s3, the vacuum pump 3 is started to be matched with the exhaust pipe 4 to extract air in the filter cartridge 10, negative pressure is generated in the filter cartridge 10, so that the speed of external wastewater entering the filter cartridge 10 is accelerated, and the speed of filtering solid impurities is improved;
s4, after the wastewater solution enters the filter cartridge 10 and is discharged completely through the water outlet pipe 23, the first motor 6 is started to drive the transmission gear 7 to rotate so as to drive the driven gear 8 to rotate, the driven gear 8 drives the hollow rod 9, the hollow rod 9 drives the filter cartridge 10 to rotate and the transverse plate 11 to rotate, the transverse plate 11 is matched with the vertical rod 12 and the scraper connecting frame 13 so as to drive the scraper 14 to rotate, and therefore solid impurities precipitated at the bottom of the wastewater tank 1 are scraped into the straight groove 15, and then the solid impurities enter the U-shaped pipe 16;
s5, the second motor 18 is started to drive the screw rod 17 to rotate, solid impurities are conveyed, and finally the solid impurities are discharged from the slag discharging pipe 19.

s3, the vacuum pump (3) is started to be matched with the exhaust pipe (4) to extract air in the filter cartridge (10), negative pressure is generated in the filter cartridge (10), and therefore the speed of external wastewater entering the filter cartridge (10) is accelerated, and the speed of filtering solid impurities is improved;
s4, driving a transmission gear (7) to rotate by starting a first motor (6) to drive a driven gear (8) to rotate, driving a hollow rod (9) by the driven gear (8), driving a filter cylinder (10) to rotate by the hollow rod (9) and a transverse plate (11) to rotate, wherein the transverse plate (11) is matched with a vertical rod (12) and a scraper connecting frame (13) to drive a scraper (14) to rotate, so that solid impurities precipitated at the bottom of a wastewater tank (1) are scraped into a straight groove (15), and then enter a U-shaped pipe (16);
