Detailed Description
The terms used in the present invention generally have meanings commonly understood by those of ordinary skill in the art unless otherwise indicated.
In the following examples, various processes and methods, which are not described in detail, are conventional methods well known in the art.
The reagents used in the examples below are commercially available in general, and the experimental procedures and conditions not noted are referred to in the art as conventional procedures and conditions.
Wherein the aqueous hydroxy acrylic resin is Antkote 2057 produced by Wanhua chemical company or B18 produced by Xingfeng chemical company.
The amino resin is Sanmu 5817W, sanmu 5747, cymel 327 or Cymel325.
The organic silicon defoamer is Airex 901w produced by Yinzhen specialty chemical company or CoaddDF-022 produced by new material science and technology Co.
The mineral oil defoamer is Basoff foamer 2190 or Coadd DF-420, common to New Material technologies Co.
The alkali swelling thickener is CoaddH-360 which is commonly produced by new material technology Co.
The polyurethane thickener is RM-12w produced by Dow chemical company or CoaddU-112 association polyurethane thickener of new material science and technology Co.
The water-based dispersing agent is BYK-192 produced by Pick company or Coadd D-74 produced by new material technology Co.
The aqueous wetting agent is TEGO WET 280 produced by Yingzhang specialty Chemie or Coadd W-111, new materials technology Co.
The pH regulator is N, N-dimethylethanolamine.
The silicon-coated aluminum paste is ZW-6115 manufactured by Shandong silver arrow metallic pigment Co.
Example 1 ]
The formulation of the quick-drying high-gloss water-based high-temperature baking paint used for the two-coating one-baking process is shown in Table 1.

The embodiment also provides a preparation method of the quick-drying high-gloss water-based high-temperature baking paint applicable to the two-coating one-baking process, which is prepared according to the formula proportion of the table 1 and comprises the following steps:
step S1, sequentially adding deionized water, a water-based dispersing agent, an organosilicon antifoaming agent and a pH regulator into a stirring container, dispersing for 5-10min under the stirring condition of 500-800rpm/min, and then adding pigment and filler to disperse for 15min at high speed under the stirring condition of 1000-1500 rpm/min;
s2, adding zirconium beads, dispersing at a high speed under the condition of 2000-2500rpm/min, filtering after the fineness is below 15 mu m, and pouring filtrate into a paint mixing cylinder;
and S3, respectively adding the water-based hydroxyl acrylic resin, the amino resin, the solvent, the mineral oil defoamer, the water-based wetting agent and the water-based thickening agent (alkali swelling thickening agent and polyurethane thickening agent) into a paint mixing tank under the stirring condition of 500-800rpm/min, and dispersing for 10-15min to obtain the quick-drying high-gloss water-based high-temperature baking paint capable of being used for a two-coating one-baking process.
Example 2 ]
This example provides another quick-drying, high gloss, aqueous, high temperature baking finish useful in a two coat, one bake process, the formulation of which is set forth in Table 2.

Example 3 ]
This example provides another quick-drying, high gloss, aqueous, high temperature baking finish useful in a two coat, one bake process, the formulation of which is set forth in Table 3.

Example 4 ]
This example provides another quick-drying, high gloss, aqueous, high temperature baking finish useful in a two coat, one bake process, the formulation of which is set forth in Table 4.

The preparation method of the quick-drying high-gloss water-based high-temperature baking paint applicable to the two-coating one-baking process in the embodiment is prepared according to the formula proportion of the table 4, and the preparation steps are identical with those of the embodiment 1.

The quick-drying high-gloss water-based high-temperature baking paint and the control group (PPG WB 9005) which can be used for a two-coating one-baking process and are prepared in the test example are coated on the same substrate surface according to the same method, and each performance test is carried out on the coating, and the test results are shown in Table 5.
Wherein, the detection base materials of the bending test, the cupping test and the impact test are tin plates, the dry film thickness is 20-30 mu m, the base materials used in other performance detection projects are sand blast steel plates, and the dry film thickness is 25-35 mu m.

As can be seen from Table 5, the quick-drying high-gloss aqueous high-temperature baking varnish prepared in the above example was superior to the aqueous high-temperature baking varnish of the prior art in gloss, cupping property, salt spray resistance, coating adhesion, cracking resistance and drying speed. In addition, the quick-drying high-gloss water-based high-temperature baking paint used for the two-coating one-baking process has low solvent content, ultralow VOC emission in the two-coating one-baking process, and excellent mechanical property, chemical resistance, corrosion resistance and workability.

wherein the pigment filler is silicon-coated aluminum silver paste or a mixture of carbon black, titanium pigment and barium sulfate,
the weight percentage of the silicon-coated aluminum paste accounting for the quick-drying high-gloss water-based high-temperature baking paint which can be used for the two-coating one-baking process is 3 to 5 percent,
the carbon black accounts for 0.5 to 1 percent of the weight of the quick-drying high-gloss water-based high-temperature baking paint which can be used for a two-coating one-baking process,
the titanium dioxide accounts for 3-5% of the weight of the quick-drying high-gloss water-based high-temperature baking paint which can be used for the two-coating one-baking process,
the barium sulfate accounts for 5-10% of the weight of the quick-drying high-gloss water-based high-temperature baking paint which can be used for the two-coating one-baking process.
3. The quick-drying high-gloss aqueous high-temperature baking varnish for the two-coat one-bake process according to claim 1, wherein,

wherein the aqueous defoamer comprises at least two different aqueous defoamers,
the water-based defoamer comprises the following components in percentage by weight of the quick-drying high-gloss water-based high-temperature baking paint which can be used for a two-coating one-baking process:
0.1 to 0.3 percent of organic silicon defoamer,
0.2 to 0.4 percent of mineral oil defoamer.
5. A quick-drying high-gloss aqueous high-temperature baking varnish for a two-coat one-bake process according to claim 3, wherein,
wherein the aqueous thickener comprises at least two different aqueous thickeners,
the water-based thickener comprises the following components in percentage by weight of the quick-drying high-gloss water-based high-temperature baking paint which can be used for a two-coating one-baking process:
alkali swelling thickening agent 0.5-1%,
0.5 to 1 percent of polyurethane thickener.
6. A quick-drying high-gloss aqueous high-temperature baking varnish for a two-coat one-bake process according to claim 3, wherein,
wherein the aqueous dispersing agent is a nonionic high molecular weight polymer aqueous dispersing agent.
7. A quick-drying high-gloss aqueous high-temperature baking varnish for a two-coat one-bake process according to claim 3, wherein,
wherein the aqueous wetting agent is a low-foam high-efficiency organic silicon aqueous wetting agent.
8. A quick-drying high-gloss aqueous high-temperature baking varnish for a two-coat one-bake process according to claim 3, wherein,
wherein the pH regulator is N, N-dimethylethanolamine.
9. The quick-drying high-gloss aqueous high-temperature baking varnish for the two-coat one-bake process according to claim 1, wherein,
wherein, the solvent comprises the following components in percentage by weight of the quick-drying high-gloss water-based high-temperature baking paint which can be used for a two-coating one-baking process:
1 to 5 percent of ethylene glycol butyl ether,
ethanol 1-5%.
10. A method for preparing the quick-drying high-gloss water-based high-temperature baking paint for a two-coating one-baking process as claimed in claims 1 to 9, which comprises the following steps:
step S1, sequentially adding deionized water, a water-based dispersing agent, an organosilicon antifoaming agent and a pH regulator into a stirring container, dispersing for 5-10min under the stirring condition of 500-800rpm/min, and then adding pigment and filler to disperse for 15min at high speed under the stirring condition of 1000-1500 rpm/min;
s2, adding zirconium beads, dispersing at a high speed under the condition of 2000-2500rpm/min, filtering after the fineness is below 15 mu m, and pouring filtrate into a paint mixing cylinder;
and S3, sequentially adding the water-based hydroxyl acrylic resin, the amino resin, the solvent, the mineral oil defoamer, the water-based wetting agent and the water-based thickening agent into a paint mixing cylinder under the stirring condition of 500-800rpm/min respectively, and dispersing for 10-15min to obtain the quick-drying high-gloss water-based high-temperature baking paint capable of being used for a two-coating one-baking process.
