Description

Self-service printing terminal
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of printing equipment, in particular to a self-service printing terminal.
Background
Along with development of science and technology, in order to facilitate printing of users, self-service printing terminals are arranged in many places, and users can print on the self-service printing terminals according to own needs.
Generally, the terminal mainly comprises a machine body and a printing system, wherein a touch screen, an identification area and the like are arranged on the machine body, when the terminal is used, a user places a card (such as an identity card and the like) which can be identified by the identification area in the identification area, and after the identification area is successfully identified, the user can log in the printing system to perform subsequent printing operation; the printed paper is output from a paper outlet on the machine body.
In the related art, in order to prevent paper from directly falling to the ground after being output from a paper outlet, a supporting plate is usually arranged at the position of the paper outlet to support the paper output from the paper outlet; in the practical application process, if the supporting plate is in a state of being unfolded at the paper outlet all the time, the passerby is easy to pay no attention to collision to the supporting plate, the supporting plate is easy to be damaged, and the passerby is also easy to be scratched by the supporting plate.
Therefore, in the related art, the supporting plate is arranged to be in a turnover and folding structure, when printing is needed, the supporting plate is turned down to be used for supporting paper output from the paper outlet, and when the terminal is idle, the supporting plate can be turned upwards and folded, so that the supporting plate is gathered on the body side of the machine body, the problem that the supporting plate is unfolded outside and is mistakenly touched by a passer-by is avoided, and the self-service printing equipment for the agricultural product qualification certificate disclosed in the patent document with the publication number of CN115662020B can be specifically referred to for the printing terminal.
The technical solutions described in the above patent documents can realize the overturning and folding of the lifting plate (i.e. the supporting plate), but have the drawbacks in the practical application process: normally, after printing, the user should fold the pallet to avoid the expansion of the pallet, but in practical application, some users may not fold the pallet due to forgetting or the like after printing is completed, and the pallet still expands to affect the passersby, so that improvement is still needed.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention will be explained and illustrated below with reference to the drawings of the embodiments of the present invention, but the following embodiments are only preferred embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. Based on the examples in the implementation manner, other examples obtained by a person skilled in the art without making creative efforts fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

Example 1
Referring to fig. 1-6, the present embodiment provides a self-service printing terminal, which includes a machine body 1 and a printing system, wherein the printing system includes a touch screen 11 disposed on the machine body 1, so that a user can touch and operate the printing system and display related information; the machine body 1 is provided with a paper outlet 12 and an identification area 10, wherein the identification area 10 is used for sensing and identifying a card member logged into a printing system, and the card member can be a second-generation identity card or other magnetic cards which can be identified by the identification area 10.
Wherein the printing system is configured such that when the card leaves the identification area 10, the card must always be within the identification range of the identification area 10 and cannot leave the identification area 10 when the card logs out of the printing system, i.e. when the user needs to log in to use the printing system.
Wherein the paper outlet 12 is used for outputting paper after printing.
As shown in fig. 1, in this embodiment, a supporting plate 2 is disposed at the position of the paper outlet 12, where the supporting plate 2 can be turned and folded relative to the machine body 1, and specifically, in this embodiment, the lower end of the supporting plate 2 is rotatably connected to the machine body 1 and located at the lower side of the paper outlet 12.
As shown in fig. 3 and 5, the machine body 1 is provided with a backup 15 at the lower side of the tray 2, when the tray 2 is turned down, the outer wall of the tray 2 abuts against the backup 15 to limit the tray 2 to turn down continuously, so that the tray 2 is kept in the turned down state, and the tray 2 is unfolded at the lower side of the paper outlet 12 at this time for supporting the paper output from the paper outlet 12.
As shown in fig. 2, the machine body 1 is provided with a clamping sleeve 3 for inserting a clamping piece, and the clamping sleeve 3 can move between an identification position and a clamping position relative to the machine body 1, wherein the clamping sleeve 3 is limited in that the clamping piece can be inserted into or taken out from the clamping sleeve 3 only when the clamping sleeve 3 is in the clamping position, and the state shown in fig. 3 can be referred to; in other words, the card can be inserted into the card sleeve 3 or removed from the card sleeve 3 only when the card sleeve 3 is in the card insertion position, and in other positions the card cannot be removed or inserted.
In the identification position, the ferrule 3 is in the state shown in fig. 2, in which the ferrule 3 is in the identification area 10 so that the card can be identified by the identification area 10, i.e. in this embodiment the identification area 10 is arranged in the identification position of the ferrule 3.
The terminal further comprises a blocking element and a locking element 5, said locking element 5 being kept in synchronous movement with the ferrule 3, so that the locking element 5 moves synchronously with it when the ferrule 3 moves between the identification position and the insertion position.
The baffle piece is linked with the supporting plate 2, and specifically:
referring to fig. 2 and 4, when the supporting plate 2 is turned down, the blocking member is at least partially located in the moving path of the locking member 5 to block the locking member 5, so as to limit the card sleeve 3 from entering the card inserting position, so that when the supporting plate 2 is turned down, the card sleeve 3 cannot enter the card inserting position, and a user cannot insert or take a card.
When the pallet 2 is turned up and folded, as shown in fig. 3, the pallet 2 drives the blocking member to move away from the moving path of the locking member 5 so that the ferrule 3 can enter the card inserting position, and when the ferrule 3 is in the card inserting position, the locking member 5 is at least partially positioned on the back side of the pallet 2 to limit the pallet 2 to be turned down, and at this time, the locking member 5 corresponds to a limiting member to limit the folded pallet 2 to be turned down, so that the pallet 2 is kept in the turned up state (namely, folded state).
It should be noted that, in the folded state of the pallet 2 in this embodiment, the pallet 2 is gathered on the body side of the machine body 1, and reference may be made to the state shown in fig. 3.
The specific use process of the embodiment is as follows:
in the initial state, i.e. the state shown in fig. 3, the pallet 2 is folded over the body 1, the ferrule 3 is in the card insertion position, and the locking element 5 is at least partially located at the back side of the pallet 2 to limit the pallet 2 from being turned down, i.e. the locking element 5 forms a barrier against the pallet 2 at the back side of the pallet 2, so that the pallet 2 is kept in the folded state.
In short, in the initial state, the card holder 3 is in the card insertion position to insert the card with the card holder, and the pallet 2 is in the turned-up folded state with the lock 5 held.
The user then begins to log into the printing system: firstly, inserting a clamping piece into the clamping sleeve 3, then, moving the clamping sleeve 3 to enable the clamping sleeve 3 to enter an identification position, so that the clamping piece on the clamping sleeve 3 is identified by the identification area 10 (refer to the state shown in fig. 2), and when the identification area 10 is configured to be separated from the identification area 10, the clamping piece logs out of the printing system, so that the clamping piece cannot leave the identification area 10 in the whole process of using the printing system; in short, it is required that the user must move the card sleeve 3 to the identification zone 10 and keep on the side of the identification zone 10 to log in to the printing system.
The locking piece 5 and the clamping sleeve 3 keep synchronous movement, so that the clamping sleeve 3 gradually moves away from the back side of the supporting plate 2 in the process of moving towards the identification position, and finally, the locking piece 5 is completely separated from the back side of the supporting plate 2 when the clamping sleeve 3 completely enters the identification position; so that the limitation of the lock piece 5 is avoided, the supporting plate 2 can be turned down under the action of dead weight and unfolded at the lower side of the paper outlet 12 so as to support paper output by the paper outlet 12, and the state shown in fig. 1 can be referred to; at this point the user may begin printing operations using the printing system.
After printing, the user takes out the sheet and the card again, since the ferrule 3 in this embodiment is defined as: only when the card sleeve 3 is at the card inserting position, the card member can be inserted into or taken out from the card sleeve 3, so that the card sleeve 3 needs to be moved to the card inserting position when the card is inserted or taken out, namely, the card sleeve 3 is positioned in fig. 3, and thus, a user needs to take out the card member, and the card sleeve 3 needs to be moved to the card inserting position first.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, since the stopper is in the movement path of the lock 5 to block the lock 5 to limit the card sleeve 3 from entering the card insertion position when the pallet 2 is in the turned down state, the user first needs to remove the stopper from the movement path of the lock 5 to release the block of the lock 5 so that the card sleeve 3 can smoothly enter the card insertion position.
In this embodiment, the supporting plate 2 is linked with the blocking member, and when the supporting plate 2 is turned up and folded, the supporting plate 2 drives the blocking member to move away from the moving path of the lock member 5 so that the card sleeve 3 can enter the card inserting position, so that a user needs to fold the supporting plate 2 to move away from the moving path of the lock member 5, and the card sleeve 3 can smoothly enter the card inserting position for card taking operation.
As can be seen from the above process, in this scheme, the user wants to take away the card after finishing printing, and the premise is to fold the pallet 2, so that the user is forced to fold the pallet 2 after finishing printing, and the user is prevented from not folding the pallet 2 due to forgetting or the like.
In this embodiment it is preferred that the ferrule 3 is movable in a transversal linear movement with respect to the body 1 for movement between the identification position and the insertion position.
In addition, in order to achieve the object that the card member can be inserted into or taken out of the card sleeve 3 only when the card sleeve 3 is in the card insertion position, in this embodiment: the cutting ferrule 3 includes the socket that supplies the fastener to insert, the socket up, concrete:
as shown in fig. 6, the ferrule 3 has a U-shaped structure with an upward opening, the side walls of two sides of the U-shaped opening of the ferrule 3 are provided with slots 31 for vertically inserting edges of two sides of the clamping piece, and the opening of the upper end of the ferrule 3 forms a socket. When inserting a card, vertically inserting the card into the slots 31 on two sides from above the jack downwards, wherein the M part is the card as shown in FIG. 4; when the card is taken out, the clamping piece is pulled out vertically upwards.
In this embodiment, the ferrule 3 mainly plays a role of supporting the card and driving the card to move.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, a baffle 7 is disposed on the body 1 at a position above the ferrule 3, the baffle 7 extends along a moving path of the ferrule 3 to form a barrier to the socket, and forms a avoidance only above the socket when the ferrule 3 is at the card insertion position. In other words, the lateral length of the baffle 7 in this embodiment is at least ensured: in the path of movement of the card sleeve 3, other positions than the card insertion position are blocked by the blocking plate 7, for example, fig. 4 shows the card sleeve 3 in a position between the identification position and the card insertion position, in which position at least a part of the insertion opening of the card sleeve 3 is still blocked by the blocking plate 7.
In this way, in the whole moving path of the clamping sleeve 3, except for the card inserting position, other positions are shielded by the baffle 7, so that the clamping piece cannot be pulled out or inserted from the clamping sleeve 3 vertically, and the purpose that the clamping piece can be inserted or taken out from the clamping sleeve 3 only when the clamping sleeve 3 is positioned at the card inserting position is achieved.
In order to realize the synchronous movement of the ferrule 3 and the locking member 5, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 6, a mounting seat 6 is provided on the machine body 1, and a sliding block 62 is provided on the mounting seat 6 along the transverse sliding direction; the clamping sleeve 3 and the locking piece 5 are both arranged on the sliding block 62; and the card sleeve 3 is arranged in a sliding manner along the front side wall of the mounting seat 6, wherein the front side wall of the mounting seat 6 is a vertical surface, and the identification area 10 is arranged on the front side wall of the mounting seat 6 and forms a vertical surface, wherein the identification area 10 is preferably flush with the front side wall of the mounting seat 6.
The slide block 62 is specifically provided with a slide groove 61 extending transversely on the front side wall of the mounting seat 6 at a position below the identification area 10, and the slide block 62 is slidably disposed in the slide groove 61. The lower part of the ferrule 3 is fixed on the slide 62.
As shown in fig. 2 and 6, the locking member 5 is in a strip shape and extends in a transverse direction, one end of the locking member is fixed on the side wall of the sliding block 62, and the other end of the locking member movably penetrates through the side wall of the mounting seat 6, which is close to one side of the pallet 2, along the length direction of the sliding groove 61; and a certain interval is arranged between the lock piece 5 and the front side wall of the machine body 1, and the interval is required to satisfy the following size: when the pallet 2 is folded to the body 1, the locking member 5 can be inserted into the outside of the pallet 2 to form a limit for the pallet 2 to prevent the pallet 2 from being turned down.
Thus, the sliding block 62 moves transversely, so that the clamping sleeve 3 is driven to move transversely, and the locking piece 5 is driven to move transversely.
To achieve the linkage of the blocking element and the pallet 2, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 5, the blocking element comprises an arc-shaped rod 41 with its center on the rotation axis of the pallet 2; one end of the arc-shaped rod 41 is fixed with the supporting plate 2, and the other end of the arc-shaped rod is movably arranged in the machine body 1 in a penetrating manner along the overturning direction of the supporting plate 2, and specifically:
as shown in fig. 5, an arc-shaped groove 14 for moving an arc-shaped rod 41 is formed in the machine body 1, wherein the center of the arc-shaped groove 14 is also positioned on the rotation axis of the supporting plate 2, the arc-shaped rod 41 is movably arranged in the arc-shaped groove 14, and the outer end of the arc-shaped rod 41 is fixed with the supporting plate 2.
When the supporting plate 2 is overturned, the arc-shaped rod 41 can be driven to move in the arc-shaped groove 14; thus, when the pallet 2 is turned down, the arc-shaped rod 41 is at least partially turned out of the arc-shaped groove 14 and is blocked in the moving path of the lock 5, and the state shown in fig. 2 and 4 can be referred to; so cutting ferrule 3 moves the in-process from the discernment position to inserting the card position, lock 5 also can advance simultaneously, and can be blocked by arc pole 41 when lock 5 advances to arc pole 41 position to unable advancing, and then cutting ferrule 3 just also unable advancing that continues, thereby makes cutting ferrule 3 unable advancing to inserting the card position.
After the supporting plate 2 is turned up and folded, the arc-shaped rod 41 is driven to shrink into the arc-shaped groove 14, and the state shown in fig. 3 can be referred to, and at the moment, the arc-shaped rod 41 can not block the advance of the locking piece 5, so that the card sleeve 3 can smoothly enter the card inserting position.
The arc-shaped rod 41 is adopted as a blocking piece, and the advantage is that as long as the supporting plate 2 is not in a folded state, the arc-shaped rod 41 can have a part of blocking to form a blocking for the locking piece 5 in the advancing path of the locking piece 5; so that the user can move the card sleeve 3 to the card insertion position only after folding the pallet 2.
Normally, before printing, the tray 2 needs to be turned down, otherwise, if printing is directly performed in a state that the tray 2 is not turned down, the tray 2 will block the paper outlet 12 at the position of the paper outlet 12, so that the paper is blocked in the paper outlet 12.
Therefore, in this embodiment, the pallet 2 is designed such that after the user completes inserting the card and moves the card sleeve 3 to the identification position, the locking member 5 will be moved away from the outside of the pallet 2 in the folded state, so that the pallet 2 is turned downward under its own weight, that is, after the card sleeve 3 moves to the identification position, the pallet 2 can be automatically turned down, so that the user can be prevented from forgetting to turn down the pallet 2 and directly perform the printing operation.
In practical application, the automatic turning down of the supporting plate 2 is difficult to be realized by only relying on the dead weight of the supporting plate 2, so in the embodiment:
an elastic piece is arranged between the supporting plate 2 and the machine body 1, and when the supporting plate 2 is in a turned-up and folded state, the elastic piece provides elastic force for the supporting plate 2 so that the supporting plate 2 has a downward turning trend. Thus, after the locking member 5 is removed from the outer side of the supporting plate 2, the supporting plate 2 can be turned downwards under the combined action of the pushing-down of the elastic member and the gravity of the elastic member.
Wherein, the elastic member comprises a torsion spring (not shown in the figure), the torsion spring is arranged at the rotation connection point of the supporting plate 2 and the machine body 1, and the torsion spring provides torsion force to enable the supporting plate 2 to have a downward overturning trend relative to the machine body 1.
In other alternative embodiments, the elastic member may also be a spring, as shown in fig. 5, for distinguishing this embodiment from the first spring 42, where the first spring 42 is disposed between the body 1 and the arc rod 41 and is used to push the arc rod 41 to keep the arc rod 41 turned outwards, specifically: the first spring 42 may be disposed in the arc-shaped slot 14, one end of the first spring is fixed to the bottom of the arc-shaped slot 14, and the other end is fixed to the inner end of the arc-shaped rod 41, so that when the locking member 5 is removed from the outer side of the supporting plate 2, the first spring 42 pushes the arc-shaped rod 41 outwards, so that the arc-shaped rod 41 pushes the supporting plate 2 outwards, and the supporting plate 2 is turned downwards.
In order to prevent the paper from slipping out of the front end of the pallet 2 during printing, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the front end of the pallet 2 (i.e., the end of the pallet 2 far away from the end connected with the machine body 1) is bent inwards to form a bending portion 21, and the bending portion 21 can form a barrier on the front side of the paper to prevent the paper from slipping out of the pallet 2 from the front end of the pallet 2; correspondingly, a receiving groove 13 for accommodating the bending part 21 is formed in the machine body 1 at a position corresponding to the bending part 21, so that the bending part 21 can be folded on the machine body 1 when the supporting plate 2 is folded.
Example 2
The difference between this embodiment and embodiment 1 is that the stopper used in this embodiment is different from the stopper in embodiment 1, and no additional elastic member is required in this embodiment; specific:
as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the blocking member in this embodiment includes an elastic telescopic member which is provided on the machine body 1 and which can be extended and contracted in a direction perpendicular to the machine body 1. And the elastic expansion element is in the path of movement of the lock 5.

In order to limit the shaft body 43 from falling out of the movable groove 16, as shown in fig. 8, a limiting step 161 is arranged at the front side of the movable groove 16, and a limiting block 431 is arranged at the inner end of the shaft body 43; when the pallet 2 is turned down, the second spring 44 pushes the shaft body 43 outwards, and finally the limiting block 431 abuts against the limiting step 161, at this time, the outer end of the shaft body 43 extends out of the machine body 1 and is in a state of blocking the locking piece 5 in the advancing path of the locking piece 5, as shown in fig. 7.
When the pallet 2 is turned upwards and folded, the outer end of the shaft body 43 will overcome the elasticity of the second spring 44 and shrink inwards into the machine body 1 under the pushing of the pallet 2, and the state shown in fig. 8 can be referred to; the shaft 43 is removed from the moving path of the locking member 5 to avoid the locking member 5, so that the locking member 5 can be inserted into the outer side of the folded pallet 2 to hold the pallet 2.
When the locking member 5 is removed from the outer side of the folded pallet 2, the shaft 43 pushes the pallet 2 outwards under the pushing of the second spring 44, so as to assist the pallet 2 to turn downwards.
Therefore, compared with embodiment 1, the elastic telescopic member of this embodiment not only serves as a blocking member, but also serves as an elastic member of embodiment 1, i.e., after the locking member 5 is pulled out from the outer side of the pallet 2, the pallet 2 is pushed and pushed in an auxiliary manner to automatically turn down the pallet 2.
It will be evident to those skilled in the art that the invention is not limited to the details of the foregoing illustrative embodiments, and that the present invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential characteristics thereof. The present embodiments are, therefore, to be considered in all respects as illustrative and not restrictive, the scope of the invention being indicated by the appended claims rather than by the foregoing description, and all changes which come within the meaning and range of equivalency of the claims are therefore intended to be embraced therein.
