Description

Reference signal receiving and transmitting method and device, terminal and network side equipment
Technical Field

In describing embodiments of the present application, some concepts used in the following description are first explained.
1. R15 MAC CE and R17 MAC CE
When the base station is to activate or deactivate the secondary cell for the terminal, the activation/deactivation of the secondary cell can be completed by sending a MAC CE to the UE, where the MAC CE sent by the base station may be: the Activation/deactivation of the secondary cell is completed by the secondary cell Activation/deactivation MAC CE of R15 version (SCell Activation/Deactivation MAC CE) or the enhanced secondary cell Activation/deactivation MAC CE of R17 version (Enhanced SCell Activation/Deactivation MAC CE). In the embodiment of the application, the secondary cell activation/deactivation MAC CE of the R15 version is called R15 MAC CE for short; the enhanced secondary cell activation/deactivation MAC CE of the R17 version is simply referred to as R17 MAC CE.
The base station may indicate, through the R17 MAC CE, that the use of reference signals is activated at the same time as activating a particular secondary cell, for example: the use of tracking reference signals (Tracking Reference Signal, TRS) is activated, thereby accelerating the process of completing secondary cell activation by the UE, i.e. the R17 MAC CE carries not only the secondary cell activation/deactivation indication field, but possibly also a reference signal identification field for indicating configuration information of the reference signals. In the R17 MAC CE, when a certain secondary cell indicates an "active" state, the MAC CE allocates a reference signal identification field to the secondary cell.
2. The R15 secondary cell active MAC CE is designed as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, wherein FIG. 2 is an octet MACCE, fig. 3 is a four octet MAC CE. Wherein the R field is a reserved bit. Each C i The domain corresponds to a secondary cell, C i =1 may indicate activation of the ith secondary cell, C i =0 may indicate deactivation of the ith secondary cell.
3. Design of R17 secondary cell activated MAC CE
The R17 version incorporates a reference signal for accelerating the secondary cell activation procedure. As shown in fig. 4a, in the activation procedure of the secondary cell, the total duration is composed of 3 parts: t (T) HARQ 、T Activation 、T CSI_Report Wherein the longest delay part is the middle T Activation At T Activation The terminal needs to monitor the synchronization signal blocks (Synchronization Signal and PBCH block, SSB) arriving at random during the period to complete the operations of automatic gain control (Automatic Gain Control, AGC), time-frequency tracking (Time-Frequency Tracking), etc., and the delay can be up to 20ms.
By introducing a reference signal, taking the reference signal as a TRS as an example, as shown in fig. 4b and 4c, the R17 MAC CE may carry a reference signal identification field (TRS ID 1 、……TRS ID n ) The network side temporarily indicates a specific position of a reference signal for the terminal, so that the terminal can save the time delay of monitoring the SSB which arrives at an irregular time, thereby accelerating the activation flow of the auxiliary cell.
The configuration of the reference signal is configured in the unit of the secondary cell. The configuration of the reference signal contains various sub-information, such as: the number of reference signals (sets), the spacing between reference signals, the offset of reference signals from reference time domain positions, etc.
The reference signal receiving method provided by the embodiment of the application is described in detail below through some embodiments and application scenarios thereof with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 5, an embodiment of the present application provides a reference signal receiving method, which is applied to a terminal, and the method includes:
step 501, a terminal receives a first media access control unit MAC CE sent by a network side device, where the first MAC CE includes a first identification field of a first reference signal corresponding to a target secondary cell;
in this embodiment, the first MAC CE may be configured to activate or deactivate a target secondary cell of the terminal, where the first MAC CE includes a first identification field, and the first MAC CE may be an R17 MAC CE, and the first identification field may be configured to indicate configuration information of a reference signal (i.e., the first reference signal) corresponding to the target secondary cell, and the first identification field may indicate configuration information of one or more first reference signals, i.e., the first reference signal may be one or a group of reference signals. Configuration information of the reference signal is as follows: the time domain position of the reference signal, the interval between the reference signal and other reference signals, the offset of the reference signal relative to the reference time domain position, etc.
The configuration information of the reference signal is configured by the network side device to the terminal, for example, the network side device may configure the reference signal configuration for activation/deactivation of the secondary cell for the terminal through radio resource control (Radio Resource Control, RRC) signaling. The reference signal may be used to accelerate the UE's completion of the secondary cell activation procedure.
Step 502, the terminal receives a second MAC CE sent by the network side device; the second MAC CE includes a second identification domain of a second reference signal corresponding to the target secondary cell, or the second MAC CE does not include the second identification domain.
The second MAC CE may be used to activate or deactivate the target secondary cell of the terminal, and the second MAC CE may include a second identification field, for example, the second MAC CE may be an R17 MAC CE, where the R17 MAC CE carries a second identification field for activating a second reference signal of the target secondary cell; the second MAC CE may also not include the second identification field, for example: the second MAC CE may be an R17 MAC CE, where the R17 MAC CE does not carry a second identification field for activating a second reference signal of the target secondary cell; alternatively, the second MAC CE may be an R15 MAC CE.
The second identification field may be used to indicate configuration information of a reference signal (i.e. the second reference signal) corresponding to the target secondary cell, and the second identification field may be used to indicate configuration information of one or more second reference signals, i.e. the second reference signal may be one or a group of reference signals.
The time domain position of the terminal for receiving the second MAC CE is located after the time domain position of the terminal for receiving the first MAC CE. Namely, the terminal receives the first MAC CE first and then receives the second MAC CE.
Step 503, the terminal determines, according to the first MAC CE and/or the second MAC CE, whether to receive the first reference signal according to the first reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identification domain, and/or whether to receive the second reference signal according to the second reference signal configuration information indicated by the second identification domain.
After the terminal receives the first MAC CE and the second MAC CE, determining whether to receive the reference signal and a specific mode of receiving the reference signal according to the first MAC CE and/or the second MAC CE. For example: the terminal may determine whether to receive the reference signal according to the reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identification field or according to the reference signal configuration information indicated by the second identification field. Optionally, after receiving the first MAC CE and the second MAC CE, the terminal may ignore the second MAC CE, that is, receive the first reference signal according to the first reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identification field of the first MAC CE.
In this embodiment, if the second MAC CE does not include the second identification field, the determining, by the terminal, whether to receive the first reference signal according to the first reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identification field, and/or whether to receive the second reference signal according to the second reference signal configuration information indicated by the second identification field includes: the terminal determines whether to receive the first reference signal according to the first reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identification domain (without the second identification domain, it is not necessary to perform the step of "determining whether to receive the second reference signal according to the second reference signal configuration information indicated by the second identification domain").
In an embodiment of the present application, it may be determined, according to the first MAC CE and/or the second MAC CE, whether to receive the first reference signal according to first reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identification field; determining whether to receive the second reference signal according to second reference signal configuration information indicated by the second identification domain according to the first MAC CE and/or the second MAC CE; it is also possible to determine whether to receive both the first reference signal and the second reference signal simultaneously according to the first MAC CE and/or the second MAC CE.
In the embodiment of the application, a terminal receives a first MAC CE and a second MAC CE which are sequentially transmitted by network side equipment, wherein the first MAC CE comprises a first identification domain for indicating a first reference signal of a target auxiliary cell; the second MAC CE may or may not include a second identification field indicating a second reference signal of the target secondary cell. The terminal determines a method for receiving a reference signal of a target secondary cell based on the first MAC CE and/or the second MAC CE. The embodiment of the application provides an implementation method for receiving a reference signal, which solves the problem that the network side and a terminal are inconsistent in understanding of sending or receiving the reference signal indicated by the MAC CE.
Optionally, the terminal receives the time domain position of the second MAC CE, and is located before the time domain position of the first reference signal indicated by the first identification domain. Namely: and the terminal receives the second MAC CE when the first reference signal is not received, or receives the second MAC CE when the receiving action of the terminal on the first reference signal is not finished. The network side device sends the second MAC CE to the terminal when the first reference signal indicated by the first identification field of the first MAC CE is not yet sent (or the sending of the first reference signal is not completed) after the first MAC CE is sent.
In this embodiment, the terminal receives the time domain position of the second MAC CE, and is located before the time domain position of the first reference signal, which may cause inconsistent understanding of the receiving/sending of the reference signal by the terminal and the network side device, for example: since the terminal has already received the second MAC CE, whether, how, etc. the reference signal also needs to be received. The embodiment of the application provides the use rules of the terminal for two MAC CEs sent by the network side equipment in sequence, and describes the specific rules of receiving the reference signals, thereby solving the problem of the understanding consistency of the network side equipment and the terminal side for two adjacent MAC CEs.
It should be noted that, the receiving, by the terminal, the time domain position of the second MAC CE, before the time domain position of the first reference signal indicated by the first identifier domain, may be: the time domain position of the second MAC CE may be received before the time domain position of one first reference signal, or before any one reference signal in a set of first reference signals, which is not limited herein.
The implementation manner of the terminal to receive the reference signal is described in the following through a specific embodiment.
As an optional embodiment, the terminal determines, according to the first MAC CE and/or the second MAC CE, whether to receive the first reference signal according to first reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identification domain, and/or whether to receive the second reference signal according to second reference signal configuration information indicated by the second identification domain, including at least one of:
(1) And if the second MAC CE does not comprise the second identification domain, the terminal does not receive the first reference signal according to the first reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identification domain.
In this embodiment, if the first MAC CE includes the first identification domain, the second MAC CE does not include the second identification domain, for example, the first MAC CE is an R17 MAC CE, the second MAC CE is an R17 MAC CE, but the reference signal identification domain of the target secondary cell does not exist in the second MAC CE (i.e., the second identification domain is not included), the terminal may ignore the indication of the first identification domain of the target secondary cell in the first MAC CE, i.e., the terminal does not receive the first reference signal according to the first reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identification domain of the target secondary cell in the first MAC CE. Since there is no second identification field, there is no need to perform a step of "determining whether to receive the second reference signal according to the second reference signal configuration information indicated by the second identification field".
(2) If the second MAC CE does not include the second identification domain, the terminal determines whether to receive the first reference signal according to the first reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identification domain according to the state of the target secondary cell indicated by the second MAC CE.
The state of the target secondary cell includes: an active state or a deactivated state, i.e. the second MAC CE indicates that the target secondary cell is active or deactivated. If the first MAC CE includes a first identification domain, the second MAC CE does not include a second identification domain, for example, the first MAC CE is an R17 MAC CE, and the second MAC CE is an R15 MAC CE; the terminal determines whether to receive the first reference signal according to the state of the target secondary cell indicated in the second MAC CE (since there is no second identification field, it is not necessary to perform the step of "determining whether to receive the second reference signal according to the second reference signal configuration information indicated by the second identification field").
Optionally, the determining, by the terminal, whether to receive the first reference signal according to the first reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identification domain according to the state of the target secondary cell indicated by the second MAC CE may include at least one of:
1) And if the target secondary cell indicated by the second MAC CE is in an activated state, the terminal receives the first reference signal according to the first reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identification domain.
In this embodiment, for the target secondary cell, if the first MAC CE includes the first identification field of the first reference signal, the second MAC CE does not include the second identification field (for example, the second MAC CE is an R15 MAC CE), and the secondary cell activation/deactivation indication field of the target secondary cell in the second MAC CE indicates an "activated" state, the terminal still uses the indication of the reference signal identification field of the target secondary cell in the first MAC CE, that is, the terminal receives the first reference signal according to the first reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identification field in the first MAC CE.
2) And if the target secondary cell indicated by the second MAC CE is in an activated state, the terminal does not receive the first reference signal according to the first reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identification domain.
In this embodiment, for the target secondary cell, if the first MAC CE includes a first identification field of a first reference signal, the second MAC CE does not include a second identification field (for example, the second MAC CE is an R15 MAC CE), and a secondary cell activation/deactivation indication field of the target secondary cell in the second MAC CE indicates an "activated" state, the terminal does not receive the first reference signal according to the first reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identification field.
3) And if the target secondary cell indicated by the second MAC CE is in a deactivated state, the terminal does not receive the first reference signal according to the first reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identification domain.
In this embodiment, for the target secondary cell, if the first MAC CE includes a first identification field of a first reference signal, the second MAC CE does not include a second identification field (for example, the second MAC CE is an R15 MAC CE), and a secondary cell activation/deactivation indication field of the target secondary cell in the second MAC CE indicates a "deactivated" state, the terminal does not receive the first reference signal according to the first reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identification field.
For the above 2) and 3), that is, for the target secondary cell, the terminal does not receive the first reference signal using the first reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identification field, regardless of the state of the target secondary cell indicated in the second MAC CE.
Alternatively, the terminal may also ignore the second MAC CE (i.e. R15 MAC CE), i.e. receive the reference signal only according to the reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identification field of the first MAC CE, without considering the second MAC CE.
(i) And if the second MAC CE comprises the second identification domain, the terminal receives the first reference signal according to the first reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identification domain.
In this embodiment, for the target secondary cell, if the first MAC CE has a first identifier field for activating a first reference signal of the target secondary cell, the second MAC CE has the second identifier field (the second MAC CE, for example, R17 MAC CE), the second reference signal indicated by the second identifier field may be used for activating the target secondary cell, the second identifier field may also indicate that the second reference signal is not used (for example, the second identifier field is set to 0), and then the terminal may receive the first reference signal using the first reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identifier field, and ignore the second reference signal configuration information indicated by the second identifier field, that is, may not receive the second reference signal according to the second reference signal configuration information indicated by the second identifier field.
(ii) And if the second MAC CE comprises the second identification domain, the terminal receives the second reference signal according to second reference signal configuration information indicated by the second identification domain.
In this embodiment, for the target secondary cell, if the first MAC CE has a first identifier field for activating a first reference signal of the target secondary cell, and the second MAC CE has the second identifier field (the second MAC CE is, for example, an R17 MAC CE), the terminal may receive the second reference signal using second reference signal configuration information indicated by the second identifier field, and ignore the first reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identifier field, that is, may not receive the first reference signal according to the first reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identifier field.
(iii) If the second MAC CE includes the second identifier domain, the terminal determines to receive a target reference signal according to reference signal configuration information indicated by a target identifier domain, where the target identifier domain is the first identifier domain and/or the second identifier domain, and the target reference signal is the first reference signal and/or the second reference signal.
In this embodiment, for the target secondary cell, if the first MAC CE has a first identification domain for activating a first reference signal of the target secondary cell, the second MAC CE has the second identification domain (the second MAC CE is, for example, an R17 MAC CE), and the terminal may determine, by itself, which reference signal configuration information corresponding to the identification domain is used to receive the reference signal, for example: the terminal may receive the first reference signal according to the first reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identification domain, or receive the second reference signal according to the second reference signal configuration information indicated by the second identification domain, or simultaneously adopt the reference signal identification domains in the two MAC CEs to respectively receive the first reference signal and the second reference signal.
If the terminal decides to use the reference signal configuration information corresponding to the identification domain to receive the reference signal, the determination rule for the terminal needs to be consistent with the rule for the network side device to determine to use the reference signal configuration information corresponding to the identification domain to transmit the reference signal, so as to ensure that the understanding of the network side and the terminal on signal transmission and reception is consistent.
(A) If the second MAC CE includes the second identifier domain, the terminal determines, according to the value of the first identifier domain and the value of the second identifier domain, whether to receive the first reference signal according to the first reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identifier domain, and/or whether to receive the second reference signal according to the second reference signal configuration information indicated by the second identifier domain.
The first identification field and the second identification field may indicate identifications (i.e., indexes, for example, 0, 1, 2, … …) of reference signal configuration information, each corresponding to different reference signal configuration information, respectively; alternatively, a designation of 0 may indicate that the reference signal is not used. If the first MAC CE has a first identification field for activating the first reference signal of the target secondary cell, and the second MAC CE has the second identification field (the second MAC CE, for example, R17 MAC CE), it may be determined whether to receive the first reference signal according to the first reference signal configuration information or to receive the second reference signal according to the second reference signal configuration information based on the value of the first identification field and the value of the second identification field. The following is a detailed description of examples.
Optionally, the determining, by the terminal, whether to receive the first reference signal according to the first reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identification domain and/or whether to receive the second reference signal according to the second reference signal configuration information indicated by the second identification domain according to the value of the first identification domain and the value of the second identification domain includes: and if the value of the second identification domain is the same as the value of the first identification domain, the terminal receives the first reference signal according to the first reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identification domain.
In this embodiment, if the value of the second identifier field is the same as the value of the first identifier field, that is, the reference signal configuration information indicated by the second identifier field is the same as the reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identifier field, the terminal may receive the first reference signal using the first reference signal configuration information, that is, the terminal maintains (or holds) the reference signal configuration information received by the terminal the reference signal received by the terminal the last time.
For example: the value of the first identification domain is ID 1 The value of the second identification domain is also ID 1 The value of the second identification domain is the same as that of the first identification domain, and the terminal sends the ID according to the prior transmission 1 The corresponding reference signal configuration information receives the reference signal.
(B) If the second MAC CE includes the second identifier domain, the terminal determines, according to the value of the second identifier domain, whether to receive the first reference signal according to the first reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identifier domain, and/or whether to receive the second reference signal according to the second reference signal configuration information indicated by the second identifier domain.
In this embodiment, the second identification field may indicate identifications (i.e., indexes, for example, 0, 1, 2, … …) of the reference signal configuration information, each of the identifications corresponding to a different reference signal configuration information; alternatively, a designation of 0 may indicate that the reference signal is not used. If the first MAC CE has a first identification field for activating the first reference signal of the target secondary cell, and the second MAC CE has the second identification field (the second MAC CE, for example, R17 MAC CE), it may be determined whether to receive the first reference signal according to the first reference signal configuration information or to receive the second reference signal according to the second reference signal configuration information only according to the value of the second identification field. The following is a detailed description of examples.
Optionally, the determining, by the terminal, whether to receive the first reference signal according to the first reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identification domain and/or whether to receive the second reference signal according to the second reference signal configuration information indicated by the second identification domain according to the value of the second identification domain includes at least one of:
b1 If the second identification domain is the first preset value, the terminal receives the first reference signal according to the first reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identification domain.
The first preset value may be a value of a second identification field set by the network side device before sending the second MAC CE to the terminal, where the first preset value may be set to a specific value according to requirements, for example, 0, where the specific value may be used to indicate that a reference signal is not used, or that the second identification field is unavailable, or that reference signal configuration information indicated by the second identification field is unavailable, or indicate that reception (or sending) of a reference signal that is not transmitted before is maintained (or kept).
If the first MAC CE has a first identification domain for activating the first reference signal of the target secondary cell, the second MAC CE has the second identification domain (the second MAC CE is, for example, R17 MAC CE), and the second identification domain is a specific value (for example, the second identification domain is 0), the terminal receives the first reference signal according to the first reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identification domain.
For example, if the network side device sets the reference signal identification domain value of the target secondary cell in the first MAC CE as ID 1 If the reference signal identification domain of the target secondary cell in the second MAC CE exists, if the reference signal identification domain of the target secondary cell in the second MAC CE is set to a specific value, for example, 0, the terminal only receives the reference signal by using the indication of the reference signal identification domain of the target secondary cell in the first MAC CE.
b2 If the second identification domain is the second preset value, the terminal receives the second reference signal according to the second reference signal configuration information indicated by the second identification domain.
In this embodiment, the second preset value may be a value not equal to the first preset value and/or not equal to the value of the first identification domain, where the second preset value may be a value of the second identification domain set by the network side device before sending the second MAC CE (e.g., R17 MAC CE) to the terminal, where the second preset value may be set to a specific value, for example, not 0, or not be an ID according to requirements 1 Or is other than 0 and is other than ID 1 The specific value may be used to indicate updating of the reference signal configuration information of the target secondary cell, and the terminal may receive the second reference signal using only the second reference signal configuration information indicated by the second identification field.
For example: if the reference signal identification threshold value of the target secondary cell in the first MAC CE is ID 1 And the reference signal identification domain of the secondary cell exists in the second MAC CE, if the reference signal identification domain value of the target secondary cell is set to be not equal to 0 or not equal to ID in the second MAC CE 1 Or is not equal to 0 and ID 1 To indicate that the reference signal indication of the target secondary cell is updated, i.e. the terminal receives the reference signal using only the indication of the reference signal identification field of the target secondary cell in the second MAC CE.
Alternatively, the second preset value may be the same as the first preset value, for example, 0, that is, if the value of the second identifier field in the second MAC CE received by the terminal is 0, the reference signal is received only by using the reference signal configuration information indicated by the second identifier field in the second MAC CE. In this case, the second identification field of 0 indicates updating the reference signal configuration information of the target secondary cell.
b3 If the second identification domain is the third preset value, the terminal determines whether to receive the first reference signal according to the first time domain position of the first reference signal indicated by the first identification domain and/or the second time domain position of the second reference signal indicated by the second identification domain, and/or whether to receive the second reference signal according to the first reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identification domain.
In this embodiment, the third preset value may be the same as the first preset value or the second preset value, or may be different from the first preset value or the second preset value. The third preset value indicates the network side equipment or the terminal to determine how to send/receive the reference signal according to the time domain position of the reference signal indicated by the first identification domain and/or the second identification domain. The following is a description of specific examples.
Optionally, the terminal determines whether to receive the first reference signal according to the first reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identification domain and/or whether to receive the second reference signal according to the second reference signal configuration information indicated by the second identification domain according to a first time domain position of the first reference signal indicated by the first identification domain and/or a second time domain position of the second reference signal indicated by the second identification domain, including at least one of:
and b31, the terminal receives the target reference signal according to the target reference signal configuration information in the first time domain position and the second time domain position, wherein the time domain position is in front.
In this embodiment, if the first MAC CE has a first identification field for activating the first reference signal of the target secondary cell, the second MAC CE has the second identification field (the second MAC CE is, for example, an R17 MAC CE), and the second identification field is a third preset value, the reference signal may be received according to the reference signal configuration information that the time domain positions of the reference signals indicated in the two identification fields are before. For example: if the first time domain position of the first reference signal indicated by the first identification domain is earlier than the second time domain position of the second reference signal indicated by the second identification domain, the terminal receives the first reference signal according to the first reference signal configuration information, wherein the target reference signal configuration information is the first reference signal configuration information under the condition, and the target reference signal is the first reference signal; if the second time domain position of the second reference signal indicated by the second identification domain is earlier than the first time domain position of the first reference signal indicated by the first identification domain, the terminal receives the second reference signal according to the second reference signal configuration information, wherein the target reference signal configuration information is the second reference signal configuration information under the condition, and the target reference signal is the second reference signal.
If the reference signal identification threshold value of the target auxiliary cell set in the first MAC CE by the network equipment is ID 1 The reference signal identification field of the target secondary cell in the second MAC CE exists and the value is not 0 (not the same as the first preset value), and the terminal only uses the indication of the reference signal identification field of the target secondary cell in the MAC CE whose reference signal time domain position indicated by the reference signal identification field of the target secondary cell in the two MAC CEs is earlier to receive the reference signal.
And b32, the terminal receives the target reference signal according to the target reference signal configuration information of the time domain position in the first time domain position and the second time domain position.
In this embodiment, if the first MAC CE has a first identification field for activating the first reference signal of the target secondary cell, the second MAC CE has the second identification field (the second MAC CE is, for example, an R17 MAC CE), and the second identification field is a third preset value, the reference signal may be received according to the reference signal configuration information that indicates the time domain position of the reference signal in the two identification fields and follows. For example: if the first time domain position of the first reference signal indicated by the first identification domain is later than the second time domain position of the second reference signal indicated by the second identification domain, the terminal receives the first reference signal according to the first reference signal configuration information, wherein the target reference signal configuration information is the first reference signal configuration information under the condition, and the target reference signal is the first reference signal; if the second time domain position of the second reference signal indicated by the second identification domain is later than the first time domain position of the first reference signal indicated by the first identification domain, the terminal receives the second reference signal according to the second reference signal configuration information, wherein the target reference signal configuration information is the second reference signal configuration information under the condition, and the target reference signal is the second reference signal.
If the reference signal identification threshold value of the target auxiliary cell set in the first MAC CE by the network equipment is ID 1 The reference signal identification field of the target secondary cell in the second MAC CE exists and the value is not 0 (not the same as the first preset value), and the terminal only uses the indication of the reference signal identification field of the target secondary cell in the MAC CE whose reference signal time domain position indicated by the reference signal identification field of the target secondary cell in the two MAC CEs is later to receive the reference signal.
Optionally, if the first MAC CE has a first identifier field for activating the first reference signal of the target secondary cell, the second MAC CE has the second identifier field (the second MAC CE is, for example, an R17 MAC CE), and the second identifier field is a third preset value, the terminal may receive the first reference signal according to the first time domain position indicated by the first identifier field, and receive the second reference signal according to the second time domain position indicated by the second identifier field.
It should be noted that, the values of the first preset value, the second preset value, and the third preset value in the embodiment of the present application are all exemplary and are not limited specifically.
The embodiment of the application clarifies the use rules of two MAC CEs which are sequentially transmitted by the terminal to the network side equipment, and the use rules which respectively correspond to the second MAC CEs which are transmitted later are R15 MAC CEs or R17 MAC CEs, thereby solving the problem of the understanding consistency of the network side equipment and the terminal side to the adjacent two MAC CEs.
As shown in fig. 6, an embodiment of the present application further provides a reference signal sending method, which is applied to a network side device, where the method specifically includes:
in step 601, the network side device sends a first MAC CE to the terminal, where the first MAC CE includes a first identification field of a first reference signal corresponding to the target secondary cell.
The network side device configures configuration information of the reference signal to a terminal, for example: the network side equipment can configure the reference signal configuration for activating/deactivating of the auxiliary cell for the terminal through RRC signaling. The reference signal may be used to accelerate the UE's completion of the secondary cell activation procedure.
In step 602, the network side device sends a second MAC CE to the terminal, where the second MAC CE includes a second identifier domain of a second reference signal corresponding to the target secondary cell, or the second MAC CE does not include the second identifier domain.
The time domain position of the second MAC CE sent by the network side equipment is located after the time domain position of the first MAC CE sent by the network side equipment. Namely, the network side equipment firstly transmits the first MAC CE and then transmits the second MAC CE.
Step 603, the network side device determines, according to the first MAC CE and/or the second MAC CE, whether to send the first reference signal according to first reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identification domain, and/or whether to send the second reference signal according to second reference signal configuration information indicated by the second identification domain.
After the network side equipment sends the first MAC CE and the second MAC CE, determining whether to send a reference signal and a specific mode of sending the reference signal according to the first MAC CE and/or the second MAC CE. For example: the network side device may determine whether to transmit the reference signal according to the reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identification domain or transmit the reference signal according to the reference signal configuration information indicated by the second identification domain.
In this embodiment, if the second MAC CE does not include the second identification domain, the determining, by the network side device, whether to send the first reference signal according to the first reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identification domain, and/or whether to send the second reference signal according to the second reference signal configuration information indicated by the second identification domain includes: the network side device determines whether to transmit the first reference signal according to the first reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identification domain (without the second identification domain, the step of "determining whether to transmit the second reference signal according to the second reference signal configuration information indicated by the second identification domain" is not required to be performed).
In an embodiment of the present application, it may be determined, according to the first MAC CE and/or the second MAC CE, whether to send the first reference signal according to first reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identification domain; determining whether to transmit the second reference signal according to second reference signal configuration information indicated by the second identification domain according to the first MAC CE and/or the second MAC CE; it is also possible to determine whether to transmit two reference signals, i.e., a first reference signal and a second reference signal, simultaneously according to the first MAC CE and/or the second MAC CE.
In the embodiment of the application, network side equipment sequentially sends a first MAC CE and a second MAC CE to a terminal, wherein the first MAC CE comprises a first identification domain for indicating a first reference signal of a target auxiliary cell; the second MAC CE may or may not include a second identification field indicating a second reference signal of the target secondary cell. The network side equipment determines a method for transmitting the reference signal of the target secondary cell based on the first MAC CE and/or the second MAC CE. And determining a method for receiving the reference signal of the target secondary cell by the terminal based on the first MAC CE and/or the second MAC CE. The embodiment of the application provides an implementation method for transmitting a reference signal, which solves the problem that the network side and a terminal are inconsistent in understanding of transmission or reception of the reference signal indicated by the MAC CE.
Optionally, the network side device sends the time domain position of the second MAC CE before the time domain position of the first reference signal indicated by the first identification domain. Namely: and when the network side equipment does not send the first reference signal, the network side equipment sends the second MAC CE to the terminal, or when the sending behavior of the network side equipment to the first reference signal is not finished, the network side equipment sends the second MAC CE to the terminal.
It should be noted that, the sending, by the network side device, the time domain position of the second MAC CE, before the time domain position of the first reference signal indicated by the first identifier domain may be: the time domain position of the second MAC CE may be before the time domain position of one first reference signal, or before any one reference signal in a set of first reference signals, which is not limited herein.
The implementation manner of the network side device to send the reference signal is described in the following through a specific embodiment.
As an optional embodiment, the network side device determines, according to the first MAC CE and/or the second MAC CE, whether to send the first reference signal according to first reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identification domain, and/or whether to send the second reference signal according to second reference signal configuration information indicated by the second identification domain, including at least one of the following:
(1) And if the second MAC CE does not comprise the second identification domain, the network side equipment does not send the first reference signal according to the first reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identification domain.
In this embodiment, if the first MAC CE includes the first identification domain, the second MAC CE does not include the second identification domain, for example, the first MAC CE is an R17 MAC CE, and the second MAC CE is an R17 MAC CE, but the reference signal identification domain of the target secondary cell does not exist in the second MAC CE (i.e., the second identification domain is not included), the network side device may ignore the indication of the reference signal identification domain of the target secondary cell in the first MAC CE, i.e., the network side device may not send the reference signal according to the indication of the reference signal identification domain of the target secondary cell in the first MAC CE. Since there is no second identification field, there is no need to perform a step of "determining whether to transmit the second reference signal according to the second reference signal configuration information indicated by the second identification field". Correspondingly, the terminal ignores the indication of the first identification domain of the target secondary cell in the first MAC CE, i.e. the terminal does not receive the first reference signal according to the first reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identification domain of the target secondary cell in the first MAC CE.
(2) If the second MAC CE does not include the second identification domain, the network side device determines whether to send the first reference signal according to the first reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identification domain according to the state of the target secondary cell indicated by the second MAC CE.
The state of the target secondary cell includes: an active state or a deactivated state, i.e. the second MAC CE indicates that the target secondary cell is active or deactivated. If the first MAC CE includes a first identification domain, the second MAC CE does not include a second identification domain, for example, the first MAC CE is an R17 MAC CE, and the second MAC CE is an R15 MAC CE; the network side device determines whether to transmit the first reference signal according to the state of the target secondary cell indicated in the second MAC CE (since there is no second identification domain, there is no need to perform the step of "determining whether to transmit the second reference signal according to the second reference signal configuration information indicated by the second identification domain").
Optionally, the network side device determines, according to the state of the target secondary cell indicated by the second MAC CE, whether to send the first reference signal according to first reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identification domain, including at least one of the following:
1) And if the target secondary cell indicated by the second MAC CE is in an activated state, the network side equipment sends the first reference signal according to first reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identification domain.
In this embodiment, for the target secondary cell, if the first MAC CE includes the first identification field of the first reference signal, the second MAC CE does not include the second identification field (for example, the second MAC CE is an R15 MAC CE), and the secondary cell activation/deactivation indication field of the target secondary cell in the second MAC CE indicates an "activated" state, the network side device still uses the indication of the reference signal identification field of the target secondary cell in the first MAC CE, that is, the network side device sends the first reference signal according to the first reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identification field in the first MAC CE.
2) And if the target secondary cell indicated by the second MAC CE is in an activated state, the network side equipment does not send the first reference signal according to the first reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identification domain.
In this embodiment, for the target secondary cell, if the first MAC CE includes a first identification field of a first reference signal, the second MAC CE does not include a second identification field (for example, the second MAC CE is an R15 MAC CE), and a secondary cell activation/deactivation indication field of the target secondary cell in the second MAC CE indicates an "activated" state, then the network side device does not send the first reference signal according to the first reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identification field.
3) And if the target secondary cell indicated by the second MAC CE is in a deactivated state, the network side equipment does not send the first reference signal according to the first reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identification domain.
In this embodiment, for the target secondary cell, if the first MAC CE includes a first identification field of a first reference signal, the second MAC CE does not include a second identification field (for example, the second MAC CE is an R15 MAC CE), and a secondary cell activation/deactivation indication field of the target secondary cell in the second MAC CE indicates a "deactivated" state, then the network side device does not send the first reference signal according to the first reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identification field.
For the above 2) and 3), that is, for the target secondary cell, no matter what state the target secondary cell indicated in the second MAC CE is, the network side device does not use the first reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identification domain to send the first reference signal.
(i) And if the second MAC CE comprises the second identification domain, the network side equipment sends the first reference signal according to the first reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identification domain.
In this embodiment, for the target secondary cell, if the first MAC CE has a first identifier field for activating a first reference signal of the target secondary cell, the second MAC CE has the second identifier field (the second MAC CE is, for example, an R17 MAC CE), the second reference signal indicated by the second identifier field may be used for activating the target secondary cell, the second identifier field may also indicate that the second reference signal is not used (for example, the second identifier field is set to 0), and then the network side device may send the first reference signal by using the first reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identifier field, and ignore the second reference signal configuration information indicated by the second identifier field, that is, send the second reference signal not according to the second reference signal configuration information indicated by the second identifier field.
(ii) And if the second MAC CE comprises the second identification domain, the network side equipment sends the second reference signal according to second reference signal configuration information indicated by the second identification domain.
In this embodiment, for the target secondary cell, if the first MAC CE has a first identifier domain for activating a first reference signal of the target secondary cell, and the second MAC CE has the second identifier domain (the second MAC CE is, for example, an R17 MAC CE), the network side device may receive the second reference signal by using second reference signal configuration information indicated by the second identifier domain, and ignore the first reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identifier domain, that is, send the first reference signal without according to the first reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identifier domain.
(iii) If the second MAC CE includes the second identifier domain, the network side device determines to send a target reference signal according to reference signal configuration information indicated by a target identifier domain, where the target identifier domain is the first identifier domain and/or the second identifier domain, and the target reference signal is the first reference signal and/or the second reference signal.
In this embodiment, for the target secondary cell, if the first MAC CE has a first identifier domain for activating a first reference signal of the target secondary cell, the second MAC CE has the second identifier domain (the second MAC CE is, for example, an R17 MAC CE), and the network side device may determine, by itself, which identifier domain corresponds to the reference signal configuration information to use to receive the reference signal, for example: the network side device may send the first reference signal according to the first reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identification domain, or send the second reference signal according to the second reference signal configuration information indicated by the second identification domain, or send the first reference signal and the second reference signal respectively by adopting the reference signal identification domains in the two MAC CEs at the same time.
If the network side decides to use the reference signal configuration information corresponding to the identification domain to receive the reference signal, the determination rule used by the network side needs to be consistent with the rule that the terminal determines to use the reference signal configuration information corresponding to the identification domain to receive the reference signal, so as to ensure that the understanding of the network side and the terminal on signal transmission and reception is consistent. For example: the network side may send the determination rule to the terminal.
(A) If the second MAC CE includes the second identifier domain, the network side device determines, according to the value of the first identifier domain and the value of the second identifier domain, whether to send the first reference signal according to first reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identifier domain, and/or whether to send the first reference signal according to second reference signal configuration information indicated by the second identifier domain.
The first identification field and the second identification field may indicate identifications (i.e., indexes, for example, 0, 1, 2, … …) of reference signal configuration information, each corresponding to different reference signal configuration information, respectively; alternatively, a designation of 0 may indicate that the reference signal is not used. If the first MAC CE has a first identification field for activating the first reference signal of the target secondary cell, and the second MAC CE has the second identification field (the second MAC CE, for example, R17 MAC CE), it may be determined whether to transmit the first reference signal according to the first reference signal configuration information and whether to transmit the second reference signal according to the second reference signal configuration information based on the value of the first identification field and the value of the second identification field. The following is a detailed description of examples.
Optionally, the determining, by the network side device, whether to send the first reference signal according to the first reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identification domain and/or whether to send the first reference signal according to the second reference signal configuration information indicated by the second identification domain according to the value of the first identification domain and the value of the second identification domain includes: and if the value of the second identification domain is the same as the value of the first identification domain, the network side equipment sends the first reference signal according to the first reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identification domain.
In this embodiment, if the value of the second identifier field is the same as the value of the first identifier field, that is, the reference signal configuration information indicated by the second identifier field is the same as the reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identifier field, the network side device may send the first reference signal using the first reference signal configuration information, that is, the network side device maintains (or holds) the reference signal configuration information sent by the network side device in the previous time.
For example: the value of the first identification domain is ID 1 The value of the second identification domain is also ID 1 The value of the second identification domain is the same as that of the first identification domain, and the network side equipment sends the ID according to the prior transmission 1 The corresponding reference signal configuration information transmits the reference signal.
(B) If the second MAC CE includes the second identifier domain, the network side device determines, according to the value of the second identifier domain, whether to send the first reference signal according to the first reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identifier domain, and/or whether to send the second reference signal according to the second reference signal configuration information indicated by the second identifier domain.
If the first MAC CE has a first identification field for activating the first reference signal of the target secondary cell, and the second MAC CE has the second identification field (the second MAC CE, for example, R17 MAC CE), it may be determined whether to transmit the first reference signal according to the first reference signal configuration information or whether to transmit the second reference signal according to the second reference signal configuration information only according to the value of the second identification field. The following is a detailed description of examples.
Optionally, the network side device determines, according to the value of the second identifier domain, whether to send the first reference signal according to the first reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identifier domain, and/or whether to send the second reference signal according to the second reference signal configuration information indicated by the second identifier domain, including at least one of the following:
b1 If the second identification domain is the first preset value, the network side equipment sends the first reference signal according to the first reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identification domain.
The value of the second identifier field that may be set before the network side device sends the second MAC CE to the terminal is the first preset value, where the first preset value may be set to a specific value according to requirements, for example, 0, where the specific value may be used to indicate that a reference signal is not used, or the second identifier field is unavailable, or reference signal configuration information indicated by the second identifier field is unavailable, or indicate that transmission (or reception) of a reference signal that is not transmitted before is maintained (or kept).
If the first MAC CE has a first identification domain for activating the first reference signal of the target secondary cell, the second MAC CE has the second identification domain (the second MAC CE is, for example, R17 MAC CE), and the second identification domain is a specific value (for example, the second identification domain is 0), the network side device sends the first reference signal according to the first reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identification domain.
For example, if the network side device sets the reference signal identification domain value of the target secondary cell in the first MAC CE as ID 1 If the reference signal identification domain of the target secondary cell in the second MAC CE exists, if the reference signal identification domain of the target secondary cell in the second MAC CE is set to a specific value, for example, 0, the network side device only uses the indication of the reference signal identification domain of the target secondary cell in the first MAC CE to send the reference signal.
b2 If the second identification domain is the second preset value, the network side equipment sends the second reference signal according to the second reference signal configuration information indicated by the second identification domain.
In this embodiment, the second preset value may be a value not equal to the first preset value and/or not equal to the value of the first identification domain, where the second preset value may be a value of the second identification domain set by the network side device before sending the second MAC CE (e.g., R17 MAC CE) to the terminal, where the second preset value may be set to a specific value, for example, not 0, or not be an ID according to requirements 1 Or is other than 0 and is other than ID 1 The specificThe value may be used to indicate updating the reference signal configuration information of the target secondary cell, and the network side device may send the second reference signal only using the second reference signal configuration information indicated by the second identification field.
For example: if the reference signal identification threshold value of the target secondary cell in the first MAC CE is ID 1 And the reference signal identification domain of the secondary cell exists in the second MAC CE, if the reference signal identification domain value of the target secondary cell is set to be not equal to 0 or not equal to ID in the second MAC CE 1 Or is not equal to 0 and ID 1 To indicate updating the reference signal indication of the target secondary cell, i.e. the network side device only adopts the reference signal identification field of the target secondary cell in the second MAC CE to transmit and receive the reference signal.
Optionally, the second preset value may be the same as the first preset value, for example, 0, that is, if the value of the second identifier field in the second MAC CE received by the network side device is 0, the reference signal is sent only by using the reference signal configuration information indicated by the second identifier field in the second MAC CE. In this case, the second identification field of 0 indicates updating the reference signal configuration information of the target secondary cell.
b3 If the second identification domain is the third preset value, the network side device determines whether to send the first reference signal according to the first time domain position of the first reference signal indicated by the first identification domain and/or the second time domain position of the second reference signal indicated by the second identification domain, and/or whether to send the second reference signal according to the first reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identification domain.
Optionally, the network side device determines whether to send the first reference signal according to the first reference signal configuration information indicated by the first identification domain and/or whether to send the second reference signal according to the second reference signal configuration information indicated by the second identification domain according to the first time domain position of the first reference signal indicated by the first identification domain and/or the second time domain position of the second reference signal indicated by the second identification domain, including at least one of the following:
and b31, the network side equipment transmits a target reference signal according to the target reference signal configuration information of the time domain position in front in the first time domain position and the second time domain position.
In this embodiment, if the first MAC CE has a first identification field for activating the first reference signal of the target secondary cell, the second MAC CE has the second identification field (the second MAC CE is, for example, an R17 MAC CE), and the second identification field is a third preset value, the reference signal may be sent according to the reference signal configuration information that the time domain positions of the reference signals indicated in the two identification fields are before. For example: if the first time domain position of the first reference signal indicated by the first identification domain is earlier than the second time domain position of the second reference signal indicated by the second identification domain, the terminal sends the first reference signal according to the first reference signal configuration information, in this case, the target reference signal configuration information is the first reference signal configuration information, and the target reference signal is the first reference signal; if the second time domain position of the second reference signal indicated by the second identification domain is earlier than the first time domain position of the first reference signal indicated by the first identification domain, the terminal sends the second reference signal according to the second reference signal configuration information, in which case the target reference signal configuration information is the second reference signal configuration information, and the target reference signal is the second reference signal.
If the reference signal identification threshold value of the target auxiliary cell set in the first MAC CE by the network equipment is ID 1 The reference signal identification domain of the target secondary cell in the second MAC CE exists and has a value other than 0 (not the same as the first preset value), and the network side equipment only adopts the target in the two MAC CEsThe indication of the reference signal identification field of the target secondary cell in the MAC CE whose reference signal time domain position indicated by the reference signal identification field of the target secondary cell is earlier transmits the reference signal.
b32, the network side equipment sends the target reference signal according to the target reference signal configuration information of the time domain position behind in the first time domain position and the second time domain position.
In this embodiment, if the first MAC CE has a first identification field for activating the first reference signal of the target secondary cell, the second MAC CE has the second identification field (the second MAC CE is, for example, an R17 MAC CE), and the second identification field is a third preset value, the reference signal may be sent according to the reference signal configuration information that indicates the time domain position of the reference signal in the two identification fields and follows. For example: if the first time domain position of the first reference signal indicated by the first identification domain is later than the second time domain position of the second reference signal indicated by the second identification domain, the network side equipment sends the first reference signal according to the first reference signal configuration information, and the target reference signal configuration information is the first reference signal configuration information under the condition, and the target reference signal is the first reference signal; if the second time domain position of the second reference signal indicated by the second identification domain is later than the first time domain position of the first reference signal indicated by the first identification domain, the network side device sends the second reference signal according to the second reference signal configuration information, in this case, the target reference signal configuration information is the second reference signal configuration information, and the target reference signal is the second reference signal.
If the reference signal identification threshold value of the target auxiliary cell set in the first MAC CE by the network equipment is ID 1 The reference signal identification domain of the target secondary cell in the second MAC CE exists and the value is not 0 (not the same as the first preset value), and the network side device only adopts the indication of the reference signal identification domain of the target secondary cell in the MAC CE with the later reference signal time domain position indicated by the reference signal identification domain of the target secondary cell in the two MAC CEs to send the reference signal.
Optionally, if the first MAC CE has a first identifier field for activating the first reference signal of the target secondary cell, the second MAC CE has the second identifier field (the second MAC CE is, for example, an R17 MAC CE) and the second identifier field is a third preset value, the network side device may send the first reference signal according to the first time domain position indicated by the first identifier field, and send the second reference signal according to the second time domain position indicated by the second identifier field.
As an alternative embodiment, the first MAC CE is a first type of MAC CE, and the second MAC CE is a first type of MAC CE or a second type of MAC CE.
In this embodiment, the first type and the second type may refer to MAC CEs of different protocol versions, for example: the first type of MAC CE refers to an R17MAC CE, and the second type of MAC CE refers to an R15 MAC CE. The first MAC CE is a first type of MAC CE, namely, the network side equipment firstly sends an R17MAC CE to the terminal, and the R17MAC CE comprises a first identification domain for indicating a reference signal of an activation target auxiliary cell. The second MAC CE is a first type MAC CE or a second type MAC CE, namely the network side equipment sends a second R17MAC CE to the terminal, wherein the second R17MAC CE comprises or does not comprise a second identification domain for indicating a reference signal of an activation target auxiliary cell; or after the network side equipment sends the first R17MAC CE to the terminal, the network side equipment sends the R15 MAC CE to the terminal.
The network side device may send the MAC CE to the terminal based on a preset rule, which is specifically described in the following embodiments.
As an alternative embodiment, sending the first MAC CE and the second MAC CE to the terminal includes:
The network side equipment sends a first MAC CE and a second MAC CE to the terminal according to a first rule; the first rule indicates a configuration condition of reference signal configuration information of a secondary cell configured by the network side device to the terminal, and a type of a MAC CE allowed to be sent by the network side device.
The first rule is applicable to the network side device sending the first MAC CE to the terminal, and is also applicable to the network side device sending the second MAC CE to the terminal. In the first rule, the type of the MAC CE allowed to be transmitted by the network side device may be different, i.e., the protocol version of the MAC CE allowed to be transmitted by the network side device may be different, according to whether the network side device configures the configuration information for activating the reference signal of the secondary cell to the terminal.
Optionally, the first rule includes at least one of:
1) And if the network side equipment configures the reference signal configuration information of at least one auxiliary cell for the terminal, allowing the network side equipment to send the first type of MAC CE to the terminal, and allowing the network side equipment to send the second type of MAC CE to the terminal.
In this embodiment, if the network side device configures, to the terminal, a reference signal configuration for activating/deactivating the secondary cell of at least one secondary cell, the network side device allows sending a first type MAC CE or a second type MAC CE to the terminal, that is, the network side device allows sending an R17 MAC CE to the terminal, and also allows sending an R15 MAC CE to the terminal. To activate/deactivate the secondary cell.
2) And if the network side equipment does not configure the reference signal configuration information of the auxiliary cell to the terminal, allowing the network side equipment to send the first type of MAC CE to the terminal, and allowing the network side equipment to send the second type of MAC CE to the terminal.
In this embodiment, if the network side device does not configure the reference signal configuration of the secondary cell for activating/deactivating the secondary cell to the terminal, the network side device allows to send the first type of MAC CE or the second type of MAC CE to the terminal, that is, the network side device allows to send the R17 MAC CE to the terminal and also allows to send the R15 MAC CE to the terminal. To activate/deactivate the secondary cell.
Optionally, for the above 1) and 2), the network side device allows to transmit a first type of MAC CE to the terminal and allows the network side device to transmit the second type of MAC CE to the terminal, i.e. allows the network side device to transmit an R17 MAC CE to the terminal to activate/deactivate the secondary cell and also allows to transmit an R15 MAC CE to the terminal to activate/deactivate the secondary cell, regardless of whether the network side device configures the terminal with a reference signal configuration for activation/deactivation of the secondary cell of at least one secondary cell.
3) And if the network side equipment configures the reference signal configuration information of at least one auxiliary cell for the terminal, only allowing the network side equipment to send the first type of MAC CE to the terminal.
In this embodiment, if the network side device configures the terminal with the reference signal configuration for activating/deactivating the secondary cell of the at least one secondary cell, the network side device only allows to transmit the first type of MAC CE to the terminal, that is, only allows the network side device to transmit the R17 MAC CE to the terminal to activate/deactivate the secondary cell.
4) And if the network side equipment does not configure the reference signal configuration information of the auxiliary cell for the terminal, only allowing the network side equipment to send the second type of MAC CE to the terminal.
In this embodiment, if the network side device does not configure the reference signal configuration of the secondary cell for activating/deactivating the secondary cell to the terminal, the network side device only allows to transmit the second type of MAC CE to the terminal, that is, only allows the network side device to transmit the R15 MAC CE to the terminal to activate/deactivate the secondary cell.
As an alternative embodiment, sending the second MAC CE to the terminal includes:
the network side equipment sends the second MAC CE to the terminal at the first time according to a second rule; the second rule indicates a configuration condition of reference signal configuration information of a secondary cell configured by the network side device to the terminal, a type of the first MAC CE and a type of the second MAC CE.
The second rule is applicable to a case that the network side device has transmitted a first MAC CE (the first MAC CE is an R17 MAC CE) to the terminal, and is used to instruct the network side device to allow or disallow a transmission MAC CE type when transmitting a next MAC CE to the terminal. In the second rule, in the case that the network side device configures configuration information for activating the reference signal of the secondary cell to the terminal and the first MAC CE has been transmitted, the type of the next MAC CE allowed to be transmitted by the network side device may be different, that is, the protocol version of the MAC CE allowed to be transmitted by the network side device may be different.
In this embodiment, the second rule is used to indicate that the network side device allows or disallows the MAC CE type to be sent to the terminal in a first time, and optionally, the first time includes at least one of the following;
the time before the activation or deactivation process of the secondary cell indicated by the first MAC CE is completed;
the time before the network side equipment receives the Channel State Information (CSI) report sent by the terminal;
the first reference signal transmission indicated by the first identification field of the first MAC CE is at a time before completion.
Namely: when the network side equipment configures the reference signal configuration of at least one auxiliary cell for activating/deactivating the auxiliary cell for the terminal, and when the network side equipment sends an R17 MAC CE to the terminal to activate/deactivate the auxiliary cell, before the auxiliary cell activating/deactivating process indicated by the MAC CE is completed, or before the network side equipment receives a CSI report of the terminal, or before the network side equipment completes sending a reference signal to be sent indicated by a reference signal identification domain of the MAC CE, the network side equipment determines whether the MAC CE sent by the network side equipment to the terminal is allowed or not allowed according to a second rule.
Optionally, the second rule includes at least one of:
a) If the network side device configures reference signal configuration information of at least one secondary cell to the terminal and the first MAC CE is a first type of MAC CE, the network side device is not allowed to send a second MAC CE of the first type to the terminal and the network side device is not allowed to send a second MAC CE of the second type to the terminal.
In this embodiment, if the network side device configures, for the terminal, a reference signal configuration for activation/deactivation of the secondary cell of at least one secondary cell, and the network side device sends, to the terminal, an R17 MAC CE to activate/deactivate the secondary cell, before the secondary cell activation/deactivation process indicated by the MAC CE is completed, or before the network side device receives a CSI report of the terminal, or before the network side device completes sending a reference signal to be sent indicated by the reference signal identification field of the MAC CE, the network side device does not allow sending a new R15 MAC CE or R17 MAC CE to the terminal.
b) If the network side equipment configures the reference signal configuration information of at least one auxiliary cell for the terminal and the first MAC CE is the first type of MAC CE, the network side equipment is not allowed to send the second type of second MAC CE to the terminal, and the network side equipment is allowed to send the first type of second MAC CE to the terminal.
In this embodiment, if the network side device configures, for the terminal, a reference signal configuration for activation/deactivation of the secondary cell of at least one secondary cell, and the network side device sends, to the terminal, an R17 MAC CE to activate/deactivate the secondary cell, before the secondary cell activation/deactivation process indicated by the MAC CE is completed, or before the network side device receives a CSI report of the terminal, or before the network side device completes sending a reference signal to be sent indicated by the reference signal identification field of the MAC CE, the network side device does not allow sending a new R15 MAC CE to the terminal, but allows sending a new R17 MAC CE.
c) If the network side equipment configures the reference signal configuration information of at least one auxiliary cell for the terminal and the first MAC CE is the first type of MAC CE, the network side equipment is not allowed to send the first type of second MAC CE to the terminal, and the network side equipment is allowed to send the second type of second MAC CE to the terminal.
In this embodiment, if the network side device configures, for the terminal, a reference signal configuration for activation/deactivation of the secondary cell of at least one secondary cell, and the network side device sends, to the terminal, an R17 MAC CE to activate/deactivate the secondary cell, before the secondary cell activation/deactivation process indicated by the MAC CE is completed, or before the network side device receives a CSI report of the terminal, or before the network side device completes sending a reference signal to be sent indicated by the reference signal identification field of the MAC CE, the network side device only allows sending a new R15 MAC CE to the terminal, but does not allow sending a new R17 MAC CE.
d) And if the network side equipment configures the reference signal configuration information of at least one auxiliary cell for the terminal and the first MAC CE is the first type of MAC CE, allowing the network side equipment to send the first type of second MAC CE to the terminal and allowing the network side equipment to send the second type of second MAC CE to the terminal.

The embodiment of the application clarifies the use rules of the network side equipment and the terminal for two MAC CEs under the condition that the network side equipment sequentially sends the two MAC CEs, and the use rules respectively corresponding to the second MAC CEs sent later are R15 MAC CEs or R17 MAC CEs, thereby solving the problem of the understanding consistency of the network side equipment and the terminal side for the adjacent two MAC CEs.
