Description

Door lock, door lock control device and household appliance
Technical Field
The disclosure relates to the technical field of household appliances, in particular to a door lock, a door lock control device and a household appliance.
Background
In the related art, for a door lock of a household appliance, a door contact switch response of the door lock can be triggered by opening and closing of a door, and an open/close state of the door is fed back to a control unit by a door detection circuit. The control unit detects that the door is properly closed, and then locks the door by a door locking driver that drives the door lock. The door locking driver is in linkage with the locking contact switch to respond, and the locking state of the machine door is fed back to the control unit by utilizing the locking detection circuit.
However, in order to ensure safety when the home appliance is operated, it is necessary to close the door and close the door contact switch, lock the door lock, and then energize other loads to operate after closing the lock contact switch. If the door is opened abnormally, the door contact switch is opened (also referred to as "opened"), but the locking contact switch remains closed and cannot be opened, and thus other loads are not cut off, making it difficult to ensure the safety of the home appliance. Detailed Description
Various exemplary embodiments, features and aspects of the disclosure will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. In the drawings, like reference numbers indicate identical or functionally similar elements. Although various aspects of the embodiments are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, the drawings are not necessarily drawn to scale unless specifically indicated.
The word "exemplary" is used herein to mean "serving as an example, embodiment, or illustration. Any embodiment described herein as "exemplary" is not necessarily to be construed as preferred or advantageous over other embodiments.
In addition, numerous specific details are set forth in the following detailed description in order to provide a better understanding of the present disclosure. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present disclosure may be practiced without some of these specific details. In some instances, methods, means, elements, and circuits well known to those skilled in the art have not been described in detail in order not to obscure the present disclosure.
Referring to fig. 1, in patent document publication No. CN101080528B, a door lock includes: connection terminals 11, 12, 13; a door contact switch 7 that responds to closing of the door 3; a lock door driver 9 electrically connected in series with the door contact switch 7; and a locking contact switch 8 whose switch state indicates whether the door 3 is locked or unlocked, wherein if the door 3 is closed, the door contact switch 7 is closed in response thereto. The door locking actuator 9 can be controlled by supplying power to the first connection terminal 12 and the second connection terminal 11, for example in a pulse-like operation. The door locking actuator 9 is activated to lock the door 3 such that the locking contact switch 8 is closed.
However, in order to secure safety when the home appliance is operated, it is necessary to close the door 3 and close the door contact switch 7, control the door locking driver 9 to lock the door 3 through the first connection terminal 12 and the second connection terminal 11 to lock the door, and to turn on another load (not shown) connected to the connection terminal 13 after closing the locking contact switch 8. If the door 3 is opened abnormally, the door contact switch 7 is opened, but the locking contact switch 8 remains closed and cannot be opened, and thus other loads connected to the connection terminal 13 are not cut off, making it difficult to secure the safety of the home appliance.
Therefore, as described above, since other loads connected to the connection terminal 13 are not cut off power when the door 3 is abnormally opened, safety of the home appliance is low.
For this purpose, consider: the door contact switch 7 and the door locking actuator 9 are connected in series between the first connection terminal 12 and the second connection terminal 11, so that the door locking actuator 9 can be actuated only if the door contact switch 7 is closed. In the case where the door 3 is abnormally opened, the door contact switch 7 is turned off, and thus the door locking driver 9 cannot be driven, and the door locking driver 9 which cannot be driven naturally cannot perform the unlocking action to turn off the locking contact switch 8, and thus cannot mechanically cut off the power supply to other loads, thereby making it difficult to ensure the safety of the home appliance.
Further think on this basis: if the door lock driver 9 is not driven by the door contact switch 7 being opened when the door 3 is opened abnormally, the lock contact switch 8 can be opened by the door lock driver 9 (which can be driven) irrespective of the opening and closing of the door contact switch 7 when the door 3 is opened abnormally, so that the power supply to other loads connected to the connection terminal 13 can be disconnected.
Accordingly, the present disclosure proposes a door lock in which a door contact switch and a door locking driver are connected in parallel and a parallel node of the door contact switch and the door locking driver is connected with a third connection terminal as a common terminal, as compared to a door contact switch and the door locking driver connected in series between two connection terminals, whereby even when a door is abnormally opened, the door locking driver is not driven due to the door contact switch being opened although the door contact switch is opened, but conversely, the door locking driver can be driven to open the locking contact switch without being affected by the opening of the door contact switch, thereby disconnecting the power supply of other loads connected with the third connection terminal as the common terminal, and thus ensuring the safety of the home appliance, whereby the problems described above can be solved.
Based on the above-described concept, a door lock shown in fig. 2 to 4 and a door lock control device shown in fig. 5 to 7 are proposed, and the aforementioned door lock and door lock control device may be applied to a home appliance, which may include, but is not limited to, a dishwasher, a laundry washing device, and the like.
Referring to fig. 2, the door lock of the present exemplary embodiment may include a door contact switch 7, a locking contact switch 8, and a lock door driver 9.
The door contact switch 7 is used to open and close in response to the opening and closing of a door of the home appliance. In the present embodiment, the door contact switch 7 may be triggered to respond by opening and closing the door, wherein the door contact switch 7 is opened in response to opening of the door of the home appliance, and the door contact switch 7 is closed in response to closing of the door of the home appliance.
The door locking actuator 9 controls the locking of the door in conjunction with the locking contact switch 8, irrespective of the opening and closing of the door contact switch 7. Wherein the door contact switch 7 and the door locking actuator 9 are connected in parallel, and the parallel node of the door contact switch 7 and the door locking actuator 9 is connected to the third connection terminal 42.
In this embodiment, compared to the door contact switch 7 and the door locking driver 9 in fig. 1 being connected in series between the first connection terminal 12 and the second connection terminal 11, the present disclosure uses the third connection terminal 42 as the common terminal, the door contact switch 7 and the door locking driver 9 are connected in parallel, the parallel node of the door contact switch 7 and the door locking driver 9 is N1, and the parallel node N1 is connected with the third connection terminal 42. Thus, by the parallel connection of the door contact switch 7 and the door lock actuator 9, the door lock actuator 9 can control the locking of the door in association with the lock contact switch 8 regardless of the opening and closing of the door contact switch 7.
The door contact switch 7 and the lock contact switch 8 are connected in parallel, and a parallel node of the door contact switch 7 and the lock contact switch 8 is connected to the third connection terminal 42. In this embodiment, the door contact switch 7 and the lock contact switch 8 are connected in parallel, the parallel node of the door contact switch 7 and the lock contact switch 8 is N1 or N2, and the parallel node N1 or N2 is connected to the third connection terminal 42.
The lock contact switch 8 and the lock actuator 9 are connected in parallel, and a parallel node of the lock contact switch 8 and the lock actuator 9 is connected to the third connection terminal 42. In the present embodiment, the lock contact switch 8 and the lock door driver 9 are connected in parallel, the parallel node of the lock contact switch 8 and the lock door driver 9 is N1 or N2, and the parallel node N1 or N2 is connected to the third connection terminal 42.
Accordingly, the door lock of the present embodiment has the third connection terminal 42 as a common terminal, and is connected in parallel to each other among the door contact switch 7, the door locking actuator 9, and the lock contact switch 8, and the parallel nodes connected in parallel are connected to the third connection terminal 42.
In this way, in order to ensure safety when the household appliance is operated, the door may be closed, the door contact switch 7 may be closed, the door lock may be locked, and after the locking contact switch 8 is closed, another load (not shown in fig. 2 to 4) connected to the third connection terminal 42 may be energized to operate. If the door is abnormally opened, the door contact switch 7 is opened, and since the door contact switch 7 and the door locking driver 9 are connected in parallel, the door locking driver 9 can be driven to open the locking contact switch 8 without being affected by the opening of the door contact switch 7 (i.e., irrespective of the opening and closing of the door contact switch 7), thereby disconnecting the power supply of other loads connected to the third connection terminal 42 as a common terminal, and thus the safety of the home appliance can be ensured.
Therefore, according to the door lock of the present exemplary embodiment, as compared to the door contact switch and the door locking driver connected in series between the two connection terminals, the door contact switch and the door locking driver of the door lock of the present disclosure are connected in parallel, and the parallel node of the door contact switch and the door locking driver is connected with the third connection terminal as the common terminal, whereby the door locking driver can be driven to open the locking contact switch irrespective of the opening of the door contact switch even when the door is abnormally opened, so that the power supply of other loads connected with the third connection terminal as the common terminal can be disconnected, and therefore, the power supply of other loads can be mechanically cut off, and thus the safety of the household appliance can be ensured, whereby the reliability of the use of the household appliance can be improved.
In one possible implementation, the door locking driver 9 opens the locking contact switch 8 in response to receiving an unlocking command from a control unit (not shown in fig. 2-4), which sends the unlocking command to the door locking driver 9 in case the door is opened abnormally.
In the present embodiment, in the case where the door is abnormally opened, the control unit transmits an unlock command to the door locking driver 9. Since the door lock driver 9 is connected in parallel with the door contact switch 7 although the door contact switch 7 is opened in the case where the door is abnormally opened, the door lock driver 9 can still be driven, and thus the door lock driver 9 can still receive the unlock command and can still turn off the door lock contact switch 8 according to the unlock command, so that the power of other loads (not shown in fig. 2 to 4) connected to the third connection terminal 42 can be mechanically cut off, and thus the safety of the home appliance can be ensured.
Therefore, even in the case of abnormally opening the home appliance, the door lock driver 9 can open the locking contact switch 8 in response to receiving the unlocking command from the control unit, so that the safety of the home appliance can be ensured, and thus the reliability of use of the home appliance can be improved.
Referring to fig. 2, the door contact switch 7 has two ends connected to the first connection terminal 40 and the third connection terminal 42, respectively, and the door locking actuator 9 has two ends connected to the second connection terminal 41 and the third connection terminal 42, respectively, and the locking contact switch 8 has two ends connected to the third connection terminal 42 and the fourth connection terminal 43, respectively.
In the present embodiment, the door contact switch 7 is connected between the first connection terminal 40 and the parallel node N1, the lock door driver 9 is connected between the parallel node N1 and the second connection terminal 41, the lock contact switch 8 is connected between the parallel node N2 and the fourth connection terminal 43, and the parallel nodes N1 and N2 are connected with the third connection terminal 42. Accordingly, the third connection terminal 42 is used as a common terminal, and parallel connections are formed among the door contact switch 7, the door locking actuator 9, and the locking contact switch 8, respectively, and parallel nodes of the parallel connections are connected to the third connection terminal 42.
Referring to fig. 3, the door lock may further include a door opening driver 24 for controlling opening of the door 3, wherein the door opening driver 24 is connected between the door contact switch 7 and the first connection terminal 40.
In the present embodiment, the door opening driver 24 and the door contact switch 7 are connected in series between the parallel node N1 and the first connection terminal 40, the series circuit of the door opening driver 24 and the door contact switch 7 is connected in parallel with the door locking driver 9, the parallel node of the series circuit of the door opening driver 24 and the door contact switch 7 and the door locking driver 9 is the node N1, the node N1 is connected with the third connection terminal 42, and therefore the parallel connection of the series circuit of the door opening driver 24 and the door contact switch 7 and the door locking driver 9 has the third connection terminal 42 as a common terminal.
In the case where the door contact switch 7 is opened, the door opening driver 24 cannot be driven. In contrast, when the door contact switch 7 is closed, the door opening driver 24 is driven, so that the elastic energy storage structure in the closed door lock can be released, and the energy of the elastic energy storage structure is directly or indirectly acted on the closed door, so that the closed door is opened, and the function of electrically controlling the door opening can be realized.
Referring to fig. 4, the door lock may further include a temperature sensor 23 having a characteristic that a resistance increases with an increase in temperature, wherein when the door lock is abnormally driven, the temperature of the temperature sensor 23 increases, both ends of the temperature sensor 23 are connected to a first node, which is a node common to the door contact switch 7 and the door locking driver 9, and a third connection terminal 42, respectively.
In the present embodiment, the temperature sensor 23 (also referred to as a "temperature sensor") is connected between the parallel node N1 and the parallel node N2, the parallel node N1 is connected to the second connection terminal 41 via the lock gate driver 9, and the parallel node N2 is connected to the third connection terminal 42.
Therefore, the temperature sensor 23 and the door locking driver 9 are connected in series between the second connection terminal 41 and the third connection terminal 42, and the temperature sensor 23 can protect the door locking driver 9, can prevent the abnormal driving from damaging the door locking driver 9, and thus can protect the door locking driver 9 from being damaged by the abnormal driving. Meanwhile, the temperature sensor 23, the door contact switch 7 and the door opening driver 24 are connected in series between the first connection terminal 40 and the third connection terminal 42, and the temperature sensor 23 can also protect the door opening driver 24 from being damaged by abnormal driving, so that the door opening driver 24 is protected from being damaged by abnormal driving.
Therefore, compared to the circuits of the door opening driver 24 and the door locking driver 9 being independent and requiring one temperature sensor for the door opening driver 24 and the door locking driver 9 to protect each other, the present disclosure combines the circuits of the door opening driver 24 and the door locking driver 9, so that the door opening driver 24 and the door locking driver 9 can share one temperature sensor 23, thereby reducing the material cost, and protecting the door locking driver 9 or the door opening driver 24 from being damaged by abnormal driving.
Referring to fig. 5, the door lock control apparatus may include: any one of the door locks of fig. 2 to 4; a control unit 14; a door detection circuit 15, both ends of which are connected to the first connection terminal 40 and the control unit 14, respectively, for feeding back to the control unit 14 a first state indicating whether the door contact switch 7 is open or closed; a first power supply terminal 16 connected to the third connection terminal 42 for supplying power to the door lock; a lock detection circuit 17, both ends of which are connected to the fourth connection terminal 43 and the control unit 14, respectively, for feeding back to the control unit 14 a second state indicating whether the door lock is locked or unlocked; a second power supply terminal 18; and a first control switch 19, both ends of which are connected to the second connection terminal 41 and the second power supply terminal 18, respectively, and the opening and closing of the first control switch 19 is controlled by the control unit 14.
In the present embodiment, power is supplied to the door lock through the first power terminal 16 connected to the third connection terminal 42. The door contact switch 7 is connected to the door detection circuit 15 through the first connection terminal 40, and the open/close state of the door contact switch 7 is fed back to the control unit 14 through the door detection circuit 15, and the control unit 14 can know whether the door contact switch 7 is opened or closed from the open/close state.
Specifically, in the case of closing the door, the door contact switch 7 is closed, the door detection circuit 15 feeds back to the control unit 14 a closing state indicating that the door contact switch 7 is closed, and the control unit 14 can know that the door contact switch 7 is closed from the closing state. In contrast, when the door is opened, the door contact switch 7 is opened, and the door detection circuit 15 feeds back to the control unit 14 an open state indicating that the door contact switch 7 is opened, and the control unit 14 can know that the door contact switch 7 is opened based on the open state.
The second power supply terminal 18 and the first control switch 19 are connected in series to the second connection terminal 41, and the first control switch 19 is controlled by the control unit 14. The control unit 14 may close the first control switch 19 such that a closed loop is formed between the first power terminal 16 and the second power terminal 18, and the door locking actuator 9 is actuated. If the control unit 14 sends an unlocking command to the door locking driver 9, the door locking driver 9 turns off the door locking contact switch 8, and an unlocking action can be achieved. Accordingly, if the control unit 14 sends a locking command to the door locking actuator 9, the door locking actuator 9 closes the locking contact switch 8, and a locking action can be achieved.
The lock contact switch 8 is connected to the lock detection circuit 17 through the fourth connection terminal 43, and the lock detection circuit 17 feeds back the lock or unlock state of the door lock to the control unit 14. Specifically, if the lock contact switch 8 is closed, the lock detection circuit 17 feeds back to the control unit 14 a lock state indicating that the door lock is locked, from which the control unit 14 can learn that the door lock is locked. In contrast, if the lock contact switch 8 is turned off, the lock detection circuit 17 feeds back to the control unit 14 an unlock state indicating that the door lock is unlocked, and the control unit 14 can learn that the door lock is unlocked from the unlock state.
