Detailed Description
In the existing human body excrement detection, the collecting device mainly comprises 2 types, wherein the first type is that after the excrement is collected by a collecting spoon, the excrement is transferred into a collecting bottle, and the collecting spoon is not placed in the collecting bottle; the second is to put the collecting spoon and the excrement into the collecting bottle together after the excrement is collected by the collecting spoon. The collection bottle of the existing 2 collection devices is more than 50ml, and the collection bottle can only be used as a storage container and cannot be detected on machine. In the prior art, the collection bottle is directly replaced by a test tube which is smaller in volume and can be directly put on a machine, so that the transfer or detection of a sample cannot be realized, and if the collection bottle in the first collection device is smaller, the excrement is difficult to put into the collection bottle; the collection bottle in the collection system of second becomes smaller, then the collection spoon will occupy whole collection bottle, detection device's pipettor suction head can't sample, if will gather the spoon setting very little, then inconvenient user gathers excrement and urine.
The inventor designs a set of brand new sample collection device aiming at the problems existing in the prior art, and the application aims at adopting a small sample tube (the capacity of the sample tube is in the range of 5-30ml, especially in the range of 5-25m, such as a common 10ml virus sampling tube) which can be directly used for on-machine detection, storing collected feces, reducing the times of feces sorting and transferring, being beneficial to improving the detection efficiency and avoiding pollution. Meanwhile, in order to match the use of the small sample tube, the sample collector is arranged into a separable structure, the collecting spoon is arranged into a small spoon, the small spoon can automatically pop out of the handheld piece to separate and store the feces into the sample tube, the handheld piece can increase the length of the sample collector, the use of a user is facilitated, the miniaturization and the practicability are both considered, the automatic pop-out collecting spoon is prevented from being contacted with the sample by the user, the safety and the sanitation are improved, and meanwhile, the operation is more convenient.
