Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
FIG. 1 illustrates a flow chart of a method for takeout order recommendation provided by an embodiment of the present invention. Specifically, the takeout order recommending method in the embodiment of the invention specifically comprises the following steps:
step S101, determining at least one first take-out order and acquiring first order information of the first take-out order, wherein the first take-out order is a take-out order to be recommended, and the first order information at least comprises a distribution starting address.
In this embodiment, the take-out order may be a collective term for all take-out service orders, and illustratively, the take-out order may be a restaurant take-out order, a taxi-taking order, a shopping take-out order, or the like. The first take-out order is a take-out order to be recommended, and the user confirms that the take-out platform generates the first take-out order to be recommended, and the first take-out order waits for a delivery operator to execute a delivery job, and the first take-out order information can include information such as a delivery start address, a delivery end address, a delivery track, delivery benefits, delivery duration, delivery start time, delivery end time and the like.
After the user places the order, the take-out platform confirms the first take-out order and generates first order information of the first take-out order.
In step S102, at least one dispatcher within a preset distance from the dispatch origin is determined as a first candidate dispatcher, the first candidate dispatcher being a dispatcher in the dispatch job for the second take-out order.
In an alternative embodiment, a first dispatcher in performing a delivery job on a second take-out order within a preset distance of a delivery start address may be determined, and a second dispatcher selected as a single-pass multiple-order delivery mode may be determined from the first dispatcher as a first candidate dispatcher, where the single-pass multiple-order delivery mode may be a mode of assigning the dispatcher to perform delivery of multiple take-out orders in a single-pass route, in a practical application, an option of the single-pass multiple-order delivery mode may be provided on an interactive interface of the take-out platform, and after the dispatcher selects the single-pass multiple-order delivery mode, a delivery request of multiple take-out orders may be received, otherwise, the dispatcher may perform delivery of another take-out order after delivery of one take-out order is completed.
Specifically, the position of the dispatcher can be obtained by positioning the dispatcher in real time through the mobile terminal of the dispatcher, the dispatching state of the dispatcher can be determined through the task list of the dispatcher, the dispatching state can be an idle state, namely, the dispatcher does not accept the dispatching task of the takeaway order, the dispatching state can also be a dispatching in-process state, namely, the dispatcher is executing the dispatching task, the takeaway order corresponding to the dispatching task is the second takeaway order, at least one dispatcher within a preset distance from the dispatching starting address can be determined through the position of the dispatcher and the dispatching starting address of the first takeaway order, and the dispatcher which is executing the dispatching task and selects the one-way multiple-order dispatching model is determined from the dispatcher as the first candidate dispatcher.
Step S103, for each first take-out order, calculating the similarity of the first take-out order and the second take-out order according to the first order information and the second order information of the second take-out order.
In this embodiment, a first distribution track of a first take-out order is determined from the first order information, and a second distribution track of a second take-out order is determined from the second order information; calculating the track coincidence ratio of the first distribution track and the second distribution track; calculating a first minimum distance between a starting point of the first distribution track and the second distribution track, and calculating a second minimum distance between an end point of the first distribution track and the second distribution track; and calculating the similarity of the first take-out order and the second take-out order according to the track coincidence degree, the first minimum distance and the second minimum distance, wherein the similarity is inversely related to the first minimum distance and the second minimum distance. After the first take-out order is generated and confirmed, the take-out platform generates a delivery track according to the delivery start address and the delivery end address of the first take-out order, and similarly, the take-out platform generates a delivery track of the second take-out order and takes the delivery track as order information, so that the corresponding delivery track can be determined from the respective order information of the first take-out order and the second take-out order.
As shown in fig. 2, when the distribution track L2 of the second take-out order of the distribution job being performed by the distributor is P21-P0-P12-P22 and the distribution track L1 of the first take-out order to be recommended is P11-P0-P12, the overlap ratio of the track L1 and the track L2 may be calculated first, and the first minimum distance and the second minimum distance from the start point P11 and the end point P12 of the distribution track L1 of the first take-out order to the distribution track L2 of the second take-out order may be calculated respectively, and finally, the similarity between the first take-out order and the second take-out order may be calculated according to the track overlap ratio, the first minimum distance and the second minimum distance. In one example, the distance between the coordinates of each track point on the track L1 and the track L2 may be calculated, and the average value of the distances is finally calculated as the coincidence ratio of the track L1 and the track L2; in another example, each road segment traversed by the track L1 and the track L2 may be determined, the length of the same road segment may be determined, the sum of the lengths of the same road segment may be calculated, the ratio of the sum to the total length of the longest track in the track L1 and the track L2 may be calculated as the overlap ratio, as shown in fig. 2, the overlap track of the first take-out order and the second take-out order is a P0-P12 track segment, and then the ratio of the length of the P0-P12 track segment to the length of the entire track segment of P21-P22 may be calculated as the overlap ratio.
As can be seen from fig. 2, the greater the overlap ratio, the smaller the first minimum distance and the second minimum distance from the start point P11 and the end point P12 of the delivery track L1 of the first take-out order to the delivery track L2 of the second take-out order, the smaller the similarity between the first take-out order and the second take-out order, and the smaller the change track of the dispenser when the dispenser delivers the second take-out order simultaneously, the more reasonable the dispenser delivers the first take-out order and the second take-out order simultaneously.
In step S104, when the similarity between the second take-out order and the first take-out order of the delivery job performed by the first candidate dispatcher is greater than the preset threshold, the first candidate dispatcher is determined as the second candidate dispatcher.
In one embodiment, when the similarity between the second take-out order and the first take-out order of the delivery job executed by the first candidate delivery person is greater than a preset threshold, the delivery progress of the second take-out order is obtained, whether the delivery progress is greater than the preset progress is judged, the preset progress is the delivery progress of the second take-out order calculated according to the distance between the initial delivery address of the second take-out order and the track intersection point of the delivery track of the second take-out order of the first take-out order, if yes, the first candidate delivery person is deleted, and if not, the first candidate delivery person is determined to be the second candidate delivery person.
As shown in fig. 2, the distribution track of the second take-out order is L2, the start point of the distribution track L2 is P21, the end point is P22, the distribution track of the first take-out order is L1, the start point of the distribution track L1 is P11, the end point is P12, the ratio of the length of the distribution track of the first take-out order from P21 to P0 to the total length of the distribution track L2 is preset if the intersection point of the distribution track L1 and the distribution track L2 is P0, if the first candidate is delivered according to the distribution track L2 and the intersection point of the track P0 is not reached, it is indicated that the first candidate can go to the start point P11 of the distribution track L1 to start the delivery of the first take-out order, the first candidate is determined as the second candidate, otherwise, if the first candidate has passed the intersection point of the track P0, the first candidate is returned to the start point P11 of the distribution track L1, and the first candidate is deleted.
Step S105, calculating a distribution benefit and a distribution service score of the second candidate distributor for simultaneously executing the distribution operation on the first take-out order and the second take-out order according to the first order information and the second order information.
In this embodiment, the delivery benefit may be an economic benefit obtained by assigning the sender to perform the delivery job on the first and second take-out orders simultaneously, and the delivery service score may be a score of the delivery service by the user or the take-out platform when assigning the sender to perform the delivery job on the first and second take-out orders simultaneously, and in one embodiment, the step S105 specifically includes the steps of:
in step S1051, the total distribution benefit and total distribution duration of the distribution operation for the first takeaway order and the second takeaway order performed by the second candidate distributor at the same time are determined according to the first order information and the second order information.
Specifically, a first benefit obtained by the second candidate delivery person in delivering the first take-out order may be determined from the first order information, a second benefit obtained by the second candidate delivery person in delivering the second take-out order may be determined from the second order information, a total benefit obtained by a sum of the first benefit and the second benefit may be calculated, a first delivery start time and a first delivery end time of the first take-out order may be determined from the first order information, a second delivery start time and a second delivery end time of the second take-out order may be determined from the second order information, an earliest delivery start time may be determined from the first delivery start time and the second delivery start time, a latest delivery end time may be determined from the first delivery end time and the second delivery end time, and a time period between the earliest delivery start time and the latest delivery end time may be determined as a total time period.
As shown in fig. 2, the distribution start time on the distribution track L1 of the first take-out order is 10:00, the distribution end time on the distribution track L2 of the second take-out order is 10:25, the distribution start time on the distribution track L2 of the second take-out order is 09:50, and the distribution end time is 10:35, and the total distribution duration is between 10:00 and 10:35, that is, 35 minutes, assuming that the profit of the second candidate distributor in the distribution of the first take-out order is 5 yuan, and the profit of the second take-out order in the distribution of the second take-out order is 6 yuan, the total profit is 11 yuan, and in practical application, the profits of the operators with different grades, different service levels and different distribution experiences on the same take-out order are different.
In step S1052, a ratio of the total delivery benefit to the total delivery duration is calculated as the delivery benefit of the second candidate delivery person to simultaneously perform the delivery operation on the first and second take-out orders.
Taking the example described above with a total delivery time of 35 minutes and a total delivery benefit of 11 yuan as an example, the second candidate delivery person performs the delivery job on both the first and second take-out orders at a delivery benefit of 11/(35/60) =18.9 yuan/hour.
In the embodiment, the ratio of the total distribution benefit to the total distribution duration is determined as the distribution benefit, so that the benefit and the considered distribution duration are considered, and the benefit of a distributor can be reflected.
In step S1053, a first delivery takeout order and a second delivery takeout order are determined from the first takeout order and the second takeout order according to the first order information and the second order information.
In this embodiment, the first take-out order is a take-out order for first delivering the commodity to the user, the later take-out order is a take-out order for later delivering the commodity to the user, as shown in fig. 2, the delivery end time of the first take-out order is 10:25, the delivery end time of the second take-out order is 10:35, and then the first take-out order is the first take-out order, and the second take-out order is the later take-out order.
In step S1054, an initial delivery duration when the second candidate delivery person performs the delivery job on the post-delivery take-out order alone is determined from the order information of the post-delivery take-out order.
As shown in FIG. 2, if the dispatcher separately dispatches the second take-out order, the merchandise of the second take-out order is dispatched to the user for a period of 10:20 (time in brackets), but the time for the merchandise of the second take-out order to be dispatched to the user due to the simultaneous dispatch of the first take-out order is 10:35, and the initial dispatch period of the second take-out order is a period of between 09:50 and 10:20, i.e., 30 minutes.
In step S1055, a total length of time for the second candidate dispatcher to perform the dispatch job on the first pair of take-away orders and the second take-away order simultaneously is calculated.
Illustratively, as shown in FIG. 2, the total duration for the second candidate dispatcher to perform the dispatch job on both the first pair of take-out orders and the second take-out order is 35 minutes.
In step S1056, a difference between the total time period and the initial delivery time period is calculated.
As shown in fig. 2, the total length of time for which the second candidate dispatcher performs the delivery job on the first and second take-out orders simultaneously may be calculated to be 5 minutes from the initial delivery length of time of 30 minutes.
In another embodiment, when the difference is greater than the preset duration threshold, the second candidate dispatcher is deleted, that is, when the difference is greater than the preset duration threshold, it is indicated that if the second candidate dispatcher simultaneously dispatches the first take-out order, which would cause the second take-out order to be delayed for a longer time to be delivered to the user, the user experience is affected, and if the second candidate dispatcher is unsuitable for simultaneously dispatching the first take-out order, the second candidate dispatcher may be deleted, and the second candidate dispatcher is excluded from the recommended list of the first take-out order.
In addition, it should be noted that the preset duration threshold may be a duration determined according to a selection operation of the dispenser to select the one-way multiple-single-delivery mode, and the take-away platform may provide one-way two-single-delivery, one-way three-single-delivery, one-way four-single-delivery, etc., and the preset duration threshold may be different according to a user selection, and generally, the greater the single-way delivery is selected, the greater the duration threshold is, but cannot be greater than the upper limit value.
In step S1057, a score corresponding to the difference is determined in a preset difference-score table as the distribution service score, and the score is inversely related to the difference in the difference-score table.
Specifically, for delivery of the take-out order, the score index related to the dispatcher may be a delivery delay degree, the difference value indicates a delay of delivery of the take-out order to the user, the larger the difference value is, the longer the take-out order is delayed to be delivered to the user, the lower the score of the delivery service is, and in this embodiment, a difference-score table may be preset, where the score table includes scores corresponding to different difference ranges, and the score corresponding to the difference value may be determined in the difference-score table to be used as the score of the delivery service.
And S106, calculating the recommendation scores of the second candidate dispatchers according to the distribution benefits and the distribution service scores, and determining the second candidate dispatchers with the recommendation scores ranked in the top N positions as target dispatchers.
In one embodiment, the sum of the delivery benefit and the delivery service score may be calculated as the recommendation score for the second candidate delivery person, and in another embodiment, step S106 includes the steps of:
step S1061, determining a penalty coefficient corresponding to the distribution service score in a preset score-penalty coefficient table, wherein the penalty coefficient is inversely related to the distribution service score;
Step S1062, calculating the product of the distribution benefits and the penalty coefficients;
in step S1063, the sum of the product and the distribution service score is calculated as the recommendation score of the second candidate distributor.
Specifically, the scoring-punishment coefficient table comprises punishment coefficients corresponding to different scoring ranges, the smaller the distribution service scoring is, the larger the punishment coefficient is, and on the contrary, the larger the distribution service scoring is, the smaller the punishment coefficient is, and the product of the punishment coefficient and the distribution income is calculated to punish the distribution income, so that the take-out order can be prevented from being recommended to the distribution staff with high distribution income by considering only the distribution income, and meanwhile, the distribution income and the distribution service are considered, and the screened target distribution staff is more reasonable.
Step S107, recommending the first take-out order to the target dispatcher.
Specifically, the first take-out order may be recommended to N target distributors, where N is the target distributor that distributes the first take-out order in a manner of taking out the order.
According to the takeout order recommending method, after at least one dispatcher in the delivery operation of the second takeout order is executed as the first candidate dispatcher within the preset distance of the delivery starting address of the first takeout order is determined, the similarity of the first takeout order and the second takeout order is calculated according to the second order information of the first order information and the second takeout order for each first takeout order, the first candidate dispatcher is determined to be the second candidate dispatcher when the similarity is larger than the preset threshold, the delivery income and the delivery service score of the second candidate dispatcher for simultaneously executing the delivery operation on the first takeout order and the second takeout order are calculated according to the first order information and the second order information, the recommended score of the second candidate dispatcher is calculated according to the delivery income and the delivery service score, and the second candidate dispatcher with the recommended score ordered in the front N is determined to be the target dispatcher, so that the first takeout order and the second takeout order are simultaneously calculated according to the order information, the quality of the delivery of the first takeout order and the second takeout order is improved, and the delivery quality of the delivery service score of the target takeout order is improved.
