The first section 221 is exposed outside the housing 21. The outer peripheral surface of the first section 221 has a zinc plating layer. In this example, the entire outer peripheral surface of the main core 22 has a zinc plating layer, that is, the outer peripheral surfaces of the first section 221 and the second section 222 have zinc plating layers.
