Abstract
本发明公开了一种高吸水性纸尿裤,包括纸尿裤本体,包括前腰贴、芯体和腰围;所述芯体的相对两端分别与所述前腰贴和所述腰围固定连接;所述前腰贴固定连接有弹性布,所述弹性布沿所述芯体长度方向延伸,所述腰围的相对两端分别设有贴合片,所述贴合片粘贴在所述弹性布;所述芯体内设置有吸水层,所述吸水层包括以下重量份原料制成:高分子吸水树脂20‑40份;醋酸纤维素10‑20份;植物提取液4‑12份。本申请具有提高纸尿裤的吸水效果的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及卫生用品领域,尤其是涉及一种高吸水性纸尿裤。
背景技术
纸尿裤是婴儿常用的日用品,干爽的纸尿裤可以使婴儿保持整夜的安睡,而由于其吸水性强,也被俗称为“尿不湿”。
市面上的纸尿裤大多都是使用无纺布制造而成的,当液体进入到纸尿裤中,液体会先集中在纸尿裤的中部,然后进入到吸收芯体再向其四周慢慢扩散,由于大量液体是同一时间内进入到纸尿裤中,而无纺布制成的吸收芯体的吸水效果较差,且吸收速度有限,不容易在短时间内快速将液体吸收;使用无纺布将液体吸收的吸水效果较差,导致婴儿长时间穿着不舒服。
发明内容
为了提高纸尿裤的吸水效果,本申请提供一种高吸水性纸尿裤。
本申请提供一种高吸水性纸尿裤采用如下技术方案:
一种高吸水纸尿裤,包括纸尿裤本体,包括前腰贴、芯体和腰围;所述芯体的相对两端分别与所述前腰贴和所述腰围固定连接;所述前腰贴固定连接有弹性布,所述弹性布沿所述芯体长度方向延伸,所述腰围的相对两端分别设有贴合片,所述贴合片粘贴在所述弹性布;所述芯体内设置有吸水层,所述吸水层包括以下重量份原料制成:高分子吸水树脂20-40份;醋酸纤维素10-20份;植物提取液4-12份。
通过采用上述技术方案,弹性布具有良好的柔软性和弹性,弹性布设置在前腰贴时,可以有效减少前腰贴与婴儿皮肤接触导致婴儿皮肤出现擦痕和皮肤泛红;芯体可以将婴儿的尿液进行吸收,吸水层通过高分子吸水树脂、醋酸纤维素和植物提取液制成,高分子吸水树脂含有强亲水性基团和交联结构的大分子材料,且保水性能优良,醋酸纤维素具有较高的孔隙率和良好的吸水性能,液体可以通过醋酸纤维素向高分子吸水树脂内部渗透;醋酸纤维素可以通过植物提取液附着在高分子吸水树脂表面,从而进一步提高吸水层的吸水效果。
优选的,所述弹性布的长度为14-16cm。
通过采用上述技术方案,当弹性布在上述长度范围,弹性布设置在芯体上,弹性布可以将芯体表面包覆,且弹性布自身的弹性可以使芯体收缩且出现褶皱,使芯体的横截面为波浪形,此时芯体中吸水颗粒聚集在芯体出现褶皱的位置,当尿液进入芯体时,增加吸水层与尿液的接触面积,从而提高吸水层的吸水效果。
优选的,所述弹性布包括弹性层和纤维层,所述弹性层的相对两侧均与所述纤维层固定连接。
通过采用上述技术方案,由于弹性布中的弹性层具有一定的弹性形变能力;使得初始状态纸尿裤的吸水芯体横截面呈波浪形,吸水层聚集在芯体呈波浪形的位置,增加了芯体与尿液的接触面积,从而可以更快速进行尿液的吸湿。
优选的,所述高分子吸水树脂包括以下重量份原料制成:丙烯酸20-40重量份;丙烯酰胺10-30份;淀粉20-40份;交联剂5-7份;引发剂2-4份;壳聚糖10-20份;所述高分子吸水树脂的制备方法为:将部分丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺和壳聚糖在60-80℃的条件下搅拌均匀,再依次加入引发剂、交联剂和剩余的丙烯酸继续搅拌1-2h;搅拌完成后与淀粉混合搅拌均匀1-2h,过筛后烘干造粒,得到所述高分子吸水树脂。
通过采用上述技术方案,本申请通过制备高分子吸水树脂填充在芯体内,丙烯酸和丙烯酰胺作为高分子吸水树脂的基体,丙烯酸的羧基-C00H及壳聚糖的-0H通过脱水缩合形成了酯键连接,在交联剂的作用下,可使这些线性结构单元交联在一起形成不易断裂的空间网状结构;丙烯酸-C00H键及壳聚糖的-0H形成的酯键连接可以提高吸水树脂的化学稳定性,改善其耐盐性,形成的空间网状结构则可以提升吸水树脂的强度,而这两种结构对吸水树脂的耐温性能都有很好的促进作用。同时淀粉和丙烯酰胺中含有大量的羟基,提供良好的亲水基团,使制得的高分子吸水树脂具有吸水速度快、吸量大的特点;进而提高纸尿裤的吸水效果。
优选的,所述醋酸纤维素为改性醋酸纤维素,所述改性醋酸纤维素的改性方法为:将5-10重量份醋酸纤维素与1-2重量份苯胺和10-20重量份盐酸共同混合,加入1-2重量份过硫酸铵引发聚合,过滤冲洗干燥后得到所述改性醋酸纤维素。
通过采用上述技术方案,本申请对醋酸纤维素进行改性,将醋酸纤维素与苯胺混合,苯胺分散并附着在醋酸纤维素的表面,加入过硫酸铵后醋酸纤维素与苯胺发生氧化反应,形成聚苯胺,使聚苯胺附着在醋酸纤维素表面,同时使醋酸纤维素的纤维结构得到保持,在保持醋酸纤维素良好的吸水性能的同时聚苯胺在醋酸纤维素表面形成薄膜,提高醋酸纤维素的柔韧性,进而提高吸水层的柔韧性,使芯体可以更好的贴紧婴儿的臀部;同时改性后的醋酸纤维素还具有较高的孔隙率,有利于液体通过并向内部渗透,进而提高纸尿裤的吸水效果。
优选的,所述植物提取液的制备方法为将5-10重量份薰衣草、5-10重量份落羽杉叶和5-10重量份菠萝叶洗净后研磨混合,加入2-4重量份过硫酸钾搅拌后过滤得到滤渣;将滤渣、5-10重量份芦荟汁和5-6重量份茶多酚浸泡在无水乙醇中30-50d;过滤后的滤液即为所述植物提取液。
通过采用上述技术方案,本申请通过植物提取液与高分子吸水树脂混合,提高吸水芯体的吸水能力的同时还可以提高纸尿裤的除菌效果;植物提取液中含有薰衣草,使吸水芯体具有一定的薰衣草芳香气味,蚊虫等闻到香气后会不敢靠近,达到驱虫的效果;同时薰衣草的气味幽香,可以提高婴儿穿着的舒适感,加入菠萝叶可以提高纸尿裤的拉伸性能,使纸尿裤可以更好的包覆婴儿的臀部,落羽杉叶均具有良好的吸水效果,茶多酚具有良好的吸湿性;可以进一步提高吸水芯体的吸水效果;芦荟汁具有良好的护肤作用,制得的植物提取液与高分子吸水树脂混合,使吸水层在吸收尿液的同时还可以释放出护肤成分,保护婴儿的肌肤,提高透气保湿的效果;同时茶多酚对细菌具有抑制活性的作用,若父母来不及替婴儿更换尿布,茶多酚可以有效抑制尿液中的细菌滋生,从而对婴儿进行保护,提高纸尿裤的抗菌效果。
优选的,所述高分子吸水树脂、醋酸纤维素和植物提取液的重量配比为1:(0.39-0.42):(0.32-0.36)。
通过采用上述技术方案,当高分子吸水树脂、醋酸纤维素和植物提取液在特定配比时,三者共同配合可以激活高分子吸水树脂的吸水能力,从而进一步提高纸尿裤的吸水效果。
优选的,所述薰衣草、落羽杉叶、菠萝叶和芦荟汁的重量配比为(1.6-1.8):(1.12-1.28):(1.44-1.62):1。
通过采用上述技术方案,当上述四种组分在特定的重量配比时,除了可以提高吸水芯体的吸水吸湿效果,芦荟汁还可以提高植物提取液的分散性和稳定性,进而提高植物提取液中的杀菌除臭效果。
优选的,所述醋酸纤维素的长度为12-16mm。
通过采用上述技术方案,控制醋酸纤维素的长度范围,使醋酸纤维素更容易分散在高分子吸水树脂上,进而使芯体更容易吸收水分,有利于提高纸尿裤的吸水效果。
优选的,所述吸水层的制备方法为:将高分子吸水树脂、醋酸纤维素和植物提取液混合均匀后浸泡3-6h,挤出造粒,干燥后进行包覆粘合,压实切割后得到所述吸水层。
通过采用上述技术方案,通过上述的方法可以制备出吸湿吸水能力强的吸水层,从而提高纸尿裤的吸湿吸水能力。
综上所述,本申请包括以下有益技术效果:
1.弹性布具有良好的柔软性和弹性,弹性布设置在前腰贴时,可以有效减少前腰贴与婴儿皮肤接触导致婴儿皮肤出现擦痕和皮肤泛红;芯体可以将婴儿的尿液进行吸收,吸水层通过高分子吸水树脂、醋酸纤维素和植物提取液制成,高分子吸水树脂含有强亲水性基团和交联结构的大分子材料,且保水性能优良,醋酸纤维素具有较高的孔隙率和良好的吸水性能,液体可以通过醋酸纤维素向高分子吸水树脂内部渗透;醋酸纤维素可以通过植物提取液附着在高分子吸水树脂表面,从而进一步提高吸水层的吸水效果。

3.本申请对醋酸纤维素进行改性,将醋酸纤维素与苯胺混合,苯胺分散并附着在醋酸纤维素的表面,加入过硫酸铵后醋酸纤维素与苯胺发生氧化反应,形成聚苯胺,使聚苯胺附着在醋酸纤维素表面,同时使醋酸纤维素的纤维结构得到保持,在保持醋酸纤维素良好的吸水性能的同时聚苯胺在醋酸纤维素表面形成薄膜,提高醋酸纤维素的柔韧性,进而提高吸水层的柔韧性,使芯体可以更好的贴紧婴儿的臀部;同时改性后的醋酸纤维素还具有较高的孔隙率,有利于液体通过并向内部渗透,进而提高纸尿裤的吸水效果。

实施例
实施例1
本申请实施例提供一种高吸水性纸尿裤,参照图1,包括纸尿裤本体,还包括前腰贴、芯体和腰围;前腰贴和腰围分别固定连接在芯体的相对两端;芯体内设置有吸水层,吸水层可以将婴儿的尿液进行快速吸收;前腰贴设置有弹性布,弹性布沿前腰贴的长度方向延伸,弹性布固定连接在前腰贴;参照图2,弹性布包括弹性层和两层纤维层,弹性层位于两层纤维层之间,弹性层的相对两侧分别与两层纤维层固定连接;纤维层为天然纤维层,纤维层的手感柔软,婴儿触摸到前腰贴时,不易出现纤维层与皮肤摩擦造成皮肤磨损;弹性布上开设有多个透气孔,提高纸尿裤的吸汗能力,从而减少婴儿出现过敏的情况。
本申请实施例中弹性布的长度为15cm;弹性布将前腰贴和芯体的一侧包覆,且弹性布自身的弹性可以使芯体收缩且出现褶皱,使芯体的横截面为波浪形,此时芯体中吸水颗粒聚集在芯体出现褶皱的位置,当尿液进入芯体时,增加吸水层与尿液的接触面积,从而提高吸水层的吸水效果。
其中吸水层的制备方法为:
将20kg高分子吸水树脂、10kg醋酸纤维素和4kg植物提取液投入搅拌机中在温度为60℃的条件下混合均匀5min;静置浸泡3h后通过双螺杆挤出机进行挤出造粒,在温度为80℃条件下干燥2h后进行包覆粘合,压实切割后得到吸水层;醋酸纤维素的长度为15mm;分子量为50000。
其中高分子吸水树脂的制备方法为:
将5kg丙烯酸、10kg丙烯酰胺和10kg壳聚糖在60℃的条件下搅拌30min,再依次加入2kg过硫酸铵引发剂、5kg过氧化二苯甲酰交联剂和剩余的15kg丙烯酸在温度为60℃的条件下继续搅拌1h;搅拌完成后与20kg淀粉混合搅拌均匀1h,过筛100目筛后在温度为50℃条件下烘干30min;投入螺杆挤出机内造粒,得到高分子吸水树脂。
植物提取液的制备方法为:
将5kg薰衣草、5kg落羽杉叶和5kg菠萝叶洗净后研磨混合,加入2kg过硫酸钾搅拌5min后过滤得到滤渣;将滤渣、5kg芦荟汁和5kg茶多酚浸泡在无水乙醇中30d;过滤后的滤液即为植物提取液。
实施例2
一种高吸水性纸尿裤,与实施例1的不同之处在于,吸水层的制备方法不同,
吸水层的制备方法为:将40kg高分子吸水树脂、20kg醋酸纤维素和12kg植物提取液投入搅拌机中在温度为60℃的条件下混合均匀5min;静置浸泡6h后通过双螺杆挤出机进行挤出造粒,在温度为80℃条件下干燥2h后进行包覆粘合,压实切割后得到吸水层;醋酸纤维素的长度为15mm;分子量为50000。
实施例3
一种高吸水性纸尿裤,与实施例1的不同之处在于,吸水层的制备方法不同,
吸水层的制备方法为:将30kg高分子吸水树脂、15kg醋酸纤维素和8kg植物提取液投入搅拌机中在温度为60℃的条件下混合均匀5min;静置浸泡4.5h后通过双螺杆挤出机进行挤出造粒,在温度为80℃条件下干燥2h后进行包覆粘合,压实切割后得到吸水层;醋酸纤维素的长度为15mm;分子量为50000。
实施例4
一种高吸水性纸尿裤,与实施例3的不同之处在于,高分子吸水树脂的制备方法不同,将10kg丙烯酸、30kg丙烯酰胺和20kg壳聚糖在60℃的条件下搅拌30min,再依次加入4kg过硫酸铵引发剂、7kg过氧化二苯甲酰交联剂和剩余的30kg丙烯酸在温度为60℃的条件下继续搅拌1h;搅拌完成后与40kg淀粉混合搅拌均匀2h,过筛100目筛后在温度为50℃条件下烘干30min;投入螺杆挤出机内造粒,得到高分子吸水树脂。
实施例5
一种高吸水性纸尿裤,与实施例3的不同之处在于,植物提取液的制备方法为:将10kg薰衣草、10kg落羽杉叶和10kg菠萝叶洗净后研磨混合,加入4kg过硫酸钾搅拌5min后过滤得到滤渣;将滤渣、10kg芦荟汁和6kg茶多酚浸泡在无水乙醇中50d;过滤后的滤液即为植物提取液。
实施例6
一种高吸水性纸尿裤,与实施例5的不同之处在于,在制备植物提取液的过程中,薰衣草的投入量为8kg、落羽杉叶的投入量为5.6kg、菠萝叶的投入量为7.2kg、芦荟汁的投入量为5kg。
实施例7
一种高吸水性纸尿裤,与实施例5的不同之处在于,在制备植物提取液的过程中,薰衣草的投入量为9kg、落羽杉叶的投入量为6.4kg、菠萝叶的投入量为8.1kg、芦荟汁的投入量为5kg。
实施例8
一种高吸水性纸尿裤,与实施例7的不同之处在于,在制备吸水层的过程中,将醋酸纤维素等量替换成改性醋酸纤维素,改性醋酸纤维素的制备方法为:将5kg醋酸纤维素与1kg苯胺和10kg盐酸共同混合搅拌3h,加入1kg过硫酸铵在温度为5℃的条件下引发聚合1h,反应完成后过滤冲洗,在温度为50℃的条件下干燥30min后得到改性醋酸纤维素。
实施例9
一种高吸水性纸尿裤,与实施例7的不同之处在于,在制备吸水层的过程中,将醋酸纤维素等量替换成改性醋酸纤维素,改性醋酸纤维素的制备方法为:将10kg醋酸纤维素与2kg苯胺和20kg盐酸共同混合搅拌3h,加入2kg过硫酸铵在温度为5℃的条件下引发聚合1h,反应完成后过滤冲洗,在温度为50℃的条件下干燥30min后得到改性醋酸纤维素。
实施例10
一种高吸水性纸尿裤,与实施例9的不同之处在于,在制备吸水层的过程中,高分子吸水树脂的投入量为30kg、改性醋酸纤维素的投入量为11.7kg、植物提取液的投入量为9.6kg。
实施例11
一种高吸水性纸尿裤,与实施例9的不同之处在于,在制备吸水层的过程中,高分子吸水树脂的投入量为30kg、改性醋酸纤维素的投入量为12.6kg、植物提取液的投入量为10.8kg。

性能检测试验:
吸水性能:根据GB/T22905-2008《纸尿裤高吸收性树脂》和GB/T22875-2018《纸尿裤和卫生巾用高吸收性树脂》,对实施例1-11以及对比例1-4制备的纸尿裤进行吸水性能测试。
透气性能检测:按《GB/T 5453—1997织物透气性的测定》采用自动透气量仪对实施例1-11以及对比例1-4制备的纸尿裤进行透气性能进行检测。
抗菌性能:根据GB/T15979-2002对实施例1-11以及对比例1-4制备的纸尿裤进行测试。

根据实施例1-4和对比例1-4的数据对比可得,弹性布具有良好的柔软性和弹性,弹性布设置在前腰贴时,可以有效减少前腰贴与婴儿皮肤接触导致婴儿皮肤出现擦痕和皮肤泛红;芯体可以将婴儿的尿液进行吸收,吸水层通过高分子吸水树脂、醋酸纤维素和植物提取液制成,进一步提高吸水层的吸水效果。
根据实施例3和实施例5-7的数据对比可得,本申请对醋酸纤维素进行改性,将醋酸纤维素与苯胺混合,苯胺分散并附着在醋酸纤维素的表面;提高醋酸纤维素的柔韧性,进而提高吸水层的柔韧性,使芯体可以更好的贴紧婴儿的臀部;同时改性后的醋酸纤维素。
根据实施例7-9的数据对比可得,当上述四种组分在特定的重量配比时,除了可以提高吸水芯体的吸水吸湿效果,芦荟汁还可以提高植物提取液的分散性和稳定性,进而提高植物提取液中的杀菌除臭效果。
根据实施例9-11的数据对比可得,当高分子吸水树脂、醋酸纤维素和植物提取液在特定配比时,三者共同配合可以激活高分子吸水树脂的吸水能力,从而进一步提高纸尿裤的吸水效果。

1.一种高吸水性纸尿裤,包括纸尿裤本体,其特征在于:包括前腰贴、芯体和腰围;所述芯体的相对两端分别与所述前腰贴和所述腰围固定连接;所述前腰贴固定连接有弹性布,所述弹性布沿所述芯体长度方向延伸,所述腰围的相对两端分别设有贴合片,所述贴合片粘贴在所述弹性布;所述芯体内设置有吸水层,所述吸水层包括以下重量份原料制成:高分子吸水树脂20-40份;醋酸纤维素10-20份;植物提取液4-12份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高吸水性纸尿裤,其特征在于:所述弹性布的长度为14-16cm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高吸水性纸尿裤,其特征在于:所述弹性布包括弹性层和纤维层,所述弹性层的相对两侧均与所述纤维层固定连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高吸水性纸尿裤,其特征在于:所述高分子吸水树脂包括以下重量份原料制成:丙烯酸20-40重量份;丙烯酰胺10-30份;淀粉20-40份;交联剂5-7份;引发剂2-4份;壳聚糖10-20份;所述高分子吸水树脂的制备方法为:将部分丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺和壳聚糖在60-80℃的条件下搅拌均匀,再依次加入引发剂、交联剂和剩余的丙烯酸继续搅拌1-2h;搅拌完成后与淀粉混合搅拌均匀1-2h,过筛后烘干造粒,得到所述高分子吸水树脂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高吸水性纸尿裤,其特征在于:所述醋酸纤维素为改性醋酸纤维素,所述改性醋酸纤维素的改性方法为:将5-10重量份醋酸纤维素与1-2重量份苯胺和10-20重量份盐酸共同混合,加入1-2重量份过硫酸铵引发聚合,过滤冲洗干燥后得到所述改性醋酸纤维素。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高吸水性纸尿裤,其特征在于:所述植物提取液的制备方法为将5-10重量份薰衣草、5-10重量份落羽杉叶和5-10重量份菠萝叶洗净后研磨混合,加入2-4重量份过硫酸钾搅拌后过滤得到滤渣;将滤渣、5-10重量份芦荟汁和5-6重量份茶多酚浸泡在无水乙醇中30-50d;过滤后的滤液即为所述植物提取液。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种高吸水性纸尿裤,其特征在于:所述高分子吸水树脂、醋酸纤维素和植物提取液的重量配比为1:(0.39-0.42):(0.32-0.36)。

10.根据权利要求1所述的一种高吸水性纸尿裤,其特征在于:所述吸水层的制备方法为:将高分子吸水树脂、醋酸纤维素和植物提取液混合均匀后浸泡3-6h,挤出造粒,干燥后进行包覆粘合,压实切割后得到所述吸水层。
