It will be apparent, however, to one skilled in the art that the present application may be practiced in other embodiments that depart from these specific details. In other instances, detailed descriptions of well-known systems, devices, circuits, and methods are omitted so as not to obscure the description of the present application with unnecessary detail.
A vehicle authority confirmation method and apparatus according to embodiments of the present application will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of an application scenario according to an embodiment of the present application. The application scenario may include a server 1, a mobile terminal 2, a vehicle 3, and a network 4.
The server 1 may be a server that provides a vehicle management service, for example, a background server that receives a request transmitted from the mobile terminal 2 or the vehicle 3 with which a communication connection is established, and the background server may receive and analyze a request transmitted from the mobile terminal 2 or the vehicle 3, and generate a processing result. The server 1 may be a server, a server cluster formed by a plurality of servers, or a cloud computing service center, where the servers together form a vehicle management platform, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
The mobile terminal 2 may be hardware or software. When the mobile terminal 2 is hardware, it may be various electronic devices having a display screen and supporting communication with the server 1 and the vehicle 3, including but not limited to smart phones, tablet computers, laptop portable computers, desktop computers, and the like; when the mobile terminal 2 is software, it may be installed in an electronic device as described above. The mobile terminal 2 may be implemented as a plurality of software or software modules or as a single software or software module, as the embodiments of the present application are not limited in this regard. Further, various applications may be installed on the mobile terminal 2, such as a data processing application, an instant messaging tool, social platform software, a search class application, a shopping class application, and the like.
The vehicle 3 may be hardware or software. When the vehicle 3 is hardware, it may be various electronic devices having a display screen and supporting communication with the server 1 and the mobile terminal 2, including but not limited to an in-vehicle control unit, an in-vehicle entertainment system, and the like; when the vehicle 3 is software, it may be installed in the electronic apparatus as described above. The vehicle 3 may be implemented as a plurality of software or software modules, or as a single software or software module, as the embodiments of the application are not limited in this regard.
The network 4 may be a wired network using coaxial cable, twisted pair and optical fiber connection, or may be a wireless network capable of implementing interconnection of various communication devices without wiring, for example, bluetooth (Bluetooth), near field communication (Near Field Communication, NFC), infrared (Infrared), etc., which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
The user can establish a communication connection with the server 1 directly through the vehicle 3 via the network 4 to receive or transmit information relating to the authority of the vehicle functions. On the other hand, the user can establish a communication connection with the server 1 via the network 4 through the mobile terminal 2 to receive or transmit information related to the authority of the vehicle function. Specifically, the user may send a function permission request through the vehicle 3 or the mobile terminal 2, and after receiving the function permission request, the server queries the permission condition of the function, returns permission information to the vehicle 3 or the mobile terminal 2, or opens or closes the corresponding permission according to the permission request.
It should be noted that the specific types, numbers and combinations of the server 1, the mobile terminal 2, the vehicle 3 and the network 4 may be adjusted according to the actual requirements of the application scenario, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
As mentioned above, in the related art, rights management of various functions of a vehicle is generally bound to a vehicle type, for example, all vehicles of a certain vehicle type support a memory parking function or none support an air conditioner control function. That is, in the vehicle management platform, only the function based on the vehicle type management is configured for the authority management of the vehicle, and this configuration has the following problems:
1. the control of the function authority is single, and management of more dimensions is lacking, so that the management flexibility is insufficient.
2. The requirements of some special scenarios cannot be met, for example, if a function needs to be tested for a certain vehicle or vehicles, fine-grained function rights management cannot be performed.
3. Multiple associations cannot be made to a single function right, for example, when a certain vehicle uses a specific vehicle software version, the owner of the vehicle needs to use the vehicle.
In view of this, an embodiment of the present application provides a vehicle rights management method, by receiving a first right in a rights request sent by a terminal, including at least one filtering chain group of filtering conditions, and determining, by the filtering chain group, first rights information to send to the terminal, so that the terminal can manage the first rights based on the first rights information, thereby implementing configurable setting of vehicle rights management, increasing flexibility and generalization capability of vehicle rights management, and improving security of vehicle rights management.
Fig. 2 is a flow chart of a vehicle rights management method according to an embodiment of the present application. The vehicle rights management method of fig. 2 may be performed by the server 1 of fig. 1, in which case the server 1 may be a vehicle management platform. As shown in fig. 2, the vehicle rights management method includes:
in step S201, a first permission request sent by the terminal is received, where the first permission request includes a first permission.
In step S202, a first filter chain group corresponding to the first authority is determined.
Wherein the first set of filter chains includes at least one filter term.
In step S203, first authority information is determined according to the first filter chain group.
In step S204, the first right information is transmitted to the terminal so that the terminal manages the first right based on the first right information.
In the embodiment of the present application, the terminal may be a mobile terminal 2 or a vehicle 3 as shown in fig. 1, and the mobile terminal and the vehicle may be connected through a network. The vehicle management platform receives a first permission request sent by the mobile terminal or the vehicle, wherein the first permission request comprises a first permission, and the first permission is a permission which needs permission management. The rights management may include rights opening, rights closing, rights querying, rights confirming, etc.
In the related art, rights management is managed only with the type of vehicle as granularity. After receiving the permission request sent by the mobile terminal or the vehicle, the vehicle management platform realizes vehicle permission management by inquiring whether the vehicle or the vehicle type of the vehicle connected with the mobile terminal supports the corresponding permission in the permission request. This approach is low in flexibility, limited in use scenario and not high in security.
In the embodiment of the application, after receiving the first permission request, the vehicle management platform can determine the first filter chain group corresponding to the first permission in the first permission request. The first filter chain group refers to an array composed of filter conditions for managing the first rights. The filtering condition is used for judging the vehicle function authority condition, and comprises, but is not limited to, a vehicle type, a vehicle-mounted remote communication device software version, a vehicle software version, a user authorization condition, a vehicle identification and a user subscription purchase condition. In an example, if the filtering condition for managing the first authority includes a vehicle model, an in-vehicle remote communication device software version, and a vehicle software version, the first filtering chain group may be (vehicle model, in-vehicle remote communication device software version, vehicle software version). The correspondence between the first filter chain set and the first authority may be stored in the vehicle management platform. That is, in the embodiment of the present application, the vehicle management platform may determine, based on the received permission request, the filter chain group corresponding to the vehicle permission included in the permission request.
In the embodiment of the application, the first authority information can be determined according to the first filtering chain group. As described above, the first filter chain set is an array including at least one filter condition, and the first authority information can be determined by determining whether the vehicle satisfies each filter condition in the first filter chain set. The first authority information may be a first authority that the vehicle is confirmed, a first authority that the vehicle is not confirmed, a first authority that the vehicle can use after a preset condition is satisfied, for example, after performing a specified operation, and the like.
In the embodiment of the application, after the first authority information is determined, the vehicle management platform can send the first authority information to the terminal so that the terminal and the first authority information manage the first authority. For example, if the first authority information determined by the vehicle management platform is that the vehicle has the first authority, the user may directly control the vehicle, or control the vehicle through the mobile terminal to realize a function corresponding to the first authority. For another example, if the first authority information determined by the vehicle management platform is that the vehicle does not have the first authority, the vehicle may display a prompt that the vehicle does not have the first authority on an In-vehicle infotainment system (In-Vehicle Infotainment, IVI) of the vehicle or the mobile terminal. For another example, if the first permission information determined by the vehicle management platform is that the first permission is available after the vehicle performs the specified operation, the first permission prompt may be used after the IVI of the vehicle or the mobile terminal displays the specified operation of the vehicle, and in addition, the prompt of the execution step of the specified operation may be further displayed.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the first authority in the authority request sent by the terminal is received, the filtering chain group comprising at least one filtering condition is determined, and the first authority information is determined by the filtering chain group and sent to the terminal, so that the terminal can manage the first authority based on the first authority information, the configurable setting of the vehicle authority management is realized, the flexibility and the generalization capability of the vehicle authority management are improved, and the safety of the vehicle authority management is improved.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a method for determining first rights information according to a first filter chain set according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 3, the method comprises the steps of:
in step S301, a filtering result corresponding to each filtering condition in the first filtering chain group is determined.
In step S302, the filtering results corresponding to the filtering conditions are combined to obtain the first authority information.
In the embodiment of the application, the filtering result corresponding to each filtering condition in the first filtering chain group can be determined first, and then the filtering results corresponding to the filtering conditions are combined to obtain the first authority information.
The merging set of the filtering results corresponding to the filtering conditions may be that the first authority information is true only when the filtering results corresponding to the filtering conditions are all true; when any one or more of the filtering results corresponding to the filtering conditions are false, the first authority information is false; when one of the filtering results corresponding to each filtering condition is true with the additional condition and the other filtering results are true, the first authority information is true with the additional condition.
In an example, if the first authority is an authority of a specific function of a specific vehicle type and the function pays for the function, the first filter chain set may be configured as (vehicle type, user subscribes to purchase condition). When the user wants to use the function, the first permission request may be transmitted to the vehicle management platform through the user terminal or the in-vehicle terminal. The vehicle management platform receives the first authority request, analyzes the first authority, and then determines a first filter chain group corresponding to the first authority. And then judging each filtering condition in the first filtering chain group, and determining a filtering result corresponding to each filtering condition. For example, it is determined whether the vehicle satisfies a vehicle model filter condition, and it is determined whether the vehicle satisfies a user subscription purchase condition filter condition. When the vehicle meets the vehicle type filtering condition and the user subscribes to purchase the function, all filtering results in the first filtering chain group are true, and at the moment, the first authority information can be determined to be true. Otherwise, if any filtering result in the first filtering chain group is false, the determined first authority information is also false. If one filtering result is true with the additional condition and the other filtering conditions are true, the determined first authority information is also true with the additional condition.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the authority results corresponding to each filtering condition in the first filtering chain group are firstly determined, and then the authority results corresponding to each filtering condition are obtained by merging together to obtain the first authority information, so that various filtering conditions can be used in combination, the vehicle authority can be rapidly and efficiently determined, and the vehicle authority management efficiency is improved.
In determining each filter condition, each filter condition in the first filter chain group may be sequentially performed. For example, the condition filtering may be sequentially performed according to the arrangement order of the filtering conditions in the first filtering chain group, and when the filtering result of a certain filtering condition in the first filtering chain group is "false", the first authority information is directly determined to be "false", without performing the filtering of the filtering condition after the filtering.
Further, taking the example that the first filtering chain group is an array (vehicle model, vehicle-mounted remote communication device software version, vehicle software version, user authorization condition, vehicle identifier, user subscription purchase condition), each filtering condition in the first filtering chain group can be filtered through the following sequence to obtain the first authority information:
execution sequence 1: the vehicle type filtering is carried out, whether the vehicle is a specified vehicle type or not is determined, if yes, the filtering result is true, the next execution sequence is continued, otherwise, the filtering result is false, the filtering operation is terminated, and the first authority information is returned to be false;
execution sequence 2: the TBOX software version is filtered, whether the TBOX software version is a designated version is determined, if yes, the filtering result is true, the next execution sequence is continued, otherwise, the filtering result is false, the filtering operation is terminated, and the first authority information is returned to be false;
execution sequence 3: the method comprises the steps of filtering a vehicle software version, determining whether the software version of other modules in the vehicle, such as a vehicle-mounted control unit, is a designated version, if yes, filtering results are true, continuing the next execution sequence, otherwise, filtering results are false, terminating filtering operation, and returning first authority information to be false;
execution sequence 4: the authorized user filters, determines whether the user sending the permission request is an owner of the vehicle or an authorized user or a tourist, if the user sends the permission request, the filtering result is true, the next execution sequence is continued, if the user or the tourist is authorized, the filtering result is false, the filtering operation is terminated, and the first permission information is returned to be false;
execution sequence 5: the method comprises the steps of designating vehicle filtering, determining whether a vehicle identifier of a vehicle, such as a frame number, accords with the designated vehicle identifier, if so, filtering results are true, continuing the next execution sequence, otherwise, filtering results are false, terminating filtering operation, and returning first authority information to be false;
execution sequence 6: and subscribing to purchase filtering to determine whether the user has purchased the first authority in the first authority request, if so, the filtering result is true, the first authority information is returned to be true, and if not, the filtering result is false, the first authority information is returned to be false.
By adopting the mode, the execution sequence is preset for the filtering conditions in the filtering chain group, so that the judging speed can be improved, and the authority management efficiency can be improved. It will be appreciated that the specific execution sequence may be flexibly set according to actual needs, and is not limited herein.
In the embodiment of the present application, the first filter chain group may be a preconfigured filter chain group or a default filter chain group. That is, an appropriate first filter chain set may be preconfigured for the first functional rights. Meanwhile, in order to simplify the operation, a default filter chain set may be used as the first filter chain set corresponding to the first function authority. The default filter chain set may also be configured according to actual needs, for example, to avoid modification of the first function chain set when the subsequent function authority changes, the default filter chain set may be configured as a filter chain set including all filter conditions. On the other hand, in order to increase the judging speed and reduce the resource consumption, a filter chain group including only a small number of filter conditions can be configured for the first authority as a default filter chain group.
The first filter chain group is preconfigured for each function authority of the vehicle, or a default filter chain group is designated as the first filter chain group.
Fig. 4 is a flow chart of a vehicle rights management method according to an embodiment of the present application. Step S401 to step S404 in the embodiment shown in fig. 4 are the same as step S201 to step S204 in the embodiment shown in fig. 2, and are not described here again. As shown in fig. 4, the method further comprises the steps of:
in step S405, in response to the first authority changing, the first filter chain group corresponding to the first authority is modified.
In step S406, first rights information is determined based on the modified first filter chain set.
In the embodiment of the application, the first filtering chain group corresponding to the first authority can be modified at any time. When the first authority changes, for example, the first authority is extended from the function authority exclusive to the a-type and the function authority supported by the B-type having the vehicle software version C, the filtering condition "vehicle type" and "vehicle software version" in the first filtering chain group must be modified. At this time, the first filtering chain set corresponding to the first authority stored in the vehicle management platform can be directly modified, the vehicle model is modified from the vehicle model A to the vehicle model A and the vehicle model B, and the vehicle software version C is added in the vehicle software version, so that the filtering chain set corresponding to the authority can be flexibly updated, and the immediate and efficient management of the authority is realized.
Fig. 5 is a flow chart of a vehicle rights management method according to an embodiment of the present application. Step S501 to step S504 in the embodiment shown in fig. 5 are the same as step S201 to step S204 in the embodiment shown in fig. 2, and are not repeated here. As shown in fig. 5, the method further comprises the steps of:
in step S505, a second filter chain set is configured for the vehicle in response to the vehicle increasing the second authority.
In step S506, a second permission request sent by the terminal is received, where the second permission request includes a second permission.
In step S507, second authority information is determined based on the second filter chain group.
In step S508, the second right information is transmitted to the terminal so that the terminal manages the second right based on the second right information.
In the embodiment of the application, with the development of technology, new functional rights may appear, and a new filter chain group needs to be configured for the new rights, so that a user can manage the new rights through a terminal.
In the embodiment of the application, the second filter chain group can be configured for the vehicle in response to the vehicle increasing the second authority. The second filtering chain group is a filtering chain group corresponding to the second authority. The second filter chain set and the corresponding relation between the second filter chain set and the authority can be stored in the vehicle management platform. The configuration mode of the second filter chain group is the same as that of the first filter chain group, that is, the second filter chain group can be the filter chain group configured for the second authority, or the default filter chain group.
In the embodiment of the application, the vehicle management platform can assist the user to manage the second authority by using the terminal based on the second filtering chain group. Specifically, the vehicle management platform may receive a second permission request sent by the terminal, where the second permission request includes a second permission. And determining second authority information based on the second filtering chain group and transmitting the second authority information to the terminal, so that the user can manage the second authority based on the second authority information through the terminal.
In one example, if a high-level autopilot function is developed with the development of vehicle technology, a corresponding second filter chain set may be configured for the authority of the high-level autopilot function. When the second filter chain group is configured, if the function is only specific to a specific vehicle type, the second filter chain group can comprise an array (vehicle type); if the function is only specific to a specific vehicle software version of a specific vehicle model, the second filter chain set may include an array (vehicle model, vehicle software version); if the function is only specific to a particular model and requires payment, the second filter chain set may include an array (model of vehicle, user subscription purchase), etc.
It is to be appreciated that the second filter chain set may likewise be a default filter chain set. At this time, the second filtering chain set does not need to be configured for the second authority, and when a second authority request sent by the terminal is received, the default filtering chain set is called as the second filtering chain set to perform condition filtering to determine the second authority information.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, after the function authority is newly added, the filter chain group corresponding to the new authority can be further configured, so that the flexibility of the configuration of the filter chain group is improved, and the flexibility of the vehicle authority management is further improved.
The following describes the workflow of the vehicle rights management fee method provided by the embodiment of the application by taking several specific application scenarios as examples.
Application scenario one: and (5) testing the function authority gray level.
If a vehicle manufacturer develops new functions for a certain vehicle or vehicles, it is necessary to test the new functions. A batch of vehicles can be selected to be authorized by the vehicle owner to perform the function test, and other vehicles may have the function due to operations such as software upgrading. At this time, for example, the influence on the unselected vehicle during the test is avoided, and the gradation test of the new function may be performed only for the specified vehicle.
During testing, a filtering chain group corresponding to the function authority can be modified according to the condition of the selected vehicle, and the filtering chain group at least comprises a vehicle model and a vehicle identifier, wherein the vehicle identifier can be a vehicle frame number. The vehicle management platform searches a corresponding filtering chain group after receiving the permission request, filters each filtering condition in the filtering chain group, determines permission information of the vehicle, namely whether the vehicle has the function permission, and sends the permission information to the vehicle or the mobile terminal connected with the vehicle. After the vehicle and the mobile terminal receive the permission information, the permission information can be displayed on the interface of the vehicle IVI or the interface of the mobile terminal APP, namely, the vehicle is prompted to have the function permission or the vehicle is prompted not to have the function permission. If the vehicle has the function authority, the vehicle can further normally use the function authority. By adopting the method, the gray level test of the function authority of part of the vehicles can be realized without affecting the user experience of other vehicles.
And (2) an application scene II: and (5) confirming the sellable function authority.
If a certain right or rights of the vehicle can be used after the user purchases the function, the user may forget whether the user purchases the function or not, or does not know whether the function purchased by the user has exceeded the period, and at this time, the user can confirm whether the user can use the rights by sending a right request. The user sends a request for the authority of the function through the vehicle or a mobile terminal connected with the vehicle, and the vehicle management platform determines a filter chain group corresponding to the authority after receiving the authority request. Since the rights are rights to the payment function, the filter chain set at least includes the user subscription purchase. After the user subscribes to purchase the function in the mall, the vehicle management platform automatically records the subscription purchase information so as to realize the control of the function authority. The vehicle management platform filters each filtering condition in the filtering chain group, determines the authority information of the vehicle, namely whether the vehicle has the function authority, and sends the authority information to the vehicle or a mobile terminal connected with the vehicle.
And (3) an application scene III: the difference experience of the owner and the authorized user.
For certain functions of the vehicle, such as privacy-related functions, the owner of the vehicle may wish to have only the owner itself have functional rights that are not available to other authorized users or guests. At this time, the user can confirm whether or not the user can use these rights by sending a request for rights as well. The user sends a request for the function authority through the vehicle or a mobile terminal connected with the vehicle, and the vehicle management platform determines a filter chain group corresponding to the authority after receiving the authority request, wherein the filter chain group at least comprises the user authorization condition. The user authorization condition can be judged when the vehicle logs in the account, and the judgment result is stored, so that the relationship between the user and the vehicle is determined, and the permission control is realized. The vehicle management platform filters each filtering condition in the filtering chain group, determines the authority information of the vehicle, namely whether the vehicle has the function authority, and sends the authority information to the vehicle or a mobile terminal connected with the vehicle.
By adopting the technical scheme of the embodiment of the application, the authority control mode of the vehicle can be richer, more dimension management such as TBOX version, vehicle software version and the like is added, namely, the control mode with more dimension of function authority is added, and more service scenes can be used. The requirements of special scenes can be met, the development cost of subsequent requirements is saved, for example, a certain function authority is tested for a certain vehicle; the control function authorities can be combined at will, for example, a certain vehicle can be set under a specific vehicle version, and only the owner of the vehicle can use a certain function, namely, the multidimensional control can be flexibly configured, and the vehicle can take effect immediately after the multidimensional control is configured. Further, the filter chain group of the function authority can be iteratively increased at a later stage. Meanwhile, compared with the traditional mode, the technical scheme of the embodiment of the application does not increase the operation cost, and the default filter chain group can be directly used when the filter chain group configuration is not performed.
