performing data settlement of the reference station and the mobile station by using the IE, and outputting POS data;
and performing point cloud data preprocessing on the POS data to obtain a standard LAS data file.
6. The unmanned aerial vehicle photography and unmanned ship based underwater integrated scanning method is characterized in that point cloud data preprocessing is carried out on POS data, and the point cloud preprocessing comprises point cloud filtering and point cloud thinning;
the point cloud filtering comprises echo signal denoising, distance noise removal and time denoising;
