Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a non-perforated earring which is improved to be easily put on and taken off without piercing an earlobe, and more particularly, to a non-perforated earring which has a handle member for opening and closing the non-perforated earring by one hand when it is put on an ear, and which combines earrings separated into a first circular member and a second circular member with pins into an integrated structure by changing a conventional method, increasing wearing comfort and reducing production costs, while shortening a manufacturing process.
Background
In general, earrings are jewelry made of noble metal or the like that is fixed to an earlobe by piercing the earlobe, and can be roughly classified into a perforated earring worn by piercing the earlobe and a non-perforated earring worn by elasticity of a spring without piercing the earlobe.
Fig. 1 is a cross-sectional view of a conventional non-piercing earring. The conventional non-perforated earring 100 includes a cylindrical earring body 110 having opposite ends, a through hole 111 formed at the inner side of the earring body 110, a spring 112 inserted into the through hole 111, a semicircular pin 113 elastically supported at the end of the spring 112 and contacting the other end of the earring body 110, such that the earring 100 is worn while the earring 100 is fixedly supported on the earlobe of a user by the urging force of the semicircular pin 113 elastically urged by the spring 112 in the through hole 111.
However, the conventional non-piercing earring 100 structurally requires the insertion of the spring 112 into the earring body 110, and the formation of the through-hole 111, wherein the through-hole 111 defines an operation space of the semicircular pin 113 elastically urged by the spring 112. Therefore, the earring body 110 having a decorative function needs to be made of metal.
In other words, the conventional non-perforated earring 100 is manufactured by inserting a continuous semicircular pin 113 into a cylindrical and continuous earring body 110 and then pressing it into a ring shape. However, the conventional non-piercing earring 100 cannot be developed to have various shapes and sizes because the earring body 110 is cylindrical and fixed. In addition, it is easy to get damp and rust, harmful to human body, and heavy, reducing wearing comfort.
In order to solve these problems, various attempts have been made in the past, such as injection molding with a synthetic resin product to make the earring body 110. However, since a method of forming the semicircular through hole 111 into which the semicircular pin 113 is inserted and operated in the earring body 110 cannot be found, various attempts have failed.

Detailed Description
For a complete understanding of the present invention, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. Various modifications of the embodiments of the invention are possible and should not be construed as limiting the scope of the invention to the embodiments described in detail below.
Also, detailed descriptions of functions and components known in the art are omitted to avoid obscuring the subject matter of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a view illustrating one embodiment according to the prior art. Fig. 2 is an exploded perspective view of a non-perforated earring according to the present invention, and fig. 3 is a perspective view showing a first circular member and a second circular member according to the present invention. Fig. 4 is a view illustrating an embodiment of use of a non-perforated earring according to the present invention, and fig. 5 is a perspective view illustrating coupling shapes of the first circular member and the second circular member having a preventive protrusion according to the present invention. Fig. 6 is a view illustrating an embodiment in which the first circular member and the second circular member having the preventive protrusions are not coupled according to the present invention, and fig. 7 is a front view illustrating an embodiment in which the first circular member and the second circular member having the preventive protrusions are coupled according to the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2 to 7, the non-piercing earring according to the present invention includes a first circular member 10, a second circular member 20, and a spring 30.
The first circular member 10 has a circular arc shape having a predetermined radius of curvature. An opening 11 including a partition 14 is provided at one side of the front end of the circular arc of the first circular member 10. The coupling member 21 described later is fitted into the opening 11.
A predetermined inclination angle is formed at the opposite side of the front end of the first circular member 10. A hollow portion 13 is provided on the opposite side of the tip of the circular arc. The hollow 13 defines an interior space for a fixed torsion spring or a general spring, which serves to reduce the weight of the earring and also reduces the amount of raw material used to manufacture the earring.
A protruding handle member 15 is provided at one side of the upper part of the first circular member 10 to allow a user to open and close the earring with one hand. The handle member 15 has a size that allows a user to open and close the earring with one hand. The handle member 15 is not limited to the shape shown in the present invention, but may be modified into various shapes.
As another feature of the present invention, hole pins 12 having a predetermined length are provided on both side surfaces of the partition of the opening 11.
A preventive projection 17 extends from the end of the opening 11 of the first circular member 10. In order to prevent the earring from causing severe pressure and injury to the earlobe, the preventive bulge 17 is formed so as not to infinitely press the earlobe. The preventive projection 17 is hooked on a preventive projection mating portion 27 of the second circular member 20, which will be described later.
Although the present invention has described the first circular member as having the inclination angle and the hollow portion located at the opposite side of the front end, the embodiment is not limited thereto. It may have a hollow portion by being deformed into various shapes other than the inclination angles at the opposite sides of the front end.
The second circular member 20 is formed in a circular arc shape having a predetermined radius of curvature, and is pivotably connected to the first circular member 10. A coupling member 21 is provided at one side of the front end of the circular arc to be fitted into the opening 11. The coupling member 21 forms a partition 24 corresponding to the opening 11.
A predetermined inclination angle is formed at the opposite side of the front end of the second circular member 20, and a hollow portion 23 defining an inner space is provided at a position other than one side and the opposite side of the front end.
In this case, a handle part 25 extends from the coupling part 21 of the second circular member 20. In order for the handle member 25 to have a size that allows a user to control the handle member with his thumb, the handle member may have a certain size over the extension of the coupling member 21.
The openings 11, coupling parts 21, inclination angles, etc. described above in relation to the first and second circular members 10, 20 may be formed in the manner described herein. It will be appreciated that the opening 11, coupling member 21 and inclination angle may be slightly modified to provide a more comfortable and tight fit when worn by the user at the ear.
When the coupling member 21 is coupled inside the opening 11, the spring 30 may be installed in the hollow parts 13 and 23 to apply elastic force. The spring 30 may be any spring, such as a blade or a torsion spring, as long as the opening 11 and the coupling member 21 may be interlocked by the elastic force. In the present invention, a torsion spring is described as being used as the spring 30.
And, a preventive projection matching part 27 is provided at one side of the coupling part 21 of the second circular member 20. Once the preventive projection 17 of the first circular member 10 rotates around the hole pin 12 as a hinge point and is hooked by the preventive projection matching portion 27, the preventive projection matching portion 27 can prevent the earlobe from being excessively pressed and damaged.
Next, a non-piercing earring according to the present invention configured as described above will be described.
The non-piercing earring according to an embodiment of the invention comprises a first circular member 10, a second circular member 20 and a spring 30 as described above. Specifically, the non-perforated earring comprises a first circular member 10 having a circular arc shape and comprising an opening 11 with a divider 14, a second circular member 20 pivotably connected to the first circular member 10 and comprising a coupling part 21 fitted into the opening 11, and a spring 30 arranged in the hollows 13 and 23.
When the coupling part 21 is fitted into the opening 11, the hole pin 12 integrally provided to the first circular member 10 is engaged in the hole 22 of the second circular member. Thus, the first circular member 10 and the second circular member 20 are pivotably connected to each other. Springs are mounted in hollow portions of the first circular member and the second circular member. The assembly is accomplished by first inserting the spring into the second circular member and then bending the first circular member.
In addition, a handle part 15 is further provided at one side of the upper portion of the first circular member 10, thereby enabling the user to open and close the earring with one hand.
Thus, as shown in fig. 4 (a) and 4 (b), the user can move the handle member 25 up and down with one hand using the elasticity of the spring 30, opening and closing the earring like a clothes peg. Thus, ease of donning and ease of removal can be achieved at the desired location without piercing the earlobe.
In addition, protrusions 16 and 26 may be provided at opposite sides of the front ends of the first and second circular members 10 and 20. By forming the protrusions 16 and 26 having a size of 1 to 2mm at the front opposite sides of the first and second circular members 10 and 20, that is, at the contact portion with the ear, it is possible to prevent slipping of the earring of the present invention when the earring is worn and removed, and to naturally perform acupressure on the earlobe to help improve blood circulation. The projections 16 and 26 may be formed of metal. Alternatively, the protrusions 16 and 26 may be formed of precious stone or germanium to help improve body immunity, supply oxygen, and relieve allergies.
Also, a preventive projection 17 is extended from the end of the opening 11 of the first circular member 10, and a preventive projection matching portion 27 is provided at one side of the coupling part 21 of the second circular member 20. Accordingly, once the preventive projection 17 of the first circular member 10 rotates around the hole pin 12 as a hinge point and is hooked by the preventive projection matching part 27, the preventive projection matching part 27 can prevent the earlobe from being excessively pressed and damaged.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that modifications may be made to the invention without departing from the essential characteristics thereof. The disclosed embodiments are not intended to be limiting, but rather to be illustrative of the invention. Thus, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that many variations and equivalents are possible.
