the working principle and beneficial effects of the technical scheme are as follows: obtaining the contract type to be generated and the personalized parameters of the user, extracting the corresponding minimum management unit in the contract term library according to the contract type to be generated, creating an enterprise-class classification contract template, adjusting the enterprise-class classification contract template according to the personalized parameters of the user to obtain the contract template of the user, setting a variable reference value and an early warning range when the personalized parameters of the user are obtained, reminding the user when the personalized parameters of the user exceed the early warning range, wherein the personalized parameters of the user comprise but are not limited to parameters which are personally set on a template custom contract cover, a header, a footer and the like, adding and deleting contract terms according to the contract term library after the reference template is created, completing the preliminary programming of the contract terms, checking the associated business knowledge and management system when the variable values of the terms are set, completing the preliminary programming of the contract terms through the technical scheme, and reducing the repeated filling and modifying workload of the contract files and structured data in the contract programming process.

and the contract generation module 3 is used for primarily compiling content according to contract clauses, generating a format revision scheme, and dynamically assembling structural data of the primarily compiling content of the contract clauses according to the format revision scheme to complete the format revision of the contract and generate an initial contract.
A contract generation system based on term digitization, further comprising:
the contract online auditing module is used for acquiring the auditing emphasis information of the contract auditing personnel, displaying key auditing clauses and contract templates in a differentiated mode according to the auditing emphasis information, and assisting the auditing personnel to complete contract online auditing;
the contract online signing module is used for acquiring an initial contract text after the contract online auditing passes to assist signers to sign online after the contract online auditing passes, and generating a final contract;
the clause association display module is used for acquiring a plurality of business information and management systems and constructing a clause prompt information base; acquiring business knowledge and a management system related to each minimum management unit in a clause information base, and respectively carrying out association operation with the corresponding minimum management unit;
the key term evaluation module is used for acquiring all structured data in the initial contract, and taking each structured data as a minimum comparison unit; screening to obtain comparison results of each structured data in the historical signed contract and the initial contract, wherein the similarity of the contract is larger than a preset threshold; judging whether comparison clauses with the similarity higher than a preset second similarity exist in all comparison clauses in the initial contract, if so, acquiring a comparison management system corresponding to the comparison clauses, and simultaneously acquiring a management system corresponding to the key examination clauses; based on an NLP technology, carrying out semantic analysis on a management system and a comparison management system respectively to obtain a first analysis result and a comparison analysis result; judging semantic similarity of the first analysis result and the comparison analysis result; if the semantic similarity of all the judging results is lower than a preset third threshold value, sending out early warning prompt information; and obtaining comparison clauses corresponding to the comparison management system with the semantic similarity not lower than a preset third threshold value of all the judgment results as recommended clauses, screening recommended clauses, of which the filling values of the filling values meet a preset range, of the recommended clauses, and carrying out association operation with the corresponding key audit clauses.

Claims (10)
1. A method of contract generation based on term digitization, comprising: acquiring a plurality of stock contracts, processing the stock contracts according to a contract term extraction mechanism, and constructing a contract term library; acquiring the category of the contract to be generated and personalized parameters of the user, extracting related terms in a contract term library, and completing the preliminary establishment of the contract terms; generating a format revision scheme according to the contract clause preliminary organization content, carrying out structured data dynamic assembly on the contract clause preliminary organization content according to the format revision scheme, completing the contract format revision, and generating an initial contract.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising: and acquiring examination emphasis information of contract auditors, and displaying key examination clauses and contract templates in a differentiated mode for the initial contract according to the examination emphasis information to complete contract online examination.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising: after the online contract checking is passed, the initial contract text after the online checking is passed is obtained to carry out online signing, and a final contract is generated.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining a plurality of stock contracts, processing the plurality of stock contracts according to a contract term extraction mechanism, and constructing a contract term library, comprises: based on a simple matching type NLP technology, establishing a contract term extraction mechanism according to the sentence breaking identification and the paragraph identification as extraction basis; and acquiring a plurality of stock contracts, extracting and packaging each contract term according to a contract term extraction mechanism, generating a plurality of minimum management units, and constructing a contract term library.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising: acquiring a plurality of service information and management systems, and constructing a clause prompt information base; and acquiring business knowledge and management system related to each minimum management unit in the clause information base, and respectively carrying out association operation with the corresponding minimum management unit.
6. The method of claim 5, further comprising: acquiring all structured data in an initial contract, and taking each structured data as a minimum comparison unit; screening to obtain comparison results of each structured data in the historical signed contract and the initial contract, wherein the similarity of the contract is larger than a preset threshold; judging whether comparison clauses with the similarity higher than a preset second similarity exist in all comparison clauses in the initial contract, if so, acquiring a comparison management system corresponding to the comparison clauses, and simultaneously acquiring a management system corresponding to the key examination clauses; based on an NLP technology, carrying out semantic analysis on a management system and a comparison management system respectively to obtain a first analysis result and a comparison analysis result; judging semantic similarity of the first analysis result and the comparison analysis result; if the semantic similarity of all the judging results is lower than a preset third threshold value, sending out early warning prompt information; and obtaining comparison clauses corresponding to the comparison management system with the semantic similarity not lower than a preset third threshold value of all the judgment results as recommended clauses, screening recommended clauses, of which the filling values of the filling values meet a preset range, of the recommended clauses, and carrying out association operation with the corresponding key audit clauses.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising: after the contract term library is generated, performing term analysis on each minimum management unit based on the paragraph-cleaving NLP technology to generate an analysis result; classifying and storing the minimum management unit according to the analysis result; and performing clause combination on every two minimum management units with similarity larger than a preset second threshold according to the analysis result, and generating new minimum management units for classification storage.

The method for generating a contract based on term digitization according to claim 1, wherein the steps of obtaining the category of the contract to be generated and the personalized parameters of the user, extracting the relevant terms in the contract term library to complete the preliminary compilation of the contract terms, include: acquiring contract types to be generated and user personalized parameters, extracting corresponding minimum management units in a contract term library according to the contract types to be generated, creating enterprise-class classification contract templates, and adjusting the enterprise-class classification contract templates according to the user personalized parameters to obtain user contract templates; and acquiring user modification operation, and adjusting a user contract template according to the user modification operation to complete the preliminary establishment of contract terms.

The method of claim 1, wherein the generating a format revision scheme based on the initial compilation of the contract terms, the structured data dynamic assembly of the initial compilation of the contract terms based on the format revision scheme, the completion of the format revision of the contract, and the generation of the initial contract comprise: according to the contract clause preliminary compiling content, determining the quantity of contract clauses which can be generated on each page of the generation interface; generating a format revision scheme according to the number of contract clauses and a preset format unified standard; and according to the format revision scheme, retrieving the structured data in the contract clause preliminary compiling content to carry out dynamic assembly, and completing the contract format revision to generate an initial contract.
10. A contract generation system based on term digitization, comprising:
the contract clause library construction module is used for acquiring a plurality of stock contracts, processing the stock contracts according to a contract clause extraction mechanism and constructing a contract clause library;
the contract term preliminary establishment module is used for acquiring the category of the contract to be generated and personalized parameters of the user, extracting related terms in a contract term library and completing the contract term preliminary establishment;
and the contract generation module is used for primarily compiling the content according to the contract clauses, generating a format revision scheme, and dynamically assembling the structural data of the primarily compiling content according to the format revision scheme to complete the format revision of the contract and generate an initial contract.
