As shown in fig. 4-5, the fan module support 200 is partitioned into a plurality of fan unit installation spaces by a plurality of partitions 207; an unlocking part 321 is arranged on one side of the upper part of the fan body bracket 32, the unlocking part 321 is provided with a groove, and a holding groove 323 is arranged on the other side of the upper part of the fan body bracket 32; the outer side of the unlocking part 321 is provided with a locking protrusion 322; one side of the fan unit installation space is provided with a locking groove C208 which can be clamped with the locking protrusion 322.
The fan male terminal mounting seat 33 is clamped with the first clamping groove 326 through the clamping plate 332 and is clamped with the second clamping groove 327 through the clamping hook 331, so that the fan male terminal mounting seat 33 and the fan body bracket 32 can be reliably positioned and mounted; by selecting the fan male terminal mounting base 33 to be mounted in connection with the front or rear of the fan body bracket 32, flexible selection of the mounting position (front or rear) of the fan male terminal 800 can be achieved: that is, when the male fan terminal 800 is mounted on the front portion of the fan body bracket 32, the male fan terminal 800 extends downward from the fan terminal extending hole 209 on the front portion of the lower side of the fan unit mounting space, and can be adapted to the motherboard a400 with the female fan terminal 700, so as to ensure that the compactness of the arrangement of each component in the server and the design length of the server chassis 100 are unchanged, avoid the increase of the length and the design cost of the motherboard a400, and ensure that the server fan module and the server chassis 100 have higher reusability; when the male fan terminal 800 is mounted at the rear of the fan body bracket 32, the male fan terminal 800 extends downwards from the fan terminal extending hole 209 at the rear of the lower side of the fan unit mounting space, so that the main board B500 of the female fan terminal 700 and the fan board 600 with the female fan terminal 700 can be stripped in an adaptive manner, and the fan board 600 is mounted far away from the main board B500 under the condition that the mounting position of the server fan module in the same server case 100 is unchanged and other internal configurations are unchanged, so that a larger gap is reserved between the fan board 600 and the main board B500, interference influence of the fan board 600 on the disassembly and assembly of the main board B500 is effectively avoided, and the assembly baseline of the manufacturing field is met. After the fan body 31 is loaded, the fan body bracket 32 with the fan male terminal mounting seat 33 (with the fan male terminal 800) is assembled into the fan unit module 300, the fan unit module 300 is placed into the fan unit mounting space in the fan module bracket 200 by pinching the unlocking part 321 and the pinching groove 323 by fingers, the fan male terminal 800 extends downwards from the front or rear fan terminal extending hole 209 and is clamped with the locking groove C208 on one side (the partition 207) of the fan unit mounting space by the locking protrusion 322 on the unlocking part 321, so that the fan unit module 300 and the fan module bracket 200 can be reliably mounted. The integrated structure is simple, the use is convenient, the compatibility of the server case 100 and the server fan module is higher, the multiplexing rate of the structural design of the server case 100 is improved, the development cost is greatly reduced, and the practicability is good.
In another alternative embodiment of the present invention, a server fan module is disclosed, which includes a fan unit module 300 and a fan module support 200 capable of being positioned and installed with a server chassis 100, wherein a plurality of fan unit installation spaces capable of positioning and installing the fan unit module 300 are provided on the fan module support 200; the fan unit module 300 comprises a fan body 31, a fan body bracket 32 and a fan male terminal mounting seat 33 capable of positioning and mounting the fan male terminal 800, wherein the fan body bracket 32 has a rectangular shell structure with openings on the lower side and the left side; the front part and the rear part of the lower edge of the right side surface of the fan body bracket 32 are respectively provided with a first clamping groove 326 and a second clamping groove 327, and the upper part of the fan male terminal mounting seat 33 is provided with a clamping hook 331 which can be positioned and clamped with the second clamping groove 327 and a clamping plate 332 which can be positioned and clamped with the first clamping groove 326; front and rear fan terminal extension holes 209 are formed in the lower side of the fan unit installation space. As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 16, mounting plates 101 are fixedly mounted on the left side and the right side of a server case 100, positioning nails 102 are respectively arranged on the front side and the rear side of the mounting plates 101, namely, two positioning nails 102 on the same vertical line are arranged on the front side, and one positioning nail 102 is arranged on the rear side; the middle part of the mounting plate 101 is provided with a locking pin 103; the left end and the right end of the fan module support 200 are provided with a mounting shell 201, a handle 202 is rotatably mounted in the mounting shell 201, and the outer side surface of the mounting shell 201 is provided with a downward opening positioning groove 203 capable of being clamped and positioned with the positioning nail 102 and a downward opening locking groove A204 capable of being clamped with the locking pin 103; the handle 202 is provided with a lock groove B206 which can engage the lock pin 103 and limit the lock pin 103 in the up-down direction.
The fan male terminal mounting seat 33 is clamped with the first clamping groove 326 through the clamping plate 332 and is clamped with the second clamping groove 327 through the clamping hook 331, so that the fan male terminal mounting seat 33 and the fan body bracket 32 can be reliably positioned and mounted; by selecting the fan male terminal mounting base 33 to be mounted in connection with the front or rear of the fan body bracket 32, flexible selection of the mounting position (front or rear) of the fan male terminal 800 can be achieved: that is, when the male fan terminal 800 is mounted on the front portion of the fan body bracket 32, the male fan terminal 800 extends downward from the fan terminal extending hole 209 on the front portion of the lower side of the fan unit mounting space, and can be adapted to the motherboard a400 with the female fan terminal 700, so as to ensure that the compactness of the arrangement of each component in the server and the design length of the server chassis 100 are unchanged, avoid the increase of the length and the design cost of the motherboard a400, and ensure that the server fan module and the server chassis 100 have higher reusability; when the male fan terminal 800 is mounted at the rear of the fan body bracket 32, the male fan terminal 800 extends downwards from the fan terminal extending hole 209 at the rear of the lower side of the fan unit mounting space, so that the main board B500 of the female fan terminal 700 and the fan board 600 with the female fan terminal 700 can be stripped in an adaptive manner, and the fan board 600 is mounted far away from the main board B500 under the condition that the mounting position of the server fan module in the same server case 100 is unchanged and other internal configurations are unchanged, so that a larger gap is reserved between the fan board 600 and the main board B500, interference influence of the fan board 600 on the disassembly and assembly of the main board B500 is effectively avoided, and the assembly baseline of the manufacturing field is met. The fan body bracket 32 provided with the fan male terminal mounting seat 33 is assembled into the fan single module 300 after the fan body 31 is loaded, and the fan single module 300 is clamped in a fan single mounting space in the fan module bracket 200, so that the fan single module 300 and the fan module bracket 200 are reliably mounted; the assembled fan module support 200 (with the fan single module 300) is placed into the server case 100, two positioning nails 102 on the front side and one positioning nail 102 on the rear side are clamped with two positioning grooves 203 with downward openings on the outer side surface of the installation shell 201, the locking pins 103 are clamped with locking grooves A204 with downward openings, the handle 202 is rotated to enable the handle 202 to be in a backward horizontal falling state, at the moment, the locking grooves B206 (with the horizontal openings forward) on the handle 202 are clamped with the locking pins 103 and limit the locking pins 103 in the up-down direction, so that the fan module support 200 is reliably installed; when the fan module support 200 is detached, the handle 202 is only required to be pulled upwards, so that the locking groove B206 releases the locking limit of the locking pin 103, the whole fan module support 200 is lifted upwards, and the convenience of the fan module support 200 is realized. The integrated structure is simple, the use is convenient, the compatibility of the server case 100 and the server fan module is higher, the multiplexing rate of the structural design of the server case 100 is improved, the development cost is greatly reduced, and the practicability is good.
As shown in fig. 3, a torsion spring 205 is provided on the mounting case 201, which can twist the handle 202 closed. Under the torsion of the torsion spring 205, the reliability of the locking and limiting of the handle 202 to the locking and attaching pin 103, namely the reliability of the installation of the fan module support 200, can be realized.
As shown in fig. 16, a limiting plate 104 capable of limiting the front and rear sides of the mounting case 201 is folded back and forth, and a guide portion is bent over the upper portion of the limiting plate 104. When the fan module support 200 is installed, the guide part is used for guiding, and the limiting plate 104 is used for guiding the installation shell 201, so that smoothness and convenience in installation of the fan module support 200 are realized, and the accuracy of clamping of the positioning nails 102 and the positioning grooves 203 is ensured.
13-15, the present invention also discloses a server, comprising a server case 100, a main board A400 with a female fan terminal 700, a main board B500 with a female fan terminal 700 peeled off, a fan board 600 with a female fan terminal 700, and the server fan module; when the motherboard a400 is mounted in the server chassis 100, the male fan terminal mounting base 33 of the fan unit module 300 is mounted on a side close to the motherboard a 400; when the motherboard B500 and the fan board 600 are mounted in the server chassis 100, the fan male terminal mounting base 33 on the fan unit module 300 is mounted on a side far from the motherboard B500. The fan male terminal mounting seat 33 is selectively connected with the front part or the rear part of the fan body bracket 32 for mounting, so that the flexible selection of the mounting position (front part or rear part) of the fan male terminal 800 can be realized, and different mainboards can be flexibly adapted; the compactness of arrangement of all components in the server and the design length of the server case 100 are ensured to be unchanged, the increase of the length of the main board A400 and the design cost is avoided, the server fan module and the server case 100 are ensured to have higher reusability, and the interference influence of the fan board 600 on the disassembly and assembly of the main board B500 is effectively avoided.
The fan module and the server can realize the reliable positioning and installation of the fan male terminal mounting seat 33 and the fan body bracket 32 by the clamping plate 332 clamping with the first clamping groove 326 and the clamping hook 331 clamping with the second clamping groove 327; by selecting the fan male terminal mounting base 33 to be mounted in connection with the front or rear of the fan body bracket 32, flexible selection of the mounting position (front or rear) of the fan male terminal 800 can be achieved: that is, when the male fan terminal 800 is mounted on the front portion of the fan body bracket 32, the male fan terminal 800 extends downward from the fan terminal extending hole 209 on the front portion of the lower side of the fan unit mounting space, and can be adapted to the motherboard a400 with the female fan terminal 700, so as to ensure that the compactness of the arrangement of each component in the server and the design length of the server chassis 100 are unchanged, avoid the increase of the length and the design cost of the motherboard a400, and ensure that the server fan module and the server chassis 100 have higher reusability; when the male fan terminal 800 is mounted at the rear of the fan body bracket 32, the male fan terminal 800 extends downwards from the fan terminal extending hole 209 at the rear of the lower side of the fan unit mounting space, so that the main board B500 of the female fan terminal 700 and the fan board 600 with the female fan terminal 700 can be stripped in an adaptive manner, and the fan board 600 is mounted far away from the main board B500 under the condition that the mounting position of the server fan module in the same server case 100 is unchanged and other internal configurations are unchanged, so that a larger gap is reserved between the fan board 600 and the main board B500, interference influence of the fan board 600 on the disassembly and assembly of the main board B500 is effectively avoided, and the assembly baseline of the manufacturing field is met. Claims (10)

1. The server fan module comprises a fan single module (300) and a fan module support (200) capable of being positioned and installed with a server case (100), and is characterized in that a plurality of fan single installation spaces capable of positioning and installing the fan single module (300) are formed in the fan module support (200);
the fan single module (300) comprises a fan body (31), a fan body bracket (32) and a fan male terminal mounting seat (33) capable of positioning and mounting a fan male terminal (800), wherein a first clamping groove (326) and a second clamping groove (327) are formed in the front part and the rear part of the lower edge of one side surface of the fan body bracket (32), and a clamping hook (331) capable of positioning and clamping with the second clamping groove (327) and a clamping plate (332) capable of positioning and clamping with the first clamping groove (326) are arranged on the fan male terminal mounting seat (33);
front and rear fan terminal extending holes (209) are formed in the lower side of the fan unit installation space.

The server fan module according to claim 1, wherein the hook (331) and the clamping plate (332) are disposed opposite to each other, and the hook (331) has a hook protrusion at an end, and the fan body bracket (32) is provided with a hole (328) capable of being positioned and clamped with the hook protrusion.

The server fan module according to claim 1, characterized in that a fan male terminal mounting plate (801) is provided on the upper side of the fan male terminal (800); two L-shaped supporting frames (333) and two limiting frames (334) which are oppositely arranged are arranged on the fan male terminal mounting seat (33), and limiting protrusions are arranged at the end parts of the limiting frames (334); the male terminal mounting plate (801) of the fan is inserted into a space formed by enclosing the supporting frame (333) and the limiting frame (334) and is limited by the limiting bulge.
4. A server fan module according to claim 3, wherein the two sides of the fan male terminal mounting plate (801) near one end of the limiting projection are provided with supporting projections (802) which are fitted and pressed with the supporting frame (333).

A server fan module according to claim 3, characterized in that a clamping block (803) is arranged on the lower side of the fan male terminal mounting plate (801), and a third clamping groove (335) for clamping the clamping block (803) is arranged between the limiting frame (334) and the supporting frame (333).

The server fan module of claim 1, wherein the fan module support (200) is partitioned into a plurality of fan unit installation spaces by a plurality of partitions (207); an unlocking part (321) is arranged on one side of the upper part of the fan body bracket (32), and a holding groove (323) is arranged on the other side of the upper part of the fan body bracket; the outer side of the unlocking part (321) is provided with a locking protrusion (322); one side of the fan unit installation space is provided with a locking groove C (208) which can be clamped with the locking protrusion (322).

The server fan module according to claim 1, wherein mounting plates (101) are mounted on the left side and the right side of the server case (100), positioning nails (102) are respectively arranged on the front side and the rear side of the mounting plates (101), and locking pins (103) are arranged in the middle of the mounting plates (101); the left end and the right end of the fan module support (200) are provided with mounting shells (201), handles (202) are rotatably mounted in the mounting shells (201), and the outer side surfaces of the mounting shells (201) are provided with positioning grooves (203) which can be clamped and positioned with positioning nails (102) and locking grooves A (204) which can be clamped with locking pins (103); the handle (202) is provided with a locking groove B (206) which can limit the locking pin (103) in an up-and-down clamping way.
8. The server fan module according to claim 1, characterized in that the mounting housing (201) is provided with a torsion spring (205) which can twist the handle (202) closed.
9. The server fan module according to claim 1, wherein the mounting plate (101) is folded on both front and rear sides thereof with a limiting plate (104) capable of limiting the mounting case (201) in a fitting manner.
10. A server comprising a server chassis (100), a motherboard a (400) with a female fan terminal (700), a motherboard B (500) with a female fan terminal (700) peeled off, a fan board (600) with a female fan terminal (700), and the server fan module of any of claims 1-9;
when the main board A (400) is installed in the server case (100), a fan male terminal installation seat (33) on the fan single module (300) is installed on one side close to the main board A (400);
when the main board B (500) and the fan board (600) are installed in the server case (100), the fan male terminal installation seat (33) on the fan single module (300) is installed at one side far away from the main board B (500).
