Referring to fig. 3 and 4, a wide-width material cutting apparatus 100 of the present embodiment includes a die frame 1, an anvil roll device 2, a knife roll device 3, and a pressing device 4; the die carrier 1 comprises a side plate 11 and a top plate 12, wherein a side plate 11 slideway is arranged on the side plate 11; the anvil roll device 2 includes an anvil roll 21, the anvil roll 21 being mounted on the side plate 11; the pressing device 4 is mounted on the top plate 12, and an output end of the pressing device 4 is connected to the cutter roller device 3, and the pressing device 4 presses the cutter roller device 3 to cut the adhesive material between the anvil roller device 2 and the cutter roller device 3.
The die carrier 1 comprises a top plate 12, side plates 11 and a bottom plate 13, wherein the side plates 11 are arranged between the top plate 12 and the bottom plate 13, and side plate 11 slides for installing the knife roll device 3 and the anvil roll device 2 are arranged on the side plates 11.
The anvil roll device 2 includes an anvil roll 21, and the anvil roll 21 is mounted on the side plate 11. Optionally, the anvil roll device 2 further comprises an anvil roll 21 bearing block assembly 31, the anvil roll 21 being mounted in the side plate 11 slideway by means of the anvil roll 21 bearing block assembly 31.
The knife roller device 3 comprises a knife roller 32 and a bearing block assembly 31, wherein the knife roller 32 is arranged in a slideway of the side plate 11 through the bearing block assembly 31, and the knife roller 32 is positioned above the anvil roller 21. In some embodiments, knife roll 32 may be located directly above anvil roll 21 or knife roll 32 may be located obliquely above anvil roll 21 in view of feed interference.
The pressing device 4 is used for cutting the adhesive material between the knife roll 32 and the anvil roll 21, specifically, the pressing device 4 is mounted on the top plate 12, the output end of the pressing device 4 is connected with the knife roll device 3, and the knife roll 32 moves towards the anvil roll 21 under the action of the pressing device 4 to realize cutting.
For the wide web material cutting apparatus 100, the cylindrical cutter roller 32 is designed to be flat, and specifically, the cutter roller body 321 is designed to be flat. Compared with the cylindrical roller body structure, the flat knife roller 32 not only keeps the cutting part and the supporting part thereof, but also keeps the necessary transition part and the part corresponding to the cutting part of the protection step 33, thereby greatly reducing the consumption of the wear-resistant steel material, greatly reducing the redundant metal to be removed, and greatly reducing the material cost and the processing cost.
According to some embodiments of the present application, optionally, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the anvil roll 21 includes a base block 211, an insert 212, and a fastener 213, the base block being grooved, the insert 212 being mounted in the groove by the fastener 213.
The anvil roll 21 of the prior art generally adopts a roll body (made of cylindrical wear-resistant steel) and a mandrel (made of cylindrical common steel), and needs to consume a lot of materials during processing and manufacturing, thereby having high cost. Thus, the base block is provided with a recess in which the insert 212 is mounted, and the insert 212 is mounted in the recess by a fastener 213, which fastener 213 may be a bolt or screw, or the like. Wherein, the material of the base block 211 is cylindrical common steel, and the material of the insert 212 is wear-resistant steel plate. The cooperation of the base block 211 and the insert 212 greatly reduces the consumption of expensive wear resistant steel materials compared to the combination of the roll body and the mandrel, thereby reducing material costs.
According to some embodiments of the present application, optionally, as shown in fig. 4 and 7, the wide-width material cutting apparatus 100 further includes an adjusting device 5, where the adjusting device 5 includes an adjusting wedge 51, an adjusting screw 52, and a fixing base 53, the adjusting wedge 51 is sleeved on the adjusting screw 52, the fixing base 53 is sleeved on one end of the adjusting screw 52, and the fixing base 53 is installed on the side plate 11; the adjusting screw 52 is used for adjusting the position of the adjusting wedge 51 to adjust the center distance between the knife roll 32 and the anvil roll 21.
In the prior art, the center distance between the knife roller 32 and the anvil roller 21 is fixed, so that in actual use, the knife edges of the knife blades 322 need to be manually adjusted to be in uniform contact with the roller body of the anvil roller 21, the contact force between the knife edges and the anvil roller 21 is difficult to control, and when the knife roller 32 is provided with two or more knife blades 322, the contact force between the knife edges of each knife blade 322 and the anvil roller 21 is difficult to be adjusted to be the same. The requirements on the technical level of the machine-setting workers are high, and if the contact force between the tip of each blade 322 and the anvil roll 21 is different, the die cutting effect and the service life of each blade 322 are greatly affected, and the tipping is easily caused. In addition, when the tip of the blade 322 is worn, the machine is stopped, and the blade 322 is manually readjusted, which is time-consuming and labor-consuming and affects the opening rate. Therefore, the adjusting device 5 needs to be provided to adjust the center distance between the cutter roller 32 and the anvil roller 21. The adjusting component is used for adjusting the center distance between the knife roller 32 and the anvil roller 21 and accurately fixing the position of the knife roller 32, on one hand, after the knife tip is worn, only the center distance between the knife roller 32 and the anvil roller 21 is required to be adjusted, and the blade 322 is not required to be manually readjusted, so that the time and labor are saved, and the starting rate is remarkably improved; the contact force between the knife point of the knife roller 32 and the anvil roller 21 can be adjusted by adjusting the center distance, and compared with the simple manual adjustment, the requirements on the technical level of a machine worker are lower. On the other hand, the center distance between the cutter roller 32 and the anvil roller 21 is prevented from being changed due to stress, vibration and the like in the high-speed die cutting process. Optionally, the adjusting wedge abuts a lower end face of a bearing housing in the knife roller bearing housing assembly.
According to some embodiments of the present application, optionally, as shown in fig. 7, the adjusting device 5 further includes a tightening screw 54 and a locking nut 55, a radial screw hole connected to the adjusting screw 52 is formed on a side wall of the fixing base 53, the tightening screw 54 is locked into the radial screw hole and tightens the adjusting screw 52, the locking nut 55 is sleeved on an end of the adjusting screw 52 away from the fixing base 53, and the locking nut 55 is used for being abutted and fixed with the connecting side plate 11.
Because the adjusting screw 52 and the fixing seat 53 have a gap in the axial direction, the adjusting screw 52 is easy to axially move to drive the oblique block to axially move in the cutting process or in the process of adjusting the die spacing between the upper knife roller 32 and the lower knife roller 32 by a user, so that the spacing between the knife roller 32 and the anvil roller 21 is changed, the adjusting precision is low, and the normal die cutting of the die of the knife roller 32 is affected. Thus, the adjustment assembly also includes a jack screw 54 and a lock nut 55.
Through setting up the tight screw 54 in top on fixing base 53, make tight screw 54 in top and adjusting screw 52 support to lean on fixedly, in order to prevent adjusting screw 52 rotation at the cutting process, make the sloping block produce axial displacement, through setting up lock nut 55 in the one end that adjusting screw 52 kept away from fixing base 53, taut adjusting screw 52 and fixing base 53, eliminate the axial clearance between adjusting screw 52 tip and the fixing base 53, and then accomplish effectively preventing adjusting screw 52 axial float, prevent the interval between knife roll 32 and the anvil roll 21 and change, improve adjusting component's regulation precision, guarantee wide rotary-cut device's normal work.
According to some embodiments of the present application, optionally, as shown in fig. 9 and 11, the cutter roller device 3 further includes a protection step 33, and the protection steps 33 are mounted on two sides of the cutter roller body 321. The protection step 33 may be integrally formed with the cutter roller body 321, or may be detachably mounted on the cutter roller body 321.
The protection steps 33 are arranged at the two ends of the knife roller 32 to prevent the adjusting device 5 from being excessively adjusted, so that the knife tip is effectively protected from tipping and breaking, and the die cutting effect and the service life are obviously improved.
Referring to fig. 8 to 11, the present embodiment further relates to a knife roll device 3, including a bearing seat assembly 31 and a knife roll 32; the bearing seat assembly 31 comprises a bearing 311 and a bearing seat 312, wherein the bearing 311 is arranged on the bearing seat 312, and the bearing seat 312 is arranged in a slide way of the side plate 11 of the die carrier 1; the knife roller 32 is installed in the bearing 311, and the knife roller 32 includes a knife roller body 321 and a cutting member, and the cutting member is provided on the knife roller body 321, and the cross section of the knife roller body 321 is flat.
The bearing seat assembly 31 comprises a bearing 311 and a bearing seat 312, wherein the bearing 311 is installed on the bearing seat 312, the bearing seat 312 is installed in a slideway of the side plate 11 of the die carrier 1, and the bearing 311 is used for installing the knife roll 32.
The cutter roller 32 includes a cutter roller body 321 and a cutting member, the cutting member is mounted on the cutter roller body 321, and the cutter roller body 321 can be integrally formed with the cutting member or detachably mounted. Wherein, the roll body of knife roller body 321 establishes at the dabber of knife roller body 321 through the centre bore cover, with the dabber interference fit of knife roller body 321, the material of dabber is cylindrical ordinary steel, the material of roll body is wear-resisting steel sheet. Alternatively, the cutting element may be an embossing or a blade 322 or the like. And the cross section of the cutter roller body 321 is arranged in a flat shape.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 9 and 11, the cutter roller body 321 is integrally formed with a cutting member, and the cutting member includes two or more blades 322, and the two or more blades 322 are located on the same outer circle.
As shown in fig. 2, the prior art knife roll body is detachably connected to the blade 322a, and the knife roll 32a includes the blade 322a and the blade holding device 6a, the blade holding device 6a being used to hold the blade 322a. In practical use, each blade 322a needs to be manually adjusted to be in contact with the anvil roll, and because the length of the blade 322a is long, the blade tip of the blade 322a needs to be manually adjusted to be in uniform contact with the anvil roll body, so that not only is the contact force between the blade tip and the anvil roll difficult to control, but also when the blade roll 32a is provided with two or more blades 322a, the contact force between the blade tip of each blade 322a and the anvil roll is difficult to be adjusted to be the same. The requirements on the technical level of the machine-setting workers are high, and if the contact force between the tip of each blade 322a and the anvil roll is different, the die cutting effect and the service life of each blade 322a are greatly affected, so that the tipping is easily caused. Therefore, in order to solve the problem, besides the adjusting device 5, the cutter roller body 321 and the cutting member can be integrally formed, the cutter roller 32 is integrally ground and edged by the outer circle, the cutter tips of the cutter blades 322 are on the same outer circle, the cutter tips of the cutter blades 322 are not required to be independently adjusted, the cutter tips of the cutter blades 322 are ensured to be uniformly contacted with the anvil roller 21, the contact force between the cutter tips of the cutter blades and the anvil roller 21 is the same, the manual adjustment of each cutter blade 322 by a machine halt is not required, and the technical level requirement of a machine worker is low.
Optionally, according to some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 8, the angle between the blade 322 and the axis of the knife roller 32 is set at a predetermined angle a.
Because the blade 322 has a certain length, the pressure and vibration required for the blade 322 to contact the roll body of the anvil roll 21 are excessive in practical use. Therefore, the angle between the blade 322 and the axis of the cutter roller 32 is set at a predetermined angle a to solve the problem. Alternatively, the preset angle a is 0 to 2 degrees, whereby the blade 322 comes into contact with the anvil roll 21 from left to right with the descending speed, completing the cutting. The length of the blade 322 in contact with the anvil roll 21 is greatly reduced in the process, the vibration and the required pressure of high-speed cutting are reduced, and the cutting is facilitated.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 10, the tip angle b of the blade 322 may be 30 to 120 degrees, according to some embodiments of the present application.
The edge of the blade 322 in the prior art is generally a fixed 90-degree angle, and the 90-degree angle of the edge cannot be changed, so that the angle of the blade 322 cannot be switched according to different materials, and the use is not flexible. Therefore, the knife tip angle b of the knife blade 322 is set to be 30 degrees to 120 degrees, and the knife blade 322 or the knife roller 32 can be replaced according to different materials, so that the cutting can be better completed according to different cutting materials in use.
Unlike the prior art, the above-described technical solution designs the cylindrical cutter roller 32 in a flat shape, specifically, designs the cutter roller body 321 in a flat shape.
Finally, it should be noted that, although the embodiments have been described in the text and the drawings, the scope of the application is not limited thereby. The technical scheme generated by replacing or modifying the equivalent structure or equivalent flow by utilizing the content recorded in the text and the drawings of the specification based on the essential idea of the application, and the technical scheme of the embodiment directly or indirectly implemented in other related technical fields are included in the patent protection scope of the application.
