Embodiment III: in order to further improve the stability of the clamping mechanism after adjustment, namely, the distance between two longitudinally adjacent guide wheels 2 of the clamping mechanism is fixed, a locking structure is further arranged on the adjusting piece 25, as shown in fig. 8, the locking structure comprises a locking block 252 and a pressing rod 254, the locking block 252 is transversely and slidably assembled on the adjusting piece 25, the locking block 252 is opposite to one end face of the adjusting block 251 and has a toothed opposite end face, one end of the locking block 252 is an inclined face, the pressing rod 254 is longitudinally and movably inserted into the adjusting piece 25 and movably abutted to the inclined face end of the locking block 252, the pressing rod 254 can be in threaded assembly with the sliding plate 23, after the adjustment operation of the clamping mechanism is completed, the adjusting pressing rod 254 moves downwards and pushes the locking block 252 to slide to the toothed end face of the locking block 251, locking of the position of the adjusting block 251 is realized, a plurality of mounting grooves 11 are formed in the base 1, the clamping mechanisms are respectively arranged in the mounting grooves 11, in order to conveniently and synchronously adjust the locking mechanism on the clamping mechanisms, the upper end parts of the pressing rods 254 are connected with a connecting total rod 255, and the pressing rod 254 can be longitudinally and slidably assembled with the sliding plate 23 to the locking rod 255 when the sliding plate 255 is pushed down to the locking rod 255 synchronously.
The terminal positioner provided by the invention improves the straightening effect of the cable, can straighten the bending with smaller bending radius in the cable, avoids damaging the cable in the straightening process, and can be used for straightening cables with different diameters.

the connecting seat is assembled in the mounting groove in a sliding manner, and a terminal groove for placing a terminal is formed in the connecting seat;
the clamping mechanism comprises four guide wheels which are arranged in a rectangular array, a space for a cable to pass through is formed between the two longitudinally adjacent guide wheels, connecting rods are hinged at two axial ends of each guide wheel, two transversely adjacent connecting rods are hinged, and the hinged parts of the two connecting rods are slidably assembled with the guide grooves through guide blocks;
the push rod is assembled in the guide groove in a sliding manner along the length direction of the guide groove, the two ends of the length of the push rod extend to the two end parts of the guide groove respectively, the two end parts of the length of the push rod which are oppositely arranged in the same installation groove are oppositely provided with hooking parts, one end of the push rod far away from the connecting seat is connected with a reset spring, and the elastic direction of the reset spring corresponds to the length direction of the push rod;

the adjusting piece is arranged between the guide rod and the guide groove, a longitudinal adjusting groove is formed in the adjusting piece, an adjusting block is longitudinally arranged in the adjusting groove in a sliding mode, one end of the adjusting block extends out of the adjusting groove to be hinged with the hinged ends of the two connecting rods at the upper side, a pressure spring is further arranged in the adjusting groove, the pressure spring supports and presses the adjusting block at the upper end of the adjusting block, and the guide block is fixed on the adjusting piece;
the mounting groove is close to one end of the connecting seat is provided with a limiting plate, two longitudinal sides of the limiting plate are respectively provided with a second toothed plate, the second toothed plates are longitudinally assembled in a sliding mode relative to the side walls of the mounting groove, two sides, close to the bottom ends of the connecting seat, of the two longitudinal side walls of the mounting groove are respectively and horizontally provided with a first toothed plate, and the first toothed plates and the second toothed plates which are located on the same side are simultaneously meshed with a transmission gear.

The terminal positioner for a terminal crimping device according to claim 1, wherein two guide wheels longitudinally adjacent in the clamping mechanism are connected through a telescopic connecting rod, the upper and lower ends of the telescopic connecting rod are respectively hinged with the shaft centers of the two guide wheels, the length of the telescopic connecting rod is adapted to the distance change between the two guide wheels, and the elastic direction of the telescopic connecting rod corresponds to the length direction of the telescopic connecting rod.

The terminal positioner for a terminal crimping device according to claim 1, wherein an axial middle portion of the guide wheel is recessed inward in a radial direction thereof to form a space for a cable to pass therethrough, and both axial end portions of the guide wheel are toothed structures so that two guide wheels laterally adjacent to each other are engaged when the holding mechanism is moved to both end portions of the guide groove.
