Description

Environment-friendly nail polish capable of fading after washing and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to environment-friendly nail polish capable of fading after washing and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Nail finishing is an important matter of beauty for women, who are loving to always apply bright red nail polish to long nails to show the charm of fine jade hands. The nail polish is a cosmetic for decorating and increasing the appearance of nails, and can form a layer of friction-resistant film on the surfaces of the nails, thereby playing a role in protecting and beautifying the nails. The components of the nail polish in the market at present are generally composed of two types, wherein one type is solid components, mainly pigments, sparkling substances and the like; one type is a liquid solvent component, and mainly used are acetone, ethyl acetate, phthalate, formaldehyde and the like. Wherein the colorant of the nail polish mainly comprises inorganic pigment, organic pigment and pearlescent pigment metallic luster colorant. The inorganic pigment is opaque; organic pigments are substances having very bright colors that impart bright colors to nails. Most of the nail polish on the market is inflammable, explosive, and organic solvent which is harmful to human body and environment is used as raw material, and has great corrosion to nails. The type of nail polish on the market at present only has the type of smearing formula can not tear nail polish and can tear nail polish, refer to in the use, smear nail polish on the nail, after it dries, can obtain the nice looking nail, but if it is got rid of, except can tear nail polish, other nail polish all need the chemical reagent nail washing water erase, it is inconvenient to use, long-term use nail washing water still easily damages the health of nail, moreover in the production process of nail polish, in order to make the nail polish can dry thoroughly fast, volatile acetone, ethyl acetate etc. are all added in the ordinary nail polish and are irritated greatly, and influence the healthy composition of human, long-term use still can cause the nail to discolour, become fragile, blush.
Although patent CN105342888A mentions environmental-friendly nail polish, the raw materials of the environmental-friendly nail polish do not contain volatile substances such as acetone, but the technical problem that the nail polish fades when meeting water and is easy to change color is not solved, so how to develop environmental-friendly nail polish which is non-corrosive, does not pollute the environment, does not harm human health, is easy to clean and is convenient to change color is a technical problem to be solved in the field.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide the environment-friendly nail polish which can be washed and discolored by water and the preparation method thereof, and the nail polish has good color development effect, is nontoxic and harmless, has no corrosiveness to nails, does not pollute the environment, has good appearance when being coated on the nails, can be changed into a desired color by consumers according to the needs of the consumers, can be washed by tap water when the color of the nails is required to be changed, does not need to use nail polish independently, and greatly protects the nails.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the environment-friendly nail polish capable of being washed down comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 40-60% of water-soluble food pigment, 2-4% of film forming agent, 2-4% of color developing agent, 2-4% of surfactant, 1.0-3.0% of thickening agent, 38.12% of deionized water, 5-7% of propylene glycol, 5-7% of glycerol, 1-3% of essence and 1.5-3.5% of preservative.
Further, the water-soluble food pigment is any one or more of sunset yellow, amaranth, carmine, erythrosine, tomato red, grape violet, allure red, brilliant blue and fruit green.
Further, the film forming agent is polyethylene glycol, the color developing agent is phenolphthalein, the surfactant is sodium benzoate, the thickener is cyclodextrin, and the preservative is potassium sorbate.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the environment-friendly nail polish capable of fading after washing, which comprises the following steps:
step 1, adding deionized water and a surfactant into a water-soluble food pigment, adding a film forming agent, a color developing agent and a thickening agent under a stirring state, heating to 70-90 ℃, dropwise adding propylene glycol and glycerol, preserving heat after dropwise adding, and finally cooling to obtain a preparation solution;
and 2, continuously stirring the preparation liquid obtained in the step 1, sequentially adding essence and preservative, continuously stirring for 5-15min, and discharging to obtain the environment-friendly nail polish capable of fading after washing.
Further, the preparation method comprises the following steps:
step 1, adding deionized water and a surfactant into a water-soluble food pigment, adding a film forming agent, a color developing agent and a thickening agent under a stirring state, heating to 85 ℃, dropwise adding propylene glycol and glycerol, preserving heat after dropwise adding, and finally cooling to obtain a preparation solution;
and 2, continuously stirring the preparation liquid obtained in the step 1, sequentially adding essence and preservative, continuously stirring for 5-15min, and discharging to obtain the environment-friendly nail polish capable of fading after washing.
Further, the heat-preserving time in the step 1 is 1.5-2h.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
(1) The environment-friendly nail polish capable of being washed and faded adopts the water-soluble food pigment to prepare various colors, changes substances harmful to human bodies, which are prepared from components such as acetone, ethyl acetate, phthalate, formaldehyde and the like, which are adopted in the prior art, has the characteristics of environment friendliness, safety, no toxicity, good color retention, high color saturation and the like, is harmless to human bodies, has wider application range of the water-soluble food pigment, comprises the fields of baking, beverage, candy, snack, preserved fruit, cosmetics, medicines and the like, has food production license, and also indicates that the water-soluble food pigment accords with national standards in a test report of a national dye quality test center, so that the preparation of the nail polish is safe, environment-friendly and nontoxic.
(2) The environment-friendly nail polish capable of fading after washing is more convenient and safer for people who frequently need to change nail colors. The water-soluble food pigment used by the invention is not easy to fade as long as the water-soluble food pigment is not contacted with water, so that the preservation requirement of people using nail polish can be ensured, and the effects of timely cleaning and easy color replacement can be achieved. The nail color washing agent has the advantages of easy dissolution and low cost, and can wash off the nail color only by washing with tap water, so that any harm to the nail can be avoided.
(3) The environment-friendly nail polish disclosed by the invention does not contain toxic and harmful substances or pungent odor, and the used water-soluble food pigment not only can be used for preparing the nail polish with various colors, but also can ensure that the adhesion force of the nail polish on nails is strong and the nail polish is not easy to fade.
