Claims (10)

1. The transformer substation maintenance part packaging and storing integrated machine is characterized by comprising a machine case and a rack fixedly arranged in the machine case, wherein a drawer is arranged at the bottom of the machine case and can be used for receiving and storing packaged parts; further comprises:
the annular guide rail is fixedly arranged on the frame, an annular guide groove is formed in the annular guide rail, the annular guide groove comprises an arc groove section and a linear groove section which are connected end to end, the groove bottom of the linear groove section is higher than the groove bottom of the arc groove section, and inclined plane transition treatment is carried out at the intersection of two positions of the linear groove section and the arc groove section;
the rotating assembly comprises a turntable rotatably connected to the frame and a plurality of bearing units arranged on the peripheral side surface of the turntable and distributed in a circumferential array, wherein each bearing unit comprises a telescopic rod, a sliding rod and a carrying platform, one end of each telescopic rod is fixedly connected to the turntable, the other end of each telescopic rod is in sliding connection with the sliding rod, the bottom of each sliding rod is arranged in an annular guide groove in a sliding manner, and the carrying platform is rotatably connected to the top of each sliding rod;
the heat sealing mechanism comprises a vertical shaft, an upper heat sealing head, a lower heat sealing head, an upper film belt and a lower film belt, wherein the vertical shaft is arranged on the frame in a sliding manner along the direction parallel to the linear groove section, the lower heat sealing head is fixedly connected to the vertical shaft, the upper heat sealing head is vertically and slidingly connected to the vertical shaft, the upper film belt is close to the bottom of the upper heat sealing head and can be subjected to height change along with the upper heat sealing head, and the lower film belt is arranged on the frame and close to the top of the lower heat sealing head;
the linkage assembly comprises a synchronizing unit and a triggering unit, wherein the synchronizing unit is used for enabling the heat sealing mechanism to be in butt joint with a bearing unit positioned at the junction of the circular arc groove section and the linear groove section so as to synchronously move along the linear groove with the bearing unit, and the triggering unit receives the driving of the process that the sliding rod slides from the circular arc groove section to the linear groove section so as to enable the upper heat sealing head to slide downwards along the vertical shaft to be close to the lower heat sealing head.
2. The substation maintenance component packaging and storage all-in-one machine according to claim 1, wherein the synchronization unit includes:
the bracket is fixedly connected with the vertical shaft;
the trigger rod is arranged on the support in a sliding way, a blocking station capable of blocking the sliding rod sliding along the linear groove section is arranged in the sliding stroke of the trigger rod relative to the support, and when the blocking station is arranged, the sliding rod sliding along the linear groove section drives the heat sealing mechanism to slide along the direction parallel to the linear groove section from the initial position through the trigger rod;
the first elastic unit drives the trigger rod to slide to the blocking station in the process of recovering deformation;
an unlocking assembly configured to urge the trigger lever out of the docking station when the sliding lever docked with the trigger lever slides off the linear slot segment;
and the reset elastic piece drives the heat sealing mechanism to reset to the initial position in the process of recovering deformation.
3. The substation maintenance component packaging and storage all-in-one machine according to claim 2, wherein the trigger unit comprises:
the first abutting plates are fixedly connected with the sliding rods in a one-to-one correspondence manner;
the second abutting plate is vertically and slidably connected to the bracket through a connecting rod and can be in abutting fit with the first abutting plate;
the first gear and the second gear are coaxially and fixedly connected to a shaft rod, the shaft rod is rotationally connected with the bracket, and the diameter of the second gear is larger than that of the first gear;
the first rack is fixedly connected to the connecting rod and meshed with the first gear;
the second rack is fixedly connected to the upper heat sealing head and meshed with the second gear;
and the second elastic unit drives the upper heat sealing head to slide away from the lower heat sealing head in the process of recovering deformation.
4. The transformer substation maintenance component packaging and storing all-in-one machine according to claim 1, wherein the frame is fixedly connected with a guide rod, and the top of the vertical shaft is slidably connected to the guide rod.

The transformer substation maintenance component packaging and storing all-in-one machine according to claim 4, wherein one end of the upper film strip is wound on the upper scroll, the upper film strip passes through between the two guide rollers, the upper scroll and the two guide rollers are both rotationally connected to a cross rod, the cross rod is horizontally and dynamically connected with the upper heat sealing head, a vertical rod is fixedly connected to the cross rod, and the vertical rod is vertically and slidably connected with the guide rod.
