Detailed Description
Referring first to fig. 1 and 2, wherein fig. 1 is a perspective view of a liquid storage container according to a first embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 is an exploded perspective view of the liquid storage container shown in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a liquid storage container 100 of a first embodiment of the present invention includes a housing container 1, a liner container 2, and a housing container cover 3.
For convenience of description, in the following description and other portions of the application, the direction indicated by the axis a in fig. 2 is defined as the axial direction.
Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4, fig. 3 is a front view of the liquid container shown in fig. 1, and fig. 4 is a sectional view taken along line A-A in fig. 3. As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4, the housing container 1 includes a housing container body 6 defining an inner cavity, an opening 8 is formed in the housing container body 6 to the inner cavity, and an external thread 20 is formed in the housing container body 6. The outer case cover 3 has an inner thread formed on the inner circumferential wall thereof for screwing with an outer thread on the outer case main body to cover the outer case 1. The liner container 2 is inserted into the outer case container through the opening 8.
Referring to fig. 5, 6 and 7, fig. 5 is a perspective view of the liner container 3 according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 6 is a front view of the liner container 2 shown in fig. 5, and fig. 7 is a sectional view taken along a line A-A of fig. 6. As shown in fig. 5, 6 and 7, the liner container 3 has a tubular shape including a closed end and an open end. As a preferable scheme, the closed end of the inner container is conical, so that the V-shaped bottom is formed, the contents such as reagent solution and the like are easier to collect, the expensive contents are more effectively taken out, the residue of the contents is reduced, the cost is saved, and pollution is prevented.
The open end of the liner container 2 can be sealed by a plug, or when the liner container is placed in the shell container and is covered by the shell container cover 3, the open end of the liner container is tightly attached to the axial inner wall of the cover to realize sealing. As a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a sealing piece 7 may be provided between the open end of the liner container and the outer shell container cover, and the sealing piece 7 may be disposed on the axially inner wall of the cover.
With continued reference to fig. 2, with the liner container disposed within the outer shell container, the liner container may be axially positioned by a tight fit with the inner wall of the outer shell container body and/or by an outer flange at its open end fitting against the opening of the outer shell container body, thereby preventing it from falling into the outer shell container. As a preferable solution, as shown in fig. 5, an outer flange 9 is formed at the open end of the inner container, and when assembled, the outer flange 9 abuts against the opening of the outer container body, so as to realize the axial positioning of the inner container. In the case where the open end of the inner container is sealed with a plug, a plug having a convex-shaped axial cross-section may be employed, the large diameter end of the plug being used to form the outer flange.
As a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the container body includes a body portion 10 and a neck portion 11 connected to the body portion, the neck portion 11 being formed with the opening 8 and including the external thread formed adjacent to the opening.
