As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present embodiment provides an apparatus having a clothes storage space, such as a clothes care machine, a general wardrobe, an intelligent wardrobe, etc., which includes a cabinet body 1, a door body 2, a clothes hanging part 3, and a first linkage 4. The device can adjust the position of the clothes hanging part 3 when the door body 2 is opened, so that a user can save more labor when hanging clothes, and the use experience is improved.
Wherein, the door body 2 is arranged at the opening of the cabinet body 1. The clothes hanging part 3 is arranged in the cabinet body 1 and is used for hanging clothes hangers or directly hanging clothes. The clothes hanging part 3 is provided with a clothes storage position and a hanging position, and the hanging position is close to the opening of the cabinet body 1 relative to the clothes storage position. The first linkage mechanism 4 is connected with the door body 2 and the clothes hanging part 3, and the door body 2 drives the clothes hanging part 3 to reciprocate between a clothes storage position and a clothes hanging position through the first linkage mechanism 4 when being opened and closed.
When a user opens the door body 2, the door body 2 drives the clothes hanging part 3 to move from a clothes storage position to a clothes hanging position through the first linkage mechanism 4, so that the clothes hanging part 3 is close to the opening of the cabinet body 1, and the user can conveniently hang clothes; when the user closes the door body 2, the door body 2 drives the clothes hanging part 3 to move from the hanging position to the clothes storage position through the first linkage mechanism 4, so that clothes are stored in the cabinet body 1 and cannot be exposed out of the cabinet body 1, and the influence on the opening and closing of the door body 2 is avoided. The device with the clothes storage space can push out the clothes hanging part 3 forwards when the door body 2 is opened, so that a user can save more labor when hanging clothes, and the use experience is improved.
In this embodiment, the door body 2 is slidably disposed in the opening of the cabinet body 1, and the clothes hanging member 3 reciprocates between the clothes storage position and the clothes hanging position during the sliding and opening/closing process of the door body 2. In other embodiments, the door body 2 may be in a form of rotating to open or close, when the door body 2 rotates to open, the clothes hanging part 3 moves from the clothes storage position to the clothes hanging position, and when the door body 2 rotates to close, the clothes hanging part 3 moves from the clothes hanging position to the clothes storage position.
Referring to fig. 2 and 6, the first linkage 4 optionally includes a first drive arm 41 and a guide assembly 42. The first transmission arm 41 is provided inside the door body 2. The guide assembly 42 is connected to the garment hanger 3 and moves synchronously with the garment hanger 3. The guide assembly 42 includes a first slide rail 421, and an end of the first transmission arm 41 away from the door body 2 is slidably matched with the first slide rail 421 in the opening and closing direction of the door body 2, and is slidably matched with the first slide rail 421 along the sliding opening and closing direction of the door body 2, so that the first slide rail 421 does not interfere with the opening and closing of the door body 2.
When the door body 2 is opened and closed in a sliding manner, the first transmission arm 41 can drive the first sliding rail 421 to move through sliding fit with the first sliding rail 421, so that the first sliding rail 421 drives the clothes hanging component 3 to reciprocate between the clothes storage position and the clothes hanging position.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, a sliding column 411 is disposed at an end of the first driving arm 41 away from the door body 2, a first sliding groove 422 is disposed on the first sliding rail 421, and the sliding column 411 is slidably inserted into the first sliding groove 422. The cooperation of the sliding column 411 and the first sliding groove 422 does not interfere with the normal sliding of the door body 2, and can avoid the first transmission arm 41 from being separated from the first sliding rail 421, so that the first transmission arm 41 can drive the first sliding rail 421 to move when the door body 2 is opened and closed.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2 and 6, the first chute 422 includes a first straight chute section 4221, a first inclined chute section 4222, and a second straight chute section 4223, which are sequentially communicated. The first and second straight groove segments 4221 and 4223 are each parallel to the width direction of the cabinet 1, i.e., parallel to the sliding direction of the door 2. The first straight groove section 4221 is close to the opening of the cabinet body 1 relative to the second straight groove section 4223, and the first inclined groove section 4222 is connected between the first straight groove section 4221 and the second straight groove section 4223, so as to realize that the first sliding rail 421 drives the clothes hanging component 3 to move forward. When the door body 2 is in the closed state, the sliding column 411 is located in the first straight groove section 4221, the clothes hanging component 3 is located at the clothes storage position, and when the sliding column 411 slides from the first straight groove section 4221 to the first inclined groove section 4222, since the door body 2 is fixed in the cabinet depth direction and the first sliding rail 421 is movable in the cabinet depth direction, under the driving of the first driving arm 41, the sliding column 411 pushes against the inner wall of the first inclined groove section 4222, so that the first sliding rail 421 is driven to move forward, and the first sliding rail 421 drives the clothes hanging component 3 to move forward until sliding to the tail end of the first inclined groove section 4222, and the clothes hanging component 3 is not moved forward any more. The sliding column 411 finally enters the second straight slot 4223, and the sliding column 411 is limited in the second straight slot 4223, so that the door body 2 can be kept in a door opening state without automatic sliding closing.
It can be appreciated that the first inclined groove section 4222 is disposed at an obtuse angle to the first and second straight groove sections 4221 and 4223, so that the component force of the sliding column 411 to the inner wall of the first inclined groove section 4222 can push the first sliding rail 421 to move forward, and will not cause a clamping stagnation to the sliding of the door body 2.
Further, the first inclined groove section 4222 and the first and second flat groove sections 4221 and 4223 are smoothly transited, so that the sliding column 411 is prevented from being jammed or abnormal sound at the junction of the first and second flat groove sections 4221 and 4222 and at the junction of the first and second inclined groove sections 4222 and 4223, and smooth sliding opening and closing of the door body 2 is ensured.
Optionally, a rolling wheel may be disposed at an end of the first driving arm 41 away from the door body 2, where the rolling wheel is located in the first sliding groove 422 and is in rolling fit with an inner wall of the first sliding groove 422, so as to reduce resistance applied when the door body 2 slides away from the door body 2 to be closed, and improve smoothness of opening and closing of the door body 2.
In this embodiment, the first sliding rail 421 includes a first straight section, a first inclined section and a second straight section, which are sequentially connected, the first straight slot 4221 is opened at the first straight section, the first inclined slot 4222 is opened at the first inclined section, and the second straight slot 4223 is opened at the second straight section. That is, the shape of the first sliding rail 421 is consistent with the shape of the first sliding groove 422, so that the material is saved. In other embodiments, the first sliding rail 421 may have other shapes, such as a flat plate, and only the first flat slot 4221, the first inclined slot 4222, and the second flat slot 4223 need be formed on the flat plate.
Referring to fig. 2 and 6, the guide assembly 42 further includes a slide rail base 423, the clothes hanging part 3 is connected to a bottom surface of the slide rail base 423, and the first slide rail 421 is connected to a rear side of the slide rail base 423. The rail base 423 provides a basis for the mounting of the garment hanger 3 and the first rail 421. The first straight section of the first sliding rail 421 is close to the sliding rail base 423, the second straight section is relatively far away from the sliding rail base 423, and a reinforcing connecting rod 424 can be arranged between the first inclined section and/or the second straight section and the sliding rail base 423 to ensure the strength of the guiding component 42 and avoid the deformation of the first sliding rail 421 caused by long-term hanging of heavy clothes by the clothes hanging component 3.
Referring to fig. 2 and 6, a guide rail is provided in the cabinet 1 along the depth direction, and when the guide assembly 42 drives the clothes hanging part 3 to reciprocate between the clothes storage position and the hanging position, the guide assembly 42 is in sliding fit with the guide rail to provide guidance, so that the movement accuracy is ensured. In this embodiment, the guiding rail includes a hanger rail 5 extending along the depth direction of the cabinet body 1, the sliding rail base 423 of the guiding component 42 is provided with a sliding sleeve 4231, and the sliding sleeve 4231 is slidably sleeved on the hanger rail 5 to guide the movement of the guiding component 42 and the hanging component 3 integrally.
Illustratively, two hanging rails 5 are provided at the top of the cabinet body 1, two sliding sleeves 4231 are provided at two ends of the sliding rail base 423 along the length direction, and the two sliding sleeves 4231 are sleeved on the hanging rails 5 in a one-to-one correspondence and slidably, so as to provide precise guiding function for two sides of the guiding assembly 42.
Optionally, a linear bearing may be disposed within the sliding sleeve 4231, which is in sliding engagement with the hanger rail 5, reducing the resistance of the guide assembly 42 and the garment hanger 3 to sliding back and forth.
Optionally, referring to fig. 2 and 4, the apparatus with a clothes storage space further includes a second linkage mechanism 6, the second linkage mechanism 6 connects the door 2 and the cabinet 1, and the door 2 is moved forward by a preset distance relative to the cabinet 1 under the driving of the second linkage mechanism 6 when being opened in a sliding manner. For a wardrobe or a nursing machine, there may be a situation of using the device side by side, for example, several wardrobe side by side, or the wardrobe side by side with the nursing machine, in order to ensure that the appearance after side by side is neat and beautiful, the door bodies 2 after side by side of the device should be as flush as possible. For example, in the case of several wardrobe cases, since the door bodies 2 of several wardrobe cases are all located on the same plane, when one of the door bodies 2 is slid open, the adjacent door bodies 2 interfere with the opening of that door body 2. Therefore, by providing the second linkage mechanism 6, the door body 2 can move forward a preset distance relative to the cabinet body 1 when sliding and opening, thereby avoiding the adjacent door bodies 2 and realizing the smooth opening and closing of the door bodies 2 of the wardrobe.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the door body 2 is shown to be moved forward by a preset distance H with respect to the cabinet body 1, where the preset distance H is not smaller than the thickness of the door body 2, so that the door body 2 that is slid open can be slid to the front side of the adjacent door body 2 while avoiding the adjacent door body 2. The preset distance H can be set according to the requirement, for example, is set to be greater than the thickness of the door body 2 by 5mm, so that the door body 2 can be opened and closed smoothly.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 2, 4, 6 and 7, the second linkage 6 includes a second transmission arm 61 and a second slide rail 62. The second transmission arm 61 is provided inside the door body 2. The top of the cabinet body 1 and/or the bottom of the cabinet body 1 are/is provided with a second slide rail 62, a second slide groove 621 is arranged on the second slide rail 62, and one end of the second transmission arm 61 far away from the door body 2 is slidably inserted into the second slide groove 621. When the door body 2 is opened and closed in a sliding manner, one end of the second transmission arm 61 away from the door body 2 slides in the second sliding groove 621, so that the second sliding rail 62 is prevented from interfering with sliding of the door body 2. The second chute 621 comprises a second inclined chute section 6212, which second inclined chute section 6212 is intended to effect an advance during sliding opening of the door body 2. The second slide rail 62 is fixed in the cabinet 1, and is immovable in the cabinet depth direction, while the door 2 is movable in the cabinet depth direction, and when the door 2 is opened by sliding, the second transmission arm 61 can push the door 2 forward by a preset distance H under the action of the groove wall of the second inclined groove section 6212.
In this embodiment, referring to fig. 2, the top and the bottom of the cabinet 1 are both provided with second slide rails 62, the upper and lower sides of the door 2 are both provided with second driving arms 61, and the second driving arms 61 on the upper and lower sides are in one-to-one correspondence with and sliding fit with the upper and lower second slide rails 62, so as to ensure the sliding stability of the door 2.
Further, the second slide groove 621 further includes a third flat groove section 6211 and a fourth flat groove section 6213, and the third flat groove section 6211 and the fourth flat groove section 6213 are parallel to the sliding direction of the door body 2. The third flat groove section 6211 and the fourth flat groove section 6213 are provided separately at both ends of the second inclined groove section 6212, and the third flat groove section 6211 is distant from the door body 2 with respect to the fourth flat groove section 6213. Referring to fig. 6, when the door body 2 is in the closed state, the second transmission arm 61 is limited in the third flat groove section 6211, so that the door body 2 can be kept in the closed state and cannot slide and open easily. The second inclined groove section 6212, the third flat groove section 6211 and the fourth flat groove section 6213 are all arranged at an obtuse angle, when the door body 2 is opened by sliding, the second transmission arm 61 immediately slides into the second inclined groove section 6212 from the third flat groove section 6211, and during the period, the second transmission arm 61 drives the door body 2 to move forward under the back thrust force of the inner wall of the second inclined groove section 6212 until the second transmission arm 61 slides into the fourth flat groove section 6213, as shown in fig. 11, the door body 2 does not move forward relative to the cabinet body 1 any more.
Preferably, referring to fig. 4 and 5, a roller 611 is connected to an end of the second driving arm 61 away from the door body 2, and the roller 611 is rollably limited in the second chute 621, so as to reduce the resistance of the door body 2 when sliding and opening, and ensure smooth opening and closing of the door body 2.
Referring to fig. 3, 6 and 15, the clothes-line 3 includes a clothes-line 31 and at least one hanger bar 32 provided on the clothes-line 31. The cabinet body 1 is internally provided with the division plate 7, and a mounting space 8 is formed between the division plate 7 and the top wall of the cabinet body 1, and the first linkage mechanism 4 and the second linkage mechanism 6 are arranged in the mounting space 8, and the mounting space 8 provides airtight protection for the two linkage mechanisms, avoids mistaken touch of a user, plays a dustproof effect, and the space in the cabinet body 1 is also attractive.
The partition plate 7 is provided with guide grooves 71, and the number of the guide grooves 71 is identical to the number of the hanging rods 32. The guide groove 71 extends in the cabinet depth direction, and the hanger rod 32 passes through the guide groove 71 and is connected to the slide rail base 423 of the first linkage 4, so that the hanger rod 32 slides in the guide groove 71 when the hanger member 3 moves between the garment storage position and the hanging position. Only the lower part of the suspender 32 and the clothes hanger 31 are exposed in the cabinet 1, and the rest is hidden in the installation space 8.
Further, a clothes hanging groove 311 is arranged on the clothes hanging rod 31 of the clothes hanging part 3, and the clothes hanging groove 311 is used for limiting a hanger hook of the hanger to avoid hanger movement.
Referring to fig. 7, the front side of the cabinet 1 is provided with a front sealing plate 9 for sealing the front opening of the installation space 8, gaps are provided between the upper side of the front sealing plate 9 and the top wall of the cabinet 1, and between the lower side of the front sealing plate 9 and the partition plate 7, the upper gap is used for passing through the second transmission arm 61, the lower gap is used for passing through the first transmission arm 41, and the lower gap does not interfere the sliding of the first transmission arm 41 and the second transmission arm 61, and can effectively seal the front opening of the installation space 8.
The opening process of the door body 2 of the apparatus is described below with reference to fig. 6 to 15:
as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the door body 2 is in a closed state, the first driving arm 41 is located in the first straight groove section 4221, the second driving arm 61 is located in the third straight groove section 6211, and the clothes hanging part 3 is located in a clothes storage position, and the clothes storage position can be specifically located in the middle of the cabinet body 1.
As shown in fig. 8, 9 and 10, the door body 2 slides to the right to open, during which the first driving arm 41 still slides in the first straight groove segment 4221, and the second driving arm 61 slides from the third straight groove segment 6211 to the second inclined groove segment 6212, so that the door body 2 moves forward by a preset distance H, thereby avoiding the door body 2 adjacent to the apparatus and avoiding the door body 2 adjacent to the apparatus from interfering with the opening of the door body 2. Since the door body 2 is moved forward by the preset distance H, the first sliding rail 421 is driven to move forward by the preset distance H by the first driving arm 41 in the moving forward process, that is, the clothes hanging component 3 moves forward by the preset distance H, but does not reach the hanging position.
As shown in fig. 11, the second transmission arm 61 slides from the second inclined groove section 6212 to the fourth straight groove section 6213, after which the door body 2 is not moved forward, and the first transmission arm 41 still slides in the first straight groove section 4221 until the clothes hanging part 3 does not move forward during the process of sliding to the tail end of the first straight groove section 4221 (if the clothes hanging part 3 moves forward at this stage, it is inconvenient to use because it is propped against the inner side of the door body 2).
As shown in fig. 12 and 13, the first driving arm 41 slides from the first straight slot section 4221 to the first inclined slot section 4222, during which the sliding column 411 pushes against the inner wall of the first inclined slot section 4222, so that the first sliding rail 421 drives the clothes hanging component 3 to move forward through the sliding rail base 423. As shown in fig. 13, the boom 32 of the clothes hanger 3 slides in the guide groove 71. The second actuator arm 61 still slides within the fourth straight slot segment 6213.
As shown in fig. 14 and 15, the first driving arm 41 slides from the first inclined groove section 4222 into the second straight groove section 4223, and the clothes hanging part 3 moves forward to a hanging position, and the hanging position is close to the opening of the cabinet 1, so that a user can conveniently hang clothes by stretching his or her hands. The second actuator arm 61 slides to the end of the fourth straight slot segment 6213. When the door body 2 is closed in a sliding manner, the first transmission arm 41 and the second transmission arm 61 move reversely, the clothes hanging part 3 returns to the clothes storage position, and the door body 2 moves back to be attached to the front end face of the cabinet body 1.
The first inclined groove section 4222 is located at the rear end of the first sliding rail 421, so that when the door body 2 slides to be close to being fully opened, the clothes hanging component 3 moves forward to the hanging position, and at this time, the door body 2 has avoided leaving a larger space in front of the cabinet body 1, so as to avoid interference with the forward movement of the clothes hanging component 3. The second inclined groove section 6212 is located at the front end of the second slide rail 62, so that the door body 2 is gradually moved forward by a preset distance H when just opened, and collision with the adjacent door body 2 is avoided.
