With the development of financial markets, more and more people are beginning to participate in bonds and stock-like investment varieties with higher yield. To distribute the risk, users typically combine by way of investment product portfolios (hereinafter referred to as portfolios), for most common investors, there is not so much expertise to study how large a tray goes, how changing a style, which hot spots are. How to select proper investment targets, construct proper investment combinations, intelligently adjust bins according to market hot spots and industry estimation, and stop filling/loss and sell at proper time becomes a problem to be solved urgently.
Currently, the number of public recruited funds is large, and the level of management of the funds companies and funds managers varies. The investment portfolio which is promoted by the fund company is mostly based on the issue of funds by the company, and the fund pool is limited; the investment portfolio varieties pushed by banks are single, and personalized investment portfolio customization cannot be achieved for individual investors. In addition, when an individual investor makes an investment decision, the investor cannot see the investment choices of other users, and cannot make reference to the investment decision of the individual investor according to the investments of other people. When to buy and sell and when to adjust the bin lacks scientific and effective guidance.
The application provides a pushing method of investment product combinations, which aims to solve the technical problems in the prior art.
The following describes the technical scheme of the present application and how the technical scheme of the present application solves the above technical problems in detail with specific embodiments. The following embodiments may be combined with each other, and the same or similar concepts or processes may not be described in detail in some embodiments. Embodiments of the present application will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
A specific application scenario of the present application may be shown in fig. 1, where the application scenario may include a user terminal and a banking terminal, and the banking terminal may include, but is not limited to, a server, a computer, and the like. The user terminal may include, but is not limited to, a smart phone, tablet device, personal computer, etc.
The bank terminal can be in communication connection with the user terminal so as to send push information of the investment product to the user terminal, and when a user opens an application program of the user terminal corresponding to the bank terminal, the push information can be displayed on the user terminal.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a pushing method of an investment product portfolio, which may be applied to the application scenario illustrated in fig. 1, and in particular, to the banking terminal in fig. 1, according to an exemplary embodiment, the method may include the steps of:
110. Acquiring investment preference information of a target user and product information of each investment product in a plurality of investment products; wherein the investment preference information includes an expected rate of return, an investment term, and an investment amount; the product information includes historical performance information of the investment product and business history information of a product manager who manages the investment product.
In some embodiments, the database of the banking terminal stores product information for each of the plurality of investment products and investment preference information for each of the plurality of users. When the investment product combination needs to be pushed, the bank terminal can call the product information of each investment product in the plurality of investment products from the database.
Alternatively, the investment preference information for each user may be bound to the user account of that user and updated in real-time. After the bank terminal determines the target user, according to the account information of the target user, the investment preference information corresponding to the account information of the target user can be called out from a plurality of prestored investment preference information.
Optionally, the investment preference information may further include: a risk tolerance level that characterizes the user's risk tolerance, an asset level that characterizes the user's asset yield, and so on. Alternatively, there may be a positive correlation between the risk bearing capacity level and the risk bearing capacity. There may be a positive correlation between the asset level and the asset quantity.
Optionally, the product information may further include: professional ratings of investment products, annual rate of return, warehouse holding concentration, historical rate of return, heat of investment products, scale of investment products, years of establishment, etc.
The practise history information may include: years of practise, scale of management, return on tenure, style of investment (e.g., growth or value), rate of change of hands, concept of investment, and investment framework, etc.
Alternatively, investment products include, but are not limited to, funds, stocks, bonds, and the like.
120. Determining that the investment products with product information meeting preset conditions in the plurality of investment products are to-be-processed investment products, and obtaining a to-be-processed investment product set.
Illustratively, the plurality of investment products includes, for example, investment product A, investment product B, investment product C, investment product D, and investment product E. If the bank terminal determines that the product information of the investment product A, the product information of the investment product B and the product information of the investment product C meet the preset conditions, the investment product A, the investment product B and the investment product C can be determined as the investment products to be processed, and the investment product set to be processed is obtained.
Alternatively, when the banking terminal determines that the performance of an investment product in a designated period of time is greater than the designated performance based on the historical performance information of the investment product, it may be determined that the product information of the investment product satisfies the preset condition.
Alternatively, when the banking terminal determines that the service life of a product manager of an investment product exceeds a specified life according to the service experience information of the product manager of the investment product, it may be determined that the product information of the investment product satisfies the preset condition.
Alternatively, when the banking terminal determines that one investment product satisfies both of the above-described conditions, that is, when the practical life of the product manager exceeds a specified life and the performance of the investment product in a specified period of time is greater than a specified performance, it may be determined that the product information of the investment product satisfies a preset condition.
Alternatively, the investment product set to be processed may be updated at a designated period, i.e., the banking terminal may repeatedly perform the operations of steps 110 to 120 at the designated period.
130. And determining the user portraits of the target users according to the investment preference information, and determining similar users, the similarity between the user portraits and the user portraits of the target users of which meet the preset similarity requirement, from a preset user database based on the user portraits.
For example, the banking terminal may use the investment preference information of the target user as the user tags of the target user to generate the user portraits of the target user. For example, the investment preference information includes an expected rate of return of 120%, an investment period of 2 years, and an investment amount of 10 ten thousand, and the user representation of the target user may include a user name: zhang XX, age: 30 years old, expected yield: 120%, investment period: 2 years, investment amount: 10 ten thousand.
In some embodiments, the database of the banking terminal includes a user database in which the user stores a user portrait for each of a plurality of users. After determining the user portraits of the target users, the bank terminal can perform similarity matching on each user portrait in the user database and the user portraits of the target users to obtain the similarity between the user portraits of the target users and each user portraits in the user database, and determine the users corresponding to the user portraits with the similarity meeting the preset similarity requirement in the user database as similar users. For example, if the target user is user 1, and the similarity between the user portrait of user 2 and the user portrait of user 1 in the user database meets the preset similarity requirement, user 2 may be determined as a similar user of the target user. As an example, if the similarity between the user representation of user 2 and the user image of user 1 is greater than or equal to the similarity threshold, it may be determined that the similarity between the user representation of user 2 and the user image of user 1 meets the preset similarity requirement.
140. Acquiring investment records of similar users, and determining initial investment product combinations from an investment product set to be processed according to the investment records; wherein the investment record includes at least one investment product portfolio purchased by a similar user.
Along with the above examples, for example, the investment product collection to be treated includes investment product a, investment product B, and investment product C. The investment record of each user is also recorded in real time in the user database, and the bank terminal can call out the investment record of the similar user (such as the user 2) from the user database, for example, the investment record of the user 2 records the investment product combination composed of the investment product B and the investment product C purchased by the user 2, and then the bank terminal can determine the investment product combination composed of the investment product B and the investment product C as an initial investment product combination.
150. Determining the configuration ratio of each investment product in the initial investment product combination based on a Markowitz mean variance model to obtain a target investment product combination; pushing the target investment product combination to a target user; wherein the configuration ratio characterizes a ratio between an investment amount corresponding to the investment product in the initial investment product portfolio and a total investment amount corresponding to the initial investment product portfolio.
Among other things, markowitz mean variance model (MVVM) is a mathematical metrology method that is used to describe investment risk and profitability of a portfolio to better make investment decisions, and in particular, to solve for the proportions of the domestic optimal asset allocation in the investment portfolio.
Along with the above example, after determining that the initial investment product portfolio is an investment product B and an investment product C, the bank terminal may determine a configuration ratio (e.g., a%) of the investment product B and a configuration ratio (e.g., B%) of the investment product C based on product information of the investment product B, product information of the investment product C, and a Markowitz mean variance model, thereby obtaining a target investment product portfolio. Wherein a and b are positive integers from 0 to 100.
As can be seen, in this implementation, by acquiring investment preference information of a target user and product information of each of a plurality of investment products; wherein the investment preference information includes an expected rate of return, an investment term, and an investment amount; the product information includes historical performance information of the investment product and business history information of a product manager who manages the investment product; determining that the investment products with product information meeting preset conditions in the plurality of investment products are to-be-processed investment products, and obtaining a to-be-processed investment product set. When the product information meets the preset condition, the corresponding investment product is a high-quality investment product, that is, the high-quality investment product can be screened out from the investment products and used as the investment product to be processed. Then, according to the investment preference information, determining the user portraits of the target users, and determining similar users, the similarity between the user portraits and the user portraits of the target users of which meet the preset similarity requirement, from a preset user database based on the user portraits; acquiring investment records of similar users, and determining initial investment product combinations from an investment product set to be processed according to the investment records; wherein the investment record includes at least one investment product portfolio purchased by a similar user. That is, the investment records of similar users similar to the situation of the target users can be consulted, and the investment products are combined in the high-quality investment products to be processed, so that the quality of the initial investment product combination can be ensured, and the initial investment product combination can be matched with the investment situation of the target users. Because the Markowitz mean variance model is used for solving the proportion of optimal asset allocation, reasonable allocation proportion of each investment product in the target investment product combination can be ensured. Therefore, the method can reasonably and pertinently push the appropriate target investment product combination to the target user, improves the pushing accuracy and the pushing efficiency, and further improves the user experience.
FIG. 3 illustrates a flow chart of another method of pushing an investment product portfolio, as shown in FIG. 3, which may include the steps of:
210. acquiring investment preference information of a target user and product information of each investment product in a plurality of investment products; wherein the investment preference information includes an expected rate of return, an investment term, and an investment amount; the product information includes historical performance information of the investment product and business history information of a product manager who manages the investment product.
The specific embodiment of step 220 may refer to step 110, and thus is not described herein.
In some embodiments, specific implementations of step 220 may include:
221. and determining the investment product combination purchased by the similar users in the investment records as a reference investment product combination.
In some embodiments, the specific implementation of step 221 may include:
the number of portfolios of investment products that similar users have purchased in the investment records is determined.
Illustratively, investment product portfolios that are purchased by similar users (e.g., user 2) are recorded in an investment record, including investment product portfolio 1 (investment product B and investment product C), investment product portfolio 2 (investment product a and investment product D), and investment product portfolio 3 (investment product E). The banking terminal may determine that the combined number of portfolios of investment products that similar users have purchased is 3.
If the number of portfolios is determined to be multiple, a revenue amount for each of the multiple purchased portfolios of investment products is obtained.
Along with the above example, the banking terminal may determine the amount of return for each of investment product portfolio 1, investment product portfolio 2, and investment product portfolio 3 based on the investment records. For example, investment product portfolio 1 has a profit amount of x1, investment product portfolio 2 has a profit amount of x2, and investment product portfolio 3 has a profit amount of x3.
The purchased investment product portfolio having the largest profit among the plurality of purchased investment product portfolios is determined as a reference investment product portfolio.
Along with the above example, e.g., x1 > x3 > x2, the banking terminal may determine investment product combination 1 as the reference investment product combination.
It will be appreciated that the amount of benefit described above may be replaced with other parameters that characterize the benefit (e.g., rate of benefit), and is not limited in this regard.
In this embodiment, if the number of combinations is determined to be multiple, the profit amount of each purchased investment product combination in the multiple purchased investment product combinations is obtained, and the purchased investment product combination with the largest profit in the multiple purchased investment product combinations is determined to be the reference investment product combination, so that the investment product combination with the highest profit can be used as the reference to select similar initial investment combinations from the investment product set to be processed, thereby ensuring that the initial investment combinations can also have better profits and improving the experience of users.
In other embodiments, specific embodiments of step 221 may include:
the number of portfolios of investment products that similar users have purchased in the investment records is determined.
If the number of portfolios is determined to be multiple, a purchase time for each of the multiple purchased portfolios of investment products is obtained.
Along with the above example, the banking terminal may determine the purchase time of each of investment product portfolio 1, investment product portfolio 2, and investment product portfolio 3 based on the investment record, e.g., investment product portfolio 1 purchases for 2019, investment product portfolio 2 purchases for 2022, and investment product portfolio 3 purchases for 2020.
The most recent purchased investment product portfolio from the time of purchase to the current time of purchase among the plurality of purchased investment product portfolios is determined as a reference investment product portfolio.
Along with the above example, since the purchase time of the investment product portfolio 2 is the latest, i.e., closest to the current time, the banking terminal may determine the investment product portfolio 2 as the reference investment product portfolio.
Considering that some investment product combinations may exist for a long time, the purchasing time of some investment product combinations cannot be effectively used as a reference for the investment behavior of the current similar users, in this embodiment, by determining the purchased investment product combination with the most recent purchasing time from the current time in the plurality of purchased investment product combinations as the reference investment product combination, the determination of the reference investment product combination can be ensured to truly reflect the investment habit, the investment situation, and the like of the similar users, so that the target users can effectively use the reference.
222. And carrying out combination treatment on the investment products to be treated in the investment product set to be treated to obtain a plurality of investment product combinations.
Illustratively, for example, the investment product collection to be processed includes investment product A, investment product B, and investment product C, and the banking terminal may combine one or more of investment product A, investment product B, and investment product C to obtain a plurality of investment product portfolios. For example, investment product group 11 (investment product B and investment product C), investment product combination 12 (investment product a and investment product B), and investment product combination 13 ((investment product a, investment product B, and investment product C) may be obtained.
In some embodiments, for the investment products to be processed in the investment product collection to be processed, product combination may be performed according to information such as withdrawal rate, fluctuation rate, etc. of each investment product to be processed. For example, when building investment portfolios, it is often possible to configure a portion of the high risk and high benefit products (i.e., high volatility products), reconfigure some of the underestimated products for risk, and reconfigure some of the robust low risk products to reduce risk.
223. And determining similarity information between each investment product combination in the plurality of investment product combinations and the reference investment product combination, and obtaining the similarity information corresponding to each investment product combination.
Along with the above examples, the banking terminal may obtain product characteristics of a reference investment product portfolio and product characteristics of a plurality of investment product portfolios, optionally the product characteristics may include product name, product size, product broker, product historic yield, and so forth. And then, comparing the product characteristics of the reference investment product combination with the product characteristics of each investment product combination in the plurality of investment product combinations respectively to obtain similarity information corresponding to each investment product combination, wherein the similarity information can comprise cosine similarity.
Alternatively, the similarity information is greater if it is determined that more of the investment products in the investment product portfolio have the same investment products as the reference investment product portfolio. Alternatively, the similarity information is greater if it is determined that the investment products in the investment product portfolio are more similar (e.g., similar type, similar scale) to the reference investment product portfolio.
224. And sorting the multiple investment product combinations according to the order of the similarity information from large to small to obtain a plurality of sorted investment product combinations.
Along with the above example, for example, the banking terminal performs sorting processing on the multiple investment product combinations according to the order of the similarity information from large to small, so as to obtain the sorted multiple investment product combinations as follows: investment product set 12, investment product set 13, investment product set 11.
225. Determining the first N investment product portfolios of the ordered plurality of investment product portfolios to be initial investment product portfolios; wherein N is a positive integer greater than or equal to 1.
Along with the above example, where N is 2, for example, the investment product set 12 and the investment product portfolio 13 can be determined as an initial investment product portfolio.
In this embodiment, the similarity information corresponding to each of the plurality of investment product portfolios is obtained by determining the similarity information between each of the plurality of investment product portfolios and the reference investment product portfolio. And sorting the investment product combinations according to the order of the similarity information from large to small to obtain sorted investment product combinations. The first N investment product portfolios of the ordered plurality of investment product portfolios are then determined to be initial investment product portfolios, thereby ensuring that the determined initial investment product portfolios have a high similarity and relevance to the reference investment product portfolios.
220. Determining that the investment products with product information meeting preset conditions in the plurality of investment products are to-be-processed investment products, and obtaining a to-be-processed investment product set.
In some embodiments, the historical performance information includes an annual rate of return, the practitioner experience information includes a practitioner's age and a managed total amount of product, and particular embodiments of step 220 may include:
If the annual rate of return is greater than or equal to the specified rate of return, the practical age is greater than or equal to the specified age, and the total amount of managed products is greater than or equal to the specified amount, then the product information is determined to meet the preset condition.
Optionally, the product information may further include: professional ratings of investment products, warehouse-holding concentrations, historical profitability, heat of investment products, scale of investment products, established years, investment style of product managers, and so forth. Accordingly, the preset conditions may further include: the professional person rates the investment products not lower than the specified grade, the established years are not lower than the specified years, the warehouse holding concentration degree is not higher than the specified concentration degree, the scale of the investment products is not lower than the specified scale, and the investment style of the product manager is the specified style.
230. And determining the user portraits of the target users according to the investment preference information, and determining similar users, the similarity between the user portraits and the user portraits of the target users of which meet the preset similarity requirement, from a preset user database based on the user portraits.
In some embodiments, the specific implementation of step 230 may include:
and determining the user with the highest similarity between the user portrait of the user and the user portrait of the target user in a preset user database as the similar user. Or determining that the user with the similarity between the user portrait and the user portrait of the target user is greater than or equal to a similarity threshold value in a preset user database, and determining the user as a similar user.
In the present embodiment, by determining the user having the greatest similarity between the user portrait and the user portrait of the target user in the preset user database, the user is determined to be the similar user, and thus the investment product combination of the similar user closest to the own investment preference can be pushed to the target user. And determining that the users with the similarity between the user portrait and the user portrait of the target user being greater than or equal to the similarity threshold value are similar users by determining the preset user database, so that more investment product combinations of the similar users similar to the investment preference of the users can be pushed to the target user.
240. Acquiring investment records of similar users, and determining initial investment product combinations from an investment product set to be processed according to the investment records; wherein the investment record includes at least one investment product portfolio purchased by a similar user.
260. The current rate of return of each investment product of the target investment product portfolio is obtained.
270. If the current yield is determined to be greater than or equal to the expected yield or the current yield is determined to be less than or equal to the yield threshold, sending reminding information to the target user, wherein the reminding information is used for reminding the user to carry out warehouse adjustment operation on the target investment product combination.
For example, if the current yield of the investment product a in the target investment product combination reaches the expected yield of the target user, the first reminding information may be sent to the user terminal of the target user, where the first reminding information is used to remind the user that the yield reaches the target, and make a warehouse adjustment operation such as timely selling, trading and purchasing other investment products. For another example, the current rate of return of the investment product a in the target investment product combination is less than or equal to the rate of return threshold, which indicates that the loss of the investment product a exceeds the bearing capacity of the target user quickly, and reaches the loss stopping line, a second reminding message can be sent to the user terminal of the target user, and the second reminding message is used for reminding the user that the loss of the investment product a reaches the loss stopping line, and timely redemption and other warehouse adjustment operations are requested. Thereby reminding the user to adjust the bin in time and stopping the interference or damage at proper time.
Optionally, the banking terminal may intelligently adjust the warehouse according to the current yield of the investment product to stop the filling or damage at a suitable time under the condition of obtaining the automatic warehouse adjustment permission of the target user.
In some embodiments, the banking terminal may also make a reference to the customer investment decisions during the investment process of the target user. Taking investment products as an example of the funds, the flow direction of the funds of the hot plate block can be analyzed based on the big data technology, the expansion speed of the funds is combined, the proportion of the number of people who redeem the funds and purchase the funds is displayed at the same time, and risk assessment is comprehensively carried out, so that a risk value is obtained. If the risk value of a single fund in the combination exceeds a threshold value, reminding a user to carry out one-key warehouse adjustment on the funds in the combination, and reducing the risk.
As an example, in practical application, taking investment products as funds, the pushing method of the investment product combination of the above embodiment may be implemented by a fund management system, where the fund management system may include: the system comprises a user image module, a fund preference pool construction management module, an investment portfolio construction module, an intelligent warehouse adjustment and redemption decision module, wherein the logic relationship among the modules in the fund management system can be as shown in fig. 4:
The user portrait module can be used for evaluating the investor from the aspects of asset grade, risk bearing capacity, investment target, intention investment amount, target yield, investment age and the like, and carrying out user portrait on the investor. And preparing for the collaborative recommendation of the subsequent user.
The fund preference pool construction management module can be used for constructing a fund preference resource pool from two angles of fund performance and fund manager and performing active management. For example, in terms of fund performance, it may be preferable that the fund rating be greater than three stars; historical performance and annual returns meet customer requirements; the concentration of the holding bin is low; the risk data comprises a fluctuation rate, a summer rate and a maximum withdrawal meeting the expectations of clients; the heat of the foundation is reasonable; funding is greater than 1 billion in size; funds with a bearing age of greater than 1 year. In the aspect of fund manager, the aspects of service life (more than 3-5 years), management scale, wilful returns, investment style (growth type/value type), hand change rate, investment concept, investment framework and the like can be comprehensively considered to select high-quality funds.
The investment portfolio construction module can be used for constructing an investment portfolio optimization model based on a Markowitz mean variance model by using an intelligent algorithm based on big data and user cooperation based on the constructed fund optimization pool. And intelligently customizing investment combinations according to the investment targets of users, and dispersing risks. The portfolio can recommend preferred bond types, hybrid types, stock type funds, and monetary funds, and the ratio. And meanwhile, according to a user cooperative algorithm, the investment combinations which are purchased by people with similar investment targets and asset scales are displayed, so that references are provided for investors to make decisions. The user collaborative algorithm specifically refers to searching neighbors with the same preference as the target user by using a statistical technology, and then generating a recommendation to the target user according to the preference of the neighbors of the target user. The basic principle is to use the similarity of user access behavior to mutually recommend resources that may be of interest to a user.
The intelligent warehouse-adjusting and redemption decision-making module can be used for strictly keeping a risk and benefit matching principle, setting an investment target and reminding redemption when overestimating or reaching the investment target. Making reference to the customer investment decisions. And analyzing the fund flow direction of the hot plate block based on a big data technology, combining the expansion speed of the fund, simultaneously displaying the proportion of the number of people who redeem and purchase the fund, and comprehensively carrying out risk assessment. If the risk value of a single fund in the combination exceeds a threshold value, reminding a user to carry out one-key warehouse adjustment on the funds in the combination, and reducing the risk. At the same time, redemption is alerted when the portfolio reaches a predetermined investment goal or reaches a damage-stopping line.
