Abstract
The application relates to an information pushing method, an information pushing device, computer equipment and a storage medium, and relates to the technical field of big data. The method comprises the following steps: under the condition that an information push event is detected, acquiring the existing tag data of a target user; updating the existing tag data of the target user according to the historical operation information of the target user on the target application to obtain new tag data of the target user; determining a target guest group to which the target user belongs from the candidate guest groups according to the new tag data; and sending the recommendation information associated with the target guest group to the terminal of the target user according to the mapping relation between the candidate guest group and the recommendation information so as to enable the target user to browse the recommendation information. Description
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of big data technologies, and in particular, to an information pushing method, an information pushing device, a computer device, and a storage medium.
Background
With the continuous development of big data technology, it becomes more important to push information of interest to users.
More and more users in life perform operations such as transferring transactions, purchasing financial products, browsing financial information and the like in mobile phone applications, public numbers, applets and other channels. In pushing product information or information to a user, content to be pushed to the user is typically determined based on a label of interest selected by the user.
The existing program product usually records the interesting labels selected by the user only when the user logs in for the first time, but the interests and the demands of the user are easy to change, so that the interests and the favorites of the user in different periods are different, and the prior art cannot accurately learn the content of the current favorites of the user, thereby causing the resource waste of the pushed data.
Disclosure of Invention

The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the application.
The information pushing method provided by the embodiment of the application can be suitable for pushing the scene of the information interested by the user from a large amount of information to the user. Alternatively, the method may be applied in an application environment as shown in fig. 1. Wherein the terminal 102 communicates with the server 104 via a network. The method of this embodiment may be applied to a server shown in fig. 1, or may be applied to a terminal with a strong computing power, or may be applied to a system including a terminal and a server, and implemented through interaction between the terminal and the server, for example, the server 104 may obtain existing tag data of the target user when detecting an information push event, update the existing tag data of the target user according to historical operation information of the target user on the target application, obtain new tag data of the target user, determine, according to the new tag data, a target guest group to which the target user belongs from among candidate guest groups, and send recommendation information associated with the target guest group to the terminal 102 of the target user according to a mapping relationship between the candidate guest group and the recommendation information, so that the target user browses the recommendation information. The data storage system may store data that the server 104 needs to process, such as existing tag data for the target user. The data storage system may be integrated on the server 104 or may be located on a cloud or other network server. The terminal 102 may be, but not limited to, various personal computers, notebook computers, smart phones, tablet computers, internet of things devices, and portable wearable devices, where the internet of things devices may be smart speakers, smart televisions, smart air conditioners, smart vehicle devices, and the like. The portable wearable device may be a smart watch, smart bracelet, headset, or the like. The server 104 may be implemented as a stand-alone server or as a server cluster of multiple servers.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, an information pushing method is provided, and the method is applied to the server in fig. 1 for illustration, and the method includes the following steps:
s202, under the condition that an information push event is detected, acquiring the existing tag data of the target user.
The target user may be any user who uses the target application. The information pushing event is an event for pushing related information of the target application to the target user; alternatively, there are many ways to detect the information push event, which is not limited in this embodiment. For example, one way may be to detect that the target user is logged into the target application; in another way, the difference between the current time and the time of last pushing information to the target user is detected, so that a preset time period of pushing information to the target user is met. Alternatively, the target application in this embodiment may be an application having a front-end product such as an application program, applet, public number, or the like.
One or more tags may be included in the existing tag data, which may be descriptive of user characteristics or user preference characteristics. The existing tag data may be initial tag data selected by the target user when the target user registers and uses the target application for the first time, or tag data selected by the target user when the last login meets a condition of re-selecting a tag, where the condition of re-selecting the tag is that a time interval between two adjacent logins of the target application by the target user exceeds a preset duration.
Optionally, in a scenario that existing tag data is initial tag data selected by a target user when the target user registers and uses the target application for the first time, before the existing tag data of the target user is acquired under the condition that an information push event is detected, a tag selection interface is displayed to the target user in the process of registering the target application by the target user; and determining initial tag data of the target user according to the selection operation of the target user on the selectable tags on the tag display interface. Specifically, after receiving a registration request of a target user, responding to the registration request of the target user, displaying a tag selection interface containing a plurality of selectable tags for the target user, recording a tag selection result of the target user on the tag selection interface, and further determining initial tag data of the target user according to the tag selection result. The recording of the label selection result of the target user on the label selection interface may be recording of a hook or a mark of the target user on the label selection interface, so as to determine the label selection result of the target user on the label selection interface.
The obtaining of the existing tag data of the target user may be: and acquiring initial tag data, and taking the initial tag data as existing tag data.
It should be noted that, the existing tag data of the user using the target application may be stored in the data storage system, and when the information pushing event is detected, the existing tag data of the target user is obtained from the data storage system according to the identity of the target user. The identity may be identification information for uniquely identifying the identity of the target user, such as a terminal serial number, an account name, an IP (Internet Protocol ) identification, etc. of the target user.

The historical operation information may be operation information of the target user on the target application before the current time, and specifically may be operation information of the target user on the target application in a historical period between the last information pushing to the target user and the current time. Alternatively, the history operation information may include at least one of browsing information, purchasing information, praying information, comment information, forwarding information, and collection information of the target user on the target application.
Optionally, the tag of the current interest of the target user can be determined based on the historical operation information, and the existing tag data of the target user is updated by using the tag of the current interest of the target user to obtain new tag data of the target user. Wherein, based on the historical operation information, determining the tag of interest to the target user may include: based on the association relation between each operation information and the tags, a plurality of tags associated with the historical operation information are determined, and then the tags associated with the historical operation information are used for obtaining the tags of current interest of the target user. Wherein, the candidate guest groups can be a plurality of guest groups which are divided in advance based on labels, wherein, each guest group is a set of users simultaneously having a certain label or a certain labels; the correspondence between a tag and a guest group may be that one guest group corresponds to one or more tags. For example, when the group is an educational group, the label corresponding to the educational group may be an academic class label of universities, middle schools, primary schools, and the like; when the guest group is a science and technology guest group, the label corresponding to the science and technology guest group can be a terminal product label such as a mobile phone, a computer, VR (Virtual Reality) glasses, a wearable device and the like; when the guest group is a sports guest group, the tag corresponding to the sports guest group can be a sports item tag such as basketball, football, skating, weightlifting and the like.
Alternatively, a group of guests corresponding to the tag may be determined from the tag contained in the new tag data. For example, when the new tag data includes a university tag, determining that the target guest group of the target user is an educational guest group; or when the new tag data contains the tag of the wearable device, determining that the target guest group to which the target user belongs is a technological guest group; or when the new tag data contains the basketball tag, determining the target guest group to which the target user belongs as the sports guest group.
Further, the number of target clusters may be determined by the number of tags included in the new tag data or the number of clusters to which the tags correspond. For example, when a plurality of tags are included in the new tag data, the number of target groups to which the target user belongs is determined to be a plurality. When the new tag data only contains one target tag, the number of the target tags corresponding to the guest groups is the same as the number of the guest groups of the target guest groups.

In order to accurately determine the recommendation information sent to the target user, new tag data of the target user needs to be accurately located. For example, if the tags of the same type, such as the first dominant level, the second dominant level, and the third dominant level, are classified according to the dominant revenue level, and the tags related to the dominant revenue level exist in the current tag data and the existing tag data, and the dominant levels of the two tags are different, the current tag data and the existing tag data of the target user need to be displayed to the target user.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the limitation condition that the current tag data and the existing tag data of the target user are displayed to the target user is introduced, so that the interaction with the target user can be ensured to be more reasonable and standard.
S504, determining new tag data of the target user according to the tag selection operation of the target user on the current tag data and the existing tag data.
Specifically, a label selection operation of selecting current label data and existing label data by the target user may be recorded, so as to obtain a label selection result, so as to determine new label data of the target user. For example, the current tag data and the existing tag data include universities, computers, ice skates, and financial bonds, from which the target user selects computers and financial bonds, and further determines new tag data of the target user as computers and financial bonds.
It can be appreciated that the human-computer interaction mode is introduced in the embodiment to determine the new tag data, so that the determined new tag data better accords with the actual interests of the user, and further the accuracy of the recommendation information pushed to the user is ensured.
By way of example, this embodiment provides an alternative implementation process based on the above embodiment, taking the example that the history operation data includes history browsing information and history purchasing information, and referring to a flowchart of another information pushing method shown in fig. 6, the process specifically includes the following steps:
S601, a label selection interface is displayed to a target user in the process of registering the target application by the target user.
S602, determining initial tag data of the target user according to the selection operation of the target user on the selectable tags on the tag display interface.
S603, under the condition that an information pushing event is detected, acquiring initial tag data, and taking the initial tag data as existing tag data.
S604, determining the current preference information of the target user according to the historical browsing information in the historical operation information of the target user on the target application.
S605, determining current demand information of the target user according to the historical purchase information in the historical operation information.
S606, updating the existing tag data of the target user according to the current preference information and the current demand information to obtain new tag data of the target user.
S607, determining the target guest group to which the target user belongs from the candidate guest groups according to the new label data.
And S608, according to the mapping relation between the candidate guest group and the recommendation information, the recommendation information associated with the target guest group is sent to the terminal of the target user so that the target user can browse the recommendation information.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts related to the above embodiments are sequentially shown as indicated by arrows, these steps are not necessarily sequentially performed in the order indicated by the arrows. The steps are not strictly limited to the order of execution unless explicitly recited herein, and the steps may be executed in other orders. Moreover, at least some of the steps in the flowcharts described in the above embodiments may include a plurality of steps or a plurality of stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of the steps or stages is not necessarily performed sequentially, but may be performed alternately or alternately with at least some of the other steps or stages.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the application also provides an information pushing device for realizing the above related information pushing method. The implementation of the solution provided by the device is similar to the implementation described in the above method, so the specific limitation in one or more embodiments of the information pushing device provided below may refer to the limitation of the information pushing method hereinabove, and will not be repeated herein.
In one embodiment, as shown in the diagram 700, there is provided an information pushing apparatus, the information pushing apparatus 700 including: a data acquisition module 710, a data update module 720, a group determination module 730, and an information transmission module 740, wherein:
a data obtaining module 710, configured to obtain existing tag data of the target user when the information push event is detected;
the data updating module 720 is configured to update existing tag data of the target user according to historical operation information of the target user on the target application, so as to obtain new tag data of the target user;
a guest group determining module 730, configured to determine, from the candidate guest groups, a target guest group to which the target user belongs according to the new tag data;
The information sending module 740 is configured to send the recommendation information associated with the target guest group to the terminal of the target user according to the mapping relationship between the candidate guest group and the recommendation information, so that the target user can browse the recommendation information.
In the information pushing device, the existing tag data of the target user are updated according to the historical operation information of the target user on the target application, so that new tag data of interest of the target user at the current moment can be obtained, and the effect of accurately learning the interests and hobbies of the user in different periods is realized; and then, according to the new label data, determining the target guest group to which the target user belongs from the candidate guest groups, and sending the recommendation information associated with the target guest group to the terminal of the target user, so that the data favored by the user can be accurately pushed to the user, the accuracy of data pushing is improved, and the effect of saving the resources of data pushing is achieved.
In one embodiment, the historical operating information includes historical browsing information and historical purchase information; the data updating module 720 may be further configured to determine current preference information of the target user according to the historical browsing information; determining current demand information of a target user according to the historical purchase information; and updating the existing tag data of the target user according to the current preference information and the current demand information to obtain new tag data of the target user.
In one embodiment, referring to the block diagram of the information pushing device in another embodiment shown in fig. 8, the data updating module 720 includes:
a first determining unit 721 for determining current tag data of the target user according to the historical operation information of the target user on the target application;
a second determining unit 722, configured to determine new tag data of the target user according to the current tag data and the existing tag data of the target user.
In one embodiment, the second determining unit 722 includes:
the display subunit is used for displaying the current tag data and the existing tag data of the target user to the target user;
and the determining subunit is used for determining new tag data of the target user according to the tag selection operation of the target user on the current tag data and the existing tag data.
In one embodiment, the display subunit is specifically configured to: comparing the current tag data of the target user with the existing tag data; and when the distance between the semantic features of the same type of tag in the current tag data and the existing tag data is recognized to be larger than the set threshold value according to the comparison result, the current tag data and the existing tag data of the target user are displayed to the target user.
In one embodiment, the information pushing device 700 further includes an initial tag determining module, where the initial tag determining module is configured to: in the process of registering a target application for a target user, a label selection interface is displayed for the target user; and determining initial tag data of the target user according to the selection operation of the target user on the selectable tags on the tag display interface.
The data acquisition module 710 is further configured to acquire initial tag data, and use the initial tag data as existing tag data.
The modules in the information pushing device may be implemented in whole or in part by software, hardware, or a combination thereof. The above modules may be embedded in hardware or may be independent of a processor in the computer device, or may be stored in software in a memory in the computer device, so that the processor may call and execute operations corresponding to the above modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, and the internal structure of which may be as shown in fig. 9. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, and a network interface connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, computer programs, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of the operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage media. The database of the computer device is used to store the existing tag data of the user. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement an information push method.
It will be appreciated by persons skilled in the art that the architecture shown in fig. 9 is merely a block diagram of some of the architecture relevant to the present inventive arrangements and is not limiting as to the computer device to which the present inventive arrangements are applicable, and that a particular computer device may include more or fewer components than shown, or may combine some of the components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored therein a computer program, the processor when executing the computer program performing the steps of:
under the condition that an information push event is detected, acquiring the existing tag data of a target user;
updating the existing tag data of the target user according to the historical operation information of the target user on the target application to obtain new tag data of the target user;
determining a target guest group to which the target user belongs from the candidate guest groups according to the new tag data;
and sending the recommendation information associated with the target guest group to the terminal of the target user according to the mapping relation between the candidate guest group and the recommendation information so as to enable the target user to browse the recommendation information.
In one embodiment, the historical operating information includes historical browsing information and historical purchase information; the processor updates existing tag data of the target user according to historical operation information of the target user on the target application in executing the computer program, and when processing logic of new tag data of the target user is obtained, the following steps can be specifically implemented:
Determining the current preference information of the target user according to the historical browsing information; determining current demand information of a target user according to the historical purchase information; and updating the existing tag data of the target user according to the current preference information and the current demand information to obtain new tag data of the target user.
In one embodiment, when the processor updates the existing tag data of the target user according to the historical operation information of the target user on the target application in executing the computer program to obtain the processing logic of the new tag data of the target user, the processor may specifically implement the following steps:
determining current tag data of the target user according to historical operation information of the target user on the target application; and determining new tag data of the target user according to the current tag data and the existing tag data of the target user.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the processing logic of the computer program to determine new tag data of the target user based on the current tag data and the existing tag data of the target user, may specifically implement the following steps:
displaying the current tag data and the existing tag data of the target user to the target user; and determining new tag data of the target user according to the tag selection operation of the target user on the current tag data and the existing tag data.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the processing logic in the computer program to present the current tag data and the existing tag data of the target user to the target user, specifically implements the steps of:
comparing the current tag data of the target user with the existing tag data; and when the distance between the semantic features of the same type of tag in the current tag data and the existing tag data is recognized to be larger than the set threshold value according to the comparison result, the current tag data and the existing tag data of the target user are displayed to the target user.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, may further implement the steps of:

updating the existing tag data of the target user according to the historical operation information of the target user on the target application to obtain new tag data of the target user;
determining a target guest group to which the target user belongs from the candidate guest groups according to the new tag data;
and sending the recommendation information associated with the target guest group to the terminal of the target user according to the mapping relation between the candidate guest group and the recommendation information so as to enable the target user to browse the recommendation information.

In one embodiment, when the processing logic for updating the existing tag data of the target user to obtain the new tag data of the target user is executed by the processor according to the historical operation information of the target user on the target application in the computer program, the following steps may be specifically implemented:
determining current tag data of the target user according to historical operation information of the target user on the target application; and determining new tag data of the target user according to the current tag data and the existing tag data of the target user.
In one embodiment, the following steps are specifically implemented when processing logic in the computer program for determining new tag data of the target user based on the current tag data and the existing tag data of the target user is executed by the processor:
displaying the current tag data and the existing tag data of the target user to the target user; and determining new tag data of the target user according to the tag selection operation of the target user on the current tag data and the existing tag data.
In one embodiment, when processing logic in the computer program for presenting the current tag data and the existing tag data of the target user to the target user is executed by the processor, the following steps may be specifically implemented:
Comparing the current tag data of the target user with the existing tag data; and when the distance between the semantic features of the same type of tag in the current tag data and the existing tag data is recognized to be larger than the set threshold value according to the comparison result, the current tag data and the existing tag data of the target user are displayed to the target user.
In one embodiment, the computer program is executed by a processor, and in particular the following steps may be implemented:

It should be noted that, the user data (including, but not limited to, identity, historical operation information, existing tag data, etc.) related to the present application are all data authorized by the user or sufficiently authorized by each party.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that implementing all or part of the above-described methods in accordance with the embodiments may be accomplished by way of a computer program stored on a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, which when executed may comprise the steps of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, database, or other medium used in embodiments provided herein may include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. The nonvolatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical Memory, high density embedded nonvolatile Memory, resistive random access Memory (ReRAM), magnetic random access Memory (Magnetoresistive Random Access Memory, MRAM), ferroelectric Memory (Ferroelectric Random Access Memory, FRAM), phase change Memory (Phase Change Memory, PCM), graphene Memory, and the like. Volatile memory can include random access memory (Random Access Memory, RAM) or external cache memory, and the like. By way of illustration, and not limitation, RAM can be in the form of a variety of forms, such as static random access memory (Static Random Access Memory, SRAM) or dynamic random access memory (Dynamic Random Access Memory, DRAM), and the like. The databases referred to in the embodiments provided herein may include at least one of a relational database and a non-relational database. The non-relational database may include, but is not limited to, a blockchain-based distributed database, and the like. The processor referred to in the embodiments provided in the present application may be a general-purpose processor, a central processing unit, a graphics processor, a digital signal processor, a programmable logic unit, a data processing logic unit based on quantum computing, or the like, but is not limited thereto.
The technical features of the above embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.
The foregoing examples illustrate only a few embodiments of the application and are described in detail herein without thereby limiting the scope of the application. It should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the application, which are all within the scope of the application. Claims (10)
1. An information pushing method, characterized in that the method comprises:
under the condition that an information push event is detected, acquiring the existing tag data of a target user;
updating the existing tag data of the target user according to the historical operation information of the target user on the target application to obtain new tag data of the target user;
determining a target guest group to which the target user belongs from the candidate guest groups according to the new tag data;
And sending the recommendation information associated with the target guest group to the terminal of the target user according to the mapping relation between the candidate guest group and the recommendation information so as to enable the target user to browse the recommendation information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the historical operating information comprises historical browsing information and historical purchase information;
updating the existing tag data of the target user according to the historical operation information of the target user on the target application to obtain new tag data of the target user, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
determining the current preference information of the target user according to the historical browsing information;
determining current demand information of the target user according to the historical purchase information;
and updating the existing tag data of the target user according to the current preference information and the current demand information to obtain new tag data of the target user.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein updating existing tag data of the target user according to historical operation information of the target user on the target application to obtain new tag data of the target user includes:
Determining current tag data of a target user according to historical operation information of the target user on a target application;
and determining new tag data of the target user according to the current tag data and the existing tag data of the target user.
4. A method according to claim 3, wherein said determining new tag data for said target user based on current tag data and existing tag data for said target user comprises:
displaying the current tag data and the existing tag data of the target user to the target user;
and determining new tag data of the target user according to the tag selection operation of the target user on the current tag data and the existing tag data.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the presenting the current tag data and the existing tag data of the target user to the target user comprises:
comparing the current tag data of the target user with the existing tag data;
and when the distance between the semantic features of the labels of the same type in the current label data and the existing label data is recognized to be larger than a set threshold value according to the comparison result, displaying the current label data and the existing label data of the target user to the target user.
6. The information pushing method according to claim 1, characterized in that the method further comprises:
displaying a label selection interface to the target user in the process of registering the target application by the target user;
determining initial tag data of the target user according to the selection operation of the target user on the selectable tags on the tag display interface;
the obtaining the existing tag data of the target user includes:
and acquiring the initial tag data, and taking the initial tag data as the existing tag data.
7. An information pushing apparatus, characterized by comprising:
the data acquisition module is used for acquiring the existing tag data of the target user under the condition that the information pushing event is detected;
the data updating module is used for updating the existing tag data of the target user according to the historical operation information of the target user on the target application to obtain new tag data of the target user;
the guest group determining module is used for determining a target guest group to which the target user belongs from the candidate guest groups according to the new tag data;
and the information sending module is used for sending the recommendation information associated with the target guest group to the terminal of the target user according to the mapping relation between the candidate guest group and the recommendation information so as to enable the target user to browse the recommendation information.
8. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, characterized in that the processor implements the steps of the information pushing method of any of claims 1 to 6 when the computer program is executed.
9. A computer readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, characterized in that the computer program when executed by a processor realizes the steps of the information pushing method of any of claims 1 to 6.
10. A computer program product comprising a computer program, characterized in that the computer program, when being executed by a processor, implements the steps of the information pushing method of any of claims 1 to 6.
