Referring to fig. 2 and 3, a protective assembly 7 is arranged on the carton body 1, the protective assembly 7 comprises a protective plate 71 and a protective telescopic rod 72, wherein the protective plate 71 is horizontally arranged between the bottom surface of the carton body 1 and the bottom surface of the outer box 2 and is positioned below the second protective box 62, and the protective plate 71 is fixedly connected with the second protective box 62; the two protection telescopic rods 72 are arranged, the protection telescopic rods 72 are vertically arranged between the protection plate 71 and the bottom surface of the carton body 1, the two protection telescopic rods 72 are respectively positioned at two sides of the second protection box 62, and the fixed ends of the protection telescopic rods 72 are fixedly connected with the bottom surface of the carton body 1; the guard plate 71 level sets up between carton body 1 and outer container 2, protection telescopic link 72 below, second protection box 62 below and between two water storage parts 4, guard plate 71 and second protection box 62 fixed connection, and with protection telescopic link 72 expansion end fixed connection.
During the expansion of the second protection box 62, the second protection box 62 drives the protection plate 71 to move downwards, and simultaneously drives the protection telescopic rod 72 to extend; when the protective telescopic rod 72 extends to the maximum length, the protective plate 71 is abutted against the bottom surface of the outer box 2, so that the protective telescopic rod 72 plays a limiting and protecting role on the second protective box 62 through the extension length of the protective telescopic rod, and excessive deformation of the second protective box 62 is avoided; and when guard plate 71 and outer case 2 butt, guard plate 71 has increased the area of stress between outer case 2 and the carton body 1, has reduced the possibility that outer case 2 took place to damage, provides more effectual supporting role for carton body 1 simultaneously to make the goods can be safe place in carton body 1.
The implementation principle of the corrugated case with the protection function is as follows: when goods are placed in the carton body 1, the goods can squeeze the supporting plate 52 based on self gravity, so that the supporting plate 52 moves downwards, and the movable end of the water storage piece 4 is driven to move downwards in the downward movement process of the supporting plate 52, so that the space with the rod cavity 42 is further increased, and the storage of rainwater is facilitated;
in the transportation of goods, when the condition of jolting takes place for the goods, the goods extrudes backup pad 52, first protection box 61 in proper order owing to jolting effect, and the further deformation takes place for extruded first protection box 61, and first protection box 61 receives the restriction effect of water storage 4 and outer case 2 at the deformation in-process for first protection box 61 reduces in the deformation in-process, its inside space gradually.
During the decrease of the internal space of the first protection box 61, the fluid pressure in the first protection box 61 increases, so that the fluid in the first protection box 61 can enter the second protection box 62 through the protection pipe 63; the fluid in the second protection box 62 is increased, and then the second protection box 62 made of elastic materials expands, and as the second protection box 62 is abutted with the bottom surface of the carton body 1, the second protection box 62 can play a supporting role on the bottom surface of the carton body 1 in the expansion process, the possibility of breakage of the carton body 1 is reduced, and accordingly goods can be safely placed in the carton body 1.

Claims (3)

1. The corrugated carton with the protection function comprises a carton body (1), wherein a first cover plate and a second cover plate are arranged on the carton body (1), and the first cover plate is positioned above the second cover plate; characterized by further comprising:
an outer box (2) with an opening at the top and covered outside the carton body (1);
the water storage piece (4) is arranged between the outer box (2) and the carton body (1) and is used for connecting the outer box (2) and the carton body (1), and a storage space for storing rainwater is arranged in the water storage piece (4);
the diversion assembly (3) is arranged on the carton body (1) and is used for collecting rainwater on the first cover plate into the storage space;
the supporting component (5) is arranged on the water storage piece (4) and is used for adjusting the size of the storage space of the water storage piece (4) based on the storage state of goods in the carton body (1);
a drainage assembly (8) which is arranged on the water storage piece (4) and discharges rainwater collected in the storage space to the outside based on the change of the storage space of the water storage piece (4);
the flow guiding assembly (3) comprises:
the filter screen (31) is covered at the top opening of the space between the outer box (2) and the carton body (1);
the top of the water receiving box (32) is of an opening structure, and the water receiving box (32) is fixedly arranged between the outer box (2) and the carton body (1) and is used for receiving rainwater flowing through the filter screen (31);
a flow guide pipe (33) which is communicated between the water receiving box (32) and the storage space;
the diversion assembly (3) further comprises a waterproof layer (34) arranged on the top surface of the first cover plate, and the distance between the top surface of the waterproof layer (34) and the first cover plate of the carton body (1) is gradually reduced along the direction of approaching the filter screen (31) per se;
the diversion assembly (3) further comprises a water permeable layer (35) fixedly arranged above the waterproof layer (34), and the top surface of the water permeable layer (35) is positioned in a horizontal plane;
the supporting component (5) comprises a spring (51) and a supporting plate (52) horizontally arranged in the carton body (1); the water storage piece (4) is of a telescopic rod structure, and the movable end of the water storage piece (4) is inserted on the bottom surface of the carton body (1) in a sliding manner along the vertical direction and is fixedly connected with the supporting plate (52); the movable end of the water storage piece (4) divides the inner cavity of the fixed end of the water storage piece (4) into a rodless cavity (41) and a rod cavity (42), and the rod cavity (42) is the storage space; the spring (51) is vertically arranged in the rodless cavity (41), and two ends of the spring (51) are fixedly connected with the fixed end of the water storage piece (4) and the movable end of the water storage piece (4) respectively;
a first one-way valve (331) is arranged on the guide pipe (33), and the first one-way valve (331) is used for enabling rainwater in the water receiving box (32) to enter the rod cavity (42) through the guide pipe (33); the drain assembly (8) comprises:
a drain pipe (81), wherein one end of the drain pipe (81) is communicated with the rod cavity (42), and the other end of the drain pipe is communicated with the outside of the outer box (2);
and a second one-way valve (82), wherein the second one-way valve (82) is arranged on the drain pipe (81) and is used for draining rainwater in the rod cavity (42) through the drain pipe (81).
2. A corrugated carton with protection function according to claim 1, characterized in that the carton body (1) is provided with a protection assembly (6), the protection assembly (6) comprising:
the first protection box (61) is made of flexible materials and is positioned between the supporting plate (52) and the bottom surface of the carton body (1), the first protection box (61) is fixedly connected with the supporting plate (52), and fluid is preset in the first protection box (61);
the second protection box (62) is made of elastic materials, the second protection box (62) is located between the bottom surface of the paper box body (1) and the bottom surface of the outer box (2), a distance is reserved between the second protection box (62) and the bottom surface of the outer box (2), the second protection box is fixedly connected with the paper box body (1), and fluid is preset in the second protection box (62);
a protection tube (63) which is provided in communication between the first protection box (61) and the second protection box (62);
and a two-way overflow valve (64) which is arranged on the protection pipe (63).
3. A corrugated carton with protection function according to claim 2, characterized in that the carton body (1) is provided with a protection assembly (7), the protection assembly (7) comprising:
the protection plate (71) is horizontally arranged between the bottom surface of the carton body (1) and the bottom surface of the outer box (2) and is positioned below the second protection box (62), and the protection plate (71) is fixedly connected with the second protection box (62);
the protection telescopic rod (72) is fixedly arranged between the protection plate (71) and the carton body (1), and the protection telescopic rod (72) is vertically arranged.
