is generated according to indication information sent when the first instant messaging client executes the first task to be executed of the plurality of candidate service dimensions; a first determining module 630, configured to determine, according to execution conditions of a first task to be executed of the plurality of candidate service dimensions, a service capability index value of a target object logged in the first instant messaging client in the plurality of candidate service dimensions; a second determining module 640, configured to determine at least one target service dimension from the plurality of candidate service dimensions according to the service capability index values of the target object in the plurality of candidate service dimensions; the recommending module 650 is configured to recommend the second task to be executed of the at least one target service dimension to the first instant messaging client.
As one possible implementation of the embodiments of the present disclosure, the obtaining module 620 is specifically configured to: receiving indication information sent by a first instant messaging client, wherein the indication information comprises execution contents of first tasks to be executed of a plurality of candidate service dimensions and/or interaction behavior data of the first tasks to be executed aiming at the plurality of candidate service dimensions; and determining the execution condition of the first task to be executed of the plurality of candidate service dimensions based on the execution content and/or the interaction behavior data of the first task to be executed of the plurality of candidate service dimensions.
As one possible implementation of an embodiment of the present disclosure, the plurality of candidate service dimensions includes: the first determining module 630 is specifically configured to: aiming at a client dimension, acquiring a first number of clients to be acquired in the first task to be executed in the client dimension, and determining a second number of acquired clients in the first task to be executed in the client dimension according to the execution condition of the first task to be executed in the client dimension; determining a business capability index value of a target object logging in a first instant messaging client in a client dimension according to a first ratio of the second quantity to the first quantity; aiming at the first promotion dimension, acquiring the third quantity of the first products to be promoted in the first task to be executed in the first promotion dimension, and determining the fourth quantity of the promoted first products in the task to be executed in the first promotion dimension according to the execution condition of the first task to be executed in the first promotion dimension; and determining the service capability index value of the target object logged in the first instant messaging client in the first promotion dimension according to the second ratio of the fourth quantity to the third quantity.
As one possible implementation of the embodiments of the present disclosure, the plurality of candidate service dimensions further includes: the second promotional dimension of the product, the first determination module 630, is further configured to: aiming at a second promotion dimension, obtaining a fifth number of second products to be promoted in a first task to be executed in the second promotion dimension, and determining a sixth number of promoted second products in the first task to be executed in the second product promotion dimension according to the execution condition of the first task to be executed in the second product promotion dimension; obtaining a third ratio of the sixth quantity to the fifth quantity; determining an interaction index value according to at least one of praise amount, comment amount, forwarding amount, sharing amount and browsing duration in the promoted interaction behavior data of the second product; and determining the business capability index value of the target object in the second promotion dimension according to the third ratio and the interaction index value.
As a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present disclosure, the second determining module 640 is specifically configured to: sorting the plurality of candidate service dimensions according to the service capability index values of the plurality of candidate service dimensions to obtain an arrangement sequence; selecting a set proportion or a set number of candidate service dimensions which are ranked in front from the ranking sequence, and taking the candidate service dimensions as target service dimensions; or selecting a target service dimension from the plurality of candidate service dimensions according to the service capability index values of the plurality of candidate service dimensions; wherein the business capability index value of the target business dimension is larger than a set threshold value.
As one possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present disclosure, the sending module 610 is specifically configured to: acquiring a first task to be executed of a plurality of candidate service dimensions from a plurality of set service systems associated with the target object; and generating prompt information based on the first task to be executed and a target link address, wherein the target link address is used for accessing a set service system associated with the first task to be executed.
As one possible implementation of the embodiments of the present disclosure, the recommendation module 650 is specifically configured to: acquiring a second task to be executed of at least one target dimension from a plurality of set business systems associated with a target object, wherein the second task to be executed is distributed by an associated object associated with the target object; recommending the second task to be executed of the at least one target service dimension to the first instant messaging client.
As one possible implementation of the embodiment of the present disclosure, the task recommendation device 600 further includes: and generating a module.
The generating module is specifically configured to generate a target chart according to the service capability index values of the target object in the multiple candidate service dimensions; the sending module 610 is further configured to send the target chart to a second instant messaging client, where the second instant messaging client is logged in with an association object associated with the target object.
The task recommendation device is applied to a server and used for sending prompt information to a first instant messaging client, wherein the prompt information comprises first tasks to be executed of a plurality of candidate service dimensions; acquiring the execution condition of a first task to be executed of a plurality of candidate service dimensions, wherein the execution condition is generated according to indication information sent by a first instant messaging client when the first task to be executed of the plurality of candidate service dimensions is executed; determining service capability index values of a target object logged in a first instant messaging client in a plurality of candidate service dimensions according to the execution conditions of a first task to be executed in the plurality of candidate service dimensions; determining at least one target business dimension from the plurality of candidate business dimensions according to the business capability index values of the target object in the plurality of candidate business dimensions; and recommending the second task to be executed of at least one target service dimension to the first instant messaging client, so that the unified transmission of the task to be executed in each service system of the staff to the first instant messaging client logged in by the staff is realized, the problem that the task to be executed cannot be executed or is missed to be executed due to the fact that the staff does not check the service system in time is avoided, meanwhile, the task to be executed is recommended to the staff in a differentiated mode according to the service capability index value of the staff, and personalized task execution requirements of different staff can be met.
Corresponding to the task recommendation method provided by the embodiment of fig. 5, the present disclosure further provides a task recommendation device, and since the task recommendation device provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure corresponds to the task recommendation method provided by the embodiment of fig. 5, the implementation of the task recommendation method is also applicable to the task recommendation device provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure, and will not be described in detail in the embodiment of the present disclosure.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of a task recommendation device shown in a seventh embodiment of the present disclosure. The task recommendation device of the embodiment of the disclosure can be applied to a first instant messaging client.
As shown in fig. 7, the task recommendation device 700 includes: a first receiving module 710, an executing module 720 and a second receiving module 730.

In an exemplary embodiment, a computer program product is also provided, comprising a computer program/instruction, characterized in that the computer program/instruction, when executed by a processor, generates the task pushing method proposed by any of the above embodiments.

Claims (10)

1. The task recommendation method is characterized by being applied to a server and comprising the following steps:
sending prompt information to a first instant messaging client, wherein the prompt information comprises a first task to be executed of a plurality of candidate service dimensions;
acquiring the execution condition of a first task to be executed of the plurality of candidate service dimensions, wherein the execution condition is generated according to indication information sent when a first instant messaging client executes the first task to be executed of the plurality of candidate service dimensions;
determining service capability index values of target objects logged in the first instant messaging client in the plurality of candidate service dimensions according to the execution conditions of the first tasks to be executed in the plurality of candidate service dimensions;
determining at least one target service dimension from the plurality of candidate service dimensions according to the service capability index values of the target object in the plurality of candidate service dimensions;
Recommending the second task to be executed of the at least one target service dimension to the first instant messaging client.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining the execution of the first task to be executed for the plurality of candidate service dimensions comprises:
receiving indication information sent by the first instant messaging client, wherein the indication information comprises execution content of a first task to be executed of the plurality of candidate service dimensions and/or interaction behavior data of the first task to be executed aiming at the plurality of candidate service dimensions;
and determining the execution condition of the first task to be executed of the plurality of candidate business dimensions based on the execution content and/or the interaction behavior data of the first task to be executed of the plurality of candidate business dimensions.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the plurality of candidate business dimensions comprises: a customer dimension and a first promotional dimension for the product;
determining, according to the execution condition of the first task to be executed of the plurality of candidate service dimensions, a service capability index value of a target object logged in the first instant messaging client in the plurality of candidate service dimensions, including:
Aiming at the client dimension, acquiring a first number of clients to be acquired in the first task to be executed in the client dimension, and determining a second number of acquired clients in the first task to be executed in the client dimension according to the execution condition of the first task to be executed in the client dimension;
determining a business capability index value of a target object logged in the first instant messaging client in the client dimension according to a first ratio of the second quantity to the first quantity;
aiming at the first promotion dimension, acquiring the third quantity of the first products to be promoted in the first tasks to be executed in the first promotion dimension, and determining the fourth quantity of the promoted first products in the tasks to be executed in the first promotion dimension according to the execution condition of the first tasks to be executed in the first promotion dimension;
and determining a business capability index value of the target object logging in the first instant messaging client in the first popularization dimension according to the second ratio of the fourth quantity to the third quantity.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the plurality of candidate business dimensions further comprises: a second promotional dimension for a product, the method further comprising:
Aiming at the second promotion dimension, obtaining a fifth number of second products to be promoted in the first task to be executed in the second promotion dimension, and determining a sixth number of promoted second products in the first task to be executed in the second product promotion dimension according to the execution condition of the first task to be executed in the second product promotion dimension;
obtaining a third ratio of the sixth number to the fifth number;
determining an interaction index value according to at least one of praise amount, comment amount, forwarding amount, sharing amount and browsing duration in the promoted interaction behavior data of the second product;
and determining the business capability index value of the target object in the second promotion dimension according to the third ratio and the interaction index value.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein determining at least one target business dimension from the plurality of candidate business dimensions based on the business capability index values of the target object in the plurality of candidate business dimensions comprises:
sorting the plurality of candidate service dimensions according to the service capability index values of the plurality of candidate service dimensions to obtain an arrangement sequence;
Selecting a set proportion or a set number of candidate service dimensions which are ranked in front from the ranking sequence, and taking the candidate service dimensions as the target service dimensions;
or alternatively, the process may be performed,
selecting a target service dimension from the plurality of candidate service dimensions according to the service capability index values of the plurality of candidate service dimensions; wherein the business capability index value of the target business dimension is larger than a set threshold value.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the sending the prompt message to the first instant messaging client comprises:
acquiring a first task to be executed of a plurality of candidate service dimensions from a plurality of set service systems associated with the target object;
and generating prompt information based on the first task to be executed and a target link address, wherein the target link address is used for accessing a set service system associated with the first task to be executed.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein recommending the second task to be performed of the at least one target business dimension to the first instant messaging client comprises:
acquiring a second task to be executed of at least one target dimension from a plurality of set business systems associated with the target object, wherein the second task to be executed is distributed by an associated object associated with the target object;
Recommending the second task to be executed of the at least one target service dimension to the first instant messaging client.

The method according to claim 1, wherein determining, according to the execution condition of the first task to be executed in the plurality of candidate service dimensions, that the target object logged in the first instant messaging client is after the service capability index values in the plurality of candidate service dimensions further comprises:
generating a target chart according to the service capability index values of the target object in the candidate service dimensions;
and sending the target chart to a second instant messaging client, wherein the second instant messaging client logs in an association object associated with the target object.
9. The task recommendation method is characterized by being applied to a first instant messaging client and comprising the following steps of:
receiving prompt information sent by a server, wherein the prompt information comprises first tasks to be executed of a plurality of candidate service dimensions;
responding to user operation, executing a first task to be executed of the candidate service dimension, and sending indication information to the server, wherein the indication information is used for determining a service capability index value of a target object logged in the first instant messaging client in the plurality of candidate service dimensions according to the execution condition of the first task to be executed of the plurality of candidate service dimensions and determining at least one target service dimension from the plurality of candidate service dimensions according to the execution condition of the first task to be executed of the plurality of candidate service dimensions;
And receiving a second task to be executed of the at least one target service dimension recommended by the server.
10. The task recommendation device is characterized by being applied to a server and comprising the following components:
the sending module is used for sending prompt information to the first instant messaging client, wherein the prompt information comprises first tasks to be executed of a plurality of candidate service dimensions;

a second determining module, configured to determine at least one target service dimension from the plurality of candidate service dimensions according to a service capability index value of the target object in the plurality of candidate service dimensions;
and the recommending module is used for recommending the second task to be executed of the at least one target service dimension to the first instant messaging client.
