The implementation principle of the chain plate type slurry plate unloading and conveying line provided by the embodiment of the application is as follows: when the pulp board packaged by the packaging paper is conveyed, the pulp board is placed on the upper surface of the chain plate 2 and is positioned between two adjacent partition plates 3; at this time, the shower head 61 sprays the pulp sheet, the viscosity between the long fibers of the wetted pulp sheet packaging paper weakens along with the pulp sheet conveying, and then the long fibers of the pulp sheet packaging paper are scraped by the shower brush 7, when the pulp sheet packaging paper contacts the opening knife 51, the opening knife 51 breaks the pulp sheet packaging paper, and the pulp sheet packaging paper is conveyed along with the chain plate 2; the pulp sheet and pulp sheet packing paper positioned at the upper half part of the unsealing knife 51 are contacted with the stop plate 82, the pulp sheet packing paper at the upper half part and the pulp sheet packing paper at the lower half part are completely torn under the action of the stop plate 82, and meanwhile, the convex nails 9 hook the pulp sheet packing paper at the upper half part to separate the pulp sheet packing paper from the pulp sheet; after the pulp board is conveyed into the hydropulper, the pulp board is piled up and in a dispersed state, so that the pulp board is convenient to crush into pulp, and the effect of improving the pulp crushing efficiency of the pulp board is achieved.

the baffle plates (3) are arranged in a plurality and distributed at equal intervals along the circumferential direction of the chain plate (2), and the baffle plates (3) are vertically and fixedly connected to the circumferential outer wall of the chain plate (2);
the two baffle plates (4) are arranged, the two baffle plates (4) are parallel, the length direction of the baffle plates (4) is the same as the length direction of the frame (1), and the two baffle plates (4) are respectively positioned at two sides of the chain plate (2) and are perpendicular to the chain plate (2) and fixedly connected with the frame (1);
the unsealing piece (5) is connected with the baffle plate (4) and is used for scratching the outer package of the pulp sheet; the unsealing piece (5) comprises two unsealing cutters (51), the unsealing cutters (51) are respectively connected with the two breast boards (4), and the two unsealing cutters (51) are opposite to each other; the side walls of the two unsealing knives (51) which are close to each other are gradually inclined to the side which is away from each other from the end which is close to the conveying end of the frame (1) to the end which is close to the conveying start end of the frame (1) until the side walls which are close to each other are overlapped with the side walls of the two breast boards (4); the height of the partition plate (3) is lower than that of the unsealing knife (51);
the two breast boards (4) are connected with spraying pieces (6), and the spraying pieces (6) are positioned at the conveying starting ends of the frame (1);
the spray piece (6) comprises a spray header (61), a communicating pipe (62) and a water storage tank (63); the spray header (61) is positioned at the center of the baffle plate (4) in the height direction, and the spray header (61) is embedded in the baffle plate (4) and distributed along the length direction of the baffle plate (4); the water storage tank (63) is positioned below the frame (1) and is used for supplying water to the spray header (61), and the communicating pipe (62) is communicated with the spray header (61) and the water storage tank (63);
a spray brush (7) is arranged on one side of the spray header (61) close to the conveying end of the frame (1); and is positioned at one side of the unsealing piece (5) close to the spray header (61); the two breast boards (4) are connected with mounting cylinders (71), and the mounting cylinders (71) penetrate through the breast boards (4); the spray brush (7) is connected in the installation cylinder (71) in a sliding manner, an adjusting spring (72) is arranged between the spray brush (7) and the installation cylinder (71), and the adjusting spring (72) is positioned in the installation cylinder (71) and fixedly connected with the spray brush (7) and the installation cylinder (71).
