Abstract

本申请涉及图像处理领域,提供一种用于电池焊接异常检测的数据增强系统,包括:图像获取模块,用于获取电池底板焊接区域的待处理图像;图像增强模块,用于利用单尺度算法基于第一尺度值对待处理图像中焊接区域的像素点进行单尺度增强,基于第二尺度值对待处理图像中除焊接区域的像素点外其余像素点进行单尺度增强,进而得到待处理图像的增强图像,以利用增强图像进行异常检测;其中,第一尺度值小于第二尺度值。本申请的方法,利用较小的第一尺度值对边缘像素点进行增强,排除光照对图像的影响,并且在排除光照影响的同时尽可能的保留更多焊接区域细节,使机器能够更容易识别焊接是否出现异常,从而提高异常检测结果。
